My experience was good. I will say it would have been easier if I could have digitally signed for the vehicle or put earnest money down and not had to roll the dice by driving from a long distance (I live in the Spokane area) hoping no one buys it before me. Thankfully, I was able to get there in time for the car we wanted and it all worked out. Everyone I worked with was great, professional, helpful, and honest. Honesty is the biggest one. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to swindle me. It seemed like everyone was genuinely interested in helping me. Thank you.

If you like to be treated like family, and not just a telephone number... I highly recommend Jessica! Jessica went out of her way to accommodate us and helped us secure the dream car we were looking for. Prompt, efficient, transparent, upfront, caring, communicative and knowledgeable... she made sure we were taken care with a sense of urgency, and a smile!!!!! I've bought 3 different cars from them and each time they are great! Very quick to respond to inquiries, and very knowledgeable. I worked with Mr. Kim this time and he was great. The financing guys are very helpful as well. They make buying/selling/trading in cars quick and easy! Will definitely go back for the next time!

Bryce and Noah were superbly helpful in every regard. We consistently felt like our time and our wishes for a quality car were respected. I cannot physically recommend these two higher and think they are a shining example of what can be right with a dealership. They were honest, kind, and efficient. They are the best!

Tyler did an amazing job helping me get into the car that I wanted. Even with our complications that we had on our personal end. They accommodated and made sure we were able to close a deal. The whole process was pleasant and would definitely consider coming here again in the future.
