They have really improved. The website is much better and service requests are always on time. They are quick, thorough and honest. Their dealership is under construction at the moment but they still manage to make service a smooth and easy procedure during this. They've improved their inspections as well. I was given a print out showing the status of my car in multiple locations. It made it easy to perform a detailed inspection at home and budget/plan future service. Their new repair facility is now complete. Making service much easier and more convenient.

Humberto is the man! If you need a car he’s definitely the guy to talk too. Very good at what he does. He provides the best customer service you can ask for he’s gone above and beyond. The finance team is great to work with too! You definitely won’t be disappointed! Thanks again I look forward to a lot of great memories with my new car!

Drove from Iowa to purchase a new challenger. Tyler Ramirez made my out of state purchase experience seamless and made sure everything went right for us. He was polite and pretty responsive to all my questions. Tony from finance was really good at explaining different finance options they offer. I would highly recommend this place and people!!!

Dillon Roy is an amazing Partner! I call him a partner because of how hard he worked locating me trucks in a tough market, getting the financing pushed through and then took care of shipping the trucks! An amazing job! Dillon went well above the call of duty and I appreciate him very much! I won’t be shopping at any other dealers as long as Dillon is around! Great Job!

On January 23, 2021, my husband and I went to Jim Glover Jeep to just see what they had. We left with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2 door 4wd which was the exact Jeep we wanted but had not been able to find anywhere else. The whole process was by far the e best car buying experience I have ever had. Josh Hutchinson and Andrew Stringer were amazing as was Ryan Hurley. We had our title paperwork in 14 days! Fastest time that has ever happened! I highly recommend this dealership!
