After contacting Infiniti of Warwick via the online chat feature, I was greeted with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. In my particular experience, I initially was curious what the documentation fee was since I had been negotiating with another Infiniti dealership. After hearing about Infiniti of Warwick's very reasonable documentation fee (which was less than half that of the other dealership I was in contact with), I asked if Warwick could match the price quote that I had. After being told that they could match the price if I was able to stop in to the dealership that same day, I was genuinely impressed. We setup an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and sure enough the car was parked out front and warmed up when I arrived. Steve was extremely helpful and always very pleasant to work with throughout the whole experience. There was absolutely no aggravation involved and the process was extremely smooth. Brenda was also very pleasant and worked hard to help me determine which extended warranty option was best for the driving that I would be doing. I'm extremely grateful to the sales manager as well, even though I never met him. Without him agreeing to match the other dealership's quote, which was a pretty aggressive price, I may not have a new Q50 in my driveway and would have missed out on a great experience at a great dealership. Overall, the entire experience was extremely smooth and by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership.

This is my 4th time leasing from Inskip, new car is the QX 50. Vehicle cannot be beat! Steve my sales rep was incredible, so helpful, courteous, friendly. He went above and beyond not tonly to find me my preferred color but he also used his own incentives to bump me up to the to the Deluxe Touring package at no extra cost! He is a rock star! Brenda the finance person was awesome as well. No stress at all!

Purchased a beautiful 2013 Black Coupe G37xS. Sales associate Ryan Waskewicz was not pressuring and allowed me to sleep on it before I made my decision. Decision was made the following morning. Car buying is not my favorite thing to do, but Ryan has calm demeanor about him, making car buying a relaxed atmosphere. Went looking to trade in my Volvo C30 to lease a 2015 Infiniti Q40 with all the bells and whistles. I took my car in for an oil change but unbeknownst to Infinity of Warwick I had been spying on a 2011 Toyota Venza on their lot. I mentioned to Kristen Marovelli (who also gets an A+) that I wanted to see a car on the lot, and she put me in contact with Steven Romjue. Kristen joked that "he was the nicest person on the lot" which could very well be a true statement. I let Steve know I had been looking at the car and told him I already had a price in mind prior to driving it. Before I arrived at the lot I had been making lots of calls and that same speech would get me a defensive answer. Steve simply said well lets take a look at the car, let me know your thoughts and we'll see what we can do. From there it was a lot of bad back and forth jokes (we actually were having a bit of fun) while inspecting the car. Once I found the car to be sound, I made the offer and without pressure (and only one back and forth walk) we made the deal. Afterwards I was sent to Brenda Proulx and again I was presented with a nice low pressure experience. Brenda actually saved me money by presenting me a financing offer I hadn't thought of. The whole experience was awesome. I'll be returning for service and will look to their lot again when the need comes up in the future.

I was shopping around for a used all wheel drive vehicle. I went to Infiniti of Warwick where I fell in love with a 2007 M35X. Steve Romjue assisted me in my buying needs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. The greatest thing about this dealership was I didn't feel pressured like you do at other dealerships where they all smother you when you walk in. From the minute I entered the dealership to the time I left the Buying experience was excellent. My salesman Steve was fantastic! He was out in the open with everything from the start. He took his time with showing me the cars I was interested in and was extremely knowledgeable with the cars. The entire process was extremely fast I couldn't believe how well everything went, its the best car buying experience I have ever had at a dealer as I have bought many new and used cars. Brenda the finance manager was excellent as well, she got me and awesome finance rate on my car and had all the paperwork ready in a timely manner. She explained everything clearly, as we all know we can get nervous seeing all those numbers Once I purchased the car and went to pick it up, Steve showed me around the dealership and to service to setup my first appointment. He then showed me everything about my new car as being a former owner of an older G35X i already knew a lot as there were many new features to my new G37X. Steve called me to check out how everything was going with the car and of course all is well. In closing I would just like to thanks Steve and Brenda as they are a credit to the dealership! Both of these individuals were professional, engaging and delightful to work with in every regard. Brenda set up the financing quickly and efficiently and helped as through it every step of the way. Steve was totally knowledgeable about the vehicle in virtually every aspect and oriented us to it quickly and comprehensively. I am 59 years old, have purchased approximately 20 cars in my lifetime for myself and family (approximately half of which were upscale vehicles (Mercedes, Lexus, etc.) and this experience was the absolute best ever. Although we live in the Hartford, CT area, we will not hesitate to come to Warwick going forward for future car buying needs.

Times have changed for the better. I normally scan the web for the best deals, always expecting for the nice dealership to be priced high. The last car I bought, I flew to 500 miles to get it in Philadelphia. I found that my buying experience with Inskip Infinity to be the easiest I have ever had. I paid a fair price for a pristine Infinity M37X certified car with low miles. They gave me a very good value on my trade even though it was not perfect. My salesman Steve Romjue was no pressure, had the answers and helped get me into the car that I wanted in less than a couple of hours, he followed up after I left the dealership to make sure that everything was perfect. What a delightful experience.

Bought a new Infintiy about 4 months ago. The sales process was great with Steve Romjue and he called us a few times after the car was delivered to make sure we were all set. We brought it in for the first service and there was not charge. The service department was very accomodating. After the service we had a few questions about the technology and Steve walked us through it one more time.

Love my car, and I think Sal is a huge asset to your dealership. He treated us fairly, with a nice sense of humor, and he has excellent knowledge of the product. We also feel we got a good deal on the vehicle, and received a fair price. We definitely will do business again should we be in the market for another car. The only thing we didn't like was the pre-installed LoJack. It turned out it wasn't on the car by mistake, and I opted for the wheel and tire package as a swap since I had already paid for the LoJack. LoJack should be a customer choice, not a mandatory add on on a used car. I would understand that add on for a lease vehicle as the company would be trying to protect its property, but I don't think it's appropriate with a used car sale.

After i informed this person of a lower price he told me to come in and we could talk he wasn't in the habit of making deals over the phone.I told him my offer from another dealer he told me be leery it didn't make sense when i got there he was rude crude and ignorant.Then told me he was talking about another car which was not true he knew the car i was inquiring about.I actually drove 115 miles to another dealer to purchase another vehicle.I hope I never have to deal with this person again on any level.

I travel from Connecticut just to get my wife's 2008 G35X serviced at Inskip Infiniti. I have only been there twice for routine maintenance... I was assisted by Ron during my first visit and by Kristin for my second visit. Ron and Kristin are both top-notch professionals. They are both very courteous and knowledgable... they don't oversell any services either. In fact, they've been very helpful to help me plan which items should be serviced--and when.The service fees have been reasonable and the work has been outstanding. First, we were very candid with Michael that we were out-of-staters looking to test drive cars and that we lived out west. If the numbers were right, we'd make a purchase but were still deciding between Lexus and Infiniti. Michael could not have been more gracious to me, my wife and my children. In all honerty, i felt that Carlo's success as a salesmen are combinations of being a businessmen, an advisor, and most of all friend, who want the best for you. We have a 2001 QX-4 that has been great and is working its way through the family.I haven't been fond the the recent designs, but decided the check out the new QX-56.It is based on the Patrol, a full sized SUV, presently only available in Japan. I generally put car shopping somewhere in the neighborhood of dental surgery. However, Mike Remy made the experience outright enjoyable. His no pressure, informative, and gregarious style made the experience actually fun. Of course, he did have a quality product to sell, and the QX-56 had everything for which I was looking.I checked out the Lexus LX-570, Cadillac Escalade, Porche Cayenne, and Audi Q-7. The Infiniti had all the room, horse power, fuel efficiency, and bells and whistles without being over the top. After two weeks of bouncing around between dealships, I even developed a true appreciation for the efficient body style. I am 6'2"and 215 lbs. The QX-56 is comnfortable for me and my 6'3" son can hang out in the back seat with plenty of room for him, the dog, and the Play Station hook-up. It has a great sound system with XM and direct iPod or iPhone connections. All of the controls are intuitive and easy to reach.

On our first visit to Inskip Infiniti, we met David Wagner, the salesperson whom we bought our FX from - the dreadful feeling quickly disappeared! David was very knowledgeble, down to earth, eager to please, and patient. We first met David in June 2010 when we thought we were ready to buy our FX. He was very accommodating (staying late to answer our questions, multiple test drives, the list goes on!)and a joy to work with. We had some very technical questions relating to the AWD which he worked quickly to get us answers to and even introduced us to a service tech so we could get more information to help us make a decision. We decided on the FX and then decided it wasn't the right time for us to make this purchase.We revisited the idea of purchasing in December 2010, but by then there were no more 2010s left. We started over looking at the 2011. David was just as patient with us as when we first met him. Finally,9 months after first meeting with David, we made the purchase in February 2011. David continues to be very responsive in answering our calls/emails even after the sale. We highly recommend that anyone going to Inskip Infiniti ask for David Wagner- by far, the best salesperson we've ever dealt with! We also must mention the rest of the team at Inskip Infiniti. We stopped by on days when David was off and there was always someone ready and willing to help us in his absence. None of them were pushy, just relaxed and helpful! On a few occasions, we had the pleasure of speaking with Manny Tavares, the general manager, and it quickly became obvious why this sales staff is so friendly, eager to please, professional and knowledgeable. After reading the current reviews on the leading full size luxury SUV's, I found that the QX was leading the pack. I made my initial call to inskip to see what they had in stock. My call was answered by Mike Remy who was very pleasant to say the least. The conversation convinced me to visit the dealership. Mike was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. A low preasure pleasant salesman is an excellent start to a vehicle purchase. My family was very comfortable in dealing with Mike as he was very helpful and patient. Mike answered all of our questions and when he couldn't he excused himself and promptly returned with an answer. We were both impressed with the QX and our sales person so the decision was easy. After deciding to purchase we were introduced to Terra in finance. This was an equally plesant experience. Terra was very nice and even took time on her day off to come in and complete my paperwork. Two very nice and easy to deal with people. The QX is a beautiful vehicle and could sell itself, but if I was unable to deal with the right people I would have easily left and purchased elsewhere. An overall great experience!

Exceptional team of professionals at Inskip. I bought a 2007 M35x in October. I have had the car serviced at Inskip since the purchace of the vehicle. Each time Kristin M and the service team have surpassed my expectations. An Infinti loaner car has always been made availabe and ready for my use. I don't know if all Infiniti dealers offer Infiniti loaners, but I love the fact Inskip does. The Inksip service area is imaculate. Just drive in front of the service door and then drive your car right in. No waiting. Service staff ready and available to greet you and get you on your way. I have owned many vehicles over the years and have never found better service than at Inskip! Inperson or over the phone Kristin (my service advisor) has been phenominally pleasent. Kristin has always answered or has been able to get the answers to my questions. Recently, the CD player recently got "jammed" and wouldn't work. I called Kristin and she ordered a new CD player. Kristin called me when the new one arrived and scheduled a time for me to drop the car off. Waiting for me the morning of my appointment was Kristin, pleasent and smiling as she always has been and waiting out front is my Infiniti loaner. I was on my way in just a few minutes. Each person from the sales staff to the service staff have won me over. I highly reccommend anyone who may be looking for Infiniti to seek out the team at Inskip. I doubt, you will find a more customer service driven team of professionals.

While there looking at inventory, I was so impressed with the sales team and the way they operated that instead of going to my local dealer and telling them to trade with Inskip for the car I wanted, I made another 45 minute trip back to make the purchase (lease.)Matt was fantastic at answering questions without pressure, and was the key reason I kept going back to work with Inskip. Typically, the further you go along in the car buying process (sales manager, finance manager, general manager,) the more serious and rough-and-tumble the people become. But not at Inskip. My latest experience leasing a new Infiniti G37x exceeded my expectations. SalHansford (Sales Consultant) and Manny Tavares (General Manager) dealt with my needs/concerns with empathy and laid out the whole scenario so that all aspects were under-stood. Number 1 fair price: Most high end dealerships have high end prices. Not this one!No fireplaces or fancy coffee, just a fair price! Number 2: Fast friendly service.. No pressure, no add ons, no you need this service or while we were looking you might need this.. Straight forward no nonsense but friendly. Number 3: you get done what you asked, service intervals as suggested by the manufacturer not the dealer. Finally! Purchased my first Inskip car in 2002 (Infiniti I35) from Manny who was then a rather new salesman -he was a breath of fresh air compared to most car salesman. Now Manny is GM at Inskip Infiniti - not surprised, I'm sure it took him many hours at Inskip and much hard work. Since then I've purchased three additional vehicles at Inskip, two of which were not Infiniti's, but if not for my experience at Inskip Infiniti (Manny) and the excellent service department (Ron-Kristin) I would probably have bought elsewhere. The last car purchased was another Infiniti (back to where it all started), with Manny away on vaca Ryan and Sal put together the sale of my latest purchase. At Inskip they make their money but are willing to get to the bottom line without all the bullsh_t which I greatly appreciate. I'm back to having the new car serviced at Inskip Infiniti - now not to take anything away from Inskip Lexus service but the Infiniti service team is tops! In fact I highly recommend Inskip dealerships based on my personal dealings with the Infiniti, Lexus and Nissan dealerships. I am unable to speak for the other auto groups within Inskip but would imagine they probably aim just as high in customer service.

I have been dealing with Inskip Infinit since 2003 and now have my second QX56.The first vehicle was purchased and then was offered a buyout in order to take advantage of a 2006 lease program. My lease expired in June 2009 and I extended the lease and wound up buying the vehicle with a fair price. A problem came about with the heating system on the drivers side and although the part was backordered, I was taken care of not only with a loaner QX56, but with Infiniti service taking on the lions share of the repair and replacement parts.I will not only look at Infiniti in the future for another vehicle but reccomend Inskip to anyone who is thinking about a lease or purchase for a new car. I have never been disapointed in this dealership.

I have never had better experiences than I am now having with Inskip Infinity, and that includes the good service that I had with Inskip Acura. The service representatives, especially Ron Antonucci, are outstanding.I am, by nature, a skeptic, yet,over the last 18 months, I have developed such respect for Ron and his knowledge and his honesty, that I rely on all his advice for maintaining my G35X.I live in Massachusetts and there is an Infinity dealer in Massachusetts that is much closer to my home, but I drive an hour each way to have my car serviced at Inskip in Warwick, Rhode Island. I had a really great Inskip experience with Nelson and Dave. On the night that I bought the car, Nelson drove to my house to pick me up because it was snowing out and my other car is bad in the snow. After the purchase, I have been to the dealership on four seperate occasions. Each time, Nelson has greeted me right away and has shown me different features with the vehicle. One example, is him helping me set up and program the bluetooth feature in the car and helping me correct the settings in my navigation. Any time that I have contacted him for a question, his follow up skills have been exceptional. In addition, Tara from the finance department was very helpful. I am self employed and had to provide multiple documents for her. She was very patient and was extremely helpful. I was replacing my 2006 Marano and stopped into see what Infinity had to offer. I love the Nissan product and thought I would never be able to afford an Infinity. But, I was pleasantly surprised. David our salesman was great and took his time with me. What I liked best about the whole experience was that I could actually take the information David gave me on the car and digest it for a few days. I did not have constant phone calls or e-mails like I did with other dealers. I decided to buy the FX35 and wanted the Mocha exterior color with Java interior color. The dealership did everything to get me that car and it did not take long from my request. I am now driving my new car and love it. It is great in the snow and I just love the cooled seats!Overall - this was a great car buying experience for me and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I originally was sent to Inskip Infiniti 3 1/2 yrs ago because I bought a used I35 that needed an additional key. I dealt with Kristin Marovelli at the time and she was very friendly. A short time later I was told by the used dealer that I bought my car from that the engine was going and although I purchased an extended warranty, they did not want to get involved with the repair and they told me that I couldn't use my warranty anywhere else. They also told me it wasn't safe to drive my car. Well, I let my car sit for 2 weeks and cried before I decided to call Inskip and see if Kristin had any thoughts on it, she was very nice and she had left a lasting first impression on me. She also remembered me from the year before and that I had a severe Latex allergy so she noted my record so that the technicians don't wear gloves while working on my car. She told me that with the information I had from the dealer, she would be able to contact the warranty company and go thru them if a repair was required. I brought my car in and they discovered that my engine was going, the oil change place that I went to was using the wrong type of oil for my car and that was making my engine run the way it was. She had the service tech flush everything out and start over with the correct oil and I never had another problem with the car. I even had a couple of warranty repairs done at Inskip and never went back to the used car dealer again. I have since purchased a new I35 and continue to bring my car to Kristin. My first appointment with the new car fell on a day that Kristin was home sick but she knew my appointment was scheduled and left a note for the other service advisor to call her to ensure there wouldn't be any problems, especially with my allergy. I trust Kristin's knowledge and also, when it is discovered my car needs something additional than the oil change, Kristin explains it in full detail before anything is done and she is not pushy at all. Kristin will let me know what is an immediate need for repair or what is simply an FYI for in the future. This to me is the ultimate in customer service because more often than not, people are pushing you to buy things without being entirely honest of your need. I always tell people they should go to Inskip for oil changes as they know what your car needs exactly, they are cheaper than those 10 minute Oil-Lube-Filter centers and they even wash your car! After owning the car for just 30 days I had a blowout after hitting a huge piece of metal in the road on a dark, rainy night. Kristine went out of her way to assist me in getting the tire manufacturer to cover half the cost of the replacement tire even though I had not purchased road hazzard insurance. Provided loaner car while mine was in service.

As a result of a relocation we brought our two Infinity vehicles to Inskip for service starting in May of 2002. We continued our service at Inskip until October of 2009 when we were part of another relocation. In that time we used the services of Inskip exclusively for all of our repairs including body work. We cannot say enough kind things about Ron who was our primary service writer. We were made to feel like family and always made to feel like we were a top priority. If Ron was not there Kristen took care of us and gave us the same fine service. It came time to trade my I30T with 175000 miles and there was never a consideration to use another dealer. I purchased a new G35XS from them in December 2008. It was service(Ron)that made the choice easy and Sal Hansford our sales person who closed the deal. We cannot say enough great things about the Inskip location in RI. Service, sales, and pricing would bring me back again if we lived nearby. We have recommended them to friends based on our experience.I should mention that the facility itself was kept in outstanding condition!

Great location and staff was super. Dealing with Nikole felt like I was not dealing with a pushy sales person. She Answered all my questions with honesty and speed. The cars are located close and we could see them quickly. I was able to get in and out quickly as well.
