We purchased our car from a used car lot back in the winter. The car started sputtering & the engine light came on, so we called Hyundai. They scheduled us without question. When I arrived, the staff was super courteous & helpful. They looked at our car, fixed it under the warranty, and fixed a recall that had just been sent out for it so we didn't have to make two trips. I really appreciate their kindness, & friendliness.

I am so thrilled with my purchase at Hyundai of Yakima! James was an amazing sales associate to work with! He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! He was honest and a joy to work with!! The finance officer, Elton, also went out of his way to work with me and make the process super easy! Finally, my new Hybrid 2022 Tucson is all that I hoped for and more!! I highly encourage you to go seek out James at Hyundai of Yakima if you are looking for an upgrade!

The service from Hyundai of Yakima is excellent. I never feel like I am being upsold or taken advantage of with the care of my car. I don’t know of any dealership/service department that is as professional or caring with their customers. They do the Hyundai brand proud!
