I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Volester form Hyundai City. Overall wonderful experience. Fred Supnick was my salesman. Nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He was not very pushy and did not make me feel as though I was sold a car but I bought a car. The finance manager I worked with was Rene Galindo, another wonderful experience. He was very informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Overall, very nice experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was some disparity in the knowledge of the staff, however. Sometimes I got 2 different answers to the same question.

I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted. I just needed to know there wouldn't be any unexpected price changes. Marc Dinetz was my dealor and he was great. He broke down exactly what I was getting and nothng was unexpected. He did an excellent job. The insurance took a little longer than I would have liked but it was still a nice experience overall.

Even when I was introduced to the service department any questions I had for them they answered and were very nice and not intimidating. As a young woman I am always nervous when having my car serviced so this is a big thing for me. Over all I would absolutely purchase here again and tell all of my friends and family.

Marc Dinetz was great. He took us around on a pre-determined test drive route to show off how the car handles on pot holes, tight turns, and high- and low-speed stretches of road. Then he let us test drive a couple of other cars on our own to compare while he figured out the financing information and got some of the paperwork ready. The negotiations were pretty straight forward with neither side throwing any curveballs. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks, Marc!

Honestly, I didn't think I would find an affordable car at a Hyundai dealership, of course I did but the service was just so amazing. I had came in at night on the 12th of October and Robert Carapella greeted us before I even got out of the car. ( very nice man ) He opened the doors for us and even offered us food and drinks. Robert was very eager to make sure I got the best deal and showed me many cars but the last car he showed me was the one. Everyone in the Burlington City Hyundai is so nice and upbeat, you can't get upset there because there is such a positive vibe from each employee. Also, Mike Kelly was apart of the process with Robert in helping me achieve my goal on getting a new car the next day. After a long day of searching for the perfect car, I was able to drive away in a gorgeous Sonata. Mark, our salesman was a great guy who seems very knowledgeable of the various cars on the lot. He even took the time out to show how all the features work on the car before I drove it home. I was a bit confused about the final price however, she took the time to explain it to me twice. Lol. Going into the dealership and being a woman I had my guard up and was ready for someone to try and take advantage of my daughter and I. We were greeted and assisted by Marc Dinetz who was polite, took his time in explaining everything and didnt give us the run a round. Out of all my times of going to a dealership, the experience with Marc was quick, straight and to the point. I went to this dealership because I saw their good reviews. I was even more impressed when I sat down in Marcs office and could see all the plaques and awards sitting behind him. My daughter ended up leasing a car for the first time and after the deal was closed, Marc still took time to explain every feature that car came with. I will definitely be recommending people over to Marc in the near future. Cassie was the young lady who helped us in the finance part and assisted my daughter with signing the contracts. Cassie was very friendly, was honest and very pleasant. Marc was my salesman. Marc listened to my needs, and then most importantly respected what he heard. He explained the new features of the 2017 sonata. I had turned in a 2013 sonata. I told Marc I didn't care for the passenger seat being so low and the heaviness of the doors. We spoke of a survey Hyundai conducted in the past. Due to the survey Hyundai changed their 2015 model. Passenger seat higher and doors lighter. I drove the 2017, Marc worked out the numbers and paperwork efficiently. Overall my experience with Marc and Hyundai has been excellent. I would highly recommend Marc and this dealership. Also have had a wonderful experience with Tony and Steve in the service department.

On the day that I went to finalize the purchase of the car I saw another car on the lot that I wanted instead. The staff checked on the status of the car and was informed that the car was not available. Turns out the car was available after all. Everything was worked out I left with the car that I wanted.

Well, we knew we wanted a new car, our Jeeps had served us for a good ten years +, recently had some changes and decided to save money on insurance and gas by becoming a one car family. It worked for us, I know it's not for everyone. We were approached by Frank and he was so low key and un-pressured it was awesome! So we arrived around 11am and left around 7pm signed, sealed and delivered in our new Boston Red Veloster!It's been almost a month now and everything is great! Robert was very professional and had a genuine interest in helping me purchase another Tucson. Fred was very helpful and experienced in helping me drive off with my new Tucson. Well let's just say the way I was handled by Robert from entry at the door to the moment I left was just exceptional I heard many people say what a hard time they get at a dealership but Robert was on point with all my questions and concerns and with a constant smile I felt like I knew him for a long time. I went in looking to move up from my 2012 Elantra, Matt was the first person to greet me and ask me what I was looking for. He directed me to my new vehicle a 2016 Tucson based on my needs. Through the entire time he was polite, but most importantly FRIENDLY. He took the time to answer all my questions and direct me to the person who had the answers if he couldn't answer them. I left feeling like I had been treated like a real person, not just another sale to him. Mike was helpful in letting me know what the possible finance decisions would be and what I could expect to roughly pay with a smile on his face even though it was close to or past closing time. It consisted of a friendly conversation, going back and forth between us and the sales person and the manager, working with each other to see how we could come to the price I had in mind when I walked in. My overall experience was excellent. From the beginning to the very end all parties displayed great customer service. Fred was extremely helpful and it appeared that he had my best interest, with selecting a car. Prior to coming in, I wanted a completely different vehicle but when I got there, it just didn't feel right. I didn't plan to purchase a new car at the time that I purchased it but an automobile accident that I experienced forced the decision on me. When I towed my previous vehicle (a 2006 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased at Colonial Hyundai in Trenton NJ but had it serviced at Hyundai City since I moved to my current residence in Delran, so I was aware of the dealership before my purchase) to Hyundai City after the Service Department was closed, Robert Carapella was available to answer any questions I had regarding setting up the service appointment and he found a place for me to sit at the dealer floor to make the necessary calls while the service department and my insurance company could evaluate whether they would cover servicing the vehicle or issue a settlement payment towards a new vehicle. I commend Robert and the service staff at Hyundai City for making a painful situation far less painful.

When we arrived at the dealer we stood outside for a few moments before we were approached by Robert C. He did not "tackle" us as soon as we got out of our car, he gave us time to organize ourselves, then politely came over to talk to us. He was very pleasant and helpful. My situation was not the easiest to deal with since I was underwater with my current Ford xxxxx. Rob was able to workout a payment that I was comfortable with, thanks to the diligence of Rob and his sales manager. Working with Cassie to complete all the paperwork was delightful. I had been looking at the Veloster Turbo online for about 6 months prior to coming in for my first test drive. My first test drive was a quick drive around the block and I enjoyed the car very much. It exceeded my expectations. I wanted to come back for a longer test drive and went about 30 miles on the second test drive.After the second test drive my mind was basically made up on what car I wanted. During both test drives Matt was very helpful and kind. He told me to test the car how I pleased to get a good feel for how it was to drive this car.He answered all my questions and provided additional information when he thought it was pertinent to the conversation.Matt always texted me back within 5 minutes when I contacted him regarding test drives and the final sales visit.Cassie was very friendly and helpful at the final stage of the sale as well.Overall Matt made me feel comfortable about the car I was buying and was not pushing me to make a quick deal. Purchasing our car at Hyundai City in Burlington was hands down the best car purchase experience we have ever had. We were originally looking for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with TRUEcar pricing and ended up purchasing a 2016, received the TRUEcar price, all the features we wanted, a beautiful symphony silver color, and a great interest rate. Right from the very beginning, after a reply from Liz Petnicki, the Internet sales representative, I had a really good feeling this was the place for us. Liz was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made sure all of the pricing and paperwork was secure before we drove 2+ hours from our home to make the purchase. After we arrived and was greeted by Marc Dinetz, a wonderful salesman who handled our purchase, we were quickly brought to the lovely lady who handled our insurance, making sure it was all set up (shame on me I forgot her name), then off to the finance gentleman (I truly wish I was better with names) who was just as friendly and helpful as everyone thus far. This was a quick process, so after pouring ourselves a cup of delicious coffee, we were given a full tutorial by Marc on our new car. He went soup to nuts with us on describing all of the features, service plans, etc. and gave all around good advice. Marc knows his Hyundai's.....he's the best !! Besides all of the positives just described about Hyundai City, the very best thing was that the people that helped us along really cared that we were happy, satisfied, and understood all of the in's and out's of our purchase. Such a breath of fresh air. Although it's quite a distance from home, we will be back to Hyundai City when looking for new or used cars for our THREE kids. I was given Fred Supnick's name as the result of an internet inquiry on the Hyundai website and went to Hyundai City in Burlington to get a price on a Sonata. They had the model I wanted but it had two extra options (mud flaps & a rear bumper protector) which made the price higher than two previous quotes I received at two other dealerships for the same model without the options. During my visit at Burlington City, I explained to Fred that I was interested in getting a price to do some comparative shopping. He spoke to his manager and then presented his best price. He did try to sell me the car but was very understanding when I declined and thanked me for the consideration. Burlington City Hyundai gave me the best price of the three dealerships and I contacted Fred, then scanned and e-mailed all my information needed for the credit process to purchase the vehicle. When I went to pick up the car Fred went over all the features and even paired my cell phone to the automobile. I drove off one highly satisfied customer and would strongly recommend this dealership and Fred Supnick as a salesperson when considering to purchase a Hyundai.

This is my third purchase at this dealership. I was looking to try a Tuscon. I was greated by Robert Carpella after a correspondence by email. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He tried to to get me the deal I was looking for unfortunately finance didn't agree. I returned home and looked up their dealership on line and saw 259.00 a month for Tuscon Se. I notified the dealership and was told 315.00 a month plus 1806 down. I liked the car so I went and met Robert one more time. He picked out a car that he knew I would like and after working with him I got the deal on the car I was looking for and it was not 315.00 a month they quoted me.. If it were not for Robert I would have gone elsewhere for the SUV I was looking for.

My first point of contact was with Liz Petnicki. I had submitted an online inquiry and she followed up with me the very next day. She is a GEM. Pleasant, professional and VERY helpful. I knew what I wanted and she got the ball rolling. I went to the dealership after a very long day at work. Eli Motley greeted me at the door with a warm smile and hello! His name isn't listed from the choices above because he is a fairly new salesman, but he did a great job! Cassie took care of the financial part (she knows what she's doing and is a bit of a salesperson herself. Finally, Robert Carapella followed up the sale, He got my new purchase cleaned and filled with gas. Robert was awesome! I have been coming to this dealership for over twelve years now. I don't consider any other dealership. The faces have changed over the years but the service remains stellar. I highly recommend having your car serviced here. Ryan was our initial salesperson and he was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the Hyundai Elantra. He took all the time that was needed to answer any questions. I contacted Hyundai City via an internet site and had a good idea of what I wanted to buy and pay. My sales rep, Fred Supnick greeted me and made me feel welcome. We discussed my goals, took a test drive while my trade was being evaluated and then talked price. We were off a little bit, the Manager was called in, listened to my logic and met me about 80% of the way. On the day of delivery, Fred Supnick was very helpful in explaining the features to my wife. Let me start with i work alot and seriously have no time to spend hours/days looking for a new vehicle. I finally was forced to take a day off to go and do the dreaded car dealership battle. I began the day with Dodge (Lucas) which i must say the salesmen were not motivated to sell a car and to top it off the car i wanted to test drive had a dead battery. Then i went to Ford (Lucas) this was amusing while i stepped through the cliche salesman gauntlet of "WOW thats a great deal" or "I have never seen a deal like this". Feeling tired and exhausted from the wait and let me talk to the manager i left defeated. I decided i had only 1 day and would try one last dealership so i went to Hyundai City. I walked around the lot looking at cars without any hassle. When i went inside Mark Manning was very friendly and really wanted to help me find a car. He took the time to show me multiple vehicles and thoroughly explain what vehicles would give the most for the money. My experience at City Auto was fantastic the sales team is honest and no hidden snake oil tricks. I will tell everyone i know that this is the best dealership in NJ.

Having visited some other dealerships in the Burlington area, I was surprised at how laid back they were at Hyundai City. Marc was very knowledgable about the car as well as how it compares to others. At first I was considering a more expensive model but he actually helped advise me how the smaller model would work just fine for me. I appreciate not being bullied & hounded. In all cases, although I was explicitly told that they "don't believe in high pressure sales tactics" they practices exactly those techniques. I just couldn't get out the door without yet another "better offer", or a "what can we do to make this deal?"I dealt with Marc Dinetz and Mike Lettera at Hyundai City. Not only was there absolutely no pressure, They actually encouraged me to leave to "check with your wife, and take some time to think about it." Maybe it was reverse psychology? :-) Anyway, I was very impressed with everyone there, from beginning to end. Stand up group of people. I will be recommended them to anyone willing to listen.

My husband and I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe. Marc was friendly and very knowledgable about the car. He explained every button/feature the Santa Fe has to offer. Marc was an absolute pleasure to do business with!! Rene, in finance, was also wonderful. Very friendly and also very knowledgable. He went out of his way to explain to us that we should look into my previous car purchase, as it was only a year old, and see if we had purchased extended warranties. With his advice, we did just that and found out we were eligible for a good deal of money back from the extended warranties that were purchased. We were hesitant to try Hyundai at first as we were pretty loyal to Toyota but after test driving the Tucson it was way better than the Rav 4 in my opinion. Hyundai has quality cars priced right with great warranties. Ryan Fritz was a great salesman. He took the time to explain the vehicles to us and we didn't feel rushed or pushed in one direction. They worked with our budget and got us into what we wanted I would recommended checking them out if you are in the market as I am very happy with my purchase :)

It's rare someone spontaneously buys a car, but that's exactly what we did. Our plans were to research models for a few months, to find the best replacement for our Veracruz which we absolutely love and were donating to a family member in need.Ryan Fritz was the sales professional that greeted me and asked about what I was looking for and what my vehicle criteria included. Ryan knows his cars and their features so we immediately narrowed down the field of choices. Ryan asked about color preferences, which is actually something I had opinions about and forgot to mention as one of my criteria. Ryan took me through all the features of the Santa Fe and we took a test drive. Upon return we talked finances, of course and then the best thing happened. Ryan supported my going home to think on it and let me bring my husband back later that evening as he was working late and hadn't been part of this car consideration experience. I brought my husband back later that night and Ryan again took us through all the features and answered every question my husband had. We left the dealership that night and had time to consider whether or not this was the right car and the right time to purchase.I returned to work out the details with Ryan the next morning and he was extremely patient with us as I played phone tag with my husband who was away at his ARMY Drill weekend. I can't say enough about the dealership. I went through the internet and dealt with Mike West. Mike was very helpful in helping us find the specific color we were looking for and when it came down to price, we were off a bit. I managed to come up with a few more dollars and was able to offer my offer by a bit and Mike went over and above to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I dealt with Fred Supnick. Fred was very helpful and friendly showing my son the features of the car and taking him on a test drive. Even when all was finished he took my son out to his new car and helped him set up his phone with the bluetooth and went over all the features again. When we went into the finance office we dealt with Cassie Kerwood. Cassie, was also very easy and very nice to deal with. She has a great sense of humor and is very thorough and also very knowledgeable. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with at Hyundai City deserves 10 stars if I could. I came in to learn my options as I was nearing the the end of my lease. I left driving a beautiful new blue 2016 Tucson! I had received an email from Ryan regarding the near end of my lease. I first took my car to Hyundai City after having an awful experience at another dealership. My car was making a knocking sound when it reached certain speeds, and the other dealership told me they would have to take my engine apart to figure out the problem. I left and went to Hyundai City. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately (loose axel nut) and fixed it free of charge! The second (and most recent) time I brought my car in was due to the engine light coming on. One of the pistons was knocking inside of the engine - the whole engine basically failed. Tony really took care of me. He filled out all of the paperwork to get a new engine covered by my warranty and even offered me a rental in the mean time free of charge. Everyone in the service center is so kind and accommodating. I will definitely be bringing my car back there for future service!!!

This 2016 Hyundai Tuscon will be my 3rd car I've gotten from this dealership. My second Hyundai Tuscon and a Sonata from Dodge city years ago. I went in to see if I qualified for the key for key exchange program fully expecting to leave with my same car. Fred was outside (probably waiting for a customer :) ) and greeted me and my son when we stepped out of my car. He was very polite, extremely personable and knew a lot about the car I was interested in and what cars were available to meet my needs. He was patient and explained everything also answering all my questions, honestly on top of that. He didn't put any pressure on me and made every effort to get the car I wanted. My son, who is 6, accompanied me. Fred was nice to and treated him very well and even gave him treat because he was being good. My son later commented on how nice he was to him. I was also introduced to Mike who was very pleasant as well. He stopped by Fred's desk and took the time to address the concerns for my situation. He worked out a deal that fit my budget and I exchanged my old keys for new ones!Lastly, my finance guy was Rene and he introduced himself before I got to his office which was a pleasant surprise. He thoroughly explained all the documents sometimes twice if I had a question. He was kind to both me and my son as well.Overall, the experience was the smoothest car buying experiencing ever. The entire staff was great. I think I was in and out in 2 and a 1/2 hours. I would recommend this group to every one and continue to visit this dealership.THANKS!!!!

I was told to come in and test drive a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. This vehicle would be waiting for me in the front of the building. I wanted a key ignition and not a push button start. I made this very clear.I drove 10 miles out of my way to get to this dealership. The car that was waiting for me was a 2016, Bronze Elantra, push button start. No Thanks! I drove over to Toyota next door and then test drove the Toyota Corolla, S Plus and I like the way that car better.

I had my daughter's car towed there for the clutch repair. On line the estimate was between 700-950, which sounded high to me. They charged me $1300. Still in shock and its around the holidays. There goes my Christmas.

Horrible people and dealer!!! I went for the repair of my Sonata's melted door frame inside tape. After the service when i checked the door i noticed there is a small piece of door frame outside rubber is broken and missing. I told them immediately about this and they told me come back tomorrow for the repair. Next day they told me it was missing before they started working on my car and they would not repair it. However i am 100% sure it wasn't the case and outside door frame rubber wasn't broken as i had inspected the car just before handing over to them. The next day i noticed something is vibrating inside the same door and when i told them about vibration i got the same reply they did not do it. After a single repair my door start vibrating on bump's and i have a rubber piece missing from the door frame. Would never go there again and stay away from this dealer. They would damage your car and would not take responsibility. STAY AWAY !!!

My first complaint is that the price on the vehicle we ultimatley bought was jacked up thousands. They had the 2008 Jeep Commander listed for $28,000, used on the lot. We walked away paying around $20,000. No dealer is going to knock off $8,000 to make the deal happen. It just shows that they would take advantage of an unknowledgable customer if they can. Secondly, after a couple of car washes, alot of surface scratches and scuffs began to appear. Apparently they did a nice job hiding all the blemishes and didn't truly represent the overall cosmetic condition of the vehicle in doing so. Thirdly, after only having the car for a two months the sunroof broke. Luckily I had the extended warranty. Took the car in to get fixed and thats when i found out the service is horible. Told me they had to order the parts to fix it. Ok, that wasn't a problem, can happen at any dealer. When they parts came in, set up another appointment. Took car in and there it sat for a day without even being touched. It wasn't until day 2 that they got around to repairing the sunroof. Pleae explain to me the point of the appointment. I went with out a car for a day for no reason cause it just sat on their lot. Then they call me and tell me they have to order different parts. In all my car was there for 3 days just to get a sunroof fixed. I really think they have uneducated workers performing maintenance on vehicles. Lastly, when I went to pick up my car, I checked the work that was done and there were grease prints on the interior roof of my car and part of the ceiling was loose and hanging. Don't know if they thought I wouldn't check or what. Brought it to their attention and they tell me I will have to bring it back another day to get fixed. Right, apparently they could care less about inconvienencing me. They had plenty of workers there the day I picked it up, but no one could fix the problem then. Horrible service from top to bottom, quality to efficiency. I have had this car for only a couple of months and am already looking to trade it in somewhere else cause I just cant deal with these people anymore. Their customer service sucks.
