On the advice of a friend we contacted Lollie Reese to investigate the purchase of a new mini-van. Chris Stromberg is probably one of the best salesman I have dealt with in years. I initially contacted him based on a friend's referral but he appeared to be out on vacation. That didn't stop Chris from coming in anyway and helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted! Chris always made me feel comfortable in asking any question, and preventing any new-buyer jitters. Chris never made me feel "pressured" or "double-talked" me in anyway. Chris never made me feel like he was trying to "screw me over" to get a sale. For these reasons, I foresee using Chris Stromberg and HondaWorld as my go to place for vehicle purchases, maintenance, and repairs.

MIcah the individual who took my request was very polite prompt and knew what je was doing. Very satisfied, always have car serviced at Honda. I did not have to wait very long, I was one of the first in line when opened...... However, I did call on Saturday to get the express service times for Sunday and was told they would be open from 8:00 to 6:00. Im glad I did noto show up at 7:30 as I had I planned as it turned I wasnt able to get there until 12:30 and coincidentally it worked out just fine. You may want to brief your receptionist on hours of operation.

I took my Honda Element in for the passenger airbag recall. John Kastelec, my service advisor, was professional and courteous as he prepared the service order for my vehicle. I gave him my cellphone number and told him I was going out for breakfast while my car was being serviced. Upon hearing this, Dave Weber the shuttle driver, immediately offered me a ride to a nearby restaurant.Upon my return, my car was repaired and ready at the promised time. I am very pleased with my service experience at Honda World.

David salesman was very nice. He was very patient and understanding that this is a big purchase. David even stayed late so I could buy my car . I got a Jeep Cherokee from the used lot. After agreeing on the purchase price I was then taken over to the financing Department. The first person I talk to with a technology specialist who wanted to pair my phone to my Bluetooth I told her it was very easy I can do it myself. Then she asked if I had any questions I said yes what is the Uconnect system in my Jeep Cherokee. She Shrugged her shoulders and said I'm not sure. She had her phone in her hand never offered to Google it or anything. Next I went to sign the paperwork after looking over the paperwork I noticed that the numbers were not correct. I pointed this out to the guy and he said that's what you agreed on I said no so the paperwork is over there in the folder that's what I agree. I could tell he was upset with me questioning him and sure enough I was right he then had to retype all my numbers. I was also not offered any extended warranty paint warranty or anything basically I was hurrying up to get out because I guess it was too late. After I got in my car I noticed the floor had not been cleaned with being a black jeep interior it showed and I was not offered to come back and have a detail or anything. A few days later I got a phone call saying that my license has expired I was not aware of this well they sold me a car with expired license and the financing came back on them. I was able to go the next day and get my license and email it. Here it is over a month after getting my used Jeep Cherokee still no tags I got a letter yesterday saying that my car was from out of state it needed to have an inspection. Right next to the holidays it's very hard to take off work to get this done I called and ask if they can get me a new temp tag they said we contacted you earlier I said no you didn't I received a letter yesterday he said there's nothing they can do. The customer service was terrible

I knew what I wanted when I went in but the sales person told me they didn't have it in stock and steered me to one that was $10K more expensive. It had been on the website for a week and stayed there for a couple of weeks after. He was condescending and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I complained later I was told, "Oh, that's just his way, he's just laid back." He needed extensive training in customer service. I admit I'm an easy mark for a good salesman, but Sam Swope has such a good reputation I thought I'd be treated right. I paid a total of $26K for a car I didn't intend to buy and do not like. I spent much more than I could afford and had budgeted for. Now after 8 weeks of waiting for the new tag to come, I call and find out I'm expected to come there and pick the tag up. Why should I have to drive 15 miles each way to pick it up when they got $26K from me? I have never had to go to the dealer to get the tag; other dealers automatically mail them. I will go back for the service that was included in the sale and for warranty protection but I will never go back there to buy a car, used or new.

From start (several trips to the facility) to finish (actual buying day) it was very easy. I'm 52 years old and believe it or not, this was my first car buying experience on my own. I was treated very professionally from ALL involved. I was never pressured for time or to make a deal. I explained that each time I was looking, that's all it would be. I only went to one dealership (this one) for several reasons. I didn't even buy the car I set out to get (completely my choice, and even surprised Andre, my salesman). I brought my husband back with me on the actual buying day but it was clear to all involved that it was to be my car, and I was treated as such. We will be back for another car, as we told them. This is the third car we've bought from them and we'll repeat the experience when we trade in the Odyssey next year.

We had originally decided not to drive from Montgomery, AL, all the way up to Louisville just for a good deal on the vehicle we wanted until we found out it would save $5,000! My husband initially talked to Arthur Wilson, and he was super helpful & friendly. He kept tabs on us the week before we could drive up there & also checked in with us several times on the Saturday we traveled up there. We felt like we had royalty treatment from the beginning. Arthur arranged to make sure the vehicle was there for us to look at & was waiting for us when we arrived. He and Larry Milburn worked hard to make this as quick & easy on us as possible. He was just fine with us going over everything with a fine tooth comb & taking it out for a spin. It looked and drove beautifully and was exactly what we were looking for. We felt like we had a new friend when it was time to go. Everything was very professional and problem-free. It's been about a month now & we are still as happy as Day 1.

I purchased a new car from Honda World this week. It was an outstanding experience, from the sales to the delivery. First, I have to mention that I have not had a new car in along time, (because I have been driving a Honda!) so all the electronics were new to me. Holly Pitt sat in the car with me and explained all the new gadets and helped set "my" preferences for how my CRV would work. Holly was so patient and took the time to answer my questions, even the crazy ones! I would highly recommend her for help learning about a new car! She also made sure to mention the Honda events on Saturdays that help Honda owners learn about their cars. I really appreciate her help and I felt more confident about my new car and its workings leaving the dealership. In addition to Holly, Lollie Reiss was so great when it came to purchasing the car. She is a sales consultant, but I did not feel pressured or rushed by her and she gave me the time to think about my decision. She too answered all my questions and spent time with me explaining the finances and how Honda World could help me. It was such a pleasurable experience I would highly recommend Honda World for buying a car. Finally, Ryan in finance was so helpful in going over all the paperwork and suggesting additions that would help cover my new car. I again did not feel pressured to purchase anything additional and appreciated his suggestions, because some of them I did not even know were available. Plus he is a Cards fan!

Honda's have been in our driveway for over 23 years. We buy them and plan to drive them until the wheels fall off. We swapped out Accord with our daughter so she could place our grand-daughter in a larger car than her Civic. The Civic now has over 250K miles. We decided we were tired of shifting gears and using a clutch.We started looking at Honda World, where we had purchased 2 Hondas before. Doug met us at the lot and showed us the cars we were interested in. He explained the different features of the various models of new cars, as well as the Certified Pre-Owned cars. As we test drove our choices, Doug sat in the back seat and and pointed out the features of each car. He researched the inventory to try to find the CRV we were looking for. There was no pressure at any time. When he called to let us know the one we wanted was in route, we were ready to buy. He met us at the door and walked us thorough the negotiating and purchasing process. When the car arrived at the lot, Doug called to let us know it was set up and ready. When we arrived, the paperwork was ready and we paid within minutes. Then Holly, the delivery specialist took over and showed us how to make the car ours. She even set up our phones to sync with the car. It was a pleasure working with all the outstanding staff at Honda World.

Traded two vehicles for a new 2017 Honda. The negotiations were brief resulting in a deal fair to me and the dealership. I was kept in the loop throughout as to when my vehicle went into production, when the vin was assigned, and when it arrived. Sales staff went through the functions of the car with necessary detail. While I was offered extended warranties and other add ons, there was no high pressure methods, simply this is what we offer with the benefits. The day after delivery I was having problems with using my phone through the hands free System, I went back to Sam Swopes and they corrected the issue which was a problem with the phone not the car. Although I checked with other area Honda dealers, the best deal was Sam Swope. This in fact is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from the Swope organization in the past 16 years. I will be back!

The salesman we worked with was great! He knew the products, was patient to answer questions and explain differences and the options we had. No high pressure, no condescending attitude, just right and the kind of person I like to work with and would be pleased to recommend.Additionally the finance person was likewise wonderful to work with. Great attitude and personality! He carefully went over warranty/maintenance options but again in a softer approach that was much appreciated. I brought by Honda Pilot in for a recall on the airbag. Basically, the airbag had deteriorated to where it would shoot shrapnel in the event of a crash rather than a cushion of air! I was provided with a rental car, paid for by Honda, and went to work. Upon the completion of the repair my Pilot was washed and looked great! I did have a problem with the rental because they said I was liable for the gas I used. I had only driven to and from work that day, about 50 miles. It seemed unreasonable to me that I had to bring in my car to repair a very dangerous issue and Honda would not pay for a few gallons o gas. I explained to the rental department that I was flabbergasted that Honda would not cover reasonable gas in addition to the rental. The manager explained that Honda World only gets a set fee from Honda for the rental; no gas money. But she said Honda World would cover it.Kudos to Honda World for taking responsibility where Honda failed. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone.

Issue I have is the previous oil change and tire rotation they lost one of the valve stem covers. Pointed this out for this oil change and they stated they would look to replace it. They did replace it but with a cheap plastic model that doesn't match what came with the vehicle.

To no fault of the salesmans effort the deal was finally done..word of advice to upper management...the focus of quality and loyalty should be priority rather then continous focus on quantity (meaning if a customer has purchased 3 out of 4 last vehicles with your business you should be willing to work them more on the price). Rated a 4 of 5 simply because of the built-in frustrations of buying a new car and going through the agony of 1) having to participate in the back and forth game of settling on a price, although our salesman was savvy enough to get a sales manager involved early, so it wasn't too bad. And2) getting all the registration and finance paperwork done-- uggh! I have a problem with writing an "Exceptional" review. Exceptional means "an exception from the norm" which by the dictionary, could mean better or worse than the norm. In the years I've been coming to the Service Department, I have been having consistently great experiences. Actually, that flows over to purchases, as well.This visit was "no exception" - it was wonderful. Nick Scott took my call for the appointment in his usual friendly and attentive way. He set up my appointment with the usual attention to detail, so that I was comfortable that he knew what I wanted, and was giving me the options of date and time to let me make my own choice.A needed part kept the work from being completed the same day, but upon completion the next day, I was notified that my car was ready, all with "the usual" friendliness, and attention to my needs and wishes. The shuttle ride to work the first day, and the ride back from work to the dealership the next day were also "as always" with attention to my convenience and needs.All in all, I had a completely unexceptional experience, which is a wonderful thing. The norm to which I have become accustomed is great enough that I have learned not to want an Exception.Keep up the good work!

We had made an appointment to go see a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda World in Louisville last Monday, and they said to come on down the van was ready. We are from Cincinnati so we drove an hour and 30 min for this appointment. When we arrived, it took about 20 min for them to come back to us to say they lost the van!! How do you lose a van I am not sure.... if they sold it they didn't say they sold it.... still not sure what happened to it. BUT because of excellent customer service of Lollie and Lamonte, we were offered a BRAND NEW 2016 Honda Odyssey in whatever color (exterior and interior) we wanted at the same exact price we would have paid for the used one..... this was an amazing deal. $7000 off list price. Unfortunately it did take a little over a week to get the car in so we had to drive back home, and then back to Louisville again once it was ready, but it was worth it. And when we came back, Lollie already had everything completely organized - had already called our insurance, ran our credit, all paperwork ready to go so it didn't take as much time as it would have. The van is amazing and we are very happy! We would recommend this place.

We have been going to Honda service for many years. Service has just gotten better = quicker and more efficient. One glitch: have come in TWICE now for nitrogen in tires and the machine is broken. Seems odd. It's a rather large dealership with quite a few vehicles with nitrogen filled tires. Was told to come back for it. :-(. Just won't fit into my schedule for a third time.

After a long time, it felt good to buy a car - I mean really! I took my 2015 CRV EXL to Honda World for an oil change and an overall check. My service was excellent! As soon as I drove into the bay, I was met by a very friendly associate, Kathy, who was so personable and knowledgeable about the codes being shown. After explaining what services were needed, she gave me a time when my car would be finished, and made sure I knew about the lounge and the amenities offered. Kathy came and told me my car was finished 15 minutes before the promised time, again explained what services were performed, and answered my questions. Overall, it was a great experience. I hope I get to work with Kathy on my next visit to Honda World.

The starter on my vehicle went out suddenly. I brought the vehicle to Honda World. I was able to obtain a replacement vehicle easily and quickly when I dropped the vehicle off. The replacement car was new, low mileage and clean. All of the staff I encountered at the Service department were professional, experienced, courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. The service adviser Debra Judd made all the arrangements with Honda on the repair. She regularly updated me on parts, repair and pickup. My car was clean and had been washed when I picked it up. I have had no additional problems with the vehicle. I am very pleased with the high quality service delivered by the staff at Honda World.

As an owner of a driving school I have to get an oil change about every month as I put large amount of miles on my car teaching drivers Ed. The sales part was great. Chris was not too pushy and answered our questions well. He quickly found the specific car we came to see. It had bird poop on it so he had is washed which was nice. He also offered us water. When we got to the finance part, that was a little tiresome because once Chris dropped us off to work with the finance department we were sitting and waiting by ourselves for awhile. And we weren't given many updates. But overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase.

Getting ready to go on vacation, the idea of fixing a 1999 Honda Accord LX, in mint condition, or buying a new car was a overwhelming task. $2000. to fix my car seemed unreasonable, and I found myself unable to make decision before my vacation. I have been buying cars since I was 16 and am now at 73. My wife's car was on its last leg. I had purchased from Honda World in the past when still owned by the founding family. I was greeted by Bill Cook. Excellent professional with about 20 years experience. Didn't sell me just provided information and answers. Took me to a low mileage fresh on the lot trade in that was not even cleaned up. It was priced at a premium because of condition and 56,000 miles. The price was still in line with their company policy to use 'On Line Internet Pricing' as a guide to a fair market price. Met the Boss GM next, Richard Span who joined us and between the two met my requests providing a more then fair trade in allowance and super bank terms and rate. Went beyond the norm with a car clean up and providing personal history of car. Great pros, open and straightforward. Go to the 'BIg Lot' and ask for Bill Cook. Marshall Dean is a role model for OUTSTANDING SERVICE. He represents old world true service with integrity, wit and class. I use to teach customer service for Ritz Carlton and Marshall is my newest of stories I will integrate into future presentations. I have been putting off buying a car for 2 years. This can be a stressful and challenging transaction. Often when I started the process all the men sales agents would direct the discussion to my husband assuming (falsely) that he would be making the purchase. At last I found the car I wanted but the challenge was it was not in Illinois. First I had a discussion with Arthur who was kind and professional. Richard then went to so far to exceed my expectations by communicating that he would drive the car up north. While that scenario did not work for the timing, Marshall worked to figure out a way to get me my dream car so that it would be in the garage to surprise my husband when he got home. He personally drove the car to me (6 hours away), helped me to set the car up and shared his personal stories that demonstrated the kind of man that he is. Marshall- is a true hero. The kind that makes things happen that is a man of his word, that does what it takes to make the customer happy. He cares, he delivers. I worked for the Ritz- Carton Hotel company for years and the example of what Marshall demonstrated was truly best in class. Just had an outstanding experience buying a new Accord at Honda World in Louisville! I recommend the following people at Honda World very highly. I was a little worried since the change of ownership, but this dealership is if anything better than ever. Vehicle Upgrade Manager Nick Hinton gave a very good offer on my trade and a great deal on my new Accord, and Manager Lamont Chandler made it happen. Both of these gentlemen are charming, professional, fun, and were a pleasure to work with. My salesman Ryan Anderson shared his excellent knowledge of the new Accord, showing me features like the remote start, AndroidAuto/AppleCarplay, etc., etc. We also went on a very nice test drive. Delivery Specialist Jimmy Moreill went over the owners manual, as well as other features on the Accord, and paired my phone to the car. Finally, Finance Director Kevin Carter did a wonderful job with all of my paperwork, explaining everything clearly. He was even nice about it when I turned down the extended warranty. It was actually fun to spend time with Kevin, which is a first for me when it comes to F & I.Overall, a great experience at Honda World. Thanks guys!

Our car buying experience started great with test driving and looking at several different SUVs with Marshall, we felt like we got a pretty good deal on the vehicle we selected. During the car buying process we had a medica emergency and the staff helped out in every way they could. Brittany did not leave our side until the EMTs arrived. When we came back several days later to pick up our new car Hannah went over the entire car in-detail so we would know how to use all of the new technology that our old car didn't have. We had a great experience and they will have our business for life.

We brought out 2014 Honda Accord Sport in for an oil change, left with a new vehicle! Ryan Anderson assisted us by being observant and steering us towards a vehicle that would be more comfortable for us and that better suits our needs. He noticed that I was having a little difficulty getting into and out of the Civic and Accord, which were my chosen vehicles. He steered us towards the CRV. It was much easier to get into and out of, plus it was a better fit for our travels. We loved our Accord Sport. But, every time we drive the CRV, we like it more and more. Ryan was very observant and in tune with what would best suit our needs. He is professional yet friendly at the same time. He did a great job of meeting our needs. Hannah Thompson was a very big help with the technical issues. She paired my cell phone with the blue tooth option. She also explained some of the newer features that we were not familiar with. Hannah was willing to answer all questions and wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied before we left. She even helped us transfer our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one. Last but not least, Billy Somers was very friendly, professional and efficient at getting all of the paperwork in order and signed. We were in a bit of a hurry and he made sure that we were able to get all of the paperwork completed in a very timely manner. We also had contact with Mr. Hinton and the sales manager, Lamont. Both were pleasant and professional. Overall, we felt that we had an excellent car buying experience.

July 13th, 2016 - Wife and I were out looking for a new to us SUV. Happened to be driving by Honda World and decided to look around. The salesman that greeted us was Arthur Wilson. He was very welcoming and got a feel for what we were looking for in the first 2 minutes of speaking with us. Not 10 minutes later we were on the test drive. Arthur took time to ask if we did more interstate or city driving to make sure we took the proper route on the test drive to get a true feel for how we would be using this vehicle. When we got back from the test drive, it was time to make the deal. They were willing to negotiate on the price; with none of the usual back and forth that takes place when buying a car. I offered one price and Arthur took it to his sales manager, Larry Milburn, who came out almost immediately to let us know that the deal was going to work. Larry was another great individual to work with; he was very personable. All in all, this was a great car buying experience. Arthur was extremely knowledgeable and never once came across as pushy. I truly felt that he was there to help us find the car that was right for us and not just to make a commission check.If you are in the market for a new or new to you vehicle; go see Arthur. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

We were out looking for a truck after ours broke down on Friday and pulled into Louisville Honda World and met Arthur Wilson. I was there looking at a used Honda. It looked pretty good, however the compressor was out on the air conditioning which made the car hot and undesirable. With Chris's help management agreed to put in a new compressor at a cost that seemed reasonable. Truly what as they say "sealed the deal" for me was that Chris was so kind and considerate that he was willing to drive me to a family members home for a few days until the air-conditioning was put in. We had only just purchased a new-to-us suv 10 months ago when I was hit by another driver in the rain and it was totalled. So here we were searching again for a car. I had a Kia Sorento and I loved it...however, finding one that suited my needs was becoming difficult in our timeframe. I then saw the 2014 Dodge Journey Honda World had on their site. I took my Honda CRV in for an oil change. My service representative showed me the brake fluid and the power steering fluid and suggested they be replaced. He stated that the brake fluid hadn't been replaced in 3 years. However when I came home I checked all my repair bills and realized that I had replaced both the brake fluid and the power steering fluid in January of this year. So I was disappointed that I was misled but I should have checked my previous service bills before I approved the repair.

I did a lot of research before deciding on purchasing my pre-owned vehicle, and the final decision came down between two cars at two different dealerships that were each a 2-4 hours' drive from where I live in Knoxville, TN. The other dealership technically had the lowest price, but the salesman was incredibly rude to me, used pushy and manipulative sales tactics, and the whole thing just felt slimy. Meanwhile, Marshall at Honda World treated me with courtesy and professionalism, and I was able to negotiate on a good price with dignity. The price was a little higher than the other dealership's offer, and Honda World was the further drive out of the two, but the car I ended up with had less miles on it and is Honda Certified and it was well worth the extra drive to get to do business with people who treat their customers like people. I was very pleased with my experience.On the drive home, the service light came on and there was a message that said the oil needed to be changed soon. I tried calling the dealership the next business day but kept getting disconnected. I called Marshall and he got in touch with the dealership for me (even though it was his day off) and confirmed that the oil had been changed but they just forgot to reset the warning lights and that I could take it to any Honda dealer location and have them reset it for me. Thanks again, Marshall :)

I took my 2009 Civic to Honda World to investigate the intermittent lapses in the air conditioning. The Service Center representative, Mick Harris, did an extraordinary job. He was patient and understanding as I described the performance of my car, which had prompted my visit to the Service Center. He told me what the service crew would do initially and, once the problem had been identified, he guided me through the options and estimated costs of the repairs. He was very professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable in his assessment of the repair issues. At each critical stage of the repair process, he informed me quickly and accurately. He treated me with the utmost respect and understanding throughout the repair process. I commend Mick and the repair technicians for outstanding work and suggest that any Honda owners consider Honda World for their repair and maintenance needs.

Everyone is polite and smiles, even those who are passing by will nod head. I can't say enough good about Honda World. I have only been a Honda customer for 2 years--but I have had the most awesome experience. I was a ford customer for 20 years and didn't have a tenth of the positive customer service in those 20 years that I have received in just 2 years from Honda World. They truly understand customer service---from Andy W who sold me my car, to Billy in finance office to the many I between who have serviced my car. I came in Monday to test drive 2016 and Lewis Ray was professional and attentive in every way---then I had my oil change and William Bradley was a "10" across the board. It's a wonderful experience to be treated so positively, even during a simple oil change. I listen and watch how they treat other customers and it's all the same. I appreciate how the higher ups maintain the quality of customer service from the top down to the fellow that was sweeping floor and nodded and asked how I was doing. The lady at desk who rang me out after oil change told me to have good day and drive safe. NEVER had that experience before coming to Honda World 2 years ago. Wasn't sure if it was just to get me to buy a car--but after 2 years and several trips in for service--I see it's real.

Have never had a car buying experience this simple. Also, have never bought the same model vehicle for nothing down, and kept the same amount of car payment. He told us about several features we would enjoy, talked about how to set them up and operate them. When the lady went over the car with us after we paid for it, I asked her to load my garage opener. There was none. She called salesman and he reached in to where it should have been and then admitted there was none. When we got the car home, I was going to set seat positions; car was not equipped. I was excited to begin uploading my CDs, he had explained how to do it, but car not equipped. We got an email asking us to do this survey, so I emailed him back about these things. After getting no response to my email, we visited him at dealership. He never admitted being wrong. He said we forgot, got confused with other cars (we never even looked at but one car), or that he was just talking about other cars. There were two of us very excited people buying this new car who both remembered alike. I am very frustrated and disappointed, not with my car, with that salesman.

I took my 2013 Honda Accord with 61,000 miles in to get the front brakes checked as I occasionally would hear a very light, minor chirping noise. The brakes were fine they said but the small brake retainer clip had slipped slightly from it's normal position. So they replaced the clips - $129 for such a simple easy job. I could have gotten a complete front wheel brake job for $50 more, but no they said I didn't yet need front brakes. Instead, I feel like I got almost nothing for 2 hours wait and $129.61. My received written yellow copy "Estimate for Repair" was much cheaperI would appreciate part of today's charge counting toward a brake job in the future. I received an excellent maintenance service for my 2009 Honda Civic. John Howerton gave me accurate estimates of parts and labor costs, plus he credited me for gas expenditures. His crew did outstanding work and finished ahead of the estimated time. His cost estimate was almost $100 less than the Honda dealer here in Frankfort, which is the reason I drove to Louisville to have the service completed. I found Mr. Howerton's work to be thoroughly professional and he explained, in detail, the work he had done. He also explained what the next maintenance check would involve. I commend him and his service staff for exceptional work. It was well worth the drive and I will be taking my Honda there in the future.

My experience at Honda World Louisville was a pleasant one and that is sometimes hard to say about buying a new car. Other than the obvious "old school" negotiating tactics, which were so blatantly obvious, the buying experience was very positive. My family and I were greeted immediately by the Sales Manager that was on duty and he quickly found a sales person to walk us through the vehicle we were interested in. We were able to get most of our questions answered with the showroom vehicle, which made it more comfortable. Then we took a test drive and the sales person was very nice, patient and answered even more questions. Even the F&I experience was pleasant, with none of the typical pressure tactics to buy the extras, although they did work hard to sell us add-ons, it wasn't the typical high pressure experience. Then, after that, our delivery specialist was outstanding. She spent a significant amount of time walking us through the features of the vehicle, setting up the bluetooth for my wife's phone and answering even more questions about the electronics and other features. And the vehicle was cleaned and prepped by the Prep team very well and relatively quickly. All in all a good new car buying experience.

I went to Honda World with a specific price range and car model in mind. I was assisted by Semsa in the sales department and she was wonderful! She did not pressure me to look at cars outside my price range and she was able to take my "wants and needs" and show me all the vehicle options within my specifications. This style of service was very much in contrast to other dealerships I had visited, who pressured me to look at vehicles far outside of my stated price range and attempted at the typical "sales people" hustle tactics.Semsa and Robbie (the manager) were both very helpful and friendly. I brought my two children along on the car shopping adventure and the Honda World staff were very welcoming and showed us the "kids area" where my children could hang out while I completed the paperwork.I got a great trade in rate for my used vehicle and the 2014 Accord I bought is exactly what I was looking for. On April 2nd, 2016, I purchased a Certified CR-V from Honda World in Louisville, Ky. My Sales Associate was Ryan Anderson who exceeded my expectations in a positive way in every aspect of my vehicle search. He showed me numerous options, from the "low end" in used vehicles to 2016 models within my price range. We visited several lots including the "clean up" facility, looking for just the right vehicle for me. We settled on a super clean, black 2013 CR-V AWD EXL with leather seats, back-up camera and four new Bridgstone tires. Billy Sommer was the finance guy who respected my needs and limitations while expediting the "paperwork" process. I am not happy that it has been over 30 days and no license plate ! ! I have been told that this is not uncommon and may take up to 60 days ! ! I feel that this not very considerate to Honda World's customers and the clerk handling this facet of your business should be given some help. He explained that they had many out-of-state customers and there would be no issues. True to his word, this has been a great car buying experience. Anytime I've had a question he's had the answer. This is my first time buying a car out of state so I wasn't sure of all the forms or requirements need to transfer title and apply for registration in Texas. I haven't had to do any of that. On 4/21/2016 I came in to buy my 2016 Honda civic touring Sam Hall was introduced to me, and showed me the car. Before the test drive Sam was very knowable about the car features before we started. During the purchase part we went though all the steps necessary, and he answered all the questions I had. Sam made it a very easy process with out any sales pushing, and I will be glad to recommend him to any of my friends or family on purchasing a new car. During the finance part of the transaction I had to wait until the next day due to the finance department had gone home, but was still able to take my new car home. On the next day Mark explained all the warranties, and additional finance fees that Sam said their would be. My old car was in my wife's name, and he was able explain what my wife needed to fill put making the purchase painless.If you need yo buy a new car ask for Sam Hall and Mark Dutton, and I will easily ask for them again.

So I walked in to the Honda World with a Capital One pre-approved offer and found Nick which was awesome from the start. He gave it to me straight and told me what to expect and what was going to happen and didn't lie to me about anything. My wife and I have been going to the Swope (name changed now) dealerships for quite some time now and we are always treated right by Rodney which is the sales person that Nick called in because I mentioned that we usually like to go to him. That definitely shows loyalty among the ranks and they're not just out for the money.Well I walked through the door skeptical to the fact that 6 months before I was turned down everywhere. Come to find that Nick was almost more excited than I was that Honda Auto Finance approved me and took my interest rate from 25 percent to A little under 5 percent! The amount of money that saves me is astronomical not to mention I'm driving a brand spanking new CRV! The bottom line is that if anyone asks me where they should go to look for their next car Honda World is right where I'll send them.

I bought a 2009 Convertible Beetle for my wife on February 28, 2016. Our salesman was Tom Seeforth. During the test drive, the ignition/steering wheel locked up, and we both attributed that to it sitting in the winter weather. Tom said that Honda World would fix it if it became a problem later. And they did. I was expecting a cage match, as has been my experience with other car dealers. They fixed it for NO CHARGE. Tom Seeforth was OUTSTANDING, keeping me informed along the way. He even washed the car and filled it up with gas! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom Seeforth and Honda World!

Ryan quickly understood our time constraints and respectfully dealt with our difficult schedule. Ryan did not pester us with calls. We worked very efficiently and effectively, mostly via e-mail, to attain the 2016 Honda CRV we needed. He made our car buying a pleasant experience spending this kind of dollars should be. Highly recommend him.I would also like to commend Inisha Brown for her patience and insight in not overwhelming us with all the capabilities of this very smart vehicle. Inisha directed our focus first on the things we use and gave us all the time we needed to make our own operational notes before leaving Honda World. Great experience. I like the eight inch touch screen with back up camera, radio, cell phone control. The heated seats are great on cold days. The lane assist camera is excellent. It has a possible throttle body sensor issue which should be changed soon under warranty. This was not authorized to be changed,therefore problem still exists which could cause a head on collision.I like that on hot summer days you can open all windows with the remote control. It also opens the rear door, which is very nice when you have groceries. You can not lock the keys in the Honda which is nice. If you forget and get out with it running it will peep to let you know. Great buy, which the infrequent speeding up of engine when slowing at a stop light or stop sigh causing you to go through it at a fast speed could be resolved.

Ryan Anderson was referred to me by a very good friend. She enjoyed working with him and leased a new Honda from him. I needed to downsize my Honda and Ryan was very helpful in meeting my needs. I love my new car. It's perfect. When this lease is up I will ask for Ryan's help with a new Honda. That is a few years down the road. He knew what I wanted and didn't pressure me to buy more options that I couldn't afford.
