This was the best car shopping experience I’ve had in my 50+ years of car buying. My salesperson Blaine was the sweetest guy. No pressure at all. Tara was the person that handed the car over to me and she knew everything about my new Bronco! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Joe Cooper Shawnee to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Good job guys!!

Tara was very friendly, polite, patient and professional. She helped us throughout the process with no BS or games. When the shop failed to clean the car before we took it home, Tara took it on herself to clean it up as best as she could. This brings me to the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars; I’ve never purchased from a dealer before that didn’t detail the car while we were doing the paperwork, and the car was quite dirty from sitting outside on the lot. Otherwise this was a very good experience, we love the car and believe we got a great price!

I had a great experience buying my 2018 Chevy Colorado here in Shawnee, OK! I drove up from Dallas and had Dennis assist me in picking the right truck for my needs and he was extremely helpful! He had all the info I wanted about the truck and more, I definitely recommend asking for Dennis if you’re looking for a great guy that isn’t going to pressure you into a vehicle you don’t need! I can’t say I have ever enjoyed buying a car at a dealership. In this time of little inventory and paying MSRP because if you haggle the price someone else will purchase the vehicle later that day. With that all said my experience with Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee was excellent. Started with a phone call and ended with a purchased Expedition about 8 hours later and I live about 2 hours away. Did I get the best deal of a lifetime probably not. But the customer experience and service was top notch. Received multiple texts and emails after purchase to see if I was in need of anything, I did not. I forgot a personal item in my trade in and they mailed it me the day I called and I got it with in 48hrs. All in all the best dealership I have been to be honest. I enjoy new cars and don’t mind paying steep depreciation to have them. So with that said I have been to more than a few dealerships over the past 15 years and purchased over 8 cars. Well worth the drive from Tulsa or OKC metro.

Went in to buy a truck listed online. After I drove it and said I'd take it, they discovered that the price listed on the Internet was a mistake .... By $17k . They noticed that several of them were wrong and said they couldn't do anything about it. I've bought 4 cars there in the past. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere from now on

Irritating that prices aren't listed on the vehicle. Looking for a used vehicle, but sales manager kept pushing for a new one. One salesperson was rude, while another was very nice but totally inexperienced. Went back a week later because was told by the manager over the phone that we had a deal on a used vehicle. When we got there he kept pushing a new car again, and said we'd need twice the amount down for the used one! We left and will never return.

This was my first car purchase as an adult. I was adamant on pricing and the interest rate. I had done my homework, so I thought going into this I would face the "cliche" salesperson & car dealership environment. Oh no! Not the case. The salesperson (Jennifer McCorvey-GO SEE HER-She is awesome!!) and even general manager, yes, I said general manager made this an unbelievably easy experience with zero challenges. I was upfront on pricing and financing from the beginning, and they respected that. Also, since my parent purchased my first vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee when I was just sixteen years old, Joe Cooper Ford gave me $2000 extra on top of the fair market value of that same vehicle my parents purchased here seven years ago. I could not be happier!!

I was in desperate need of a car, it was last minute and all I had was a certain amount of money I could put down. I called Joe Cooper car place in Shawnee and Jennifer McCorvey found the perfect car for me. I'm in college , I have no credit, and I was looking for a car payment that I could manage. She was amazing. I left with a great car, not too many miles and is in great condition. I would recommend her to everyone that's in need of a great reliable car.

Enjoyed speaking with Austin Copeland at Joe Cooper Ford. He wasn't pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and I didn't feel like we were trying to be sold. The manager did a good follow up and while we didn't leave there with a new car, felt like we were offered good values; it was just more than we were wanting to spend.

I purchased a used f250 recently. While still under factory warrant I felt it needed to be checked out. I called the service dept at Joe cooper ford in shawnee to schedule a time. When I pulled in the service manage Tommy came out and filled me in pretty quickly of its required service, it's history of service and I was made to feel comfortable about my recent purchase. The service dept. performed all the checks, updated the computer on the truck, made me a spare key, and even served up coffe and donuts while I waited.
