First, I almost never take any car of mine to any dealership for service - too expensive, slow and frustrating, has been my experience with dealers in the past. However, recently I experienced a complete failure of the speakers and radio in my 2013 Focus. Because the stereo unit is a factory model I thought I'd let the dealership check it out first, before I took it to a car audio shop. Well, Jerry's told me the the audio control module had failed (and quoted me a price of $1500 to replace and install a new one). After paying their mandatory fee of $142 to look at the car I declined to have the unit fixed by them as the price seemed high and because my car has 142k miles on it; also, I believe I can get it done for less elsewhere. Additionally, although all the staff people were all quite polite, no one there was able to explain exactly what the audio module did or provide me a part number for it. More annoying were the loose wires which had been pulled out of the dashboard by the mechanic who made his diagnosis - but left them hanging for someone else (me) to put back in place. I declined to wait around to mention the loose wires to them as I figured I'd have to wait for that as they were about to close for the day. Later I called the parts department at Jerry's to ask again what the part number was for the module and apparently they gave me an incorrect number. (At any rate, 2 other dealers provided me a different # for it.) So I am still researching the problem...on YouTube. In conclusion, is Jerry's worse or better than other dealers? I don't know, but I see no reason to rely on it (or on any other dealer) in the future. I will continue to take my cars to my local garage.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox from Jerry's Ford last October and do not have any good things to say about the customer service at Jerry's Ford. The day after I bought my car I noticed that there was only 7% oil in my car, I was told when I bought the car that an oil change was conducted. I called immediately Monday morning to inquire about the issue and was told that an oil change was done but they forgot to reset it. I arrived with my car for them to complete the reset and was then told that it never received the oil change when I bought the car and they needed to complete one. When I bought the car I was only given one key for the car. When questioned they had told me I would have wait 30 days and then make a claim with the Jerry's Plan I purchased and tell them that I lost the key, which would be a lie because I was never given the second key. When I brought my car in for the oil change I again question about the keys. After some pushback from Jerry's they finally agreed to have someone from their Chevy lot come and cut another key for my car. I then again had to take my car in for a routine oil change. When I returned to pick up my car my bill was much higher than anticipated. I questioned the amount and was told by their services department that "your car takes special oil." I responded with "that would have been nice to know ahead of time or when I bought the car." I paid the full amount and then left. Yesterday my car overheated and left me stranded, I called a for tow and got my car towed to Jerry's Ford since that is where I bought my car and it last got serviced. I told the sales person yesterday about the situation and that my car would be arriving and why it was coming in. Today I got a call from the service department and they did not know why my car was in their shop. I explained the situation and was told that they could not do anything if the car was under the factory warranty and that it needed to go to a Chevy Dealership. When asked about coordinating a tow from Jerry's Ford to Jerry's Chevy which is less than a mile apart I was told they do not coordinate tows like that and that I would have coordinate the tow between the two through my insurance company. I was also told that if it was not under the factory warranty anymore they could look at it since I have the extended warranty but it would not be until Friday and I would have to pay to have my car hooked up to diagnosis the problem. I bought this car less than a year ago from Jerry's Ford and they are telling me I have to pay for this even though I have both the factory and extended warranty. They have been less than helpful when having issues with my car that was bought from them. I do not recommend buying a car from them or sending your car there for service.

I worked with Phil Wood to buy a 2018 Ford F-150. Phil was great, showed me multiple trucks, and we went on multiple test drives. Phil is a good guy and genuinely wants to help you get into the vehicle you want. Chris in the finance department was great as well.

3 years after buying my F150 & now living in WV & still Jerrys Ford is the place to take my vehicles for service. The service department, parts department and dealership staff in general are always professional, friendly & helpful. Couldn't be happier with the way I am treated & the quality service that is performed on my 3 Ford vehicles.

I have been talking my Fusion to Jerry's for the last 8 years. Their service has always been first rate. They explained everything to me thoroughly and with complete patience. Plus their is first rate which keeps my car running great.
