DO NOT buy a car from Jim White Honda!!! I had a warranty issue and my sales guy told me to contact the general manager about the issue. I received absolutely no response whatsoever... Jim White loves to take your $$$ when you come in to buy a car, but obviously that is all they care about. I encourage you to look around and find a dealership with a ethics and integrity. Definitely not Jim White Honda!!!

I recently went to get an oil change. Amazingly(!), the service guy writing up the paperwork said that my "car showed" that I needed a B1, B2 and B3 update (or something like that). It involved tire rotation, brake fluid, new belts, and an intestinal cleanse(!). The service guy then said, "You have a lot of miles for a 2015 CRV." I said, "It's a 2013." It turns out that he was looking on his computer at the 2015 CRV we had purchased at Jim White--which wasn't the car I brought in. Hmmm--he was looking at the wrong car, but it said I needed B1, etc.While there--I was also hit up by one of those "get your windshield repaired" people. Obviously, Jim White must have a kickback deal going with the company. I JUST WANTED TO GET THE OIL CHANGED,

I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord from Jim White Honda. I take it there for service and they have the most amazing service department I have ever used. It is so clean, Lisa, the last person I had help me was amazing. She took very good care of me and my Honda. I went in for an Oil Change, and found I also needed a starter. I had been having trouble with the new push button starter a few days before. They worked me in and got it done and I was out of there in no time. I will continue to use Jim White Honda for purchases and service.

Another place didn't know what was wrong when the motor mount came off and my engine had slipped out of place! (after an accident). Because it would be a long wait, they took me and picked me up from an appointment at no charge and didn't even want a tip. About a week later I received a sizable check with a note I had been overcharged. They always double check the charges after service. I bought a new Civic at this dealership. I went to other places to save money for regular usage repairs. Every time other shops would find "something else" or it would have a problem afterwards. This never happens at Jim White Honda! My car runs great and only needs things from regular usage done. They are very friendly and accommodating.I've been going there for over 10 years and have experienced only success there!

This used to be the best Service Dept. I have ever dealt with until the last few years when they got a new manager. They push for repairs that are needed on your vehicle and quote extreme times for simple repairs to put more money in their pockets. I went for a simple oil change and was told my belt needed replaced and would cost $170 and take at least an hour to change. I took my car down the road and paid $25 for the repair and it took them less than ten minutes. That same oil change I found out was done wrong because my car was leaking oil. When I took it in they said they redid the oil change and put new filters in. I took the car to a drive thru oil change place then to see if it was done and they pulled out an oil soaked air filter from my car. This dealership only cares about their pocket books and will lie and scam at any cost even if it leaves a customer with an unsafe vehicle to drive.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mike F. was extremely pushy. After being pushy and me being so hesitant (this was my first new car and I was of course nervous) he began to state extremely out of line comments. I was baffled at how rude this man could be. I left and went to Brown Honda and I would highly recommend looking in to them or even Thayer in BG as ANY other dealership would be better to work with. I am confused on how he is even able to work with the public.

My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while. Recently, I asked Jim White Honda for their internet price on a 2014 CRV . The price we were quoted was very low (I shopped the internet extensively, used tru-car etc...) I thought their price was a mistake or a come - on. It was not, we were treated very well and our salesman Mike Furgason did everything possible to please us. We purchased the CRV and would recommend this dealer to everyone.

Agreed to buy a 2 year old Honda from this dealership. The sales representative claimed that the car has not been in an accident from the beginning of my interest. I went on to test the car, really liked it and decided to buy it. We agreed on the price and I showed up the following day with money and all the documentation I needed. Minute before I actually bought the car I asked to see the Carfax to make sure the sales representative was telling me the truth. It turned out that car has been in an accident before! I wanted to hear more about it and they told me that the minor part was replaced. I looked at the car to see what was replaced and realized they lied to me again! They admitted their mistakes but that does not make it any better in my eyes. I am not going to shop for cars there anymore and I do NOT recommend it.

Was so pleased with the service of Izzy. he was always pleasant and very helpful and honest. So proud that the dealership hired a Hispanic female. Way to go! She was up front about being new and always checked on things if she didnt have an answer. Very respected for admitting she didnt know. We were treated like family. I have spread the word as long as you guys have a Hispanic female in service we will be switching from Brown.

The purpose of my recent visit to Jim White Honda was to narrow down my search between two popular Sedans. Sales consultant Scott Bly gave me two test drives (one with him, one without) and allowed me to really pick apart these two cars while he patiently answered my questions. Most importantly, when he did not know an answer he told me so, and was willing to research it (I imagine a rare trait in this industry). I did not feel pressured in any way. Thanks to this visit I made a decision to purchase a Honda, but unfortunately went with another dealer that was offering a better price.

My daughter,myself and her fiance went to the dealership rather late.I apologized by saying my daughter had to work and I had driven from Cleveland area.Greg Foote said no problem.He allowed us to drive the 2011 Fiesta by ourselves.I like that because it allows no pressure with a salesman going along.i had less than perfect credit and my daughter had none.She loved the car and it has me thinking that I could actually drive something smaller.We got the car..and we kept them over 2 hours after their closing..if you like I have less than perfect credit they can make it happen.

I have been a customer of Jim White for a short time, but after this trip to the shop I will be for a very long time. I had a bad transmission problem and was told by some mechanic friends that it was shot. I called the service manager Mark and he was very knowledgeable and told me to bring it in right away and that they would look at it and that it may not even be a bad transmission. When I got there Andrew helped me and w/Mark's help looked at my van and found out it was just a small part that needed fixed. Cost was $135.00. Very nice people and helped me get through a very un-easy feeling.

I had prev. purchased three Honda's from this dealership. In 2010 I went back to purchase a new Element. The car was delivered with a damaged windshield and constant dash rattle. It was never properly repaired after over a year and FIVE visits to the service dept. The dealership management was not only nonsupportive and rude but refused to offer further service (telling me I could continue to bring it back, but they had 'done all they would do'). Our salesperson (the same one we had always dealt with completely abandoned us). We were never offered an appointment with a manuf. rep. I then contacted NINE other honda dealerships all of which found our experience at white Honda appalling and offered their assistance. Fischer Honda in Ypsilanti MI, immediately contacted the local service rep, for us and made an appointment. My car was fixed in ONE visit.Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in over 30 years of owning Honda's. We are buying a 2012 car this week and will not even consider ANY Honda due to the extremely poor customer treatment at jim white honda. Nor will I ever refer anyone to this dealership again.

Jim White Honda has to be the dirtiest dealership I have ever visited! The mens restroom was so digusting I refused to use it. There was a puddle of urine around the toilet & there was trash all over the floor due to the fact that the trash was overflowing.There was also NO paper towels in restroom! Two other trash cans in customer areas were also full or overflowing. The carpeting throughout the dealership was stained, torn, & overall looked terrible. The cars on the showroom floor were also dirty with dust & fingerprints all over them.

I can't stress enough about how pleased I am with Jim White Honda Service &/or repair. I had major brake problems with my car for over a year (CRV) from Victory Honda. I stopped in at Jim White. I asked David Potts, Express Service Advisor to take a drive with me so HE could see the problem that Victory Honda could not. After the terrifying drive, he got the brakes fixed and other problems Victory Honda either did or chose not to fix. I asked for ALL documention from Dave and more than assured me that if I had ANY problems, to bring the CRV back. I won't even get into the tire problem. Jim White Honda put my safety first unlike Victory Honda, who actually laughed. Big grin on Wade Babbett's face while my car shook to get it to stop. It was sooooo bad, I refused to take ANYONE in the car, fearing for THEIR safety. To make a long story short, every time I bring my vehicle in for service, Dave not only gives me a time schedule for future repairs (I need new spark plugs and serpentine belt) coming up soon. Dave fits my repairs into my paycheck (I always want to pay in cash). Dave knows this and gives me a time-frame to work with. Extremely accommodating (just found out about e-mailing Dave to schedule my car for service - works great for me :), Dave goes over my bill, all service that was done and what the service man/woman checked out. This time around was winterizing the CRV; battery check, tires, etc. There should be a special star for going above and beyond for Dave and his repair personnel. Because I would give them several. I can't express enough how bad my brakes were and how Dave and crew solved more than just my brakes. Victory Honda in Monroe, MI should NOT be in business. Three times my life was in major danger (could't get the car stopped in traffic) and three times Victory Honda snickered. In my occupation, I don't see the good in society; it's great to have Dave & crew at my back; I need my vehicle.

We were not highly pressured in any way and ended up with a really SUV that fit perfect into our budget . We were able to agree upon a deal with very little "back and forth". They were also very reasonable with our car trade in. We would highly recommend Jim White Honda of Maumee's dealership to everyone.

Was in for a simple Oil change. Of course work ended up costing more than quoted but no big deal. Inquired about a fixing some trim. I was told that I needed a new part although I'm not sure this was totally necessary. This was about 4:30p.m. Part was ordered. Later I discovered that I could get the part for about 40% less elsewhere. I called at 8:30a.m. the next day and tried to cancel. Of course I was told that I couldn't. The parts person checked and part was already there. Evidently, the part came from a local source. In order to return, the dealer wants to charge 20% for a part that came from a local source that they probably use daily. While I realize that there is a cost to doing business, I also realize that pleasing customers also affects the cost on business. I felt that already being gouged for an overpriced part is to be expected from most dealers, but charging 20% to return it locally is a bit too much (especially with so little time having passed).There are plenty of places to get this car serviced, but just as important to me, are the ones that do the little extra for the customer. These I will deal with. My son just bought a car there and I'm sure that unless it is absolutely necessary, it will be difficult for me to recommend having it serviced there as will it be for me to take my wife's car back. Please be certain had the service rep. said "sure, no problem, we can return this and there will be no charge" it would have had a much more positive affect on customer service and repeat business.

Just reupped on a lease for a new Pilot for my wife. Great cars. I purchased a Honda Accord a little over a year ago. I've been dealing with Bob White for about 15 years. I've always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. He gives you the whole story and doesn't sugar coat anything. The good and the bad, although the only bad thing about most cars nowdays is the price, and that' true for all cars.I don't use the service shop that much, but when I have, they always are friendly and have done a good job. Provided a courtesy car if I need to leave the vehicle. Never any questions asked. They just do it.I would recommend Bob White to anyone, and I would most certainly point them to do business with Bob White.
