Great purchase experience trading in my 2011 Audi A6. The process was smooth and I felt like I understood what I was purchasing and given good information to do so with confidence. The G80 3.8 H-Trac was delivered in pristine condition within 48 hours of purchase and I was given a loaner G80 to drive until it arrived. This has been a great experience. Went in to test drive a 2017 Samta Fe Sport for our daughter. Oscar met us upon arrival and quickly had the car we were interested in pulled out. He explained a few features and sent my wife and daughter on their way. Our daughter loved the car, the price they gave us for our trade in was more than fair and they made buying easy ( fair price and easy process). Aside from that, Oscar took all the time necessary introducing our daughter to all the specifics of the car, programming presets, syncing her phone, etc.Could not have asked for better service or a better deal. Thank !!!

Great customer service! Everyone is happy to help with anything as soon as you walk in the door. Financing my car and signing all the paper work was a much easier process than I ever could have imagined. I guess it also helps when you walk in the door knowing exactly what you want but Craig (my salesman) had to do the research to find the EXACT car that I wanted. I drove it off the lot within a week. I'm very happy with my beautiful new Genesis Coupe!

Oscar - Oscar - Oscar!!!!! I was being blessed with a new car by my dying grandfather. Oscar meet me in the parking lot with a smile and a sense of understanding on his face! I kinda knew what I was looking for in a car, and Oscar was so patient and kind as we toured the lot looking for "the right" Sonata. When I explained the situation behind the new car, Oscar was completely understanding and very sympathetic. The customer experience was outstanding. I never felt pressured. When I finally found the right car, I requested a different color. Oscar went above and beyond and found the car at another sister car lot and had it delivered to Cool Springs. When I picked up the car - Oscar set with me in the car and explained every detail, every feature, programmed my phone to the car, etc. I have NEVER EVER had a car experience like this - I am humbled and will definitely be back. Thank you for taking the time to understand a very difficult situation and to put a smile on our faces at an extremely difficult time in life.

Pleased with the professional and courteous service we received yesterday. We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had no working brake lights. We tried to replace the bulbs and fuse ourselves that night, but they still would not work. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs on Monday morning and brought the car in with no appointment. The service dept was very busy and had a full load that day. I explained my daughter was having to drive back to college that day, and we would need the car back whether it was fixed or not, but would appreciate anything they could do to see what the problem was quickly. Three hours later, they called and had found the brake switch was bad, replaced the switch and bulbs and got her on the road at lunchtime. She made it back to her college before dark, in a working, safe vehicle, which alleviated a lot of stress on her parents! Can't thank Mike Pierce and Eric Warner enough for helping us out in a precarious situation, so quickly.

Oscar , was terrible to work with , didn't speak English good... had a deal on a Toyota with him and frank the GM/ owner.. said that he work make the repairs on the SUV and that I could pick the vehicle up the next afternoon, we departed the lot at 7:30 and told them I would call the next morning to check on the repair. Call at 9am was told it was just sold .. and very rudely told by oscar.. call frank and he never responded or return my calls ..

We were looking at either a Hyundai or a Mazda. Was not impressed with the experience at Mazda since they wanted us to purchase a more expensive car in order to give us more for our trade. Hyundai was straight forward and the our trade amount was not dependent upon how much we spent. Hyundai has some many standard safety options on their vehicles, whereas other manufacturers require the consumer to buy the highest model for amenities and features. We worked with Matt and and he a very professional salesman and very accommodating. Mark also helped and we also had a pleasant experience with him.

Every time I've had to come get my car serviced at Hyundai of Cool Springs, the service department and staff have been friendly, professional, efficient, and hospitable. I've been extremely pleased with every visit. The staff is sure to explain everything that needed to be done, and they always wash and vacuum my car- complimentary. While I'm in the waiting room, there is always an employee checking in with the customers to see if there is anything they can grab for us. I look forward to coming back for all my car services!

Oscar Benavides' sales style of offering a fair price immediately was very much appreciated. Although I negotiate contracts for a living I do not wish to negotiate for hours when buying a car and a fair profit margin to the dealership and manufacturer is understandable. Additionally, he listed to our needs/wants and steered us to the right options package. Mark Salvino made the finance experience painless, which I cannot say occurs at other dealerships. He presented the add-on services without any pressure, which was greatly appreciated, and explained the benefits of each package. Overall it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had.

This Accent is our 3rd Hyundai purchase. The other 2 were Elantras. Obviously I have a preference for Hyundai craftmanship and design. Great value. I like the sensitive little extras that are added. Others appreciate Hyundai as well indicated by the number being seen on roadways. I like this dealership. Representatives there are professional, friendly, caring, trustworthy, and helpful. Also, the sales staff have provided fair pricing for our purchases. Feels like family. Thank you Hyundai for your all round thoughtfulness, which I think goes beyond "good marketing". 5.0 star rating 9/1/2016We purchased a brand new top-of-the line Equus on August 23rd, which was our third new car purchased from Hyundai of Cool Springs. Why do we keep coming back? Because of the sales staff, service advisers, and everyone else. The way they treat their customers is unlike any other dealer I've ever dealt with, and I'm nearly 60 years old! It all starts with the "I want your business now and in the future" credo of the General Manager Frank, and he's proven it to me over and over again, and that filters down to everyone else there. The two salesman we dealt with, Craig and Grant, were exceptional, and when the Sales Manager Jason stepped in at Frank's request, it got even better! No pressure, just a friendly "we want you to be happy and get what you want" (we were debating which model to get, a Genesis or the Equus). We got another exceptional deal with no negotiation whatsoever. The deal was written up, and the finance guy Mark (super nice!), who we've dealt with before, got us in and out quickly (we paid cash), and the car is the nicest we've ever owned(and driven or ridden in for that matter)! It's great to know that the most expensive car we've ever bought will be serviced by their top-notch service department, who have proven themselves repeatedly with their work on our other two Hyundais over the last three+ years. Appointments are made and kept, and they've always done it right the first time. As a former "Nissan guy", I can now say I'm a "Hyundai guy"... but to be more accurate, a "Hyundai of Cool Springs guy". I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Oscar was a very different kind of salesman. I went expecting to be pressured and coerced into purchasing a car from him. NOT what happened at all! He showed me what he had that was in my price range. He didn't try to talk me into a new car or a car that I could not afford. He explained everything perfectly! I left there knowing exactly what I had purchased, at what price and what was included in the deal. It was also a very speedy process. Financing was a breeze too! Josh was so incredibly helpful with our family while we were trying to decide which make/model of suv we wanted. We loved the santa fe, but it just didnt suit our needs with three small children. James Falcone was my contact service representative this morning, whenever i brought my car in to have it serviced. Besides changing the oil and filter, I was experiencing a windshield washer fluid leak. They took us to the nearby mall while our car was being serviced. James called and said that we needed to change a couple of filters and gave the the price, which I said ok. When we got back to the dealership, our car was ready and had also been washed, which is a nice touch. They had found the leakage problem and also gave me some information on my tires, that was requested. James was very good and this was a good experience.

I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. I've used Hyundai Cool Springs for repairs before. They were very accommodating, they called with every update and before any repairs were don't they told me exactly how much it would cost. I was very pleased with my first visit and I'm not a fan of using a delearship for car maintenance because of the inflated prices but they proved me wrong. Until I had an issue following the 4the of July. I had my car towed in AAA and I received a call that they received it. They did tell me that they were busy but he'd give me a call after they did a diagnostic. 4 hours passed and no phone call so I called. I was on hold for 5 mins, no response. I decided I'd try again later since I was at work myself. 2 hours later still nothing so I called again and was immediately placed on hold....7 mins later nothing. At this point it's late in the day I have no way home and I had no update on what was going on with my car or when it would be ready. I made one more call an hour before the service dept closed and was immediately out on hold....15 mins later no answer! I ended up having to rent a car to get home.

I called up Jason Moore, the sales manager, last Wednesday morning and told him I wanted to buy a Genesis and told him the specs I wanted. Even though he did not have that car, he said he would find it for me. I said I wanted the best Genesis salesman who knew the car since I had a long list of written questions. He had me come and see Zack Tilley, who then spent a couple hours with me later that day discussing the car. We then saw a demo car which actually had more than what I wanted, but I decided to buy it subject to the wife's approval. I did not have my trade-in with me, but told him about it and we made a deal based on what I expected to pay after having researched the car on the internet out the kazoo. I brought my wife back at 7pm, and we bought the car. The general manger, Frank, and the finance guy, Josh, walked us through all kinds of paperwork and answered more transactional questions, and I drove off in my new Genesis. All in a good days work - no nonsense - very happy. I'll be going back another day for lessons on the car and to sign up for Blue Link, but in the meantime, they treated me fairly, got right to the point without a bunch of bull, and made a deal I am very happy about. Great place to purchase a car!

Craig listened to what we were looking for and presented us with options that met those needs. At no time did he try and convince us that we needed something other than what we wanted. A car in the color that we wanted was not on the lot, but they found on in the area and made arrangements to get it. Craig communicated with us throughout the process and kept us posted on the status. We showed up a little early to pick it up, but it was already ready to go. I chose to price cars via the Internet. I used true car pricing. I was contacted by Corey with a price on the Genesis I was requesting. Then upon arrival I am told they don't have that vehicle but can locate it. They told me there were none with awd in my selected colors clos e enough to retrieve. I told them another dealer was looking to locate the one in missouie or NC. They then worked up a price on the car and only offered a $1000 discount off msrp when the quote to get me in was over $4000 discount. We discussed and I left after over an hour of wasted time talking to Oscar the self proclaimed top seller and Jason his manager. I had 5 other dealers to talk to. Then after returning to the dealer closest to me I was treated wonderful by Halmark. Nearly $4700 better initial price than cool springs attempted to bait and switch me into. To my surprise Oscar and Jason took turns calling or texting me to take each additional counter offer. After refusing all offers I was asked by Oscar what other colors I might want as they had secured both the tech package and a ultimate package vehicle in my color. If I want that color I must come to them. I then called Jason back he claimed to have beat my price if I hadn't signed papers. After 10 more minutes I discover he was still presenting a lessor offer only by claiming the rebate into his discount number. Attempting a shell game. I asked if he would release the claim on the vehicle he locked up on transfer in the color I wanted and he Jason said no I will sell it. I asked why would you jump the other dealer to attempt to force me to buy from them. Please release your claim on the car. His response was no I sent a husband and wife team to retrieve that car if you want that color you will have to buy it here. I responded that in that case it would be in my review. Jason hung up on me. Not the experience anyone should have.

I had never considered, rode in or driven a Hyundai before driving the Santa Fe Sport. We wanted that size vehicle but not a 4 cyl. which is why we decided against a Rav 4 or Rouge. We went to look because our daughter recently purchased a 2011 Santa Fe and it had a 6 cyl. and it seemed like a nice vehicle with plenty of power and good ride. When we found out they only come in 4cyl now we did not want to drive it but the sales person talked us into test driving the turbo model. We were very impressed with the power, quietness and room. It also had an overall sense of quality that was lacking in the Rouge. The 5 year bumper to bumper and 100K drivetrain warranty played a big part in our purchase. After researching and thinking about it for a few days we decided to try and make a deal and feel that we were able to quickly come to a fair price and purchased the vehicle. We did not feel pressured and were allowed to make our decision on our terms which we appreciated. Overall a great experience. It is our hope that the service department experience is just as good.

After test driving and researching for a new vehicle, I decided on a 2016 Tucson SE. I used the internet to search the inventories of Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my home. I then emailed three dealers about four vehicles with features nearest to those I wanted. I asked for quotes from each. Of all of the sales staff I dealt with, Oscar Benavides of Hyundai of Cool Springs was the most accommodating. Even after I asked for re-quotes, because I sold my intended trade-in to a private party, Oscar provided me a new quote quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with Oscars effort in working with me toward the purchase of my new vehicle. I was able to negotiate the entire deal via email and telephone. I did not visit this dealership until the day I bought the car at the negotiated price. However, I will have to say I didnt like Hyundai of Cool Springs website. Of all the websites I used theirs was one of the more difficult ones. The inventory search options were very limited. I could only limit search by model, exterior color and price range. It would have been nice to have limited the search with Trims and distinctive options. I had to drill down to the image of the window sticker to check for the options I wanted (e.g. power seat). Other Hyundai dealer websites had these search features plus had a link to the window sticker image in the search results.

A few days ago, we made a reservation to have our car serviced at my favorite service department. We pulled in on time and they got right to it. I indicated that we were going to be making a couple of trips and that I would appreciate checking everything out. As usual, they not only provided great service, but they washed and vacuumed the car. We were offered a ride to the nearby mall, but we looked and will probably trade in my wife's Hyundai for another one. They take good care of me at this Service Department and I do not feel that they are trying to cheat me on anything.

I have been bringing my Hyundai's to this dealership since before they moved to the current location. The dealership goes out of their way to treat you right. The service department is excellent. When I went in to investigate the possibility of leasing a new Sonata, Zack was extremely helpful. The process was smooth and enjoyable. It is still hard to believe that you can drive such an awesome vehicle for such a low price. This is my fourth Sonata, and I will continue to return to Cool Springs Hyundai for all of my vehicle needs. And now that I have met Zack, I feel like I have a friend who I can go back to whenever I need help or information.

Thomas was my salesman. He was awesome. He greeted me right away and we went to work getting my car. I give him an A plus rating! Make sure you are educated on HOW to buy a car. Know exactly WHAT you want. Know what their invoice price is. Know how much your trade in is worth. Know the incentives from corporate. They have great customer service incentives. They have a 3 day love it or return it guarantee and they back it 100 percent! Remember Mark Salvino in finance is a salesman too. He gives you warranty options. No pressure, just know what you want/need. You don't have to buy what you don't want. They gave me a great finance deal for my situation. Zach is great at showing you all the tech tricks on your new ride. When all was said and done I drove away with my dream car at an awesome price, great finance rate, and a fair deal on my trade!!!!!

My first couple of experiences with this dealership was less than stellar even to the point of not wanting to step foot on this property again. Leadership of the dealership got rid of those individuals and this process was amazing. Walked out with a 2015 Sonata that was an amazing situation for us. Mickey in the service department, Orville Jackson in Sales and Mark in finance did such an amazing job with the process that the 2 Sonata's in our garage won't be the last Hyundai's we purchase from them.

The owner/manager stated that they have a 2016 "new" demo car that his wife had been driving. It had over 3,000 miles on it. I have a quote (worksheet) for the vehicle VIN KM8SRDHFXGU135998 in hand from the dealer stating that the mileage is 0 and the car is NEW. According to the dealership, Hyundai does not allow them to sell these vehicles as demo's, so they cannot discount the vehicle. Had I bought a "New" vehicle there, drove it 3,000 miles, and then brought it back to trade in, I would bet they would call that a USED vehicle. Granted, the car has never been titled, therefore technically it is new, but realistically it is not. My wife and I wasted over 2 hours of our time. Don't waste yours! Our salesman, Karl was actually a nice guy. I wish I could say the same for the rest.

Traded in low mileage Altima. Loved the car, but wanted more safety upgrades. The Sonata offered the most for the intermediate-full size auto. The only thing disappointing was my color choice was unavailable. They worked hard to find one, but I love my second choice. I could have waited for the 2016 and gotten my red car, but I'm glad I took the blue 2015 fully loaded new classy auto!

While searching for a new luxury vehicle, I decided to visit Hyundai of Cool Springs to look at and test drive some of their vehicles. I was enthusiastically greeted by JB Harrison, who listened to my description of what I was looking for and then proceeded to show me some vehicle options. Short on time, I test drove one vehicle that day but it didn't seem like the right one for me so I continued to shop around. A follow-up phone call from JB brought me back into the dealership and a test drive of a 2015 Genesis. Impressed with the car, I requested a check of available inventory to see what exterior/interior color choices were in stock. Thomas Pacconi pulled the information and personally took me and my husband to all three storage lots to review all the vehicles and we found an exact match of what I was looking for. It turned out to be our lucky day! The service department was the best I have ever experienced, they keep their appointments, and are constantly checking on their customers to make their wait comfortable. When we decided to buy a new car, our sales experience was the same. Salesmen Zack Tilley and Craig Francis are the best and General Manager Frank Odrobina was always checking on our progress. We had a difficult situation and they came through for us and made it easy. We love our Hyundai and have been driving one for the last few years with absolutely no problems or returns for service, other than scheduled maintenance!

Dishonest, fraudulent facilitie. After suspecting that they did not rotate the wheels as required on my previous service I marked my wheels for the next scheduled 37,500 mile service on my 2012 Sonata. Having charged me for the rotation I checked after paying and picking up the car and sure enough, that had not touched the wheels. When I returned the car the service manager told me that the tech swore he had rotated the wheels. When I told the him where I had marked the wheel he went away and I heard nothing more until he returned sometime later and told me that the work was now being done and that the tech was going to be let go. I have no faith in this statement or the competence and honesty of the facility and will never use them again. I realize that this is a relatively small thing but if one cannot trust them to be honest or competent about such little details why would i trust them for anything else?

It was time to have my car serviced, so I called the great folks at Cool Springs to set up my appointment. This was easily taken care of, as they were able to accommodate my requested day and time frame. I arrived a few minutes early and Eric Warner, my Service Advisor, met me at my car. He double checked with me on what I was needing done and we left to eat at a nearby restaurant. Before long, Eric called and my car was finished. A nice bonus was that they even cleaned it for me. Upon my arrival back, the paperwork was quickly taken care of, and away we went. They provided me great service and were very accommodating -- I would recommend them to anyone.

After having a long, drawn out bad experience at the Hyundai dealer in downtown Nashville, the Hyundai regional specialist who reviewed our case sent us to Cool Springs so that they could go over our car and make sure things were okay. The people here were courteous, knowledgeable, HONEST, and extremely helpful. We returned to Cool Springs after getting what looked like a serious gouge in a tire. We also asked them about the condition of the rest of the tires, since we had a long trip coming up. A less than scrupulous dealer could have easily talked us into new tires, but the Cool Springs team not only told us that we had a good several thousand more miles on our existing tires, but he patched the damaged tire when he could have easily told us it was past repair. The charges were fair, and he also gave us a good price on the key to the wheel lock, which we needed. I highly recommend Cool Springs Hyundai.

Bought 3 cars, 2 Hyundais and 1 Ford from this dealer. The Ford had problems as soon as it was driven off the lot - brought it to the service dept twice and was told it was "bad gas and would work itself out". Finally took it to my Firestone dealer who said it was the transmission. After several attempts to get service, they transferred the car to a Ford dealer - faulty clutch on the transmission - a safety issue. Ford ordered the part and now the car has to be in service for 4 days. After making at least 10 phone calls to both dealers for a loaner vehicle (which we were promised), no one will take responsibility for the problem. I spoke with ERIC in SERVICE at HYUNDAI many, many times, and he absolutely refuses to help. So now my car, which was faulty at purchase, although they refused to acknowledge that fact, has to be in the shop for another 4 days and no one will provide a loaner or rental vehicle so that I can get back and forth to work. DO NOT EXPECT HELP FROM THE HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT

This was a great overall buying experience. I would buy from them again for my next car need. I am sure it will be a while before then. There was a little pressure to buy immediately but was able to talk with the salesman about my reservations. They let me take the car home overnight and make sure all of my car seats fit. This was very important.

I visited this dealership just to look at what was available. I already had a Santa Fe and was happy with it but it was 10 years old. The car had given me no problems so I wanted to see what the new Santa Fe was like. I worked with Oscar Benavides and he was so easy to work with. I didn't intend to buy on this trip, but Oscar was able to get me a great deal and I couldn't say no. He did not have the color car I was interested in, but was able to get me the exact car I wanted in 2 days. I also worked with Mark Salvino in the finance department. I was having trouble deciding what extras to add in and he was very patient and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Hyundai.

They have been patient enough to resolve all our questions yet at some moments we had to insist to review or fix something. The only one thing that spoilted the good impression is that we have not received the documents we asked for - inspection list and car fax - despite we reminded the manager and several times the assistant.

I bought hyundai sonata 2014 from hyundai at coolsprings. My sales person was Craig. When you are buying the sales team is very enthusiastic and they will promise you things which they don't remeber later. First of all they got a car for me with 700 miles on it. I was not happy with it and told them I am paying for a brand new car and don't want it with these many miles. They said we had to get it from other dealer and other things. But I was not informed about it. Later they told me they can another car but it will have about 300 miles on it and I was OK with it. Then the sales person said first year maintenance is on the dealer. But they didn't say it just includes oil and filter change. Also, they didn't say that though it is all first year actually there will only be two oil changes. I followed the recommended plan provided by hyundai in their manual. According to which I had to do third oil change within first year. When I went there they said I have to pay for it. When I talked to sales person he kept telling me how often he does his oil change. I showed him the owner's manual and told him that I fall in category where my car is driven in severe condition. According to which third oil change is required. Then he said I am 1 year 3 days over and so I have to pay. I told him I tried to get appointment before the end of my first year but that was not available. Then he said he is sorry and nothing can be done. Additionally, my hood was out of alignment and it used to vibrate while driving. This was way before the end of my first year. I asked them to have a look at it. But nothing was done at the service department. The service is not good at all. I am not happy about the service they give. I told the same to Craig. And I am not recommending this dealer to anyone.

I came in for an oil change and filter. I asked about a front-end alignment, even though I had one last time. They very kindly checked for me and indicated it was fine. It was heartwarming that the service man was honest with me, instead of saying "sure you need one, since you have surely hit one or more of Nashville's potholes" during the last few weeks. Instead, he indicated that everything was fine--an honest service department and that is a primary reason why I like the Hyundai of Cool Springs Service Department, to service my car. I also like that they bring you out a clean and vacuumed car.

When I came in the door I told the sales associate, Oscar Benavides, that I wanted the most affordable car they had and without hesitation he told me their 2 most affordable cars. I chose which car I wanted after looking at them and then he had me out the door within 30 to 45 minutes. No one tried to push any extra charges on me, they just showed me my options and I picked the one that suited me best. This is a great dealership with great management and employees and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, I love my car!

My husband and I were in the market for a new SUV. Our current car was about to go out of warranty and we wanted to trade it in for something just as stylish, but more practical and reasonable to maintain. After test driving just about every SUV, we tried the Santa Fe. We had heard good things about Hyundai, although we did not really know much about the models, trims and options available. We were greeted by Zach Tilley who diligently accessed our needs, and matched us up with the Santa Fe 2.0 Sport. He spent over an hour with us test driving the vehicle, and answered every one of my husbands technical questions. It has been our experience in the past that at other car dealers the sales persons were not as learned about the models we were test driving, which was always disappointing to us. I fell in love with the look and feel of the vehicle. I had my heart set on a fully loaded, white car with saddle interior. There were none on the lot. Instead of pushing the dealerships current inventory, Zack located one from another dealership out of state and had it brought in the following day. He even allowed us to take it around town for the entire day by ourselves to see if we were comfortable with it. Zack pushed to get us a top dollar amount for our trade-in, and performed a thorough preparation and walk through on our new vehicle. I have had other high-end cars prior to buying my Santa Fe (three Lexus RXs and my Mercedes ML63 AMG), but my buying experience at Hyundai was by far the best due to the attention to detail in every facet by Zach. He continues to provide the same quality service every time I have a question or need, even though the sale is done.

I visited Hyundai of Cool Springs just to check out the SUV selection one evening after work. It was late but I thought I'd talk to someone about my options about trading my Elantra in for an SUV. I was curious about the difference in my payments, size of vehicle, and my trade-in value before making any leaps. Was trading in a good idea at this point or did I need to wait?Although it was late, Oscar Benavides greeted me with a warm smile that evening and never made me feel as though they were rushed to leave that evening. I was presented with some very pleasing offers for both my trade-in and financing of the newer, larger vehicle. I walked away that night the proud owner of a new Tucson. I was quite surprised at how quickly and stress-free my car buying experience was. Oscar was extremely friendly, patient, and answered all my questions and concerns. I had to go back to the dealership a couple days later and he again welcomed me with a warm greeting with my name and all. Last May, I only went to the Hyundai dealership with the boyfriend for service on his car.Never thought I would leave with a new car. My BF and I were checking out the Velosters in the lot and thinking we would like to have another one in the family. My wife had gone in shopping for a new SUV. She went with a different brand, but kept telling me to call Oscar as I was also looking for a new car. I wanted to test drive a Genesis sedan, and went in to talk to Oscar so he could show me the car. I was originally looking at a used one, but Oscar was able to give me a great deal on a new (but outgoing model) Genesis, so I jumped on it! Oscar was patient, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to make sure I got all of my needs met and that I was happy with the purchase. The owner of the dealership was also nice enough to come up and introduce himself, which I have never had happen.A few days after buying the car, I found that the windshield wipers were streaking, so I called Oscar to see if I could have them swap them out with new ones. No problem! I pulled up, Oscar spoke with the Service Dept., and 5 minutes later I had new wipers installed at no charge.This dealership has been great to work with!

After buying the last two from Zack, I wouldn't even think of going to someone else for a sale/trade, because I actually and truly trust him. I know... that doesn't sound normal when speaking about car salesmen. But Zack is not "normal". He puts the customer first and lays things on the line, while searching for the best deal.

Zack Tilley knows his fleet of cars, and he has a knowledge of comparable vehicles you may be considering, which is important. My wife and I decided we wanted a vehicle with a bit better gas mileage than our Jeep. We decided to look for something a bit sporty, and accidentally happened upon Hyundai of Cool Springs and the Velociter. When we pulled up on the lot and started walking towards a Velociter parked on the street, we were approached by a salesman, Zack Tilley. He listened to what we wanted, and immediately pointed us towards a vehicle to drive. We ended up driving a 2nd vehicle, more peppy than the first (turbo model) and decided to start talking the deal. Now mind you, we had no intention of buying that day, but Zack was so personable, without being pushy at all, we decided to see what we could work out. We went back and forth a couple times and finally came to an agreement and drove out with a new 2015 Velociter. Before we left, Zack insisted on going over every feature of the vehicle, and also suggested we come back for a refresher as it was so much info. Zack took care of getting our vehicle cleaned up and told us every time we came back for service to come say hi. I was quite impressed with Zack's attitude about the sale entirely....I am not in to pushy at all, and am likely to walk if people start getting that way. Zack wasn't, as I stated before, he listened to what we were looking for and used that info to point us at the right vehicle. I highly recommend this Dealership in general and Zack in particular. Service was also spot on when we brought the vehicle back for paint armor.

The sales process with Zack was really great, he takes care of his potential clients and follows up with the customer after the purchase. I highly recommend Zack and the Hyundai. The facility and the service department are not as great as the buying experience however I think ownership is trying to improve on the service. The facility is just too small or the inventory is too big, no remedy here until they move to a more appropriately sized facility.

We had bought a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe from Hyundai of Cool Springs and returned to trade and get a previously owned 2014 Santa Fe Sport. The morning prior to going I had checked the website and there were 6 models of the car I was wanting. By the afternoon when we got there; there was only 1 left. We drove it, we liked the color and bought it. I had enjoyed the 2009 Santa Fe and no major problems with it; just routine maintenence cost. Regular maintenance (where you pay) runs pretty smooth; however, any issue you have that's under warranty will result in either you making 3-4 trips to the dealer to try to have them agree to fix it and even when they do agree to a solution, their repairs are not quality. damage to my vehicle (small, but STILL damage) was done - not reported by me on the first occasion because I was just excited to actually get SOMETHING fixed and the damage to the dash seemed minor. Paint damage, however, was pretty significant. Run, run, RUN away from this dealer. Their prefabricated responses to these unhappy reviews is pretty pathetic as they've already lied in a response to another review I posted on a different website.

Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun list", but the team I got to work with at Hyundai of Cool Springs came close to putting it there. Shaprese Smith, my sales person, spent almost 6 hours helping me wade through options, test driving multiple Hyundai models, and ended up letting me take home a previously owned 2013 Acura sedan, which I think is clear evidence that she was listening to what I wanted, I felt no pressure from her - only support. And now I feel like a kid with a new toy. Mark Salvino was equally attentive to detail in working with me to find the best financing options. Van Hayes was good to answer technical questions, even though it was not even his sale. These folks worked together like a professional team - a family. If this is any indication of how these folks work for their customers, I will be looking forward to bringing my car in for regular service for years to come.

I left a review before, then I saw that the dealership had responded to my review. The response was not only a lie, but claimed that the situation actually occurred at another dealership, which it definitely did not. This just goes to show how much this dealership loves to lie, mislead, and deceive customers. There is nothing in this world that would make me go back to them. Customer service is, as the employees let us know during this whole ordeal, always an issue. Personally, I think this warning would have been very helpful before we did business with Hyundai of Cool Springs. I was surprised to read their claim that they had talked to us and that we were 100% satisfied. This has not happened and I'm sure it will not. They definitely have not tried to remedy anything with us at all, although a simple apology would be nice.This dealership does not stand behind its 100% satisfaction guarantee in the least. Again, steer clear of this dealership and its employees. It is simply ridiculous that they responded to my review only in lies.. I'm speechless.

We are still waiting on a check they "promised" us for our trade, and doubt we will get it. We were lied to consistently about everything imaginable, including money, the quality of the car we bought, and customer service to remedy all the issues we had. A week later, we had to just trade in the car we purchased from Hyundai of Cool Springs for a different car at ANOTHER dealership because of all of its issues and lost $5000 on the transaction. I was able to get my Hyundai Accent in on short notice and as always everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like having my vehicle serviced at the dealership so that I know that all service performed conforms with manufacturer specifications. My hope is by doing this I will ultimately extend the life of my vehicle. I only wish they had a lower cost options for oil changes. I know it's a small thing but when I get coupons from many different companies advertising a $19.99 oil change it makes it a little tough to justify spending more. Other than that -- I have been very happy with the service that is provided and the time the staff takes to explain any issues I have and the best resolution. Since my experience was so great its hard to determine where to start and how to do write this review where it will be brief. First I would like to start with saying I have purchased several vehicles over the years from different dealerships and this was the best by far. Everyone at Hyundai of Cool Springs that I met was very friendly. David Anderson was the employee who I worked with through almost the entire process and he was wonderful. I did the application on line and received a call from him in less than five minute. In about 20 to 30 minutes I was already approved for the car. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Because of him he entire process was short and very simple. Even after I purchased the car his kindness and concerns to make sure I was satisfied didn't stop. I didn't feel like I just purchased a car but I seriously feel like I gained a friend as well.

As soon as I stepped in JJ was ready to help me and answer all questions I had. It was a calm, clean atmosphere which made me feel very comfortable. This was my first on my own car buying experience, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I had went to another dealership before Hyundai and the salesman would not accept no as an answer, he had done an appraisal on my car for trade in and refused to give me my keys back, and could not understand why I wanted to go test drive other cars. Oscar was awesome, as was the guy in Finance (I do not remember his name). I had a great purchasing experience.I did have some issues with the cars prep: The extra paint protection package that I purchased was not properly buffed off. Also during the buffing process they were so rough with the buffer that they damaged the the Metal dealership logo sticker. A very expensive option to pay for and get a sloppy job.When my tag was moved from my old car to the new one, the installer stripped out the head of the mounting screw on my new car. Thirdly, the alignment stickers on the wheels, (That I pointed out and requested to be removed) were still on the car when I recieved the car. (They were a pain to remove, very sticky and left glue residue that you can't use solvent on to remove beause the wheels have clear coat on them.I love the car and would buy it again and from the same dealer. This is my 3rd car from them.

This may be a good place to buy a Hyundai, but do not take your car here for repairs. They always try to upsell you.Here's the story: My wife takes our Sante Fe in to get the passenger side mirror fixed. Really only the mirror is bad, not the electronics behind it. So the mechanic quotes a price of $60 for the part and $100 for labor. Sounds fair, so I give the ok, on the condition that it doesn't need to be painted. They pull the car around, and the actual cost they rang up is $262 for the part and $100 for labor. And they replaced the entire mirror fixture, not just the mirror itself. Which is not painted of course. My wife told them not to do that--it was not in the budget to spend $362 for a mirror on a. 6 year old car. But they did it anyway.This is the way they do business, I assume in an attempt to get you to trade in and buy a new Hyundai. Whatever. I guess this is why my dad told me never take your car to the dealer for repairs.

But a few years later, it was bought out and the changes were not positive - very typical of large business. Upon hearing that the dealership had once again changed ownership, I tried them again. My last two experiences have been extremely positive - even better than the earliest ones that had won my loyalty. The appointment process is easy. The intake and return time is quick. And the professionalism is clearly evident in all aspects. Yes, you can save a few bucks getting your oil changed at other quick lube spot. But the peace of mind that comes with having a certified Hyundai tech working on your vehicle is more than worth the few extra dollars. Staying with the dealership assures me that I can keep my car performing to Hyundai standards. Additionally, in just two service visits, I already have a sense of relationship with the folks there - which is so important to me. Despite being a big business, there is still a sense of connection, that they know you and your car's history. They have successfully managed to find that sweet spot. I have recently bought a new Hyundai and did something I have never done - bought a service contract. That's how pleased (and confident) I have am!

I had been shopping for a vehicle and found a possibility (a pre-own certified Elantra Touring) on the Hyundai of Cool Springs website. When I came to view and test drive the vehicle I was very pleased to find it just as it was advertised in excellent condition. This felt like the one! I came back later that day with my husband in tow to see if we could settle the deal. Hector our sales man was a gentleman through out the process. We were given a handsome price for our trade and Mark the finance manager worked his magic getting our payments exactly where we wanted them each month!! After some very disappointing experinces at local Kia and Chevy dealerships I was excited to not only find the right car but also the right team to get me in it. The only negative was a brief moment when there was a delay in decision to fix a small light before I headed out the door in my new to me vehicle. It was replaced and away I drove, one very happy lady!!

After several unsatisfactory service visits to another Hyundai dealer closer to my work, I decided to try Hyundai of Cool Springs in Franklin. Although it was further away from home and work, it was worth the trip. The first thing I noticed was the facilities...bright, clean, modern and welcoming. It was below freezing and they got me and my car in to the service bay quickly and efficiently. Next was the service techs. Were able to accurately prescribe my service needs, gave me options and even honored a competitor's coupon. Lastly, the car was completed before it was promised and within the price range I had expected to pay. Overall, a positive experience. My only negative: no shuttle service to downtown. Still, it was worth the hassle considering what I experienced with another dealer closer to town. i'll be back.

Not only was my repair done quickly, but other areas of the car was checked out and a report was given to me so that I could make sure to keep it in good running order. There is shuttle service which I took advantage of to get some Christmas shopping done.

These guys had the used car that I wanted. They let me drive it overnight so that I could get my mechanic to check it out. They dropped the price of the car and made some other concessions that sounded really good. We settled on a price. And then disaster struck - I went into the Finance Manager's office! First, he tried to get me to finance the car - which I had already made it known that I had no interest in financing. Then he handed me the paper with the price of the car on it and asked me to sign it. Before I signed anything, I asked him if this written price was the final - out-the-door - price. He said "NO - there are a few other things that have to be added." He asked me if the salesman had informed me of the other charges that were involved. I, of course, said "NO!" He laughed and said "That's not surprising." By the time he got through adding all of the hidden fees and such - the cost of the car was much higher than the price that we had agreed upon earlier. Of course, I was very upset because I thought we already had a deal. Needless to say, I left the dealership WITHOUT the car - a car that is still on their used car lot with a lowered price that would amount to the original price we had agreed upon earlier even with the added fees. When I called the salesman back later that day to "Vent" - his only answer was that all dealerships do business that way. I hope he is wrong - but in any case - I found another car from an individual who did not try to "shake me down." I would never do business with this dealership again!

I had a good experience today at the Cool Springs Hyundai dealership in Franklin, TN. I needed to replace the front brakes on my 2005 Hyundai Sonata. The service department personnel were very friendly and helpful, and I believe they were honest and trustworthy too. I also appreciated very much the Fall Special coupon, which I downloaded from the dealerships web site. I enjoyed a good buying experience at Cool Springs Hyundai too. I bought the Sonata to replace my Hyundai Elantra, which I had totaled in a collision with a deer. The dealership was quick to meet my needs during that stressful time. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a new or used car and for your car maintenance needs.

I love my Elantra. I have used the roadside assistance twice- once for a tow & once for locked keys in car. The service was prompt and everyone was so professional. I also have the maintenance package with my lease and love its benefits. I took my car in just today and was checked on by several employees half a dozen times, offering drinks, snacks, a comfy chair.... I was also grateful for the kids corner for my 1 &1/2 year old son!

I recently had to take my 2006 Hyundai into Hyundai of Cool Springs due to a recall on my vehicle. As I had no appointment and really was just going by to see what to do, I was surprised when they immediately took my car to the back, checked to make sure that the problem was part of the recall, provided me with a rental car and had me on my way in short amount of time. While my car was in there, they checked the car out for any potential problems not related to the recall issue. The facility was clean and neat and everyone was both friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

This past Friday, I went to the Hyundai of Cool Springs to buy my fourth Hyundai car, this time another Santa Fe. I was at the dealership a few weeks back, just looking, and met one of the Sales Managers, Joe L. and enjoyed talking and visiting with him. I told him that I was going to drive my old car on a major vacation trip and wanted to trade, upon my return, but did not want to talk with a salesman, then. Sure enough, upon my return, I went to Hyundai of Cool Springs again, ready to trade. The salesmen were just finishing up a meeting, but Joe was standing there, so we picked up on our conversation from last time, with my telling him that I was ready to do business and wanted to do it with this dealership. I soon met my sales person, David Anderson, and found him to be a very pleasant and likeable young man, who was knowledgeable of his cars. We began the process of getting down to what I wanted and then David got a new Santa Fe for me to drive. He went over the basics, but my already owning a Santa Fe, hastened the process and on to the drive. I was use to a six cylinder and now it is just four cylinder cars. I did find it more "peppy" than I thought I would. Unfortunately, they did not have the color I was wanting in the package that I wanted, but through their locator system, they soon found one. We began the process of making a deal, and I found both David and Joe to be very professional in the three of us reaching one accord. I did make one minor concession, in order to close the deal, but a deal was made, and everyone seemed happy. When my car arrived on Monday, David went out of his way to make sure I got it and in good order, with it being cleaned and full of gas. It was approaching closing time, but David spent all the time that was needed, explaining the features of the car. He told me that if I needed him too go over it all again in a day or two, he would be glad to do that. David Anderson was very polite, helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process and I would clearly recommend him to anyone, to be your car salesman. Thanks to David Anderson and Joe L., my car buying experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs went very well and I would be shocked if that would change in the future, if I needed their help. They were two fine men to work with.

First off, I had a great sales experience when I met withThomas Pasconi this past May! He took extra care and time to explain my leasing options, and though I wasn't intending to finalize any deals that day, within just one hour I got the payments I needed and the car that I wanted! Next up, when I brought my car into the shop on a September weekday morning for an oil change, I barely had time to sit down before the service manager let me know my car was ready! It was way past time to start looking to change vehicles. Three years ago, I had purchased a 2010 Santa Fe from Hyundai of Cool Springs in Franklin, TN and was very pleased with the buying experience and the vehicle. So I thought I would check on the prices of a new Santa Fe online. David Anderson, a sales representative at Hyundai, sent an e-mail with questions and information. I called David to do further inquiries about available inventory. He informed me of a pre-owned 2009 Santa Fe that exactly matched what my wife and I were looking for. We went to the dealership that afternoon to see and drive the Santa Fe. We were met by name by David before making it into the showroom. The vehicle was exactly as it had been described. David was knowledgeable and attentive to our financial needs. He was able to get the price reduced and our trade-in allowance increased to provide a purchase price we could accept. In less than an hour we were in the finance office completing paperwork to purchase the SUV. Mark, the finance representative, was honest, knowledgeable and courteous as well as efficient. If you want a no pressure superb buying experience for a new or used vehicle, you need to stop by Hyundai of Cool Springs and ask for David Anderson! You will not regret it!!

I am writing this review in favor of the Hyundai of Cool Springs service department. I have always had a great experience with this department from workmanship to customer service. I have never waited more than an hour for anything that I have had completed: check on noises, oil changes and multi-point inspections, and even a 30,000 mile maintenance check. I have always been greeted with large smiles, enthusiastic attitudes, and someone to make sure that I was comfortable and always checked to see if I needed anything. I am not however, in favor of my "sales" experience at this location. So much so that I went to Hyundai of Wilson County to purchase my vehicle. I was less than a year out from being ready to purchase my vehicle and decided to look around. I went to this location because it is closest to where I live. The person that assisted me in looking at vehicles was very enthusiastic until he found out that I was not ready to buy that day. I let him know that I was graduating grad school in less than a year and that I was saving for a quality size down payment. The focus shifted from getting me to buy the car, to pressuring me into convincing my parents that they should out right buy the car for me. After having the same discussion over and over that I was not going to rely on my parents for this investment, he was no longer interested. When we returned to the dealership from a test drive, he had a buying customer waiting. When I pulled into the parking lot he immediately jumped out of the car, said "you can park the car I'll be right back," and left. I parked the car myself, took the keys into the dealership myself, and had to wait for him to provide brochures that he promised. When he finally returned to my assistance, he did not have the brochures and that was that. I had a much better car buying experience from Wilson County Hyundai even when they did not know that I was ready to buy. My experience with this particular person was unacceptable. Whether I'm ready to buy today or in a year, customer service should be priority. I would have certainly returned to the Hyundai of Cool Springs to purchase my car if I had a better experience the first time. I will certainly continue to return to the Hyundai of Cool Springs service department. They know what quality and genuine customer service is. I would recommend this dealer for service needs but not sales if they are involved with the same sales representative that I was.

My wife wanted a new car so I did some research and decided the Hyundai Genesis was the best car for her. I did a lot of checking of prices and options and she decided on a Platinum Silver with the black interior. We went to the Cool Springs dealership for her to test drive the car and to start the buying process. Our salesman was David Anderson and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I told them we were interested if we could agree on a price and it took them all of 20 minutes to get to the number I had set as an excellent deal. This was the easiest car deal I have ever had in my 45 years of car dealing. They have taken the car deal from the stone ages into the twenty first century with excellent communication via email and phone without being pushy and understanding the power of research on the Internet the customer can use. If you want a Hyundai go and talk to Van and David or contact them via email and I think you will agree that this is the a great dealership that takes all the hassle out of buying a vehicle. The Genesis is an excellent vehicle trimmed out to compete with cars that cost thousands more. The fit and finish is excellent and it drives like a dream. I think this will be an excellent vehicle for us for years to come.

I have gotten to know Brad from 2 previous visits. I had major problems with my 2013 Santa Fe's engine stopping just a few miles after starting. He was determine to find the solution. My vehicle had already been in two dealerships and HYUNDAI couldn't Fix the problem. After many days he just turned the lead technician loose to find the problem. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any car dealership. After my 2013 elantra would not start, I was told that I could drop it off first thing the next morning, and they would be able to provide me a ride to work on a first-come, first-served basis. I was the first person to arrive (thankfully the car started that morning) promptly at 7AM and was then the last person to be dropped off at work 30 minutes late. After i was told that my car was ready later in the morning, i reiterated the fact that i needed to pick up my car during my lunch hour and would need to be picked up at work at 12 in order to make it back to work by no later than 1. i made absolutely certain they could accommodate me before i got off the phone with them that morning. after waiting for an HOUR on the sidewalk of my office building, no one ever showed up to pick me up and i had to return to work (nevermind that i didn't have a chance to eat lunch all day because i had been waiting for my transport). No one from the dealership ever called me about being late or not coming. i tried calling the service department from the number they had called me on that morning and then kept trying the toll free number for the dealership but only got a full VM each time. i finally got them to answer the phone about 2 hours later. they had no recollection that i was supposed to be picked up. i was informed that the phone lines had been out for three hours that day...which i explained was no excuse for the fact that i had told them that morning that i would need transportation to pick up my car...you don't need a phone to inform the driver that they have a pick-up. i had to make arrangements for a friend to bring me back after work to pick up my car, which was most inconvenient as i was supposed to attend a funeral visitation that evening. when i picked the car up, i was told i would not owe anything for the services they performed (oil change along with repairing the problem of why a new car with only 10K miles on it didn't start). as for the problem with the car, i was not satisfied with their explanation. i had to have the Hyundai assurance people send someone out to me the night the car didn't start and was told by them (after attempting to jump the car off from 5 different locations) that the battery was fine that he believed it to be the starter. so after i drove it around (advised by the guy who was sent out) for about 20-30 minutes, i drove to an autozone to have them test the power system, which the power system read that it failed. autozone also said the battery had tested at 100%, fine. i was told by the dealership when i picked up the car that the battery read low and they just recharged the power system...they told me that sometimes you could leave a door open or a light on and it would drain the battery....i told him there was NO WAY that it had a low battery. i NEVER do things like for fear of draining the battery. i am still not convinced that the battery on a car that was driven off the lot brand new in mid-January could have had a battery so low that it caused the power system to fail. he assured me that it shouldn't/wouldn't happen again. i am not so sure and certainly not convinced. i plan to get a second opinion from the dealership i bought the car from (Wilson Co. Hyundai in Lebanon where i had a MUCH more pleasant buying/customer experience) when i take it in for it's next oil change in December. (i bought a car from Cool springs Hyundai about 2 years ago, but the experience was not remotely comparable to the service and appreciation i received in Lebanon). needless to say, i feel like i should have been worth more than the $35 oil change they gave me at Cool Springs. Again, the WORST experience i have ever had. even in an emergency, i will never return. when i need closer service, i will try out downtown Hyundai while the car is still under warranty, otherwise, i will drive all the way to Lebanon for servic

After reseaching dealers and thinking I would be buying from another local dealer, I ended up at Hyundai of Cool Springs with David Anderson. I knew the car I wanted as this is my 3rd Sonata. David presented me with a deal on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited Turbo. The car was more than i needed as far as features but the deal they were offering for this car was too hard to turn down and the car is BEAUTFUL. I went to see the car, loved it. David held the car until we could get there to do the financing. When we went in to do the financing and pick up my car and I couldn't believe how easy and timeless it was. We werent there all day!!! David was great!!! He wasn't pushy, he was very upfront and handled every detail needed and I really appreicate him going out of his way on his days off. I couldn't had asked for a better salesman. This is a great dealership all the way around.

I went to the dealership to have my 2011 Hyundai Elantra serviced for a recall and to have a noise checked out. Come to find out the noise I was worried about was also a recall. I was pleasantly suprised that the dealership did not ry to rip me off or suggest that I have unnecessary repairs made. The service department took care of everything that needed to be fixed and was extremely friendly in the process. They have excellent customer service and atmosphere. I will definitely come back for future service.

I stopped by the service department without an appointment to have the service department check on a battery indicator light and my radio not working. They were able to resolve the problem in about 45 minutes by replacing three blown fuses. Happily paid $50 and was on my way. The waiting area was excellent with wi-fi and Starbucks coffee along with friendly employees.

I bought a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid here two years ago. I had shopped around, and knew what the car was selling for throughout the country. I had even thought about flying to Chicago to get my best price. When I told my salesperson this, he brought in a manager, and they "beat' that price substantially. Buying was easy, and we drove away a few hours later. We had looked at other hybrids, and honestly, most are "ugly"....this car looks great and has received many compliments from others who have admired it. We get around 40mpg - you cannot beat that. This dealership also excels on service. The car has been taken in for routine service, and the repair department has been VERY VERY easy to deal with. Nice, courteous and efficient, and good coffee in the lobby! The sales manager always explains everything, and is knowledgeable about any questions. The car has had one recall - Hyundai sent us a $50 gift card just to bring it in. You cannot beat that. After almost 30k miles, this car is really amazing. Consumer Reports has never liked it - and I don't understand why...as ours has been trouble-free. When you see it go into the electric mode at 70mph, you know you are driving something cool. I hope they make more of their models hybrid. I would buy one in a flash.

My dad has a Hyundai Sonata and my brother has a Hyundai Elantra. They lovvvvvve their cars. I wanted an SUV because I travel so much all over the country with my work. I like to take a lot of my things with me and have space to spare. I had done quite a bit of research on the Santa Fe and I knew that is what I wanted but wasn't ready to push forward quite yet. I literally only went in to get a look at one in person. Thomas was fantastic. I can't tolerate being pushed by salesmen or being manipulated. Thomas was kind, friendly, and honest. He said we would save money on the spark plug change since it was at the same time as the warranty work. These comments cover two service visits to Hyundai of Cool Springs in May, 2013.1) I brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for 18,750 mile service on May 7th. I advised Manny Martinez, my usual service advisor, that the steering wheel cover seemed to be deteriorating. He replaced the wheel without any hassle, and the remaining service was performed on a coupon price from several months earlier, which he had agreed to apply to this service when I made the appointment. 2) Approximately two weeks later, I advised Manny that the transmission issues I had brought it in for several times before had reoccured. I asked him if we could elevate the problem to his service manager, and the district manager if necessary. He made an appointment for that Wednesday (5/22), advised that their technician would transmit the transmission performance data to the tech group at Hyundai, and that together they would correct the problem. He kept the car overnight, and called the next day to say that Hyundai had authorized them to replace the transmission under warranty. Both Manny and his manager, Randy Wood, were very forthright and easy to deal with. I have always had great service from this dealership.I would recommend them to anyone considering service for their Hyundai or purchase of a new vehicle in the Franklin/Nashville area.Gary Yarbrough

My daughter had a concern about the brakes on her car and had taken it to another (Hyundai) dealership and was sent on her way being told that there was nothing wrong. After continued concerns she went to Hyundai of Cool Springs. Manny, in the service department listen to her concerns and called back quickly to let us know that we did have a couple of issues with the brakes. It was 1:30 PM when the check tires light came and the tires did not appear low to my eye sight. This is the first time this has happened in the 2 years of owing this car.Arrived at dealership approx. 2:15 PM very concerned and Manny said that it would take about 30 minutes to figure out the problem. Well within 45 minutes our car was read to go and the problem was the left front tire was 2 lbs. low. They put in the correct amount of nitrogen and we were ready to finish our shopping. Bought 2011 Sonata from dealership and it has 40,000 miles on it. The power door lock went out on the driver's side. Took car in for repair and it was still under warranty. This was first problem I've had with the car. The check-in people were great and the waiting lounge was comfortable with free coffee and snack. When I got my car back they had also fixed a safety call-back feature that I didn't know about until I got home and had received a notice in the mail that day. Also had them change my oil which I had a coupon for and 2 air filters.

Took my 2011 Sonata in for warranty work. The driver's side automatic door lock was not working. The vehicle has 40,000 miles on it and this was the first problem I've had with it. Also got an oil change and new air filter while there. Check-in staff were great and efficient. Waiting lounge was very comfortable with snacks and coffee. Work was done in a timely fashion and everyone there was very pleasant.

However, my recent experience with the Hyundai of Cool Springs dealership changed my opinion of car salesmen and dealerships in a most unusual and positive way! My Chrysler vehicle had to go in for extended repairs so Enterprise put me into a 2013 Hyundai Accent. From my first drive in the Hyundai I was impressed. Not having paid much attention to the Hyundai brand prior to last week, I was surprised to learn of their numerous safety and performance awards. I invited my two sisters to ride with me and test drive the Hyundai as both of them were in need of trading their vehicles (>100,000 and 150,000 miles). They too were impressed with its sporty style inside and out, solid and quiet ride (from outside traffic/noise)Bluetooth, sound system, and fuel efficiency - my biggest surprise - I was driving a 4-cylinder! The sisters 'loved the Hyundai', so we googled local dealerships and found Hyundai of Cool Springs. On our way to dinner in Cool Springs, we visited the Hyundai dealership just "to look around". Two minutes on the lot and we were greeted warmly by Tyler Segars - in a very non-traditional car salesman approach. He was extremely professional, personable and did NOT launch into the typical "how can I help you" line of questioning. Long story short and two hours later, we were 2 proud owners of the Hyundai Elantra GLS. Sister three bought hers 5 days later. WOW - a great dealership, totally all about customer service from everyone on their staff. I highly recommend paying them a visit - even just to look around! A week later - still thrilled with the purchase and follow-up customer service from the staff at Hyundai of Cool Springs - they go above and beyond! Keep up the great service!

The person with whom I worked, Manny, was very professional and courteous with me and explained what had to be done and what the cost would be prior to doing the repair. He is a real plus to the organization. I then worked with Zack Tilley in trading in my vehicle. As I was in the market for a used car, Zack was very patient in showing me what I was interested in and took me for test drives in several vehicles and was very knowledgeable about each one I drove. He was also very helpful in getting me the right deal when I made my decision to purchase. Zack made my experience very pleasurable rather than painful, specifically by not behaving like a car salesman. He was totally professional and courteous with me. My wife and I live in Huntsville, AL and our LOCAL Hyundai dealership was very untrustworthy and could not get us the car we wanted. After a week of being told story after story, we called Hyundai of Murfreesboro and they could not get the car we wanted either. In fact, they ordered a car from another dealership, but when we went over the accessories with the salesperson, the vehicle did not have the specialty packages we had requested. We even when so far as to work with another salesperson, but he too was unable to provide us any assistance. To date, we fired 3 salespeople! Finally, we spoke with Van Hayes at Cool Springs. In a matter of half a day, Van had located the 2013 Santa Fe we wanted! Van was straight forward and patient with us. At this point we were leery of Hyundai sales people. Van got the car freighted into Franklin in 2 days!!! He is a man of his word and is very dependable! He returned phone calls quickly and was a true professional. We did everything over the phone and internet, so when the car arrived we went to the dealership and our new Santa Fe was waiting for us. Mike Thompson took us through the paper and different options. He is great to work with and alright for a LSU fan. We were introduced to Ariel Higgins by Van after signing all the documents. She was great to work with and she covered every inch of the Santa Fe with us. She set up our Blue Link account and got our phones working with the Bluetooth. Ariel called us the next day to see if everything was working and up to standard. It was a GREAT experience working with all the folks at Hyundai of Cool Springs dealership! My husband ended up having a conflict with the online pricing and the pricing that was listed on the car. Ariel patiently got that issue resolved and the price was adjusted to what was offered online. My husand and I had already secured financing but, was offered a lower rate at the dealership. Ariel patiently waited until I got off work, picked our son, and came to the dealership to sign papers. She even gave my son a sucker which is a plus in my book. Zack Tilley understood my wants and needs for a new (preowned vehicle) and did a great job at finding me exactly what I was looking for. Went to "window shop", left with a new Sonata Hybrid. Must say, salesperson Ariel Higgins played a key role. She was so knowledgable about the car (not everyone buys a hybrid) even though it was only her second week at the dealership. She gave me a written quote and procured the car I wanted from another dealer. When I went to close the deal, based on experience with other dealers, I fully expected to be asked for more based on some misunderstanding, etc. or up-sold for this or that. Didn't happen. I wrote a check for the exact amount she quoted. My experience at Hyundai Cool Springs was my best car buying experience ever and I'm 71 and have bought plenty of cars. Hi :), After years of saving up and driving my Mom's old but trustworthy vans, The Green Machine and The Silver Bullet, I bought my very own first car, a used BMW 2006 325i, I'll admit that I was a little nervous about the whole experience so I brought my girlfriend along to do all the hard-balling and talking. We did our research and found local dealers that had cars that we liked but that were also in our price range and went to maybe 2 or 3 places before Hyundai of Cool Springs. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted warmly by Zach Tilley and asked to take a seat so that he could guide me through the buying process, this salesman was very polite, professional, and experienced. I am not a great driver so I was a little cautious test driving this expensive vehicle to my mechanic for him to check it out, but it handled great and the whole way there Zach informed me about special features in the car, which happened to have a technology package among other things. Used cars are going to have some issues and this car was no exception, the hood would not open when we got to the mechanic, but our mechanic said the car was in excellent condition aside from that. The salesman did not hide anything that he knew was wrong with the car, he even told us about a sticking cup holder! He also gave us the name and number of a place where we could get a dark ceramic window tint to compliment the black exterior and black leather interior. In the end, I feel like I paid a very good price for this car and was in no way shadied by this salesperson. I was aware of the problems the car had and even given price reductions on the cost of repairs that the car needed. It was a quick and professional process and to this day I have not had a single regret about buying this car.

Tyler Segars was an excellent person to work with in obtaining my first new car. I have exactly the car I wanted and for a great price. With it being my first car and no credit history, I had difficulty getting a decent loan approval. He followed up with me regularly for over a week and helped guide me in the direction I needed to go. To attest to their dedication, the car ended up being sold, but they found another exactly like I wanted (with a few bonuses) that they had delivered to their location so I could go home with the car I wanted for the same price we agreed upon originally once I had my financials in order (my steady job history and Tyler's direction despite my credit helped secure this). They let me drive the replacement before signing and finalizing anything. So I'm happy to say, with no credit history, I am a new Veloster Turbo owner with a low interest rate loan! Tyler gave me a great tutorial on how to use all of the features of the car and worked with me every step of the way to help with my needs. I had been to many other dealerships before this one and just ended up walking away. Hyundai has a great rising product and the Cool Springs branch has great people!

On December 27,2012 my Santa Fe's Oil was changed for the first time. I had several questions about all the new features this vehicle has to offer. Bob Metzger listen and followup with answers. I appreciated his desire to please. One question was how to use a mp3 player with the media since I do not have an ipod that uses an USB connector.He refered me to Zack Tilley(Sales). Zack explained that my USB cable would not work with my old mp3 player. He obtained another cable from his car(AUX cable) and demonstrated how to connect the device. I have a 2009 Elantra and a few days before Thanksgiving I lost the keys at work. I had to break into my car to get my ID and insurance to have another key made but because I locked the car with the clicker the alarm wouldn't stop honking. The dealer in downtown Nashville said they would have to tow my car and there was no way to bypass the alarm without a new clicker. 150 for the clicker...150 for the tow...and he said I had better hurry because they were very busy w the upcoming holiday. I got on the internet...found out that I just have to turn the key to the "on" position for 30 seconds and it would turn off the alarm...problem solved...no tow, no clicker!!! I then called the Cool Springs Dealership and spoke w Bob and asked him how to bypass the alarm. Bob was kind enough to tell me the truth.I now have a new clicker that Bob programmed for me. Bob...you are an awesome guy!!!

Things started out pretty well. We drove up from Huntsville, AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Tim was very pleasant and we agreed to a price and equipment package. They found the vehicle we wanted at another dealer and had to do a dealer trade so it would be a few days before we would get our new Santa Fe. We were not promised a date but the estimate was Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. Its been too long ago now about two months so I dont remember exactly which day we were informed our Santa Fe was in, but we drove back up from Huntsville to get it. After we finished the paperwork and went out to the vehicle we noticed the interior was the wrong color. It was decided we would take the Santa Fe with the wrong interior home so we would have something to drive while they found one with the right interior. A few days later the right color was found and Tim brought it down to us. This one did not have the correct mirror. I notified Tim and did not get a response. After a few more emails and text messages, Tim replied they were checking into it. After several more attempts to find out the status I had to prove what equipment was supposed to be included in the packages on my Santa Fe. One would think the dealer would know that, but I had to scan in a copy of the window sticker and send it to them before they would take action to correct the issue. After several more weeks and more questions from me, Hyundai of Cool Springs finally decided to install the correct mirror. After all of these problems, my biggest complaint is the lack of response to many of my emails and the fact they did not know what equipment is included with the packages on the vehicle. I have an appointment to take it in next week to get this corrected.

I have purchased 2 Sonatas from Tim Gregory within an 8 month period. A 2012 Sonata Limited for my wife, and most recently a 2013 Sonata Se for myself. Tim was very knowledgeable about his product and answered all my questions. I especially like the fact that no pressure is put on a customer at this dealership. I tried dealing at other dealerships, but none came close to the deal I received at Cool Springs Hyundai. I would highly recommend Tim and this dealership to anyone considering a new Hyundai. We worked with Tim Gregory. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We test drove several vehicles, and he was very candid in his recommendations.I advised him of the Elantra Limited we wanted.They found one in about a week and dealer traded for it.Unfortunately, the first vehicle was damaged in a hail storm before they could pick it up.They then dealer traded for a second vehicle, and gave up a Veloster, which was in high demand,to get it. I would recommend Tim and this dealership to anyone considering a Hyundai vehicle.I would also recommend Manny Martinez in their service department.He has been very helpful in arranging service and warranty appointments.

I have purchased new cars before and always dreaded the process with salesmen pulling tricks to delay the process and wear you down until you "give in" to their price and purchase according to their terms. My experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs with Tim was just the opposite. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into the car that fit my needs. He was very prompt and forthcoming. I didn't even need to negotiate a price because the price he came back with was rated as "good" compared to other prices others were paying for the same car locally. All in all, I came away satisfied that I paid a fair price for a car that I love and the experience was not painful in anyway. Thanks again, Tim! Great job.

Zack Tilley was an awesome salesperson. He got me in and out very quickly. He found the exact car that I wanted with all the extras on it. The finance department was expedient with the paperwork and had everyting ready to be signed. The whole experience was too perfect. This was a very good experience. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about this dealership with blessings.

Oscar was very knowledgeable on all the features of the Sonata that I was interested in. He was never rushed during the time I spent with him. After buying the car, he spent even more time with me setting up Bluetooth and setting up my Hyundai.com account. The whole experience was relaxed and certainly not typical of past experiences with car salesmen. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience at Hyundai and have suggested to friends and family members that they need to consider Hyundai when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.

Wasn't planning to buy a car, just wanted to check out the Sonata Hybrid. A few days later, drove out with one of the most beautiful and fantastic cars I've ever owned and that's plenty.Ariel Higgins met me at the door and took over. She assessed my needs, got me behind the wheel of a demo car and explained all the features and benefits as I drove. That was plenty to cover as the car has a raft of electronic features.But, they didn't have the color I wanted and we hadn't negotiated price. 20 minutes later, the car I wanted had been located at another dealer and I had a price quote in writing, tax, license and all. Went home, read owner reviews and next day ordered the car.Came time to close and I expected a bunch of "oh, I forgot to tell you about this charge or that", or a hard sell on other add-ons, etc. Nope, the final invoice matched the quote and I left with a wonderful car.It was only Ariel's second week at Hyundai. I couldn't help but wonder how she knew so much about the car, the dealership, their processes, etc. When she delivered the car, she went over everything about it, as if she'd been there forever.Watch out sales guys, Ariel's gonna make you sad.

Purchased a Sonata from Cool Springs, Nashville Tn. Spoke to Ariel(sales person) several times about the price, went to look at the car, very nice. Ariel told me over the phone what the out the door price was so when we got there the price was 1,000.00 higher. Disappointed and mislead by her. Customer Service Relations Manager, Kristen Curtis sent an email about customer satisfaction, wanting an outstanding review, but would like the opportunity to remedy any concerns. Well I had a concern so I sent Kristen an email & called her, she said that she did not receive the email and to this day she has not replied or called me back, lousy business, not good when you're expecting excellent ratings. Positive feedback is everything & word of mouth speaks volumes.

This was my first new car purchase, and with less-than-excellent credit I was half expecting the salesman to make a wry face and push me into accepting a really bad deal (which I wouldn't have accepted). But it was a very pleasant surprise to work with them.They took the time to go over every possible financing option, frankly told me about the upgrades I shouldn't really take, and got me the best deal overall.

Tim Gregory is an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable about his product. We drove many different models and he was so nice and informative. He went the extra mile and helped us find the car we were looking for even though it wasn't there on his lot. He showed us all the features on the car as well. He took alot of time with us and we never felt rushed or that he was in a hurry. I will definitely recommend Tim to family and friends!

"Bowtie" Jon Garrett was a pleasure to work with. The information he provided was clear and complete. I learned more from him about the Sonata in a brief three minute conversation than from all the salespeople in different dealerships over the course of several days. The price he quoted on the phone remained the price when we arrived at the dealership, no games, completely professional.Moreover, along with being a professional, John was warm and friendly and seemed as excited as my husband and I were about finding just the right car. You couldn't find a more enthusiastic salesman. I highly recommend John Garrett.We also worked with Mike Thompson on the financial side. A really nice man with a no pressure way about him. He worked hard to accommodate our requests. We left feeling comfortable with all our choices.Overall, I think this is a great dealership. Next car, I'll be giving John a call.

For a new 2013 car and after a month three out of four tires had defects and cause a blow out and when I called the dealership their service dept. gave me the run around telling me its not their problem and to call the tire company and when I called them they told me to call the dealership because it was a new car and they will do the warenty thru them so I called the dealership back and they told me they would not help me and hung up the phone so I call another Hyundia dealership and they sent a tow truck to my place and they are taking care of the problem with the tires for me. The sales department is really good but the service department doesn't like to do their job and like to call customers liers and treat you like a bum!

After making initial contact through the internet, Oscar called and emailed me within 30 minutes. We scheduled an appointment to look at the cars I was interested the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, Oscar had the cars ready to go. During our test drive We discussed the vehicle, price and finanacing options. When we got back to the dealership, the deal was drawn up and completed within 30 minutes. The prices was better than I had hoped (by $800) and we even got a better financing rate which enabled us to get a great monthly payment. The whole experience was exceptional. It was fast, easy, and stress free. We got a great car, at a great price, with a great experience. I would definelty reccommend this dealership. I bought here because a friend from work reccommended them. Best car buying experience ever. I am 50 and have bought a few cars in my day.

I have come to expect "surprises" of the negative type when purchasing a new vehicle. Well, I have to say, in dealing with Hyundai of Cool Springs, the only surprises were of the positive nature! We drove 183 miles to buy our 2013 Elantra, and my wife and I were so pleased with their treatment, we would recommend them to others without reservation. And yes, we'd gladly drive that 183 miles for a future purchase!

Great experience. Went to the Honda dealership in Franklin which was a complete mistake. They would not work with me at all and were very obvious in their tactics. I was treated like I was a dumb girl. I tried Toyota of Cool Springs, but none of the sales ppl even seemed concerned with even looking at a car with me. Then I went to Hyundai of Cool Springs and what a huuuuge difference. Every person (from Tim to Mark) treated me like an intelligent human being as well as come across as genuinely friendly. None of the phony tactics there. Just a straight shooting organization as far as I can tell. I got the deal I was looking for with a great experience to top it. Would definitely shop there again when in the market.

I began my car exploration looking for used vehicles at Cool Springs Hyunadi on Friday, I was not sure what I really wanted other than a mid-size SUV, I then visited and drove over 25 vehicles at other dealers , throughout Friday and Saturday. This included BMW, Lexus, the considered "high end" cars. I also did extensive research on the ratings, cost, resale, etc. I found myself back at the Hyunadi of Cool Springs, I loved the sales person Mitchi on Friday she was very good with me, and even told me she would see me when I came back, and I laughed when I came through the door and she said, "told you, you would be back." She was amazing I told her what I wanted and what I was most impressed with when I told her that I was torn between the Santa Fe and another vehicle she did not "bad mouth" the other car or dealership, she was so refreshingly honest and that made me want to purchase even more. After driving the 2012 Limited Edition Santa Fe, I was in love. It handled better than the high ends, its features where better, the look is awesome, did I mention the handling, warranty and the out of this world pricing, I can not say enough. I swore I would never by a new car but we ended up by two! While we were there my husband just fell in love with a Veloster, and Mitchi continued to just floor us with her knowledge, her attitude, how fun she made the entire experience. Outside of all of this they are amazing cars with great ratings, outstanding performance, unreal gas mileage, and the warranty knocks everyone out of the park. I LOVE COOL SPRINGS HYUANDI, MITCHI and kudos to Richard, Sales Manager. Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

My experience with the Cool Springs dealership was outstanging, i have never had a sales agent actually work with me the way that Karen did, not only did she LISTEN to what i wanted she went well out her way to make sure i got the correct vehicle for me and in the right price range. Was very wary about making my first new-car purchase.
