Went in for the Black Friday deals and ended up getting an Odyssey. Ended up working with Dan and he made the whole process easy! Got the car i wanted( though they couldn't get me the color) for thousands less than msrp. All in all I was on the road in under 3 hours with my new car! If you're in the market Honda of Annapolis is definitely worth the trip.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible. If the marked up prices on cars weren't bad enough, they do not negotiate at all and try to get you to pay the MSRP+. On top of the non negotiable car prices, the manager Andre P, is an arrogant condescending prick. With his tone of voice and sale tactics... I highly doubt he has sold any cars. He was "insulted" that we offered a lower price for a car, and "insulted"because his sales associate spent time discussing the car and doing a test drive. Uh isn't that part of your job? He said "you must not be seriously interested in a car." Sorry but no one in their right mind would pay above MSRP when you can go to a better dealership and get the price deserved for the car. We walked out and went to the Easton honda dealer and got the price we wanted and a newer year. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and degraded.

Honda is a brand that sells itself so the dealership you choose is critical. My experience with Honda of Annapolis and Vencent Rucker in particular was excellent. No high pressure sales tactics and he went out of his way to make the entire transaction easy and painless. Mr. Rucker went above and beyond and provided me with superb customer service!

Hi Honda of Annapolis,I recently purchase my Civic for your dealership & I had to write a special thanks to Mark Rivers for his professionalism & friendliness. I was greeted at the door with a smile & how can I help you. Mark represented your dealership with integrity, actually all of the sale person that I came in contact with were friendly and customer focus. Great Service, and I love my Civic sedan EX-L Touring. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and checking on us often in case we needed a drink or a meal as well. Nice customer service .

I have given this place a one-star because of its poor service. I've requested several times to see a new vehicle by phone and in person and ask for a price to be sent to me by phone or email and three different people promise to get back to me in 45 minutes to an hour and it is now 5 days later with still no email or phone call with a new car sale. I have had the same experience 10 years ago and thought I'd give them a try again nothing has changed same old disappointing results.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a new vehicle from Honda of Annapolis and each experience that I encountered was a great one. As soon as I step foot on the lot I was greated and that to me is the most important part of great customer service. Both times I was lucky to have the same Salesperson Dan C and manger Mikhael to help make my car buying experience awesome !!!! I highly recommend Honda of Annapolis to anyone that is looking for an awesome car buying experience

My first visit to Honda of Annapolis proved to be the most hassle-free vehicle purchasing experience Ive ever had! Kevin (salesman) proved that he knows his business! He patiently walked me through the various models and options. I left the dealership knowing that I made a good choice with purchasing my vehicle 2017 Honda Accord ? Kevin even called me two days later to see if I was enjoying my new ride and if I had any additional questions. This young man deserves accolades for his no pressure, well informed sales manner!

I just recently purchased an Accord over Labor Day weekend. Jason Jones was excellent in every aspect of the process. He was very helpful and attentive and didn't pressure me at all. He was very honest and forthcoming when it came to pricing which is rare to find at dealerships these days. Overall great experience.

Charlie was a great salesman during the bid/quote process. He held the car for me as I was coming from Richmond.Financing and the purchase experience was easy. I am still waiting on them for my tags and title as I was from out of state, and its taken 6 phone calls to finally get an answer. The vehicle is great though, would do it again.

Honda of Annapolis came through. They were professional all along the way, kept me informed and offered the car I wanted. Easy process, no pressure. I completed a credi app online. I received a response that the could work with me. The agent picked me up from my office in the area, and I drove home with a new car. At Honda, first I was shown cars in different colors and features because those were in my price range. I insisted on white vehicle 2 or 4 door. They asked if I could make a down payment so they could work within my price range and I said yes. So, they brought out the white car with sunroof, light interior and they worked their magic. They offered financing that was much lower than what the other dealers offered me. While I wasnt looking for a brand new car, I got a pretty good deal. They even filled the gas tank with gas and the first oil change is on them. (I can't rate their car service just yet).My last car, I purchased new and drove it for 12 years until it broke down and cost of repairs exceeded its value. If there was one thing I could have changed here, I would like to have had the option to push out the first payment date because of my cash deposit. Overall, I'm a happy camper. The managers came out to greet me and it was a smooth process. Now, I dont have to worry about some else's car problems since I didn't buy a used car. The experience at these location exceeded my expectations. I would shop there again and recommend this dealership to others. Before going to Honda, I went to several dealers, looked at carmax, Subaru, and other online sites. The other dealers lacked follow up and didn't want the sale. I told them I was looking for a white car with sunroof 2 years old or less with low mileage. That was frustrating. So, I'm glad I took my business to a Honda dealer who wanted my business

I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a car from this dealer. The salesman, Mark, was very personable and friendly. However, when it came to pricing the vehicle, the manager attempted to charge me $7000 over the MSRP. They stated the price was high because the car is "in demand". The lowest offer from them was still $2000 over MSRP. Luckily, I had thoroughly researched the vehicle I wanted to purchase and knew I could get it for much less at another dealer, which is what I did. Don't try to scam someone after they just drove 2.5 hours to your dealership. I will NEVER go to this dealership again.

Just recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V, and this was by far the easiest, most seamless purchase of an auto that I've ever had! They will change your mind and rock your world! Thanks!

I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a Honda Pilot Elite from this dealer. I called the dealership before driving that far, however they would not give me a price of the car. After a test drive, we sat down to discuss a price. The salesman gave me a price that was much higher than MSRP. His reasoning for the price was that the car is in high demand. We attempted to negotiate a price, however the lowest price was still above MSRP. The car may be in high demand but I will never pay more than it's worth. I will never return to this dealer and do not recommend them to anyone!!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00am today to replace an air-bag actuator. I was informed the expected wait time would be 2 hours. After waiting until after 11:00am I decided to check on the status of the repair. I spoke to the representative and was informed that they were running behind and that it would be another 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later at 1:00pm and was now handed off to another representative who informed me there were at least 2 other cars ahead of me and that it would now take another 2 hours. If I had been informed that this would be an all day event, I would have made arrangements accordingly. This place is dysfunctional and unorganized. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed he wasn't available. I was treated rudely and asked to leave the premise. I have owned three Hondas and have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as I was today. Is this dealership under new management?? Stay Away!

My family has purchased five Hondas in the last 10 years, four of which have been from Honda of Annapolis. Because of good experiences in the past, I never would have anticipated the two weeks of torture that Honda of Annapolis just put me through. The blatant lack of integrity displayed by the service staff and management; along with the complete lack of concern from the General Manager, Andrejs Pilajevs, left me utterly disgusted with Honda. We were disrespected on multiple occasions, made to look like liars, and treated as if incompetent. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for repair on a sliding door that would not open. The repairs were done in a respectable amount of time. When we went to pick it up, there were many large scratches and a dent on the drivers-side, rear panel. We left the vehicle there so that the cause of the damage could be looked into. When I called the next day to speak with the service manager, I was told the damage was there when the van arrived, and my wife must be to blame since she drove the van in for service. (My wife has an excellent driving record.) I went to speak with the service manager in person. He told me that no initial report on the condition of the vehicle was done when it arrived. I spoke with the service representative that originally checked us in, who said that he filed the report in question and the damage was not there when the van arrived. During this visit, my father-in-law walked out to the car with the service manager where he saw that over 200 miles had been added to the odometer since the time we brought it to the dealership. Not only did he lie to me about the report, but his employees felt entitled to drive my vehicle for 200 miles. The service managers response was that he could not explain the mileage so he would have the damage repaired free of charge. An entire week went by without any word, until we received a call from a service representative telling us that they could not find our car key. They also said that they had tried reaching us multiple times, which was untrue. When I arrived with the spare key, the service clerk said, I know for sure that I gave the key to your father-in-law, and he took it. The next day, I received a phone call telling me they found the key in the car, and that I must have left it there when I brought the car back. Back from where? Neither the car nor the key had been in my possession since we first brought it in for the original service. Even caught in his lie, the service manager maintained that we had left the key in the car. Finally a week later, our car is ready for pick up. Unfortunately, their idea of repair was to leave the dent and do a poor paint job over the scratches. When we brought these events to the attention of the general manager, the responses we received were, Im too busy for you, and Youre not getting a thing out of me. We would have gladly just accepted an apology, but not once did anyone at this dealership offer an apology or accept fault. The general manager acted as if our patronage to his dealership was of absolutely no consequencea perfectly logical way to treat customers in a sales and service-based industry. His approach worked, as we have no desire to ever purchase a vehicle from Honda of Annapolis again. I can only hope that the owner Con Errico is blissfully unaware of how his dealership is being managed and customers are being treated. I am not surprised that I could not find a single good review for their service department. The Better Business Bureau gave them a D- grade. Honestly, this seems too high after what we have been through.

I'd been looking for a used MINI Cooper for months and finally found one that looked interesting out at Honda of Annapolis. Exchanged a couple of emails with them and received quick replies back, so decided to go and take a look at the vehicle. Since I live in Arlington, VA, that meant a thirty mile trip in each direction, but it turned out to be totally worth it. The MINI I was looking at was on the low end of price scale for used cars (~$8500), but appeared to be in good shape. I insisted on going over it with a 100 item checklist (from Popular Mechanics), which the salesperson was totally fine with and I didn't feel rushed. Everything was checking out until I got to the heater/AC, where there was no air or blower sound. The dealership immediately took the vehicle off to their service department just round the corner and I waited awhile to see if they'd be able to take care of it. No luck - it didn't appear to be an easy fix like a blown fuse or anything. So I decided to call it quits and head home. That evening, I received a call from the dealership saying they'd identified the problem - the blower motor had died - and that they'd gone to the Annapolis MINI dealer, picked up the part, and installed it. Would I like to come back the next day to check it out again. A bit of a pain, because of the distance, but I decided the car might be worth it. Headed back - this time with my wife and twin two-year-olds in tow - and finished my 100 item inspection and test drives. Two-year-olds were very happy playing in the dealership's excellent play room - a very nice touch and a lifesaver in this instance. Finally decided to pull the trigger on the car and the whole sales process went very quickly - perhaps because I was paying cash, so no financing discussion, or perhaps because it was just a used car - which I appreciated. We've had the car for a week now and it runs great, so no regrets. So the climate control issue - which the dealership resolved - was annoying, but other than that everything was great. I never felt pressured to buy, or hurried while checking the car out, or less important because I was only buying an inexpensive second-hand vehicle. I'd recommend anyone in the Annapolis area check them out when buying a used car or a new Honda. Frankly, if I'm in the market for a used Honda myself (which I may well be), I will probably drive the 30 miles out there again to at least check them out again.

I brought my vehicle here to be serviced as I did not know of a good mechanic in the area, I thought a Honda dealer would be best for my Civic. Unfortunately, I can not recommend any one use this service department. My main concerns were the SRS and Maintenance Required lights being on, as well as, the whining sound around 50 MPH and brakes. After consulting Mike Owens, he made several recommendations (17 in total) and informed me my belts and a valve adjustment were the most "important" repairs ($882.00). He also recommended a coolant flush, despite the fact that I had one recently and tires for minor cupping in the rear ($683.75). All of my concerns were this important in comparison: 3.) Brakes, 5.) Maint. Req. 11.) SRS and 15.) Whining. The rest of the recommendations were for preventative maintenance and I take care of those at a nearby shop. I asked for the belts, valve adjust, brakes, maintenance (catalytic converter head shields) and SRS (faulty driver seat belt). I originally asked for the alternator, but quickly declined as I did not want to spend too much.A couple of hours later, I received an email from Mike saying the "alternator bolt was seized and had to be removed" and thus replaced. He then offered to do it, but would waive the labor fees and I would only have to cover the cost of the part ($386.79). I requested the part name and number, did a quick search and found the part on sale for $244.74 on Honda's own parts' website. The price he quoted me was full MSRP, so I insisted he do it for the sale price and he made it possible. In the email of recommendations, Mike noted which parts were not available and would have to be done another day (5). However, after picking up my car, I noticed the SRS light was still on, it was running very rough and my radio was locked out. My biggest concern here, Mike Owens neglected to inform me that the faulty driver seat belt would not be replaced that day. I had to drive in the pouring rain with a sputtering car and faulty seat belt. If I had been informed the seat belt would not be fixed, I would have left the car there for my safety. As I work six to seven days a week, a relative called Honda of Annapolis, explained the situation and they asked him to bring the car back. It broke down on the way. The engine and power shut off on the highway, he had to be towed back to the service department.David Tennant made sure to take care of the situation as best he could. He offered a free rental, would change the oil and do the coolant flush while also repairing the break-down and catalytic issues. I finally got my car back a few days later. It's only been about a week and the brand new $607.00 belts have been squealing. They squeal when I start, they squeal when I reverse, when I accelerate, when I turn -just about any maneuver under 50 MPH. I think screeching may actually be the better word here. Not only that, but for some odd reason, they disconnected my horn. Not inside the engine, but at the steering wheel. No clue why they would feel it necessary to do that. And, if it just was a mistake or something forgotten, they obviously need to have a checklist that says: "Does the radio work? Is the horn still connected?" All in all, I am truly amazed at the total lack of concern for customer safety this Honda service department displays. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. It is not worth the $2k headache.

I bought a brand new Honda Oddsey from Honda of Annapolis, sales part was fine. I got a car they got my money. The first night the door wouldn't close I thought it user error a week later it got worse so I took it back to the dealership and he told to me to make a service appointment. Not once during the entire time did anyone apologize or acknowledge that a 2 week old car shouldn't need service. I had to take it twice to get the problem fixed. The service her is a joke.

I have bought and serviced several cars at Honda of Annapolis. I have bought new and used. You can't go wrong with a new Honda. Buying a used car is different, you have to really get it checked over to make sure it's right. Well, I must say there isn't anything to worry about at that place, the ones I bought have been great. The service guys remember my name and greet me at my car. (That didn't happen overnight, it's been many years 15+) They treat me well. They are a little expensive, but fair, and give me coupons if I forget mine.

Negotiated with Matt on a used Ridgeline. Agreed to buy the car only to be to I could not buy it that nite because it had a chip in the windshield. Told them I would come back on Monday or Tuesday but due to a funeral in the family had some restrictions on times both days. Was told if it was ready and I was not able to come when they called they would sell it to someone else. Tried to leave a deposit and was told they could not do that. In trying to figure out a way to make this work, I was very rudely asked to leave.. Tried to call the owner the next day and he would not take my call. His assistant said he or she would call me back... Never happened. That was 6 weeks ago. I would never buy a car from these guys but I do check every day to see it the Ridgeline is still there. It is and has been reduced now 5 times. Matt is easily the least professional person I've ever encountered.

I took my Pilot in for a tailgate problem. The vehicle is under warranty. The lock would not unlock to open the back. You have to yank on it a dozen times to finally disengage. Once it finally comes unlocked, it takes a few times for it to do it again. When it was acting up, I took it in. They claimed it wasn't locked, but I had checked it when I took it there. So then they said, see it opens. Yeah, after the initial disengagement, it will open! I told them that! So I left irritated because they (in my opinion) LIED about the locking issue. The receptionist tried to get involved, and I told her I didn't want to get into it, that I had already dealt with the manager. So then I left, and the lock did it again right after I left. I went back again, go the manager, and made him come out and try to open the tailgate. So then he was forced to concede there was an issue. Had to take the car in the next morning and they replaced the lock. The receptionist overhead me talking to another customer that I was unhappy and felt they were incompetent. "Leslie" the receptionist flipped out on me and said they weren't incompetent, I got my vehicle fixed, and I was done, and pushed my paper toward me. I looked at her like she had three heads. She said I would know i was done if I hadn't been busy talking to the customer behind me. Now let me tell you why I was talking to the customer behind me - three times I was explaining to Leslie that my car was under warranty (there was a charge on my sheet), she rudely picked up the phone and answered it, cutting me off. Her NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL acts of telling me 'they fixed it, you're done' and talking to me like a piece of crap is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to Honda of Annapolis. I would have given this rating a 1/4 star if possible. If you go there, you are warned.

Bad attitude from everyone from the Top on down! The quality of service is bad, the wait has been an all day ordeal for me many times, receptionist is bad, phone manner bad, everything about this place is awful. I have told MANY people not to go there. I go to the one in Towson instead and they are almost an hour away from me. I've already reported them to Honda of America, their corporate office. Both of my colleagues have had bad service there and also vouched to never go there again. They've also contacted Corporate over very poor service. Good luck to whoever chooses to go there!

I recently purchased a vehicle, Jason Jones was the sales person, I had the privilege to assist me in making a huge decision in purchasing the perfect fit as in financially, economically and a great looking car. Mr. Jones has a "Gift" not in the gift of gab but, as in, the gift of transparency/honesty. I had with me my 80 year young Mom and brother, they too, were impressed with his ability to communicate effectively , thorough in dotting each "I" and crossing each "T". I have had terrible experiences in the past with sales persons, but, Mr. Jones made my experience a lasting positive experience I will never forget and for that I thank Honda of Annapolis for having such a quality employee whom seems to genuinely care. I will recommend anyone I know who is in the market of buying a car to seek out Mr. Jones as the ultimate sales person.R. CarterUpper Marlboro, Md

It' s a beautiful Saturday and here I still sit in the service area. We were told 2 hours for a simple service. Having driven an hour and a half here since no Honda dealers are near us, we have to wait on our car. i had made an appointment. We arrived at 11:50am. It is 3:10 pm and we are told it will be another half hour. Really!!! Totally ridiculous. I doubt we will return.

Lied over the phone and wasted an hour of my time. Gave a false quote for leasing a Honda Civic and waited until after they had processed all of my information to give me the actual price. Salesmen were arrogant and incompetent. Came here with the intention of leasing a car but left disappointed at this dealership.

After a horrible recent experience, I was very skeptical about dealerships and all the shady business that seemed to follow them. To my surprise, I was recommended to visit Honda of Annapolis by a friend. This friend advised for me to "ask for Jason Jones." I have to say it was a blessing after all the foolishness and snake-like agendas of the past; just to deal with a salesperson that was all business, no filler. Jason was very accommodating while being transparent about the vehicle and its pricing. He realized that I was not there to be hassled or hustled, but to buy a car that I felt was reliable and in my means. I appreciate the straight business approach, and the lack of pressure I was provided. Overall great experience.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and Honda of Annapolis had inventory that was of interest. Salesperson I engaged was friendly, albeit new as I knew more about the vehicle than he did, and more than willing to offer test drives and engage in general question and answer banter. Things became much more interesting when we began to discuss and negotiate price. Salesperson had no authority, as any inquiry had to go through the sales manager. While the "price" was discussed, it was never officially put on paper. While the sticker invoice was visible, I was told "we can do better than that." As all things were progressing, I began to inquire as to the out the door price via email and over the phone. The dealership would not budge, indicating policy prevented them from sharing a price over the phone. I pushed back indicating they were jeopardizing a sale. I was told to come in and promised that they would not waste my time. Against my better judgement I went in to negotiate. My skepticism was quickly confirmed, as the the directional pricing I had been provided, below invoice, was a sham. Vehicle had several, never previously disclosed dealer upgrades (clear coat, mud flaps, undercarriage protectant, etc.). All of the upgrades could not be removed and carried very high margins. The type of margins that allow the dealer to make up the difference in the below invoice pricing that was referenced. Upon calling foul, indicating the dealership had wasted my time and volunteering to share its practices with the other customers in the dealership, I was asked to leave. I left and made my purchase elsewherePlease learn from my mistake. Go in with your eyes wide open. If you want to play games, by all means go to Honda of Annapolis. If you want a forthright buying experience, I would stay away and head to one of the other Honda dealers in the area. I realize my review alone will not cripple the dealership, but hopefully I can help others avoid the frustration I faced.

I recently bought a car here, and while everyone seemed laid-back and friendly, I am convinced I paid more than I should have. First, they listed the car on the Internet at an MSRP that does not include the freight charge--other dealers did--so I found out right away that they weren't offering a lower price than the other dealers after all. That seemed a bit deceptive to me. Then when we came to the point of them giving me a price, I was given a total price that was $7,000 more than the MSRP including freight! Afterwards I researched Maryland new car charges--taxes, etc.--and it shouldn't have been more than $2,500. We had to do the whole thing of him writing down a price, checking with the finance guy and coming back, which I had hoped to avoid, and I was only able to get the total lowered by maybe $1000 and some more on my trade-in, I ended up paying the maximum total I could stomach, but far more than I expected the net to be with the trade in. Then the finance guy did the push to buy an extended warranty. Other than that, the service was great and I love the car so far, but I can't help feeling I got taken. On their side, my car is one that is scarce at dealers right now (one reason I didn't just walk), which gave them more bargaining power, but $7000 above MSRP? That just doesn't seem right.

The buying process went smooth overall. It's the mistakes made and misleading information I found out afterwards that was the problem. Charlie Holman was my salesman and he was overall great. I am currently living in New York but was in need of a car and visiting family so went to Honda of Annapolis. I asked multiple times and was guaranteed that I would be paying New York taxes that day and that all I would have to pay at the NY DMV was title, tags and registration. I verified multiple times that I would not have to go out of pocket any further in NY. Bert and Charlie assured I would not so I proceeded with the sale. When I went to the NY DMV on 6/23 the check written by Honda for taxes was not enough. Bert taxed the correct percentage, however, he made a mistake and did not tax the full purchase amount. He taxed after deducting my 2,000 deposit. I contacted both Bert and Andre (the manager) and neither were helpful. Andre was flat out rude and had no intention of rectifying the dealer's mistake. I was promised one thing just so they could get a sale and when a mistake was made on Bert's end there was no sincere apology, no regard for how misleading they were or dissatisfied I was. This is the 2nd Honda I have purchased (the other from another dealer) and I would NEVER recommend this dealership solely due to their dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction.

This is the worst dealership I have dealt with. To be fair I only dealt with the repair center in Annapolis and people there have such attitude that is not acceptable. the gentleman that was helping me wrote my name wrong so I asked him if he can correct it so I can submitted the invoice among my other paper work and he responded " I will changed" then he gave me that look and did not do anything about it, then asked "what is wrong with the car?" so I started to tell him what is wrong and I cant remember finishing one sentence without him saying YA, YA, YA!!! And interrupting me. Then the cashier, I do not know what is wrong with her but she has a mind on her own, she was yelling the customers name as if the customers are in some sort of trouble and if you take a chance to ask her a question she was very short with the answer. Overall I had the worst experience in this dealership. Despite the fact the over pricing for their services that I can get anywhere or at any other Honda dealership. Bottom line; I will never go to this repair center again or refer any of my friends there.

Like to share my terrible experience at a Honda dealer (Honda of Annapolis). Lets start with that I was using a car buying service through USAA, after filing out the appropriate information the dealer contacted me and setup an appointment, all was good. After arriving at the dealer and test driving the vehicle things went south. The day before I received an email from the dealer with an Exclusive offer on an in-stock vehicle, on the offer it had an exp date of 05/22/2014. The vehicle listed on the offer was still on the lot and available but the dealer refused to honor the offer they sent to me just 2 days prior. There excuse was that Honda was not offering those incentives anymore, but he could not tell me what those incentives where. After going around with him, we finally left and will never go back to that dealer or recommend it EVER. Prior to going I was told by several people that they have had terrible service at Honda of Annapolis. I just hope this does not reflect on all the dealerships in the area, I am going to attempt one other dealership and if I have the same experience I will be looking at buying from a different car maker.

I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot almost 2 weeks ago. First of all, I do not like car shopping, its too much pressure and the sales representative do not care to much about what you really want as long as s/he make the sale. Well, to my amazement, my experience went very well at Honda of Annapolis. Kevin Parker was my sales representatives and I would highly recommend him to anyone who can appreciate a professional and knowledgeable sales representatives. My husband took me to Honda of Annapolis just to browse around. Now, I have to tell you that my husband has bought several cars from this dealership and has always had very good experiences. He has recommended Honda of Annapolis to our family members and friends and they too have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I always told my husband that I would not by a Honda. Not because I think they are awful vehicles, not at all, I just preferred another brand. A week before I actually purchased my vehicle, I talked to Kevin Parker about the Honda Pilot. Kevin showed me the various Honda Pilot models and the features of each model. I did not feel overwhelm or pressured into making a purchase. Kevin addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions that I had about the vehicle. Because he did such a great job with explaining the models and their features, I was able to narrow down which one I wanted. However, I wanted to go and do some homework for myself. I needed to ensure that everything that he told me about the Honda Pilots was in fact true, and I found that it was true. I gave Kevin my word that if I decide to make a purchase, I will come back to see him; and I did just that. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I recommend that you first try Honda of Annapolis, ask for Kevin Parker, really, you will not be disappointed. I told my husband for years that I would not buy a Honda; well I had to eat my words. I bought a Honda. (smile) Thank You Kevin, it was a real pleasure and a joy working with you! Ms. P. Jones

My family recently purchased within a couple months of each other two used cars from Honda of Annapolis. Both times, we received excellent customer service by Sales Consultants Dan Cahill, Chris Smith, Jimmy and then by the Business Manager Bert Cho. Although each of their personalities were very different, they were all extremely knowledgable of the car's features without the drama of pushy sales pitches. I never heard, "the car will not be here very long". After careful research on my part lasting about a week each time, negotiations were fair and I feel we received a competitive price on both the Honda Accord and Scion. We dealt with Jason in buying our new Accord. He did a good job, although during the process we did have to deal with the sales manager once to confirm a price. Jason was very upfront, honest, and considerate. No shady tactics, no hidden charges. The only negative experience in the process was after the deal was made - as is too common, they turned the registration process into a sales opportunity for extra services. All you've got to do is say "No". It wastes time, though. Our first service was great, they were ready, did the work quickly and there was no charge. I'm not fond of buying a car and do so only at wide intervals - we typically keep our cars 10+ years. But dealing with Jason and Honda of Annapolis was a pleasure, and I'd gladly purchase from him again. Thanks!

I have never left a car dealership feeling good about my purchase until now. I have owned four cars in my life. Two Toyota's and two Honda's. I alternate brands with each purchase. I researched cars for a year and found the Honda CR-V to be the right choice for me. I researched which dealer to go with based on reviews like this. Based on the dealer reviews I thought Annapolis would be the wrong place for me to purchase my car. Boy was I wrong. My Toyota was vandalized and I knew it was time to get a new car. Honda Of Annapolis was my first call once I returned home from the robbery. I was shaken and ready to buy. Matt the manger helped me with everything I needed and offered the best price on the phone. He knew I was serious about making a purchase and was not going to let some other dealer win me over. He had the car I wanted delivered from another location so that I could havethe right model in the preferred color choice. Jimmy was my sales rep and he offered me top dollar for my trade in and there was very little back and forth on the price. Since there was no room to drop the cost of the car we were able to work in some add on's. I can't say enough about Jimmy he went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. He offered a great deal, transferred my plates, cleaned polished and sharpie them up for me, helped my set up my blue-tooth and showed my how all the features work from top to bottom. Jimmy also made arrangments with my ex husband to sign over the ownership of our jointly owned trade in. I have NEVER had such great service. Thank you Jimmy.I did get the extended warranty which I have always seen as a rip off but the deal I got I truly believe was in my best interest. I hope I can still say that eight years from now!In years past I have always wondered if I had left a better deal on the table once the sale of my car was complete. Not this time

Took a test drive and purchased the AWD model. The buying process went well and we agreed on a fair price. The sales manager John Violett, was involved in the process and made sure the sale went smoothly. The finance guy was efficient and didn't try to push a lot of add on's. We visited Honda of Annapolis to purchase a 2014 Odyssey. We met with Vicky, who was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the van. We were asked once before leaving if we would like to make a deal, but I liked the way we weren't pushed. We went home and reviewed some of the pricing we had looked up for the van and for our trade in (2010 SUV). We scanned that info back to the dealership with a desired 'Out the door' (OTD) price. They counter-offered at $1,000 more. We volunteered to meet in the middle, and went back to the dealership the next day to have the Used Car Manager test-drive our trade in. As somewhat expected, he came back with news of a lower trade in value and an increased out the door price. While grudgingly agreeing to that, we were then hit with "but it has to be done with our financing." So we took the keys to our SUV and left. To their credit, they did offer our original OTD on a van that they had on the lot. We were just specific about the color combo we desired. Even though I didn't like the little bit of back and forth on the trade in value, I don't think that had anything to do with Vicky, who we really liked, nor the floor sales manager whose name currently escapes me. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable. We would look at Honda of Annapolis again for a new vehicle, but we did end up getting our desired van in the color we wanted from another vehicle....at $500 less than our desired OTD price....with a few added extras that had been put on the van in the lot. Sweet! So we're pretty happy about that. I guess our advice would be fine a vehicle you like on the Annapolis lot, and you may be in a good position to make a great deal. If you do, ask for Vicky!

When we called and asked them to inform the credit bureaus they made a mistake and to remove the hard look from my husband's credit report they gave me attitude and wrote a note (not on letterhead) saying it was a mistake but our fault because we gave them information (things from his drivers license which was required for the test drive!!). The customer service at this honda was terrible. Not only did it take 5 hours for us to purchase our car because the salesman had to run every question we had by the manager but they ran my husband's credit without permission!! We knew when buying the car it would only go into my name since we were working on my husband's credit score. The dealership ran his credit without consulting us, without his SSN, and without his consent. The knew general things like address, DOB, and full name since we had to let them copy our IDs for the test drive. They were so sneaky!!! Then when we started getting the letters in the mail from the credit companies for the hard look at my husbands credit and called to ask them to fix it they refused!!! The best Matt (a manager) would do was write a letter, not on company letterhead, saying that it was a mistake but our fault because we gave them his info (ID which was required!). I would never go back. They are too disrespectful.

I had 2 bad experiences with Honda of Annapolis. It is unfortunate as I live right down the street from their dealership. When I arrived at the dealership the first time it was 8:15PM (dealership closed at 9pm, I called before arriving) after parking my car I see a gentleman look at his watch and sigh. Typically salesmen come over and welcome you to the lot.. not here. After a few minutes of wandering the lot he came over and asked if he could help find something for me. I said yes and provided him the info from their website. He took me to the car and the car looked great. I'll be honest their price was a little less then some of their competitors in the area. However, after the condescending remarks like "If you can really afford this, come back Friday and you can take a test drive" followed by "I mean if this is really in your budget... we can take care of that smell" (the car wreaked of cigarettes). I tried not to take it personal but after a few more snide remarks I decided I didn't care if this car was 10k less then the others.. I would not do business with him. A few days later I saw the car was still on the website. They state that these are no-haggle prices. I've been car shopping for months.. so I know the "no-haggle" is typically a gimmick. I sent an email in inquiring about the same vehicle. I received a response from someone named Vicky. I will say she was definitely more friendly then Andrew who kept looking at his watch. However, after I asked if they would take $1500 less for the car, the email back I received made me lose all faith in this dealership. "The showroom is packed right now and I just happened to be at my computer when your email came through. Look on our website and let me know if there is anything that peaks your interest closer to your target price". It just seems very coincidental that I was emailing back and forth receiving responses within minutes but the showroom was packed with buyers. A week later I received another email asking if my target price (the $1500 below the listing) was before or after taxes. I had already purchased a vehicle by that time, however even if I had not there was no way I was supporting Honda of Annapolis.

I came in comparing the accord to the camry and I liked the camry's pick up a bit better. I did like that the camry offered blind spot monitoring BUT when I saw the crash test video on youtube of the camry, my mind was instantly turned to the accord. Why would i put my children in a car that isnt safe? Kevin did a great job on his presentation with the accord. NOT ONCE did he talk down on toyota which I found the toyota guys doing pretty often! Not only that, I did find out that the accord had better horse power than the camry and also would last longer than the camry due to the injection of the accord. One thing kevin taught me was to LET YOUR SALESMAN DO ALL THE RESEARCH FOR YOU!! If not, he's not doing his job!

Worked with Kevin on the New Accord and ill tell ya, for him only being there for two months he was great. We shopped there before about 10 years ago and the experience wasn't so easy nor fun. When we came back me and my wife felt invited and more than anything felt as if he was being 100% honest. I recommend dealing with this young man. I believe he is the best thing to happen to Honda of Annapolis since Tate Left! Take my word for it.

Bought a honda civic and Dan and Matt made it so easy. It was a quick negotiation and the paperwork only took about an hour. When i came out of finance my car was ready to go and dan spent about 15 minutes with me going over the features. All and all it was a very easy process and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

First off I don't buy cars very often and am not a fan of the car buying process. With that being said purchasing my new honda civic was a pleasant surprise. The sales manager matt gave me a great deal off the jump and the salesman dan answered every question I had with ease. Was in and out of the dealership with my new car in under 2 hours. I thought it would take all day but these guys made it so easy!

As soon as I met Vicky, my sales person, she put me at ease and told me not to worry she was not going to push me to buy a car she was going to help me and give me whatever information I needed in order to make a decision. I was so comfortable with the whole process I ended up buying a CRV which I love. Matt, one of the managers, helped me figure out some finance questions before I made my final decision. All of the staff was warm, friendly, kind and they all acted like they really like their jobs. I can see why.

As far as service/price goes it was second to none. Joe was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the Honda product line. The dealership did not have the color of the Accord that I wanted so Andre and Matt, the two managers worked together to get me the car I wanted on the same day! Now this is customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new or quality pre-owned automobile.

I was in the market for a new Accord. As soon as I drove up to the lot Joe Venegas came up to me and introduced himself and asked me how he could help me. I explained what I needed, car, features, cost, etc. At this point Joe sat me down and explained to me what trim level would be the best for me. After selecting the car I wanted and a nice test drive we sat down to talk over some numbers. The price I received for my trade was more than far and the cost of my new Accord was right along with all the other dealers I had called before my visit to Honda of Annapolis. I would totally recommened this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned auto. Thanks Joe!

I bought a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. This was the first *new* new car I had bought in over 25 years. Andy was easy to work with, and has a sense of humor. He was never pushy, nor did he (at least blatantly) try to *sell* me. Everyone in the place was very friendly and patient.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Honda of Annapolis. Again it was a great experience and I will send all my family and friends there to buy their cars. My salesman was great, the managers Andre and Matt were very friendly and did everything they could to make the sale as painless as possible...and they delivered. The Finance Manager Fernando was very pleasant and friendly and was not pushy at all when it came to warranties. They got me the car I wanted in the color I also wanted. It was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. I was in and out quickly and never felt pressured to buy although I knew I was leaving with the car I bought. I recommend Honda of Annapolis to everyone.

This was my 3rd car from Honda of Annapolis. I was greeted promptly at the door by actually both Sales Managers, Matt and Andre who were extremely friendly. They found a sales person, Andrew, who I sat down with and discussed the perfect vehicle for me. I already knew I wanted the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6. We worked out the price and financing and I was in and out in what seemed like no time. It was a perfect experience, from the initial greeting to the drive off the lot in my new car. If you are looking for a great experience, a great price and not being treated like just another person buying a car, go to Honda of Annapolis. I will be back again and again.

Excellent car buying experience! Vicky, the sales person, was warm, friendly, patient and thoroughly professional taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. Fernando, in the financing department, could not have been more pleasant or professional. And Matt, the manager, was as courteous and helpful in putting this sale together as one could hope. They were more than willing to work with me to see that I was happy with the price, got the financing I was comfortable with, and, when a white CR-V was not on their lot, Matt located one and had it driven to Honda of Annapolis. Vicky then showed me how to work all the bells and whistles! It was by far the most satisfying auto purchase I've experienced. I highly recommend this dealer and this team !

Today for the first time after buying my Honda I came back to get an oil change and have the service department look at a electrical issue I have been having since I bought my car with the passenger side window, after an hour and a half of waiting (which I didn't mind) I was approached by a mechanic and told that the problem with my window was because I put tint on my window! First thing I want to say is after telling him that this problem has been happeneding since I bought my car and it came without tint he went on to argue with me by telling me that it is the tints fault and it is happening on both of my windows. Then I told him only one side is giving me a problem and my driver side is fine he continued to tell me I was wrong in front of everyone in the service center. Then i told him they shouldn't have sold the car if they knew it had this issue and he told md that it would not have passed inspection and it is something i did! I had this problem since i bought the car, from day one but its my fault... Then his final advice to my husband because he would not talk straight to me for reasons i dont know that we need to keep the inside of my door well lubricated. No one is going to take apart their door panel every few weeks to lubricate their door and this is the most absurd thing i have ever heard. And upon getting in my car i realized that my door panel never even came off for them to see if everything was fine because the water bottle in the door was still in the same place as before we dropped it off. This was the worst case of customer service I have ever seen, all he had to say was I am sorry but we do not know what is wrong with your car and I would have understood but to be argued with in front of the staff of Honda of Annapolis and other customers was rude and disrespectful. I am also very upset because I purchased an extended warranty from Honda for an extra 2000 dollars and still the service center did not pay my worrys any mind and disregarded me as someone who knew nothing.

Salesperson was very rude and did not want to negotiate whatsoever. He made me feel as though he was doing me a favor by talking to me and it did not appear as though this dealership wanted to sell a vehicle. He would not return my messages. I had read several poor reviews of this dealership but only after I had considered this dealership to buy a vehicle from. With the economy the way it is, I don't know how this dealership stays in business.

The WORST car buying experience ever!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership - their finance manager lies and they sell used lemons!!! Do not rely on the score on here for used sales if you specifically look at all of the used car reviews you will realized they sell used lemons! Run far away do not believe anything the sales people or the finance manager at the dealership tell you. They will lie to you to make a quick buck! Our story:We drove over an hour to go to this dealership to test drive a car. Upon test driving the car we decided that we liked the vehicle, negotiated a price and decided to purchase the vehicle. I already had preapproved financing which I planned to use. I explained to the finance manager and our sales rep that I did not want to have my credit ran or to do dealer financing. They insisted that I fill out a credit application so that they could verify my identity. I blatantly stated that my credit better not have an inquiry on it or I would be pissed as I had every intention of using the already secured blank check with Capital One. Needless to say they did run my credit and tricked me into dealer financing through Capital One. The inquiry caused a score drop which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. During the whole process they were consistently rude, rushing me telling me that things were taking too long. They tricked me into purchasing gap insurance by telling me they were altering the percentage rate on the financing to "make it free". After leaving the dealership, I realized that at no point did I ever sign the blank check. I called Capital One and they informed me that I didn't use the preapproved financing. The next morning there was an inquiry on my credit report that the dealership had ran the day before. Upon review of the signed papers and speaking with Capital One, I realized that the dealership had spot financed me when I already had approved financing. So now not only had I been lied too, but I had to worry that the financing would not get approved by Capital One and then I would have to figure something else out or put down more of a downpayment. Luckily, Capital One was very helpful and informative during the waiting process because I had no intentions of believing a word out anyone's mouth at Honda of Annapolis after all this. To top things off we took the vehicle to a BMW dealership the day after we purchased it to have it checked out because it started making a clicking noise. Come to find out that it needed turbos replaced because they were broken.....over $5000 repair. BMW stated that there was no way that Honda of Annapolis was not aware of the issue with the car. Upon calling Honda of Annapolis to discuss the financing and vehicle issues I was told that they couldn't do anything. Then two days after getting the car back from the turbo repair, the car shut off on us in the middle of the road stating that it had overheated. Come to find out that the water pump had broken on the car. Well I call Honda of Annapolis again to talk to them about the waterpump and ask about their 30 day/1000 mile powertrain warranty - which is really a load of crap! They tell me that I have to drive it or tow it 100+ miles to their service dept to use the warranty coverage. During our review while buying the car my husband specifically spoke to the mechanic about some moisture issues around the thermostat and they blatantly lied and said it was nothing....obviously it was something. They were well aware of the issues with this car when they sold it! So do you think that I am dumb enough to pay for a tow bill all the way to Annapolis to let a bunch of untrustworthy people work on my car and screw me over again. Not gonna happen....I would rather pay the $1200 to get the car fixed at a reputable dealer than give another penny to Honda of Annapolis.Nothing like getting hosed by a used car dealership. This is absolutely the worst purchase experience of my life. Funny thing is that I got a call six days after buying the vehicle from a sales rep at Honda of Annapolis asking if I was still interested in coming to see the vehicle which I had already purchased. Had she not realized that I had already purchased the car and she was calling me to try to sell a car to me that was (a) no longer in their possession and (b) a car that I already owned.

First of all, do not be fooled by the 4.5 rating you see on first page of this website. People understand there is a reason why this dealership is not listed as a certified dealer on this website. We recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from this dealership although a lot of red flags start appearing doing the purchase my family and I need a family size vehicle as soon as possible. Our salesman Charles, was extremely helpful and made all the right promises about the great customer service they would provide if there were any problems. Well our main concern was because we were from Pennsylvania that the car would have to pass the state inspection. We had to drive from carlisle, PA 3 times to get a basic tune up which led to our service engine light coming on immediately after they supposedly flushed the transmission and changed the oil and other miscellanous fluids. We needed transmission plugs that would fix the problem. We weren't expecting new car results from a used car, but like we explicitly explained to them the car had to pass the state inspection. Well of course after running back and fourth from PA to MD for services we did the state inspection. At which point we failed for a front motor mount hydraulic leak, which cost at least around 600 dollars for a part alone. Well of course we tell the service assistant who had been assisting us about the situation. He starts quoting how the warranty did not cover this problem and he wasn't sure what was on the warranty he was looking at two days ago. Well when I avidly asked him how he missed this from last three times we were down there for servicing his reply was it was there it just it must have happened when we had it the month we were running back in forth for the servicing they should have done initially. Well when I asked him who could assist me with this situation he points the finger at sales and says I'm just a service assistant. Anticitpating this answere I called Charles, our sales assistant he agreed that something was not right and he would investigate and get back with me on the situation. Well two days later and I have to call him again, at this point he not due in to 12 and I get the real face of Honda of Annapolis, Senior Sales and Management Andrew Pilajezs, who says let me investigate and I will call you back in 30 minutes or less, (now ironically whenever you have these problems the nice guy who initially made the sale is always unavailable). Well when management calls me back his first words is I found out the situation but it's probably something your not going to want to hear. His answer in a nutshell was it's not covered in the warranty and the car passed the MD inspection. Then he adds that they already put over 2000 dollars repairing vehicle so there is no way they would ignore something like that, (yet, they ignored the transmission problem and the check engine light) and somehow this happened in the short time we had the car. Plus he did not and would never make any promises that they would service the car if there was any problem passing the inspection. At which point I reminded him that he was not my salesmen and if he or any of them would have made the same statement he made with the same attitude, he would still be in possession of the van we are now stuck in. He further said we should have bought a new car if we wanted it to last several years. I reminded him this has been 1 month and a half which most of the time has been spent running back and forth to your dealership. This person keep in mind is the Senior Sales Manager!!!!! The true mentality of this dealership, the person who teaches the other sales personnel and customer service people how treat customers. People this is just one of many of the same stories all through this review site (If your wondering how they maintain a 4.5 rating read the Gump 8888 review). Customers, although the person you initially deal with in sales will be nice and respectful understand that the sales management is decietful and ruthless, good customer service or honesty is falsely displayed. The hook is to reel you in with a nice respectful salesperson, who you will only deal with upon purchase of the vehicle, after the deal is made you will see the real face of the dealership. Do not take just take my word for it read the rest of these reviews they are all the same. The ones who put in good reviews either believed they were given a good deal or maybe fortunate enough to squeeze through the lies and dishonesty. If you still feel the need to deal with this dealership, go to another honda dealership in the area after you talk to them and compare notes on what they have said and written, against the other dealership, I'm betting the result will not allow you to return to Annapolis of Honda. Please for yoursake do not make the mistake I and others have made. Just avoid this place all together, Good Credit, Bad Credit or No Credit. If you can buy a car from this dealership you can buy it from anyplace else. Once again read the other reviews everyone has the exact same issues, unfortunately I found this website after the fact. I'm military affiliated soldiers and officers walk away from this place!!!! The USAA support exists only because they feel we are good targets for these type of dealerships. This management uses dishonesty and ruthlessness as means of sales. They will tell you and do anything to get the sale and later claim they would never have said or do such a thing. Please save yourself the headache and heartburn just walk away, drive the extra miles to go to more reputable dealership. People who have had the same problem continue to put out your stories on every website possible. Sales drives this type of treatment, If the owners are supporting these type of managers, lack of sales will ensure they investigate these type of managers and hopfully address the customer service and sales issues happening at this dealership. I can not believe that the CEO's and other Owners of Honda Corp would approve of this many cases representing their name. Look at this situation exactly like we do congress and our government officials we put them in office either by votes or sales, it can only be changed through the reverse of the same method no votes or sales.

Between the service technician and service adviser, the repair recommendation typed on the invoice included replacing two catalytic converter heat shields at $568 EACH. The service adviser stated (though it was not noted on the $119.50 diagnostic invoice), we could save a lot of money by simply having the old shields clamped....for $490. Suffice to say these quotes sounded outrageous (despite the adviser waxing on about the difficulty of the job), and since we couldn't get in touch with the service manager (although we called three times and left a voicemail...seems staff doesn't relay customer concerns and the service manager didn't check his machine), we went to another garage. The technician at this new garage told us only ONE heat shield required a clamp....TOTAL CHARGE $45!!!! Oh, and in the event Honda of Annapolis rebuts this review....the ONLY thing the service manager admitted is the pricing was a "mistake" (another service representative said clamping should be no more than $200 and a third rep simply toed the line of the first adviser). The service manager did not nod to the fact that any of the repair recommendations were unwarranted. As was told to the service manager, we now doubt ALL other purported repairs/maintenance Honda of Annapolis has ever done to our two vehicles over the last four years. This was certainly one that had huge red flags waving. I wonder, because of our own mechanical ignorance and trust placed in them, how many times we've actually overpaid in the past.

I chose this rating based on Stefka's considerate nature, her relaxed personality, and the sense that she was absolutely not attempting to push ANY particular car or extra for me to purchase. The fact that she got me in and out of the dealership with a new car in under two hours, and on time for an early afternoon appointment on a Saturday is also something worthy of mention.

Went to look at a used cars. Quoted one price on phone and same price when I test drove. All of a sudden price increased by 3000 dollars since I was told car not inspected and it would need that much in repairs. If the car was in that bad of shape I should not have been allowed to drive. I would suggest everyone avoid dealing with the shoddy and unprofessional dealer.

This place is the best car dealer I have ever seen, it is so good, people works there are so friendly, a great friendly manager, they really take good care of their costumers, and they tried so hard to please their costumers and be sure they leave their place so happy and with a car they want!I entered this place to buy a car last year and loved that place and became like friends, they know my family members because I took every one of them there and bought cars for them from there in addition to friends I know and just yesterday I went back again and traded the Accord 2012 i bought from them the first time with 2013 Accord and my son will do the same in couple of days!we would"t do that if this place was not the best!Thank you Honda for having such a great people to serve us, they are the best who represent Honda in the US.Thank you Honda of Annapolis and thank you so much Andrew! you are the best, simply you are making me and my family come back to you!

I went to Honda of Annapolis to purchase a pre-owned car as a repeat customer. I was greeted by a salesperson (Vicky Henderson) as I got out of my car. I told her what I was interested in buying. Vicky showed me the available cars and brought the car I was interested in around to be inspected and driven. All the time answering all questions and explaining different features. Once it was decided I would trade in my old car, she took care of that and we sat down to discuss price. Vicky was great, and we came to a deal quickly. The business office worked with me well also. I was given a choice of financing or paying outright, which ever I wanted to do. All questions were answered and everything explained. I will return to purchase vehicles in the future. I extremely appreciate the kind, polite, friendly sales people along with the wonderful people in the finance office. It was an absolutely pleasant experience dealing with Honda of Annapolis. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, as well as, recommend that once arriving to ask for Vicky. She was a tremendous help and such a pleasure to work with.

Though our salesman was a very nice and helpful guy, this dealership definitely has shady practices. On multiple occasions they brought over sales worksheets (basically a document showing the total price broken down) that were completely incorrect. In both instances, they claimed to have "made a mistake" when I called them out on it. They also will tend to have slightly modified prices on documents that you have to sign from what they verbally said you'd be paying. To me, this dealership seems to habitually try to squeeze every last penny out of you. They have a standard $200 document processing fee that is complete profit and non-negotiable. You can find plenty of dealerships that won't include that. They also try their best to force an $895 "xzilon package" on you that you could purchase yourself from amazon.com for $150 max. To top it off, and you may see reviews here that will point to this fact, their employees will tell you when you are purchasing a vehicle that you will be called with a customer satisfaction survey or will be asked to come to this very website and fill out a review. Supposedly, they receive a $50 bonus for a customer that rates them 5 (perfect) in all categories. They collect this bonus at the end of the month. According to the salesman, if a single customer gives them anything less than a 5 in any category, they lose their full month's bonus, even it had nothing to do with the job they did. In other words, Honda of Annapolis recognizes how awful of a dealership they are and basically has their salesmen guilt their customers into giving them artifically high ratings. Sounds like a great place to buy a car, huh?I would never purchase a car from Honda of Annapolis again, especially being as how Honda of Bowie is right up the road. In fact, I can almost assure you if you bring Honda of Bowie a quote from Honda of Annapolis, they will beat the price.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could I would give this dealership 0 stars! Do not turn in a lease to this dealership from another leasing company as they will scam you! We had a GM lease and wanted to lease a new CRV (which we love). Well they don't know how to make these kind of deals and 1 month later we are required to pay them $467.00. Even though they made thousands on our vehicle when they resold it. After we made phone calls to Honda Corp. and the Better Business Bureau as well as many threatening and rude calls from Andre (sales manager) and Terry we ended up paying the amount when they threatened small claims court. Andre would not allow us to speak with Con Errico (General Manager) as this situation was "beneath him". Needless to say Honda Corp. was disappointed with this dealership as well and their hands were tied as it is a privately owned business. If Honda Corp. had any sense they would close this dealership as they will continue to lose customers. The Better Business Bureau has given this dealership an F rating as they will not work with their customers. Do NOT go to this dealership. Please heed the reviews on this site, this a TERRIBLE dealership that does not want to work with their customers to keep them happy. They only want more $$$$

I bought a Honda Civic Hybrid new in 2003 and had it in for service. I was told that the IMA battery needed to be replaced at a cost of about $3000. After discussing the situation with Ben he told me that he would get back to me. In about 10 minutes he called back and told me that he had spoken to Honda and they agreed to cover the cost of replacing the battery. This is to Ben and Honda's credit that they are willing to cover this after almost 10 years and 130,000 miles.Ben was professional and courteous even before the battery issue, I had limited funds at the time and he was very helpful in getting the work done that I needed at a cost that I could afford. I have complete trust in Honda of Annapolis' service department and with Ben in particular, I know that I will be treated fairly when I am there and I will not hesitate to go there again.

My experience at Honda of Annapolis was excellent. Charlie Holman, was very helpful in narrowing my choices and took me on test drives of several different vehicles. When I couldn't find the right fit in a new honda, he was just as helpful in showing us a number of certified used vehicles. Once we made our choice and settled on a fair price, Charlie took over and got all of the paperwork processed and the car ready to go efficiently and quickly. It was one of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car. Thanks Charlie.

I was told my the sales person, and I quote, 'You look like a kid,' when the price of the vehicle was being negotiated. I'm 36 years old. Then, when I was asked how I would finance the car, I told the sales person I wouldn't needed to finance as I'm paying by check. The sales person was flabbergasted and asked what I did for living .... I was looking to purchase a Honda Cvic ... not a terribly expensive car. I presented quotes from other dealers and was told that all were false and misleading as they were way too low. I live in Annapolis and wanted to give the local dealer my business and the first opportunity to sell me a car. I didn't purchase the vehicle I was interested in. Would you?

Charlie Holman is most professional in his customer work. He listens effectively, is responsive, has alternatives to suggest when presented with obstacles. He succeeds in conveying the impression that he is focused on the customer while still respecting the requirements of his dealership. He is a pleasant person to work with. In my particular case, the issue was availability of the desired model. Charlie was able to sort out multiple possible solutions and investigate each without delay. In the end we were able to reach a very satisfactory conclusion. The dealership showed interdepartmental cooperation in completing the paperwork and financing without complication. They re-worked a shop schedule to get my new car right on the road from the delivery truck. I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and suggest they ask for Charlie. Courtney Kane

Working with Charlie Holman of Honda of Annapolis to lease a 2012 Pilot was a very pleasant experience. I never felt pressured, and he was always truthful in answering our questions. It was nice knowing that he also had a small child, and could relate to our tight schedule. I have never met a more friendly and approachable car-salesman.While the overall experience was good, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie to a friend, the pricing started out great and turned out ok. We originally had the dealer write down a $400 dollar/mo and $3,000 down payment on a piece of paper, which he had me sign- thinking I was agreeing to a deal, only to find out the manager did not accept it. I went out on a limb putting my signature to a piece of paper, only to find out that the dealer was not willing to honor it. This was very disappointing.

I have now purchased (3) cars at Honda of Annapolis and all the credit goes to a superior salesman, Andrew Klausing. With a big smile on his face and exceptional patience for my 8 yr old grandaughter, Andy is the best. My 2010 Honda Accord was purchased in Nov 2010 and now a year later my car was totaled in a severe accident. Due to the fabulous construction of this vehicle I was able to walk away. With the extra GAP insurance through Honda my car was totally paid off. Andrea Pilajevs pulled from last years records to verify coverage and allowed me to drive off with a new 2012 Honda Accord before all the insurance paperwork for the accident had been completed. Andy, Andrea and the whole staff were accommodating and answered lots of questions, even silly ones. I will recommend this team again and again and will be back, under better circumstances. My experience, from the moment I arrived until I drove away in my new car, was nothing short of phenominal. When I was outside looking at the used vehicles on the lot, I was met by the most pleasant man, Mr. Richard Reid. He was charasmatic, funny and I must say, extremely knowledgable about Honda vehicles in general. I enjoyed every second spent with Richard, as I feel I became so much smarter in the few hours that I spent with him. He did not rush me in any way, and let me test drive several vehicles. Richard treated me like a valued customer that he had known for years. Later when my wife and six year old son came by, they too were blown away by how intelligent, yet down to Earth Richard was. Instead of wanting to get up and walk out the door, I thoroughly enjoyed my day and time spent at the Honda dealership of Annapolis. I have never known anyone with such enthusiasm and love for Honda cars as Richard. He made me a believer in the reliability, safety and genius workmanship that goes into Honda autos. Richard patiently spent a lot of time with me and my family to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. My personnal opinion of Richard is as follows; very trustworthy, honest, friendly, personable, he has a great love and enthusiasm for Honda, treated my family exceptionally well and a real intelligent, well informed person. I would also like to note that Richard made my time at Honda of Annapolis wonderful and he represents your dealership exceptionally well. Because of this awesome experience we will be sure to buy from Honda of Annapolis in the future as well. Kudos to Richard Reid!!!! The Novak Family

Andy Klausing, our salesman, was helpful and not pushy. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price for my new Honda Odyssey was fair. I came into the dealership with my husband and we where introduced to Charlie who was very friendly. He asked me what I was looking for to buy weather it be the basics or loaded with features He showed my the Pilot in the showroom and gave us details of the vehicle. He then proceeded to show us what was available outside and which one would I like to test drive. During the test drive he continued to tell us the features of the Pilot. Back in the showroom, we were made comfortable and while I started paperwork he went to look at my vehicle to trade in. In his office he showed me down payments with monthly payments to see what would work for me. My tags were transfered like I asked. While in the finance office he washed the Pilot for me and we were both finished about the same time. He programed my phone into the Pilot and showed me how to do cd's. He went over how everthing worked. Charlie was very thorough and told me to call or come by anytime if I had any questions or concerns. To me, buying a vehicle can be very drawn out and stressful, but Charlie made it very enjoyable and pleasant. I will definately come back when I am ready to buy another vehicle.

They said they would match any written offer, and when I got there they said they would give me a certain amount for my trade and I told them OK, becuase it was a good offer. We started to do the deal, and then they brought me the price for the car I was going to buy. The price was FULL RETAIL, completly MARKED UP and was about $25,500, when it should of been at $20800.00, I showed them the written offers on the same exact car from another dealership and they said "since we are almost giving you retail on your car, we expect you to pay full retail on the car you are buying"! I couldn't believe it! They out and out lied and said they would match any written offer, but they wouldn't do it. Charles said if you can get that price on the offer from that dealership you should go for it. SO I DID!!! I walked out, took my trade, got the amount that was offered for my trade from Annapolis Honda, and then bought the exact same Honda from NORTHWEST HONDA without any BS for the price of $20800!!HOnda of Annapolis, is a rip off, and they will inflate their prices. They will tell you anything to get you in the door lieing to you the entire time and then try to jack up the price and lie about matching any offers from other dealerships!STAY AWAY from them!! I brought my brand new car in to have a manufacturer's defect fixed and got my car back dirty (interior cloth & trim pieces covered in grease), scratched, trim not put back in straight. The service assistant and managers were very hostile and not helpful or apologetic, only blamed us. They offered NOTHING other than to say "we're human" and "you have kids" and "it's an suv.. they get dirty".The sales side was helpful some what, however I was lied to and told that if I put in a complaint to American Honda they wouldn't help me (as far as getting my car back to the condition it was in when they received it -- which is funny because after complaining to American Honda they said that was ridiculous for him to have said, and they're still "willing" to detail it). Now we're at their mercy. They'll detail it and see if they feel it requires replacing any of the scratched panels or bent trim pieces. Mind you we live about 45mins without traffic from the dealership so this is an awful lot of driving and wasted gas. They will not give us a courtesy car even though this is THEIR mistake so we'll sit in the waiting room for 2-3 hours with a 2 & 4 year old. Then we have to wait and see if they feel anything should be replaced. It's pretty goddamn ridiculous that they're allowed to damage our brand new (month old) vehicle and then call all the shots on restoring it to the condition it was in when we handed it over to them to fix a problem that also wasn't our doing. I will absolutely not ever use or recommend this dealership again, and am so frustrated that American Honda says they can't do anything for us, that it's 100% in the hands of this dealership that I may never buy another Honda again and am greatly regretting purchasing this one. It has been nothing but a headache. Next step, the GM and the owner if I have to! This is the second unpleasant run in with the service dept, which has terrible reviews on yahoo & yelp as well. So unless you want to deal with this sort of crap, buy your car somewhere else.

The salesteam we had was extremely knowledgeable about their product. They not only took us on a test drive and explained the features of the car, they allowed us to take the car to the compeditor so we could compare the two cars we were interested in. They never "negatively" sold the other vehicle, just upsold theirs. The entire process was a positive experience for us.

My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2008 Honda Odyssey. David was great. He listened to everything I asked, then he and the staff there made it happen! We walked in not expecting anything and left there in a brand new 2011 Odyssey. From chosing the perfect match for my wife, then working w/ all the paperwork and my insurance company, it all took less than 2 hours! Fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone.

This was the third honda that my family has bought from Honda of Annapolis. John Violet and David DiCarlo were very willing to help us with all our questions and were very willing to do anything that they could to help us decide on which car we wanted and which car was best suited to us. They both went above and beyond in our car buying experience. Everyone that we deal with was very professional and very helpful. I stopped by Honda of Annapolis today and David was very helpful with a technical question that I had and was very helpful I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mr. Charles' vehicle and knowledge of stock saved me time debating between several used cars on the lot. All of my options seemed fair and worthwhile; however, Charlie didn't miss a beat in recommending the perfect vehicle for my auto needs. I recommend anyone visiting Honda-Annapolis speak with him first. I noticed his acumen was fair with the other guests he was assisting at the same time I was finishing shopping. We discussed topics aside from used Hondas. I discovered he is a hard working family man and clearly enjoys people as much as his passion for cars.

Worse dealership by far that we have ever visited. They sent us a quote for a 2012 Honda Fit Sport that they did not even have in stock (bait and switch) and then our guy skipped our appt and then wrote us a nasty email that was waiting for us when we got home. If you do go to this dealership, deal with David, he was very nice.

This is the second Honda I have purchased from Honda of Annapolis and although the timing of it was horrible for me, David and Andre made it happen without adding any additional stress. They did not pressure or annoy me but provided all the resources I needed to make the decisions I had to make. They gently guided me to finding the vehicle I wanted and plan to raise my son in for the next ten years with the piece of mind of a safe, dependable and quality service. I have grown to know and trust Honda of Annapolis and highly recommend both the sales and service center to any future Honda owners.

"Gunny" Sal Teta is very knowledgeable and very good to work with when purchasing a Honda automobile at Honda of Annapolis. He is a Marine's Marine, and obviously proud to be such. This recent purchase was the second Honda Accord that I bought through him, and he was honest and helpful in all details of both sales. Mr. Teta takes good care of his customers both before and after the sale. I would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to buy a new or used automobile from Honda of Annapolis.

I went to Honda of Annapolis on Saturday August 27, 2011 while while the outskirts ofHurricane Irene was coming through the area. I was greeted at the door by David DiCarlo, a young Sales Associate at HOA. David explained the differences between the Civic and the Accord and once I locked onto the latter, he took me out on the lot (in the pouring rain and wind) and we looked at every Accord in stock. We then went for a long test drive and by the time we returned, I was sold on the Accord. David and the Sales Manager, Andre Pilajevs, were very helpful and I felt that I was treated with respect. I would reccomend Honda of Annapolis to anyone considering buying a new or used Honda.

I came to Honda of Annapolis after finding a used vehicle I was interested in and could afford. I was greeted by and ended up working with Mr. Jesse Mandelkom. Mr. Jesse was courteous, polite, soft-spoken and professional. What I most appreciated about Mr. Jesse was that he did not "push" to sell a vehicle. He allowed me to look only at the vehicles I was interested in and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. His demeanor was calming and helped put me at ease. Mr. Violett was patient and informative; further assisting me in purchasing a vehicle that I will enjoy for a long, long time. Buying a vehicle is always somewhat stressful. Having purchased a Rav4 two weeks ago, I later found that the drivers door lock actuator wasn't functioning. Although an 'as is' purchase, Matt (showroom sup) listened to my issue, and immediately approved the repair at the dealership's expense. Living in Virginia, Bruce (Svc Mgr) completely accommodated my travel to Annapolis, scheduled the repair according to my needs, and had my car repaired by 08:15 in the morning - long before I expected it, thereby allowing me to get back into my day ahead of schedule. Now that's customer service. The Honda of Annapolis team has certainly earned my respect and future business.

Exceedingly pleased. I purchased a used car, and was aware of listed price. Prior to driving from Herndon, VA, the price was renegotiated, saving me $2K, justifying my drive to Annapolis. Upon arrival, I test drove the vehicle and Charlie (sales rep) met all of my sales needs/requirements (including a second run through the detailing shop - still needed a little more work). Matt (floor sup) and Eva (contracts/fin) were most cordial and accommodating as well. Further, because I had driven to Annapolis, Matt authorized free delivery to NoVa as well, saving me a significant inconvenience. Strongly recommend this sales team at Honda of Annapolis.

We purchased a barely used Honda with minimal hassle. We may or may not have not gotten the absolute best price (but it was certainly reasonable and comparable based on my on-line research), but due to the circumstances time and low-stress were more important that a few bucks. We probably should have explored equivalent new cars, but to Andy's defense that would have cost us more money. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got us in and out with minimal pain and stress.

Up until the day I planned to sign the papers, Honda of Annapolis, and especially Carl, were helpful and professional. It was on the day of closing, however, that Con, the Sales Manager (or GM?!?), decided that personally insulting me was the best way to get my business.First, let me say that I am a frugal consumer. I do my research and determine the best cost/value proposition on the market. I do negotiate and actually enjoy the process. I do check many dealerships, and weigh the options and after sales service options carefully. In this age of impulse consumerism, these attributes are apparently so detestable, that Con (appropriate name for a car salesman) from Honda of Annapolis actually refused to sell the car I wanted after making a written offer. On 4/2/11, I was in Bowie MD and happened to stop by the Honda dealership there. They had the new Civic I was looking for, and with a different color that began to grow on me as I looked at it. I had my car buying folder in the car with me, so I got out H of A's offer and asked if they could beat it. They did. Carl, from H of A, had insisted that he get my business, so I immediately called him at the dealership to see if he could make a counter offer. He was busy and Con took my call. I explained the situation, and he asked if I'd tell his counter offer to Bowie. I felt no need to lie, and told him that of course I would. To this he sighed, took an offended tone and said, "Personally Sir, you disgust me. We are providing a service to the community, but you are trying to engage us in a price game. Carl took the time to help you and this is how you treat him. Sure, I can beat that deal even further, but I won't for you. Not even if you showed up right now, ready to buy, would I sell you a car."Needless to say, I didn't take his bait, took the deal from Bowie, and got more free stuff thrown in. I do wonder what Carl thought of having a guaranteed commission taken from him by his boss over an ironic, existential insult, but as this Con guy is a manager of some sort, I'm sure he's used to it.

Unlike many, I hate having to shop for cars. In my view, most car salesmen are very pushy and, in terms of honesty, rank almost as low as the people in Congress. Thus, I was not looking forward to car shopping this time around, although my previous car was totaled (I was rear-ended) and it was a necessity. I am especially wary of dealers who sell Japanese makes. The record shows that Japanese cars are the most reliable (particularly Honda and Toyota), and my previous experience has been along the lines of great car, lousy dealer. To my very pleasant surprise, visiting Honda of Annapolis turned out to be a pleasant experience. Trevor Gilbo and Andre were pleasant, factual, helpful, and did not get into high pressure tactics. They were patient in listening to the many questions my wife and I asked, and they introduced options and alternatives we had not previously considered. I highly recommend asking for Trevor to anyone considering picking up a vehicle at Honda of Annapolis. We drove out of Honda of Annapolis in a great new Honda Civic, and we believe Trevor and Andre gave us a very good deal.

I love Hondas. Between Hondas and Accuras I have probably owned a dozen. This weekend my son and daughter-in-law arrived back in country after several years abroad and they went to buy a new car. Of course, they went to this Honda dealer, as well as the Nissan, Toyota, and GMC dealer. To put it simply, the salespeople at this dealership are using "smart-ass" sales tactics that were the norm in the 1960's. First they didn't pay attention them, then they didn't take them seriously, then they refused to negotiate, then, after they left, the received a dozen phone calls offering this deal and that deal, which they had refused to discuss hours before. My son was sick of it! He went to the Nissan dealer where he was treated like an adult, was not lied to, and he bought the car they wanted in a few hours. This Honda dealer has absolutely the worst reputation of any dealership in Annapolis. They are unprofessional, incompetent, insulting, and stuck in sales models that almost every other dealership has abandoned in favor of being truly customer focused. The only reason they sell at all is because there is a strong and loyal base of Honda customers. They buy HOndas DESPITE this horrible dealership.

Was told over the phone, from someone in the parts department, that I could return an unused part for a full refund. The next day I took the part in, and the parts manager told me that I could not return the part. He refused to let me talk to the other parts employees, and said that nobody had said that I could return the part. He was calling me a liar. I purchased a Civic from Annapolis Honda for my son 7 months ago, and we were looking to purchase another car from them next summer. My son had already picked the car out. Screw that. I can't wait to tell all my friends and post on the web how Annapolis Honda called me a liar. My son, a senior in high school, is planning to get the word out to all his friends. Annapolios Honda doesn't care about you the customer. That $130.00 part just cost them more then they will ever know.

On 1 Aug 09, my wife and I traveled 20 miles from our home in Bowie, MD to inquire about and possibly purchase a Honda Pilot (SUV). Upon arriving, we looked at several "Pilots" - from the top-of-the-line to the more moderately priced versions - in an lot outside of the showroom and then asked a service representative for assistance. We followed him back to the showroom and watched as he informed 2 sales representatives that we needed help. For the next 40 minutes, my wife and I sat drinking coffee and waiting as several reps looked at us as they passed by, making no inquiries as to whether we needed assistance. On two occasions, a rep watched us almost suspiciously, and walked in another direction - either too busy or unwilling to ask if we needed help. Nearly an hour later, we got up and headed toward the door. Only then did a service manager ask us if "everything was okay." I told him to have a nice day and he sharply asked, "what happened?" We left - thoroughly disgusted and humiliated that we had wasted close to an hour of our day to purchase a vehicle at a dealership that obviously did not want to help us. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles in the last 20 years, and have dealt with most car companies. However, this dealership was by far the worst my wife and I have ever seen. Even though our presence was obvious and announced by the service rep, it was as though arbitrary decisions were made by the reps to deliberately ignore us. Why? I cannot begin to imagine. Were they too busy to bother? Did we appear to be somehow threatening or less worthwhile (i.e, a lesser sales possibility) to assist? Once again, we don't know. Yet, when we were announced and acknowledged visually by several reps yet still ignored, one must wonder. I can only attribute this arrogant and bizarre treatment by your company to two theories: 1) Your reps were too busy or clueless to find the time and effort, or 2) they tried to judge us based on appearance and decided that there were better prospects. My hope that the latter is not the case. However, if it was, this is the recourse of intellectually-deficient bottom-feeders generally too stupid to function. For such individuals, facts are an inconvenient distraction to believing what they simply want to believe. Yet, to make assumptions about others without anything other than superficial impressions to go on is insulting and unacceptable - for anyone OVER high school age and especially when conducting a business. As an Army officer of 20+ years of service, I have come to understand what respect for others, professionalism, character, essential integrity/fairness are. Your company - and/or the personnel you employ - displayed none of these. I will never have anything to do with this dealership in Annapolis, and will discourage others from doing so (based on my experience) when asked. ON FINAL NOTE: Later that day, my wife and I did find a competent Honda dealership in Laurel, MD and they were highly professional, courteous, and appropriately accommodating. We purchased a new Honda Pilot that evening. I encouraged them to thank this dealership, as - if not for their arrogant disregard for proper customer service- we would have never found them. Thank you.

I love this dealer! When arriving at the dealership I had no intention of buying a car that night. I was simply out looking for prices and seeing what the dealer had to offer. The way that the staff made me feel welcome I thought that there was no better time than now to buy a car. As soon as I walked in, a lady at the front counter greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. While looking around the showroom I was approached by Erik Thompson and immediately felt comfortable with him. Throughout the entire process he always found ways to mention the great things about Honda but I did not feel like I was just simply being thrown information at random. Erik was very helpful and made me feel at ease the entire process, even though I was extremely nervous since this is the first major purchase I have made on my own.

When I picked up my car at my last service visit, I was both informed that I needed new front brake pads & rotors($319) as well as new front tires ($306). I was chastised by Ted the sevice guy for not doing the work, but as I told him, when I was called with the estimate that morning earlier, NO mention of brakes or tires had been made. Yet even the service ticket mentioned that I had been advised. After paying my current bill, very begrudgingly, as he was walking away, he turned back and said how I REALLY needed to take care of the brakes and tires, that I shouldn't be driving like that, and that if I couldn't come back immediately, I had better do it by the end of the month. In addition, (another scare tactic) he casually said (and this was only the first week of July)"You're not planning on taking any long road trips are you?" knowing full well summer vacations were in full swing for most people!!!He really scared me, so I went online to educate myself about brake pads, changing, rotors, etc. I also took a close look at the mechanic's worksheet that was stapled to my bill. In the space after "inspect brake linings" was the two measurements: 7 mm in the front and 5mm in the back! According to everything I read (several websites and articles) new pads measure 12, and most have sensors that make your brakes squeal around 3 or 2. Two is not good, and the linings definitely need to be replaced when they get that thin. Here I was, at more than half for the front (7 from 12) and just less than half on the rear (5 from 12). Furthermore, both my bill and Ted said I better do the FRONT brakes... when actually their own worksheet proved that the back were thinner than the front! So then last week, I made an appt with the mechanic that services all the vehicles for the business I work for, to do the brakes and get new tires. When I hadn't heard from him by noon, I called for the estimate, and was told "Nothing needs to be done! Why do you think you need new brakes and tires? You have at least 10,000 miles more, so probably not until after Thanksgiving, but before Xmas and bad weather, we'll do them." When I pickd up the car (with no charges!) the mechanic said he would double check when I bring in after another 3,000 miles for oil change, just to be safe, but that he felt very sure I had another 5 months, or more. Only because in winter with bad weather/slick roads/ice/snow, I should do it regardless by Xmas.Basically HOnda of Annapolis was not only pushing/selling something I didn't need, but they also were trying to inspire fear in me, preying on the fact that I was a single woman, and hoping I knew nothing about cars.

I took my car in for an unidentified electrical problem. When they called with the estimate, I was told cost would be $384 for a new coil pak and spark plugs, but because the VTM-lock lights were also on,if the Traction Lock needed to be replaced, it would be another $800, but they wouldn't KNOW whether the latter would need replacing until the former was done. I said, "I DON'T HAVE $800 so just replace the coil and sparkplugs for the $384, and call it a day!" NO other problems, services, or anything was mentioned in that call, and there were no other conversations or calls. When I picked up my car, the bill was over $800!!! Since no one called 911 after my near-heart attack, and both the service manager and the service guy who had called me (Bruce) were both already gone by 5:30, another guy finally showed up to read the bill and try to explain to me what they did. It turns out they also did a 90K mile checkup, to the tune of an extra $400, which was NEVER even mentioned on the phone, and I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION to do. (If they had, I would have said NO, because I had ALREADY HAD IT DONE at another Honda dealer out of state when I was away on a long trip.)They did not need to do the traction thing anyway, thankfully, but I had said NO to any additional work (beyond the $384) regardless.Amazingly, typed on my bill were also two lines at the bottom, one saying that I had ok'ed the whole thing, and another mention that I also had been told I needed new front brakes and tires, WHICH NOT A WORD WAS SAID TO ME ON THE PHONE. So not a word of truth there! The guy gave me a whopping 20% off the second $400 --- all smiles, but I was still angry. After leaving, the following week when I mentioned this episode to the new place I took the car for, to check the brakes and tires, he said, NO WONDER he was smiling.... What they did was ILLEGAL and had I complained higher up, or called BBB, I would have gotten the job probably for free. I had no idea what they did was illegal, but there wasn't anyone to complain to anyway after 5 pm. Now I know. What also ticks me off (in addition to their doing work without permission) was that I already had done the 90K checkup, and paid for it 2 months earlier! What a waste. Not going back there.

Highly recommend this dealership for service. No experience with sales. Maintained my car here for about a year. Never had an issue. Bruce in service was always helpful, never made me get an appointment, and always let me bring in my car over lunch. Very reasonable on price and had no problems with special requests (use own parts, return old parts, etc.). A+. If you have an older Acura I recommend bringing it here for regular service (oil change, transmission fluid, spark plugs, etc.) than going across the street to Acura. In addition, I found prices here to be competitive with independents when I used my own parts.

I was in the market for a new Honda Civic, so I stopped in. I told the salesman that I was not ready to make a decision on a car that day, but would like to test drive one, since I would be buying very soon. When pushed, I also told him that I was not willing to discuss price yet, as I had a bank that was willing to help me out with the negotiation. As soon as I said this, the salesman became very rude and antagonistic, assuming that would mean he would not get as big of a commission. He said he'd be right with a test car, and he disappeared for 10 minutes (at one point I saw him on the phone). Being very annoyed, my sister and I decided to leave (not once did a salesperson ask us if we were being helped). As we were walking out the door, our beloved salesman brushed right by us without even acknowledgins our presence.Avoid them. I can only assume that part of it was the fact that we were two young women. I think they were a little surprised that we didn't take their crap.
