Ever walk into a place and know that your going to run into someone you know, or that your going to be taken care of, well that was Johnson Ford for me, bought 2 cars from them and always went to them for my vehicle needs. That atmosphere is gone, I know no one, and was not taken car of. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and when I asked about it, they said I was dropping, not waiting. No that’s not what I said, and if the woman making the appointment was not rude she would have understood me. I will not be taking my car there as I’m sure there are other Ford dealer ships that will take better care of it’s customers.

I have NOT been having a good experience with my Explorer. I already have had to bring it in twice. I have a part on order and it is only a month old. I am now having a noise under my steering column. Not a great experience for my first brand new vehicle. I am editing my review to let you know that my problem is STILL not taken care of and I have to bring my car back again. This will be 4 times within a month. I was very clear on my slip what the problem was and they never took it for a ride to check it out. I have to come back again. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY FORD PURCHASE.
