Friendly and accommodating but be careful what you buy from them I looked at 2 trucks that 'are ready for a sticker' the first truck for 10900 had at least 5 cans of spray foam in the rockers and cab corners also needed bed rails I wouldn't even open the hood and the second truck for 9900 I was ripping chunks of frame off the rear end by the gas tank so please beware what your getting from Them
