Terrible experience trying to purchase a 2018 Pilot. I came in with a budget, and was shown a 2020 Pilot for a complete waste of my time, when in the end it did not fit within my budget at all. Said they'd "work with me" on the price, which they did not. Asked to see the 2018 Pilot which would have been in my price range, and they dodged questions on how much the "reconditioning and detailing" would cost, and told me it was not in my price range - when the online price WAS in my range. I was told that other dealerships tack on this additional charge (which they refused to actually quote) and that was why they did it. Felt like a bait and switch. When I came back to look the next day, had a strange experience where another salesman stood by and stared at us while we looked at the car. Today, I have Superior Honda actually driving another Pilot TO MY HOME to take a look at, and all "reconditioning and detailing" is included in the online price. Very disappointed in Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. Happily moving my business to Superior Honda on Spring Grove Ave. I know I'm being treated better already. Fast forward several months and I’ve had another bad experience with both the body shop and the service center. This dealership is off my list.

We were approached by our sales person, Eric, shortly after we arrived. I explained we were not looking to buy, just wanted to start gathering information. There was no doubt I wanted to buy a Honda, I just wasn't sure which one. Within the first few minutes of our conversation with our sales person Eric, I knew I was going to buy it through him. He is a genuine, pleasant person. Buying a new car can be overwhelming and his easy, pleasant way along with his knowledge and love for the cars allowed me to enjoy the experience and take the time I needed to make the right decision. Everyone at Jeff Wyler Honda was extremely helpful, fun and understanding. I will highly recommend them to everyone!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesmen Drew was amazing! He was very upfront and honest with me from the start. In this business that’s a rare find!! I would highly recommend this dealership and most definitely recommend asking to do business with Drew. Added perk: FREE CARWASHES!!! 😎

The best experience in buying a car! Chuck was super helpful and not pushy at all. My car actually died pulling into the dealership and instead of trying to push me into a deal I wasn’t interested in he let me test drive several cars and decide which one was best for me. He also helped make sure I got the best deal! I actually ended up buying 2 cars that day...Chuck is seriously the best! He’s honest and upfront and I am going to be a lifelong customer of Jeff Wyler Honda because of Chuck Stokes!

Chad, Aaron and the rest of the Honda team were very friendly, informative and thorough! Chad did an amazing job of explaining all the features of the car I was interested in purchasing. He knows his product! Unlike some salesman, he was enthusiastic but not overly intrusive or pushy. I appreciate the experience that I had with Chad, Aaron and the rest of the Honda team! If you're looking for a new car or a used car, I would highly suggest stopping in to see Chad or one of his peers! I am a new Honda CRV EX-L owner and I am very excited!
