All my dealings with Hirnings has been very satisfactory. New Years Eve I was stranded and Brent came to my rescue! I then decided to purchase a different vehicle. Kenneth was my sales person and was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in all our dealings. It was a used vehicle and as with all used things little things have come up, but Hirnings has stood behind their product and the service department has taken care of everything.

I actually was just looking up the Buick Encore on line and they wanted my information. Joe called within the hour and asked me what I was looking for exactly. I was quite impressed because there was no way the dealership was still open at that hour... So I knew he was really on top of things. He made plans for the following day to meet with my husband and myself. I got a call earlier that morning asking exactly what I would need to make a deal. Joe was prepared with the answers when we got there to test drive that afternoon. While we were in no way there to buy a car that day, Joe made it so easy for us to make a deal. So, needless to say, we traded and drove home that evening in our new Encore! Joe is very educated on the car and what each function does. He made an appt. with me the next morning to come in and be educated on the systems. He has followed up diligently on ON STAR and has made me feel that I am always welcome to ask him questions. I've bought cars long distance before, negotiating the deal over the phone. But one never knows until the deal is done if the dealer (and seller) is being honest about condition of a car, particularly used. In this case, Dino at Hirning was very honest and straightforward. He disclosed the condition of the used vehicle accurately, and took my word on the trade. Upon arriving, we both agreed the cars were in the condition described, we did the paperwork, and were done in under 2 hours including test drives.

This is our 3rd vehicle purchased in the last 3 years from Hirning GMC and 2nd GMC Sierra. All 3 times we were treated totally professionally, very courteously and in an expeditious manner. Our salesperson even came in on his day off to help us purchase our latest Sierra. Everyone we came into contact with during this transaction knew their job which helped get us on the road quickly. With our previous purchases the experience was very similar as have been any repairs or service appointments we have had. We have used 2 other Dealers in the past and there is a measureable difference in the service received from Hirning.

We were seeing some oil spots on the garage floor so we took our Yukon to Hirning for repairs. They found some leaks and made the appropriate repairs. After we got home we started seeing some different spots on the floor. We took the car back to find out what was going on with the leaks and they apologized for not finding all of the leaks the first time. When they found the final leaks they were generous with the costs because they missed the minor leaks the first time. All is clean now and we are happy to have the leaks repaired. I will recommend the service department to anyone who needs to know.

We visited several dealerships over the last few weekends. Amazingly, we found both a G6 and a Cruz we really. Really appreciated the patients of the sales staff. We dealt both with Dino and Aragorn.(Awesome guys). We had planned on the purchase of one car, but they made the deal too good , so we bought both cars. We felt they were very open and honest with numbers that they gave us which was more than we could say for other dealerships. Financed a portion of the purchase and DJ (the Business Manager) was great to work with there as well. We kept the staff well over an hour after the store had closed doing paperwork all because we waited till the last minute. They did not seem to mind. We will tell others of our great experience!

My husband and I purchased our Honda Pilot from Hirning about 6 months ago. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We usually dread shopping for cars because of the pressure to "buy today" that most dealerships have. We didn't feel that at all. They gave us a very fair price and didn't do the back and forth thing. We knew it was a good deal because we had been researching for over a year to find what we were looking for. They have even followed up with us since our purchase a couple of times to make sure we are still happy. Over all we were very happy with our experience and will buy from them again.

I flew 650 miles from Denver to Pocatelle for a used car described as in perfect condition. It barely made it home. having bad ignition coils and spark plugs ($502)leading to a terrible miss over the mountain passes. Then the dash display for the trip computer does not work. A very expensive repair. When I contacted them about these failures their comment was "well things happen"
