First of all, I drove to the dealership from Mineral Bluff, GA to see how difficult it might be. It was an absolutely beautiful drive and I didn't get lost. I arrived expecting to make an appointment for another day. They welcomed me and my Great Dane and said they could fit me in. Consulted me about my car and we had a seat. Lyba ( my Great Dane ) and I were very comfortable and Lyba was checked on often. It is such a nice feeling to know my car is in such good hands. My car is a 2006 Element and it has always had routine Honda service in FL. Now I know it will have the same great service in my new home in the mountains.

Honda of Cleveland always tries provide excellent service. We discussed the service needed before the car was taken to the shop. Once the service was complete I was given a written description of the work and answered any of my questions. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Beverages and small snacks were available for those waiting. It was a good experience.

Residing some 60 miles away, I initially visited this dealership because of a recall notice on my Honda Pilot. I made an appointment for the service and was pleased to find a very friendly and efficient staff in the service department. Even though the repair required more time than I had anticipated, the facilities offered a very comfortable environment during the wait. At the conclusion of the work, I was presented a review of all recommended service work for my automobile and I recently returned to have some, but not all of that work completed. The staff was accommodating and did not attempt to pressure me to do work that I did not want to do. I will quiet possibly purchase my next automobile from this dealership.

Traveling from Indiana to Tennessee. Car would not crank while leaving motel in Cleveland AAA got us on the road and advised us to the Cleveland Honda. Called and spoke to Greg Lee who assured us that we would not be waiting long to get battery tested and problem solved. He made us very comfortable and the service was fast. We were back on the road in no time. Every employee that we encountered had a smile on their face. A great place to use.

Every time I go in and get my oil changed the customer service is excellent. They meet me at the car before I can get out and get the process started. They are very accommodating, very friendly and very helpful. I was a little bit early and I was going to sit and wait for my appointment time. However, they got me in and finished and I didn't have to wait but 20 minutes or so - just barely past my appointment time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I came into the dealership because my car had been stolen. I was taken care of on the spot. They had just found my car. I got it towed 40 miles and all I had to do is give the toe driver this mans name. They took care of the toe driver when it got there ,reprogramed my car, and new keys. I got it that evening to them . It was ready early the next morning. The people there are great caring people.

Our sales person (Jerry) was great. In depth knowledge about the different models and what was in stock. He really listened to what we said we needed in a car. No high pressure tactics in the sales department. This dealership has their new cars priced appropriately so negotiating isn't a hassle. Good selection of most models available on the lot. Gave us a fair price for our trade in. Will definitely be going back for our next Honda.

Mark Duncan is my service advisor. Took my car for my 100,000 mile service today. Mark is so professional and caring. He even called to check on me this morning as I was driving over from North Ga to make sure I didn't get caught up in the wildfires and traffic. He explained everything I needed checked and changed and reviewed everything before I left my car. He offered me a replacement car which I declined as I had a ride. Mark is great to deal with he calls and gives updates on the status of the repairs and lets me know if there is anything he found that needs attention. he is a pleasure to work with and I did not feel I was getting taken advantage of because I am a female. I tell all my friends that need service to give them a call. Thanks for caring for me and my car!!!

I scheduled an appointment to take care of a 2016 Honda Accord transmission recall issue. My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. At 8:15 my car had not been touched. When I spoke with Roger Russell to get an estimated time for completion he immediately got defensive and called his manager. The manager was excellent and apologized for the delay and got a technician right on the job and I was out by 8:45 a.m. The disappointing part of this experience was the over reaction by Roger Russell to a simple question about how much longer the service appointment would take. I was not at all abrasive or in your face. I did not raise my voice with him and I didn't ask for the manager. His response to by question was to immediately jump to call his manager when this was not at all necessary. Customer service is 90% of Rogers job and if he can't handle a very measured question about the remaining length of a service appointment, I can only imagine how he would react to an "in your face" customer.

Andre Dolberry was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I purchased my first new vehicle. He explained the buying process, current Honda rating scales, and the benefits of purchasing a Honda. He took his time, but did not pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. He was willing to assist me in getting my rental car taken car of, and even went beyond his work hours to continue the process. The finance department was also very comforting and explanatory. It was overall an amazing experience for me with all departments. I highly recommend Honda of Cleveland, especially Andre Dolberry.

We had a monthly payment we knew we would be comfortable with and the finance guy worked to get as close to that amount as he could. We were pleased with the deal and are now proud owners of a 2016 Honda CRV!

I bought my car here in the summer of 2015. I have been taking my car back for oil changes and tire rotations. I have had more than usual because I use my car in my work. The service department has always been very courteous and helpful in keeping my car on the road. Even though I sometimes give them a hard time, I trust that they are always treating me fairly. And the snacks aren't bad either!

When we exited our Civic, we were greeted by Scottie. I handed him a piece of paper and told him what we wanted to do. He did it! We traded a 2013 Civic, which we had purchased from Honda of Cleveland, for a 2016 Honda Accord. We were in need of more room, and the Accord was perfect. The car, the deal, our treatment - all perfect. In a few years, we will be back to trade our Ridgeline. Honda of Cleveland for life.

Had car towed in to make replacement for lost keys. Service Advisor, Mark Duncan, was very helpful in getting the work done quickly so we could make a previously scheduled appointment. He even detected an airbag recall notice and included that work in the visit as well, still getting us to our appointment on time. The professionalism and friendliness were exceptional. I will definitely continue to use Honda of Cleveland for all of my service needs.

My experience with William Oltz and Mark Duncan in their service dept. has been nothing short of exceptional! My vehicle is brought in to the shop on time and I'm back out on time or early they they said. They ask me questions about my Pilot at every visit. I do really they care about the customers total experience, buying the car or truck, your feelings after driving it for a few thousand miles and your time spent in their dealership while your vehicle is being looked at. I would buy another vehicle from Honda of Cleveland.

On Saturday October 1, 2016, while driving to Florida for vacation, my wife and I were involved in an auto collision on I-75 in Cleveland, TN. We were directed to the Honda dealer to have our CRV checked out for safe driving by a state trooper. On our arrival, two of your employees, Mark Duncan and Will Oltz took over. I went for an oil change and an upgrade; I was in and out in less than a hour. I was actually sad that I was ready so fast. I received the notice for a software part to be added to my vehicle and so I called Honda of Cleveland to schedule the appointment. They scheduled it the next day on a day convenient for me. I left the vehicle with them the night before and I received a call at 7:30 am the next day saying it was all done - very fast and much appreciated.

I was VERY SATISFIED with my service experience at The HONDA of CLEVELAND. I had my oil changed , tires rotated and had a problem solved from recall letter. I really like that Cleveland Honda is a smaller dealership. It is more personable and builds trust. I think it's harder for larger dealerships because of the volume of cars in and out on a daily basis. I like that the service advisor gave me his card and told me to call with any questions or concerns with my vehicle.

My sales representative was Jerry Anderson. My first visit was on Saturday 10/2/2016 when after 11 years since I bought my 2005 Honda Civic Ex there, I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new car. He was very informative about the car I was interested in. He even did a follow up call 3 days later on his day off to ask if I was still interested in the car we discussed on Saturday. All the staff were very friendly. I returned today on 10/5/2016. Jerry did everything he could to make the deal work at a price and payment I felt I was comfortable with. He gave me an informative tour of features of my new car. I met with the financial agent and signed paperwork. I left there a couple hours later 2 cars traded in and drove my New 2017 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback Color Aegean Blue, home. I am a very happy customer.

I called about airbag recall and was informed that there was an additional recall on my door locks. I never received anything from Honda about this. PLUS I had replaced it a little while back paying for it out of my pocket. They helped me get the paperwork I needed and in touch with Honda so that I could receive reimbursement.Honda has always been GREAT to work, though not always the best at keeping me informed of what may be causing a delay. Besides that AN ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL GROUP OF GUYS TO WORK WITH.

I had plans to leave town on a last minute trip and noticed something was wrong with one of my tires.Thinking I had probably picked up a nail, I took my car to Honda of Cleveland. It was a Friday and I hadn't even called for an appointment, but I was immediately greeted by friendly service advisors who eagerly got right to work to figure out and solve the problem! I just finalized our second purchase of a Honda Pilot from this Dealership. For the past 14 years since our move up to North Georgia, I've driven over 60+ miles to have my auto serviced in their department from a simple oil change & tire rotation to brakes serviced, and ALL my maintenance needs! I decided to trade my CRV in back in 2007 for a 2008 Pilot and have driven it until it was totaled some 2 weeks ago. I've been driving Honda's for 27 years and I can tell you that not only is the car reliable - but the sales staff and service staff and mechanic staff at Honda of Cleveland is superb! My Salesperson who dealt has been working with me has been ROBERT LAWSON - no one finer in the sales department and my service guy is ALWAYS Mark Duncan (unless it's an emergency and then it's who is available). Robert was able to help me identify a new vehicle that has not replaced my totaled 2008 Pilot with a new 2016 Pilot EXL. He was able to answer all my questions and we did most of our arrangements through long distance communication. Financial arrangements were discussed long distance as well. When we arrived earlier this morning - everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) had been arranged and was all ready for us to go over, sign off on and drive off.I can't recommend Honda of Cleveland enough and encourage anyone looking for a RELIABLE vehicle - go see Robert Lawson for your vehicle information and Brandon Brookshire for your finance who thoroughly went over our paperwork. They worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted and the best deal that we could get. Answered all of our questions. Available to answer questions and showed me how to use the equipment on the car ( some of the equipment was new to me). I appreciated not being pressured to buy the first time I went to the dealership. They showed me the inventory and gave me time to decide what I really wanted and then helped me find it and even went to another dealership to get the color that I wanted.

After driving cross country 2,000 miles in our '07 Honda Odyssey from Nevada to our new home in Tennessee, it was time for an oil change and an overall maintenance inspection. We were happily greeted by Mr. William Oltz and as first time clients he made us feel right at home. He paid attention to our last minute concerns and warmly told us we were in good hands. Our vehicle was expediently serviced within 45 minutes and with a smile and a handshake from their technicians we were on our way. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and down home southern hospitality.

We just bought our Odyssey van and the TPMS light kept coming on leaking air a bit , we brought back the van and they installed a new valve stem which worked for a week but then it came back on and they took tire off again and submerged tire which revealed a bad tpms and was leaking around it. Put a new one on and it fixed the problem. I give all my credit to honda of Cleveland and especially Mark Duncan, what a helpful and super nice guy to deal with. I would recommend these guys for anyone.

I came in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated at 8:30 am and this maintenance was finished in 30 minutes. The Wait Area was clean and free drinks/snacks were available. The chairs were a little uncomfortable. All Honda employees were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Everyone loves getting a new car but if you are like me, dread having to go through all that comes along with it. I was in and out of the dealership and driving home in my new car in less than an hour! They even came out to my car and set up all my inside features like my bluetooth and explained all the features that I wasn't familiar with. They made my car buying experience so quick and easy and everyone was so very helpful and nice. Trust me when I say, you definitely want to buy your next car at Honda of Cleveland.

Wow! I am absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service I just received from the staff at Honda of Cleveland. I brought my car in to be serviced this morning, and I left a very important envelope I needed for work in my car. I called to make sure it was in my car after I arrived to work and noticed it was not in my purse and not only did the guys go check for me, but one of the employees also brought it to my work! That is definitely above and beyond what they are required to do. It would have been so easy to just tell me the envelope was there and wait until I could come pick it up. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and I will remember this excellent display of customer service when I begin car shopping for my son a vehicle in the spring! When I got my car brought into Honda it wouldn't do anything at all, we had to have it towed. My wife somehow got out and found my car keys even though i set them on top of the fridge. Of course she did what any woman does to anything they touch, she tore it up some kind of awful. Greg got my problem figured out quick, explained what the problem was, and got it fixed for me set in no time flat. I'd recommend this service department to anybody. As for me from now on I'm hiding my car keys in the oven my wife never uses, so next time she gets out she won't tear up my car.

I have a Honda Ridgeline which is less than 2 yrs old. While driving, when I would hit a bump it would make a noise in the rear end, bounce roughly & even fish tail at times. I took it to Honda in Chattanooga, TN where I bought it, they said they drove it and checked it out and could not find anything wrong & it was in fine shape. I drove it for a little while longer & really considered selling/trading it because I did not like the way it drove. I decided to take it to Honda of Cleveland. I was met by Will Oltz and Mark Duncan who were very nice, listened to my problem (I did not tell them I had taken it to Chattanooga Honda) and assured me they would check into it. They were backed up so they put me in a rental car. Before I could get back home, they called to tell me I had a busted shock, it was of course still under warranty and it would be fixed. I also told them that I had been waiting for an air bag, that was under recall, to come in from Chattanooga for the past couple months & they told me, no problem, they would fix that too. They had my truck for 2 days and when I got it back everything was fixed and it drove like it was new. I was very pleased with their service and attitudes. I would recommend Will , Mark & Honda of Cleveland to anyone.

The great folks in the Service Department are very good at what they do. They keep up with all the service points of our vehicles and advise for the best preventive maintenance schedule. They go over everything with you beforehand so that there are no surprises. They help to keep my family's cars in top notch running condition. We have been taking our cars to this dealer since 2003 and have been very happy with the professional service. We always feel like our Honda's are getting what they need to keep them going down the road. Dependable transportation to and from work is a valuable trade off. The cars have to start. If there is ever an indication of trouble, a phone call to the Honda of Cleveland Service Department is all it takes, and these people are always there to get you in, and running again. Oil changes and general maintenance visits are a breeze, and at our convenience.

There is nothing like going to a dealership and hating your experience. I love when you go out to spends thousands of dollars on a car and get a disengaged sales associate with poor follow up. I've visited this dealership 4 times in one month looking for a vehicle with a budget of 30k out the door I get called to come in and look at a car they took in on trade that meet my criteria and it was not my color choice and it had 31k asking price. Then I had to wait a 1/2 hour for them to value my trade in and come to find out no one had even begun the process. So my experience was not the best.

Mr. Mark Duncan was excellent at getting my recall repair scheduled and completed. Mr. Duncan was by far the most friendly and helpful of any service advisor I ever dealt with. The repair was fast and Mr. Duncan keep my up to date all the way along. The service technician, Joshua Aly, performed the repair and noted several other maintenance issues that I needed to address. I had an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone else that needed repairs done.

I had a flat tire due to a large piece of metal on the road. After calling my husband and AAA, I called Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan had priced me a set of Michelin Tires just the week before. When I told him what had happened, he checked and they only had 3 of the tires I needed in stock. He told me that he would send someone to pick up the 4th tire. By the time AAA came and changed my tire and I drove to Honda of Cleveland, Mark had all four tires and took our Pilot in immediately. The service department is just one of the reasons that we continue to return to Honda of Cleveland.

I have tried all of the quickie lube place in the past but I keep coming back to Honda of Cleveland and that is where I am staying from now on. No other place makes me feel more welcome than Mark Duncan and the other guys in the service department at Honda of Cleveland. I purchased this car in Mississippi before I even moved to Tennessee and they treat me like I just rolled it off the lot yesterday. I believe that they are actually happy and sincere when they say they are thankful for my business. I get in and out just as fast as anywhere else and they have free snacks and drinks. 204,000 miles on my 2005 Honda Accord and it still runs flawless. I would do more than five stars but I couldn't. All of these guys are great to work with.

It all started when I made a phone call to Honda of Cleveland and Michelle answered the phone. I explained I had been "shopping" online but needed to know the answers to some questions I had. She was a crackerjack at answering everyone of my questions and even told me a lot of info about the cars I was interested in. And the thing is, she did it with enthusiasm, superb knowledge of the product and most of all cared that I was interested in buying a Honda product! Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon. I headed to Honda of Cleveland from Chattanooga! Blake met me at my car and asked what he could do to help me. I told him what I was interested in buying which included the outside/inside colors, make, etc. He showed me an Accord EXL, Champagne Frost in color with everything I wanted on it and more. The price was a bit out of my range so I looked at EX model but still kept coming back to the EXL. While Blake was showing me the cars he never once was "pushy" in his sales. He told me all about the car and showed all the features to me.......we talked about family while I was deciding what to do. He is a top notch family man which says a lot about him.....he cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied and happy. He is so sincere! After much discussion with your finance people I finally settled on the EXL at a price I could afford. Everyone went home very late but happy! Me the happiest because I was driving a new Honda EXL!I returned on Wednesday to finalize the transactions. Blake went over all the features, set up my Bluetooth and I was on my way again.Michelle and Blake are true assets to your business. I wish both of them much success in the future!

my daughter came in from college and her check engine light came on in her 2007 Honda Accord. Mark and his crew took a look at it and reset the light and determined it was an intermittent alarm that was caused by a loose gas cap or some other temporary issue. Did not charge us and told us to keep an eye on it and let them know if we had any other issues. Found them to be very helpful and honest about the issue which is rare in this day and time. These people are the best. I have been to the lot of places for my oil change, but these are by far the best. The staff is super friendly and works with you as well as make sure you get all the information you need on your car. They answer any questions you have even if you feel they are stupid. We found this group right after the air conditioning went south. And we had to go south - to Louisiana. From cooler temps in North Carolina to blazing hot in La. Mark Duncan took the "hot potato" and returned a "cool customer", all within 1 1/2 hours. While he and his super staff worked, Fred Stewart gave a demo of a 2016 Odyssey. He was thorough, not pushy, and polite when we told him the 2009 was fine. So both of the staff we met had a sense of humor, knowledge base, and appreciation of the customer. "They were in the right place when we were experiencing the wrong time" with apologies to Dr. John!

I needed my airbag recall taken care of and Honda of Cleveland ordered the parts, explained how long it might take for them to arrive and said they would contact me. In about 3 weeks my parts were in and Mark Duncan from the service department called to set up an appointment. When I arrived Mr. Duncan was right there front and center to greet me with the paperwork ready. The replacement actually took a little less time than he said it might take AND they noticed that a couple of filters needed replacing so they took care of those also at a reasonable price. I will definitely do business with them again and I recommend them highly.

I took my Honda Accord in for routine maintenance, which included a required brake flush. I was in and out in an hour! Mark Duncan, my service advisor, kept me apprised of the progress at 15 minute intervals. I couldn't have been more pleased. I bought my car from this dealership in 2013 and have continued to use their service team since then. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I took my Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. A few minutes into the wait, a service advisor, Will Oltz, came out and said a bolt had broken on my wheel during the tire rotation. He apologized profusely and said it would take a little longer than normal. He made sure I knew that it was their fault and that I would not be charged. I was made very comfortable and I was more than willing to wait. About an hour later, Will came back and said that the service guys had found something else that needed repaired. It was covered under warranty and none of it or the wheel bolt would cost me a thing to repair. Long story short, I was given a rental car at no charge and when I got my car back a few days later, I was told there was no charge for ANYTHING, not even the original oil change. I cannot say enough positive, wonderful things about the folks at Honda of Cleveland! They were wonderful to me. I live about 45 miles from the dealership and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Honda of Cleveland to anyone. Thanks to all who helped me!

I bought my used car from Honda of Cleveland 2 years ago and it was one of the older models they had on the lot. Im sure they didn't make much off my purchase but when my car was to old for the care plans they sold me, they took care of the flat tire i had 2 months into the purchase no questions asked... then again 6 months later and so on till every tire had either been replaced, repaired, or had the bead resealed. They honored the tire and wheel plan i wanted even if my car didn't qualify. I have dealt with most of the service representatives there over the year with this problem, Will Oltz, Greg Lee, Roger Russel, and the main man in charge of my car every time i showed up with this tire issue was Mark Duncan. Upon coming in recently with yet another tire flat, i asked about the fact that they issue came down to the wheel on my car not the tires. They were corroding away, and causing the tire issue. Mark Duncan got Brandon Perry the service manager involved and he got the owner of the company involved and within 2 hours they agreed to replace the wheel on my car. Never have i had an entire company do all the leg work for me to get my issue solved. They wanted to take care of the real problem which in reality wasn't their problem, it was mine to have to deal with and they wanted me to be happy with the car i purchased from them even if it was 2 years ago. Its been amazing working with Honda of Cleveland, not only did they help me get into a car fast when i needed it but they have taken care of me and my car since then even if its a Toyota and their dealer is right down the road i go back to Honda every time. Thank you Honda of Cleveland, and a special thanks to the service department.

My 2011 Honda CR-V was on the airbag safety recall list. As soon as the part was available, I received a call from Roger Russell to let me know I could bring my Honda in for the repair. My CR-V had some trouble with the battery being dead and Roger worked with me while I was getting my battery replaced and made it convenient for me to make an appointment to get my Honda repaired.When I am ready I will buy my next Honda from Honda of Cleveland. I bought my first Honda there from Fred Stewart and have been more than satisfied with my CR-V.

It's never a hassle or burden to get my Honda Odyssey serviced at Honda of Cleveland. My service advisor Greg is always smiling and goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Everyone at Honda has always treated me like I am so special and as I look around and notice that it's not just me but everyone that walks through the door. I have never been more impressed with the hospitality I recieve. As soon as I pull in the bay someone is there smiling and telling me " goodmorning" then I enter the service department where they remember me by name. I never wait very long, but as I wait they take care of each person in the waiting room with drinks and and snacks. Mike Covington is always a pleasure! No matter how busy he may be he always takes the time to ask how I've been and ask about my boys. It's almost like family there. They have blessed me with their kindness and respect. Why would I recommend this dealership, they go above and beyond to see that you are well taken care of. Mark Duncan greets you at the door with a warm welcome and listens to what you need done. He is very helpful and explains to me what they have done and when I leave the dealership I am confidant in the work they have done. My 2010 Odyssey has over 150,000 miles on it and it is in top notch condition because they help me keep it that away. I have been to other dealerships in my life but have never felt like they want to be sure I am taken care of. This dealership is unlike any that I have been to. I can't say enough at how well they treat you and see you are satisfied with everything they do for you.

Throughout my life I've bought plenty of cars but never have I dealt with a more professional, no pressure, no gimmicks salesperson such as Derrick before. He greeted me and my wife when we got there. We told him we just wanted to look and he stepped back and allowed us to look around. My appointment was for 7:30 and I arrived at 7:25. At exactly 7:30 someone greeted me and took my car. Once inside, I was offered a muffin and something to drink and was able to sit in a very comfortable waiting area with a TV and magazines. The guys were SUPER friendly and very courteous. I was not there very long and the entire experience was great. It would have been perfect if the dealer had a car wash and I could have gotten the car cleaned. The service and warranty work coordinated by both Greg Lee and Roger Russell on my 2011 Honda CRV was excellent. Not only did they coordinate the 100,000 mile vehicle maintenance and drivers side airbag replacement but also helped with the arrangements for a rental car while waiting on the replacement airbag.Thanks for all your help and excellent service!Jim Frye

Even though I live in Chattanooga and there is a Honda dealership approximately 3 miles from my home, I drive to Honda of Cleveland for service and buy my cars there. I have been their customer for at least 16 years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I trust them completely. Special thanks to Mark Duncan who is outstanding and always goes the extra mile.!!! I went in for an airbag recall and added on a 4 wheel alignment. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help. Mark Duncan friendly, and very efficiently processed all of my paperwork. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. When the work on my van was complete I inquired about doing an alignment on my other vehicle. They were able to do the alignment and have the car back to me in about 30 minutes. I typically do a lot of my own work on my vehicles. If I need to take them to professionals, this is where I will go. The prices reasonable, all of the staff, especially Mark, was friendly and eager to help, and the work was done quickly.

We recently moved to Chattanooga from out of state. After a horrible experience at the Honda dealership in Chattanooga (Economy Honda), we tried tried Honda of Cleveland. We have had maintenance and repairs done at this location several times and have been very pleased with the service. The service team seems to be very friendly, professional and keeps you updated while waiting for work to be done. They also seem to do quality work in less time than other dealerships we have used in the past. William Oltz was a pleasure to work with our last two visits. He was very pleasant and professional. We will continue to drive further to Honda of Cleveland and will recommend others in the Chattanooga area to do the same. It is well worth the drive.

After praying and drinking lots of caffeine to get my courage up, I set off on an emergency car buying adventure. Dreading the several days that I expected it to take to select and bargain for a new vehicle, my head was left spinning when I visited Honda of Cleveland on a Friday afternoon and drove away with a new 2016 Pilot on Saturday afternoon. With God in control and the kind assistance of Rodney Bethune, Andre Dolberry, and Mike Hamby, the experience couldn't have been less stressful. My anxiety turned to ecstasy as I drove away in a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot until Saturday afternoon. As I looked into my rear view mirror while driving away, I said to myself, "I can't believe I just bought a new vehicle in less than 24 hours for the first time ever!" I called my service advisor Mark Duncan for my regular oil change and was advised a warranty issue could be resolved for our 2014 CRV that had engine start up rattle caused by the VTC actuator for some time. Because of the length of time required, Mark was kind enough to arrange a rental for us so my wife would have transportation. On my return, they had found that possibly it may not have fixed the problem and were concerned enough to keep the vehicle to run checks on it just in case. Mark and his boss Brandon wanted to be certain it was, in fact, perfect.I can't say enough about the caring, professional service and their dedication to providing a positive customer service experience. It is so rare to find someone so attentive and concerned with complete customer satisfaction. Mark is truly a "five star" asset for this dealership, Honda, and any customer he deals with!

I would think most people that buy Honda's do not want to take their repairs to another dealer or place of business to get it fixed, I sure don't. But the service prices are just sooooo expensive that most people can't afford the cost of repairs at the Honda dearership. We want to use Honda parts and have our Hondas worked on by Honda technicians but lot of time the prices are just too high! I love my car and want what's best for it but if I can't afford it I am forced to take it somewhere else. I was very thankful and gladly paid the price to have Greg work with me and price match. We bought a used Chevy Traverse from this dealership. Didn't have it a full month and started having problems. Found out it had NO transmission fluid or oil!!!! The shop that we trust that looked at it and corrected the problem said there are NO LEAKS! This came as a shock since the dealership guarantees a full 100 something point inspection. Tried to speak to one of the managers Heath who informed us that he didn't care what we said because he knew it wasn't left that way. Even after we told him we could have the mechanic prove it. Poor Management with poor customer service. We trusted that at least the basic fluids would have been full when buying a vehicle. The management at this dealership apparently only care about getting money out of you, not what they sell you. They sure are not willing to fix a mistake. I will say that our salesman James was great! He deserves to be at a better dealership. He should be in management not the arrogant jerk that we had to deal with. He was willing to correct the issue out of his own pocket just to insure we were happy. It's not his fault so we couldn't let him do that. It's the service departments fault and the managers fault. The audacity of the manager to say we should have drove it to them so they could see it for themselves. Who willingly drives a car without transmission fluid or oil?!!! Serious damage could have been done to our vehicle so we corrected the problem as soon as possible and let them know about it. Don't waist your time with this place.

I have been a Honda of Cleveland customer since I purchased my 1998 CRV in September of 1998. The Service department has always been there to insure that my car had the best service it could. After 304,000 miles we finally had a repair that was going to cost more than I wanted to spend on it due to the age and miles. Mr. Mark Duncan transferred me to Mr. Robert Lawson who asked if I could stop by. I came by later that day and he took me to a Honda Accord that had just been traded in. It was perfect for my son and after test driving it (and then my son test driving it) decided to purchase the vehicle. I got a great trade in allowance and the process was very easy and efficient. I am very satisfied with the car and the whole experience. I highly recommend Honda of Cleveland for sales and service. Ask for Robert for Sales and Mark for Service.

I drove over 400 miles to purchase my new Honda Civic EX from Honda of Cleveland. Honda of Cleveland had the car I wanted on their lot at a price which beat all other dealerships I had contacted previously. John Davis gave us a great price. Joey Dawson physically went on the lot to double-check the interior color of the car. Jonathan Clower greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and stayed after-hours until after my purchase was completed. He told me about the vehicle I was buying, accompanied me on a test-drive, was with me throughout my purchasing experience at Cleveland of Honda, and has since followed-up via e-mail and a phone call to make sure everything is OK. Brandon Brookshire stayed after hours and guided me through the actual closing of the sale. The whole experience was more than excellent and more than exceptional, and all the guys were great. I came in with a recall notice on my 2014 Odyssey concerning trailer weight labeling. I was promptly greeted and the vehicle was taken to correct the issue, in spite of it being a Saturday morning.I was asked how I liked the Odyssey, and I commented I wish I had bought the Pilot, instead. My major complaint about the 2014 and the 2005 Odyssey was the noisy brakes. The reply was, and always has been "they all do that". I have never owned a car or truck that had that same problem. I currently own a 2011 Honda Pilot that has never had that problem; neither have previous Honda Accords, Toyota Camrys, or my Ford F150, frankly, which is far more comfortable and less noisy than the Odyssey. Is the dealer's service department just giving me a lame excuse for a poor design, or their lack of ability to solve my problem, or is it something that should have been fixed years ago, since it has been the same story since I bought the first Odyssey in late 2004?

I was very pleased with our experience at Honda of Cleveland. They made sure we got what we wanted and gave us a really good deal. I guess it was the best experience I ever had trading cars and I have traded a bunch. Our salesman, Travis Capeheart, went over and above getting us everything we wanted on our van and he didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want. The sales manager who wrote up the paper work was excellent and very helpful.

Such a stress free experience buying our new Honda! This was our 2nd purchase in 2 years at this dealership. Every employee here is friendly and helpful. Our Salesman was knowledgable without pressuring us at all. The lounge/waiting area was very comfortable. The paperwork procwas went smoothly and pretty quickly. We will definitely go back when it's time for a new car!

Went to test drive two vehicles grand Cherokee and a Jeep liberty Tyler walked up and ask if we needed help told him just wanted to look at to vehicles his reply was let me help. Got side tracked on the Jeep grand Cherokee on how well it looked except a few little problems the are easy fixed.my wife and I was so impressed by the respect and no pressure sale we went in side and bought it again we just went to look but they treated use so well we bought. We recently traded in our Honda Accord we purchased in 2015 for a new 2016 Pilot. Before visiting the dealership, I had reached out to Jerry as he was recommended to us by our prior sales person who had left Honda of Cleveland. Jerry was super responsive, very professional but still down to earth, and answered all of our questions. I was able to get most of our paperwork prefilled before even getting to the dealership, and he was able to provide a good estimate of what our new payment would be. He had the Pilot ready to go right when we got there, which was great, because we had 2 young children with us and we knew time was of the essence.When it came down to the paperwork, Jerry brought almost everything out to us!!! It was like we were his one and only customer!!! :) We took turns going in for the final financial paperwork signing, so our kids didn't even have to go into the dealership, which was great, because we knew that could have been a disaster lol. Kristina was awesome when we were going through all the paperwork, and all said and done, it took less than 2 hours!!! We were amazed! STAY AWAY from HONDA of CLEVELAND! NO Consumer loyalty! Will NOT give you fair trade even if the vehicle is brand new! Literally only 7 months old, 14k miles, HONDA CRV that was bought from this lot, they will not give the blue book value even if your willing to trade on something else in their lot! This CRV has not been functioning properly, after several complaints I'm TOLD ITS NORMAL. Brand new should NOT drive like this one... I gave them an opportunity to "make it right" and they insulted me with the offer (LESS THAN A COMPETITOR). People need to know that the high pressure sales and the lack of concern for consumer satisfaction is a major issue with this company. Several times I called the service dept and could not get an appointment within TWO weeks! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. When I spent $28K and add ALL warranties I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER TRADE IN VALUE TO BE HONORED.

HOMETOWN FEEL IS GONE.....to make appt now you have to speak to call center in Nashville. Took me a week to get an appt for oil change...went in at 10am on 10-30-15...was still waiting at 11:30am. I asked what Express Service meant...was told there was no such thing, although there are plenty of signs that indicate otherwise. The service advisors are all very professional and attentive...always have been, so when I questioned the appt time, I was referred to BILL JOSLIN, the Service Director. He said the appt I made was to SPEAK with a service advisor....and that my car would be taken back when they could get to it. I asked what happens if I just walk in and he said I could get service, but would have to wait an hour or so....I had already waited 1-1/2 hours WITH an appt. He was not very sympathetic and offered no solution to my frustration. I told him I would not be back. He called and left message on my phone three days later, apologizing for his attitude. Too late, Bill.

Although a purchase was not made, I was helping my youngest get their first car, Jaime went above and beyond in my opinion. He did everything that was asked, responded to my questions, addressed my concerns, in a very professional manner. The reason a purchase was not made had nothing to do with Cleveland Honda, it was procrastination on the part of the aforementioned 'youngest'. I will certainly consider Cleveland Honda in the future!

This is a no hassle dealership. They worked with me on my purchase and I never felt pressured at all. I felt like they wanted to sell me a car whereas some of the other dealers I talked to acted like they didn't care if I bought from them or not. Jerry Anderson went above and beyond the call of duty in making my Honda Civic purchase a great experience, constantly ensuring my comfort in the process. He is very well informed on the product, and even helped me set up my phone on the blue tooth connection before I left the lot. The truthful way in which he addresses questions establishes an instant trust.I left the dealership thinking of him as a friend, as opposed to someone trying to make a sell. He helped me find the vehicle which exactly suited my needs and desires, and has checked back with me to ensure the satisfaction and answer any questions which might have arisen after the sale, However, because he took the care and time to so fully describe and show me each of the features, I have had no questions at all. Jerry even contacted my insurance agent and completed the transfer of policy coverage before I left the premises. Thankfully, Jerry is younger than me, because I have chosen my car salesman for life. Honda of ClevelandMay 18, 2015It was time for my grandson to make his first automobile purchase. He had decided on a Honda Fit. I had heard that Honda of Cleveland was a reputable dealer with good pricing. Which of course are everyones concern, reputation and pricing. We had made an appointment to meet Fred Stewart between 10 and eleven on Friday, May 8th. During our phone conversation we informed Fred that we would be interested in a Honda Fit. He let us know he had a good selection of models and colors. We arrived around 10:45AM and Fred met us at the door. We were offered refreshment but of course my grandsons main interest was the car of his dreams. Fred moved us out to the large inventory of Fits and I stepped back to let my grandson experience the professionalism of Mr. Stewart. Fred was so well versed in the three models and their options, and took the time to explain each as well as had the keys to allow my grandson to observe the differences and sit behind the wheel of each. Fred started both the LX and EX and let Shane experience the drivers seat of each, observing the instrument panels and controls. Shane quickly zeroed in on a silver EX. Fred moved the silver EX out so we could go for a test drive after the proper paperwork was captured Fred took his position in the back seat behind the driver. He allowed me to have the front passenger seat. Fred was so patient and calm, as we entered the highway. Before leaving he explained how to adjust the rearview mirror, seat, headrest, and the steering wheel. He explained what Shane should be seeing on the instrument panel and how to adjust the automatic shift and we were on our way. Fred explained the CVT and how it performed and explained how to gear down or drive with the paddles. The driving test was successful and we returned to the dealership.Now is the time to determine the financial damage. Fred asked us if we had brought a trade, we responded positively. He took our keys and the Honda of Cleveland dealership worked their magic and we met the financial goals we had set for Shane. The financial representative was cordial, friendly, respectful, and explained every detail of the loan.I want the management of Honda of Cleveland to know what a wonderful experience we had. Fred is an outstanding salesman and an asset to your company. He even after the sale helped Shane program his hands free phone system. Fred is extremely knowledgeable of the products he sells and it really shows, and he cares about his customer. A person claiming to be a Manager/CO-Owner ( Jeremy Holsomback) of the Dealership was the Deal Killer for us, he was very cocky and bragged alot on himself vs trying to help us get a deal we both could be happy with! the salesman ( Keith McClain ) was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome to the dealership. Here is the difference, most dealers try so hard to get the sell (thats their job) they great you with Let me show you this, You need this or What payment you looking for? When I talked to Chris Petty, he said How can I help you? and What can I do for you? You see the difference? Chris started out putting you first. The whole dealership is that way!Truth is, there are as many car dealers as fast food places, selling every make, model, color and year with options I didn't even know existed. The folks at Honda of Cleveland know that and you feel it the moment you arrive at the lot. The whole business seems to be based on trust, no pressure, and customer service. In fact, we looked over some Civics, found one we liked, drove it, told Chris and he did the rest. I got a cup of coffee propped my feet up and relaxed while Chris and others would occasionally walk by to fill me in on the status. I would just smile and get back to watching the game on TV. I felt like a rock star or something. I was somebody! To top off everything else I walked back to re-fill my coffee cup and there was a lady in the service department, getting the same Rock Star treatment. I just smiled and went back to relaxing.

Don't buy a used car from them! They say they inspect every used car before they sell. Well they don't I bought a 2003 passat from them on 4/4/15 Drove 6 hour's to get it and had to work that night so was in a hurry to get back on the road so i Inspected it the next day Half the light bulb's were blown Serpentine belt was dry cracked bad and the tire's looked okay but driving at 55mph the whole car shooked and went to get new tire's and the wheel lock key is missing and on top of that I wouldn't let that detail department clean my boxer's xxxx quick job they did... BUYER'S BEWARE OF THIS BUNCH

After a weekend of dealing with your prototypical used car salesmen at several Honda dealers around Atlanta, I expanded my search radius to 75 miles and this dealer popped up with fantastic list prices for their vehicles. I decided to make the 2 hour trip to check it out, and boy was that the best decision I made. It was a pleasant surprise to finally deal with a salesman who treats you with respect, shares your same values of honesty/integrity, and doesn't double talk. The dealers around Atlanta really need to do some benchmarking at this place. Customers don't like being lied to and want to be treated with respect. All in all it was a great experience here. Definitely worth the two hour drive from Atlanta. My only knock on this place is to be careful with the add-on's they try to get you to buy. They will default several add-on's to your deal, and you have to specifically tell them "no" I don't want that. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I think all dealers do this, but I figure this is where they make their profit since the MVP pricing on the actual vehicle is so low. In this case it was $5200 below MSRP on the Honda Oddysey.

After finding this dealership using True-Car Pricing, we went to the dealer's own website where they have "MVP" pricing on their new cars. We were shopping for a new Civic EX. Unlike most dealer's websites, the MVP price INCLUDES everything but tags and taxes (yes, even the doc fee is included). The MVP price was over $2,000 less than the True-Car price and $3,000 less than any other Cars.com offers or other Honda Dealerships "best deal" offers. We agreed to buy the car over the phone, drove the 100 miles to their dealership and there were no surprises or hidden fees. The price was just what they said. Only negative was the finance person really tried to push the extended warranty (no means no....don't keep trying to sell it). Sales person was very friendly and helpfull but could have been more efficient in showing how to use all the technology. Honest people, caring staff and unbeatable pricing (using their internet MVP pricing) makes this a Five Star Dealership!

The dealership wouldn't sell me the car for the price shown on their website. They quoted me the price, from their site, including fees. Then later today, they give me a price that was like $600 higher,,,, and wouldn't honor the price that I was quoted only a few hours ago. Disappointing!

My approach in dealing with auto dealerships is I am going into battle to protect my interest and negotiate a fair price. I went to Honda of Cleveland and had the exact opposite experience. I was going to by a used car that would fit in my budget. After LISTENING, we showed me several options. One of the options was a new Honda Civic 2014. With the incredible pricing, much better than the other Honda dealership, and low interest rate I was able to have a new car and within my budget and with the better pay out due to the interest difference. It is the first time my needs and interest were met WITHOUT going to battle to buy a car.

Great Dealership! We made a deal over the phone on a Monday morning. I went after work to sigh the paperwork and it was exactly as we discussed. They three Accords that were the trim with the exact options I wanted. I took me long to pick which color I wanted than it did for us to finalize the deal. I have been back twice for service. Both times they were faster and less expensive than expected. So far they have proven to be honest and fair.

We agreed on a price and pick up date. Received a call back from sales person and I was ready to proceed. An hour later received a call from sales manager stating they will not accommodate. In the mean time I was contacted by another dealer and I told them I had already found a vehicle. When I told the sales manager what I told the other dealer. He told me they should be happy that I was going to call them back, Would not work with this dealer ever.

We checked with every Honda dealer within 40 miles of our home, it was an absolute no brainer to buy our new Odessey EX-L here. Jerry was fantastic, gave us the best price, then worked with us to add the accessories my wife wanted without trying to up-sell us on anything. He was direct and honest, told us where he could negotiate and where he couldn't. They beat the best price we were offered elsewhere and the lifetimes power train warranty offered here is great! As long as we get 2 oil changes and a tire rotation every year here they will replace anything with the engine. Since we plan on keeping this van for a long time this was the kicker for us. Just a fantastic experience all around. Will definitely come back for our next car, but since we have Hondas it may be a while before we need anything new.

Wonderful job buy the entire group, especially Jerry Anderson. Went several places and they beat every offer on our new Odessey. Fixed us up with the accessories my wife wanted without trying to up sell us. Got the sale done quickly and without a lot of fuss, heating everyone else in the area on price and when you add in the lifetime power train warranty it's a clear choice. Will shop there for our next car but since we drive Hondas it will be a long time before we need to buy another.

This experience was very awesome! We had been shopping for a certified Pilot for weeks and weeks. I went to economy Honda today and they blew me off. Jerry was by far the nicest, most considerate salesperson I'd ever met. EVER! He wasn't pushy at all like some of them are.We stayed late but got the deal done. Bought car in 02-2014. And has been in shop every since.. With a different problem everytime which is 5x total.. Asked to have it exchanged and was told next but now everyday I call its be patient be patient well I'm done being patient I want the car I'm paying for the techs don't know.whats wrong with it so that tells u that it needs to be exchanged.. I'm getting the run around and never thought I would be going threw this with a.brand new Honda civc with 32 miles on it. So very very disappointed.. And don't feel like I'm being treated fairly . I'm paying a payment for.something I'm not driving but they told me they can't do any refunds on payment cause they gave me a lender car but.i want my car or the same one but different then the one I'm paying for that's a lemon.. Gosh I wish they would help me.. But I have no clue what's taking sooo long to realize its a piece

Buying a car can be an extremely stressful experience. Your not sure what exactly to do or what to ask. Everyone that was in the building was warm and inviting. We actually were recommended to Honda of Cleveland by my wife's mother. She had such a wonderful experience with three previous cars being purchased from there it seemed the obvious choice. We met with a Mr. Jerry Anderson that was a very knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding salesman. He listened to our previous loan situation and explained the pros and cons to purchasing either a new or used car. After showing us to the 2014 Honda Civic and letting us test drive it we were in love and were set on getting it. My wife and I are a young couple with decent credit and used car to trade and were looking to get out of a previous loan with a high interest. The people at Honda worked with us as if we were there own family to be able to get us an affordable payment and drive out of the lot that day. I cant express enough the gratitude that we have for them there and if anyone was to ask Honda of Cleveland is the only place to go. Recently went through USAA's Car Buying Service and Honda of Cleveland was one of the dealers I selected to begin negotiating on a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid. I had received an "out the door" price on the same year/make/model from Airport Honda(Knoxville) and gave Honda of Cleveland an opportunity to "match" the price. It has been well over a week and have not received a reply from Honda-Cleveland. I understand if a dealership can not match another's price exactly but even a polite decline of an offer should be extended in my opinion. The Accord Hybrids are still in the dealerships inventory as of today(4/23/14) so I am unsure why we are negotiating. Overall, not very impressed with the customer service or the buying process at this time.

Our purchase was facilitated in a very professional manner by the sales manager Jeremy via phone before our visit. We had been shopping for a 2014 odyssey for quite some time trying to find the very very best deal. When we arrived we were greeted by Jerry and taken care of in a way that we've not seen since leaving India. If not the best, this is one of the best experiences I have had. All the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Our sales person, Terry Cavett, was very helpful and explained very clearly how all the controls on the car were used. I can highly recommend both Terry and Honda of Cleveland to you. The personnel are as good as the cars they sell. I was highly impressed, having visited several dealerships in the last week where some of them acted as if they were bored with my questions.

Today Feb. 15 was my first experience with a dealership, and seeing how everything works rather than a home owner type thing. Terry Cavett was the first to approach my mother and I. I'm very glad he did. He brought each car we looked at up to us, and was very polite about everything. When it came down to buying a car he was very understanding on what me and my mom were looking for in our price range. Needless to say I am walking out with a new car at an excellent price. I did go in and visit Cleveland Honda location on saturday afternoon. I called Sharon at 4PM and David the manager said she had already left for the day. I told David I spoke to you and you left my info with Sharon, he asked me for my name and he said he found my info to go ahead and come in. One of your sales guys meet us in the parking lot and told us where to park the vehicles for inspection. After the inspection the sales guy showed me written on a scrap piece of paper the offer, $16K for the CRV then $7k for the GMC van. I told him I what I was offered at Economy Honda on friday which was $16k for the CRV and $9k for the GMC. Then he spoke to David and came back and Matched Economy's offer. David said to me he was happy to match Economy's offer to get our business. We agreed to the purchase and were sent to your finance guy Steve. We completed all of the finance paper work then Steve showed me the Invoice which reflected a purchase price over $41K. He called the sales guy Rick into his office and I explained to him that the price you quoted me was $36840.00 and that David said he found my info so I thought the price should be in there. The sales guy never spoke to me about the sales price when the were offering on the trades so I was thinking they knew the price that you and I spoke about on Friday Morning. I told them what Economys price was which I showed them on the internet from my phone. Steve and the sales guy left the office then made some phone calls. It then became somewhat chaotic. I was told you never left them any price info, then I was told they could sell the car for the price im telling them you quoted me but not with trades, and I was told maybe you didnt know I was trading in two vehicles and so on thats to name a few of the possible reasons for the problem. I am still a bit confused about what happened and I understand it was closing time and some people had gone home but my family and I were there for over two hours then kicked to the curb at least thats how we felt. I didnt realize Cleveland Honda closed at 6 because the internet said you close at 7:30. They put the tag back on my car and said when I realize the deal economy was offering does not work out I could always come back. Brandon gave me a price of $36840.00 I was to go in and get the vehicles appraised which I did that and David and the sales guy Rick offered me $25000.00 for my trades what went wrong?

The deal was straight up and fast. Robert Lawson gives you bottom dollar so you don' have to haggle. They give you top dollar for your trade. This is our third new Honda and every time has been great. The service department is also very good with the aftercare. They take care of their customers.

The minute we walked in the door everyone was super friendly. We went there to test drive a specific car we saw online. They let us test drive it on our own which was a big plus and Paul had all of the information on the car when we returned. He was super nice, it was like talking to a family member!! We have been to so many car lots and met so many car sales people that were not nearly as helpful. We are so pleased we are going to return this spring to purchase another car from him!!!!! I could not have asked for a more professional staff from Ashley and Sharon in internet sale to Terry in sales to Bob in finance even to David the General Manager. Ashley and Sharon were very friendly and knowledgeable. If they did not know the answer, they would not lie or guess. They would find the answer and call me back. I walked into the dealership expected the same pushy experience I had just been through with the competitor of Honda of Cleveland. My wife and I had been tossed through the typical Shark "Cheesy" sales guy and finance routine earlier in the day at the "other Honda place". That is not the case at all with Honda of Cleveland. We walked into the friendly comfortable environment of Honda of Cleveland. We Met with Terry our Sales Advisor. He led us in the right direction but let us make our own decisions on our purchase. David and Bob took care of the finance. I let them know what their competitor had said and why we left. They offered a fair deal right away and did not ever pressure us. We decided we were making the right choice. The contract portion was very user friendly and Bob took his time to really explain the details. What a Great Team!!!!!!!!!!! We will purchase from Honda of Cleveland in our upcoming purchases as well. I would recommend Honda of Cleveland to anyone. They are better than the superstore. They are priced very competitive with a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. Yep you heard it right. Nowhere offers deals like this. DO not purchase before giving Honda of Cleveland a call. I reccommend Honda of Cleveland because they are the only car dealership I reccommend to anyone. They are honest and have always treated me great since I bought my Element in January of 2006. They have earned my trust. George Perkins gave me a good price on the car without any haggling or the phoney nonsense other dealers put you through. When I first got the vehicle, I compared prices and saw that Honda of Cleveland's service prices were competitive. So, I have let them do all servicing of my car. The work has always been first class and I have the peace of mind of having it done by real Honda experts. David Hickman, the General Manager, shows by his actions that he really does care about every customer being treated well and provides the leadership needed to keep the company great. Matthew who sets up the service appointments is very experienced, helpful, and seems to know the answer to all my service questions. He is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service department does great work quickly and has never tried to take advantage of me. I tell people they are honest and treat every customer like their most important customer.

In 2006, I bought my Honda Pilot from this dealership. Over the last 6 years, I have had all my service work done there as needed. The service I get at this dealership is nothing short of fantastic! Over the years, I have dealt with Matt Kress in the service department. As a single lady on a tight budget Matt has always given me good advice about the services needed on my Pilot. He has never, not one time tried to have me do any additional work on the car other than just what is needed at the time. When I reached the 80,000 mile mark, I needed several things replaced on my car which was going to be quite expensive. Matt told me the 3 major issues that needed to addressed and what order I should have the work done! That way, I could address each item one at a time as I could afford it. Once, I was on a weekend trip to Atlanta and about half way there, my check engine light came on. So instead of freaking out, I called Matt and he asked me a series of questions about what was going on and advised me that I could continue on my trip and bring the Pilot in after I got back to town. It turned out to be something that was easily fixed. My Pilot now has over 120,000 miles. Last weekend I was headed out of town on a trip and stopped at a gas station to fill up in Harrison near my home. I got back in the car and turned the key and nothing happened. Freaked out a little and called Matt, as usual. He said he would send someone from the dealership over to check out my car ( remember, the dealership is in Cleveland). Well, that someone was none other than the Service Manager, David Winters. David jumped my car off and followed me back to the dealership. The 2 kind gentlemen had my car fixed within 30 minutes and I was back on the road out of town. I tell everybody I know about the fantastic service I get at Honda of Cleveland. So high 5 to Matt for all of his patience in answering all my questions and for being a great service advisor. And many thanks to David for coming to my rescue the other day!

We have bought 3 cars from Honda of Cleveland, 2 new ones and 1 used. We have been using Honda of Cleveland for almost 10 years for all our service needs. We have been pleased on each occasion. David Hickman, the general manager, takes our vehicles to the dealership for service, leaving us with a loaner car. Not only is this a great convenience to us, it gives us opportunity to try out other Honda models. David Hickman has always been so courteous and helpful with all of our car needs.As a result of our experience with Honda of Cleveland and with Mr. Hickman especially, our grown children (4) have all bought either new or used vehicles from there. We have since returned to Honda of Cleveland several times for the maintenance of our vehicle. The service technicians who work on our vehicle are always very knowledgable and easy to talk to. We never feel pressured into making repairs that we really don't want or need. Not only that, but our vehicle always comes back to us in pristine condition - washed and vacuumed thoroughly! This dealership has a long history of receiving Top Service Ratings from Honda and one visit you will walk out understanding why. You get greeted courteously at the door where you feel welcome from the first moment you enter the dealership. You don't go through alot of drama with pricing, etc. and the overall buying experience is amazing. My daughter was driving a 2002 VW Jetta that was costing me thousands of dollars to keep running. She was attending college 400 mi away and I was concerned about keeping her on the road and keeping her safe. Enter David Hickman...he and his finance department worked relentelessly to help get us a loan at the price our daughter could comfortably afford...long story short...she is driving her new Honda Civic that she absolutely LOVES and I love not having to worry about her breaking down on the side of I-75 in downtown Atlanta!!! My husband and I had a unique situation. We were wanting to trade in our vehicle that had hail damage and because the damage was 5100 our insurance wouldn't make a check out to us. they could only make it out to the leinholder or a body shop. We found a car we really liked and it looked like we weren't going to be able to get it. After a lot of work on their end all of the people we spoke with at this dealership found a way to make it happen! My husband really enjoyed talking to Brandon. He definitely had a lot of knowledge about Honda's and he was so friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend him if your shopping for a vehicle. He was awesome! I spoke a lot with Sharon on the phone because thats where I first saw the car. She was so friendly and after a lot of work on her end we were able to find a price that met our budget! Mike the used car manager was great! very friendly and he was the one that found the solution to our problem! Very nice man to work with! Bob the finance guy we spoke with was very patient with us. Even though the first night we were there late and then the next day had a screaming toddler. I appreciate all their hard work to make this happen for us. I would definitely recommend them!

I bought my Civic from Honda of Cleveland and it was a much better experience than I have had in the past. I didnt feel like I was being pressured or being taken advantage of because I'm a young woman. Nice place!
