I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! Everyone worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They were professional and honest. James was an amazing salesman and I would absolutely recommend him. He found me the exact palisade I wanted and was able to get it to me 2 weeks early. Phillip did a wonderful job at acquainting me with the new features of my car before we left the dealership. David was quick and efficient with the financial part. This dealership truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! I drove 2 hours to get there because they were the only car lot that had the vehicle I wanted. Doug was my salesperson. Very personable, very professional. I came in, expecting to pay a certain price a month, and he got me in UNDER that. After I completed my paperwork, Philip (I think his name was) demonstrated all the features of my new car to me. He was very personable, as well The whole process, including the test drive, took me about 2 hours. If you're looking for a Hyundai or Volkswagen, this is definitely the place to be! 100% satisfied customer!

Had an amazing experience. Went in just browsing and weighing my options. Being that I had already begin looking for a car I couldn’t pass on the deal Joe Holland Hyundai had to offer. In addition everyone is very personable, honest and knowledgeable. So far I know of 2 cars bought from this dealership (by a friend) and now I make number 3… no complaints could be made. If you ever need help with your Hyundai, don’t expect an answer. Very difficult to get someone on the phone at the Hyundai Service. The woman Shirley who directs you is very nice and helpful, but Josh is the only one you can talk to for Hyundai Service questions. Multiple message left, multiple phone calls, no response. I can understand being very busy, but you need multiple people on the phones. Why is the only person who takes phone calls at Hyundai Service also taking in-person customers? You guys need someone strictly on the phones.
