Bill -salesperson, very attentive to customer service. He was knowledgeable about the car we were test driving. The communication from Bill was very timely and appreciated throughout the whole process. Brandon, the dealership GM is very professional and friendly making this a positive purchase experience. I feel very confident regarding the quality of routine maintenance that will be performed by their service department because I have always used them. Alex and john, service guys and Jake, parts department both seem to be very experienced with Ford cars. This car was a purchase for our kids. This was our first time ever financing car and the experience was excellent. As a first time buyer there is a long process and a lot to take in. Mike did a great job with helping us get the car that we actually wanted instead of telling us what we can qualify for like everyone else did. He went out of his way to make sure we were approved for the car. We love the car!!!. The process was long but Mike made sure that there weren't any complications. We really appreciate Mike for taking care of us. He is an excellent person and very good at his job! I recommend Hillyers to everyone and I have know reason to ever go anywhere else.

I recently had to have my car repaired at Hillyers. Just wanted to say I was beyond satisfied with the experience overall. Service people, customer consideration, letting me know what needed to be done, giving me opitions, etc..Very nice facilities. Quality service isn't always easy to find and I like to acknowledge it whenever possible. I will definitely return when my car needs service again.

Last month I purchased a brand new 2015 f350. My husband and I visited several dealerships prior to Hillyers, and ultimately decided to purchase with them not only because they had the best price, but because they had the most knowledgeable and courteous staff! We worked with Bill, he helped us through the entire process. They did not have the exact color and options we were looking for on their lot, but they located one for us very quickly and had it delivered to Woodburn. Would definitely purchase from Hillyers again and highly recommend them. From the sale, to the financing to the delivery, everything was top notch.

EXCELLENT SERVICE From Bill, he is a very patient man. I recomend him highly. I realize that I am not the most calm person and I really don't enjoy going to Car Dealers, but Bill made the entire process very easy and quick. While in the process of shopping, if you decide to just check out anywhere else to compare prices, not only will you find Hillyers has the best prices around, you'll also come to the realization that nobody operates with the amount of professionalism and trustworthiness that Hillyers does. I have been looking for a used Ford Sport Trac (no longer manufactured by Ford). I called at least 12 dealers. Finally I called Hillyers and they got me one the next day. This was my first major vehicle purchase and it turned out to be much better than I thought it would. Excellent car selection, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, and staff that was honest and worked with me to find the right vehicle. I originally began looking for a Ford Explorer, but found that it was out of my budget range. Although it was clear I would not purchase one the staff was still more than willing to answer my questions and give me details about their vehicles whether it was good or bad. Its not every dealer that you will get that honesty from and most will try to persuade you to purchase anything. I found the advertisement online and decided to check it out. Daisy made sure I was comfortable driving the car and took me out for a long test ride to really see if it was what I expected. As the rating suggests I was extremely pleased with the vehicle. The Ford Escape was in excellent condition and Daisy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I WILL do business again with this dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've lived in Woodburn for one year and frankly I was concerned that I might not be satisfied with the quality of the Ford dealership service department that would sooner or later help me take good care of my prized 1994 Mustang Shelby. I've driven it for more than 216,000 miles and I intend using it until I'm no longer driving. I'm pleased and satisfied with the service and repairs performed on my Mustang at Hillyers Ford in Woodburn. To give you a vague idea how particular I am about my car, shortly after I moved here, I visited Hillyers Ford service department to check it out. I was introduced to several people and after talking with them and explaining that I had and older car and realizing there passion for cars , I left knowing that I would return when the car needed servicing. All that I can add is that my expectations have been met. My Mustang has been a great car and I've been a great car owner.

I Only Purchase a new vehicle every 10 years. I did my research online as everyone does these days. It came down to my phone call. I called 5 local dealers and some of them did ok and some were very pushy. at the end of my phone calling it came down to Hillyers. By far the most professional.

Try this sometime, Call around to all your local Ford dealers and see if they can get you right in for service. My answer is they cant. Somehow every time I call Hillyers they tell me to get it in and they will take care of it. They are always very busy too, they must be very organized. The level of customer service is second to none. You never feel like just one of the customers but rather the Sales Consultants and Managers go out of their way to make your feel very valued. They actually listen with interest in what the Customer wants instead of trying to sell you something else. Seems like every time I need service I'm in a hurry. I call Hillyers and without delay they tell me to bring it in we will get you taken care of. I have tried that at other local dealers and if your real lucky they may be able to get you in the next week or two. Its not a fluke either, I have done it a dozen times. THE NORDSTROM'S OF FORD DEALERSHIPS. I just purchased the nicest Explorer I have ever seen on the road. Black with custom 22 inch wheels. My wife and I absolutely love it. The day after we purchased it my wife slightly hit a curb and cut one of the tires. We put the spare on and drove it to Hillyer's Stayton Ford. When I arrived I decided to see how good there customer service really is. I had full intentions of telling the truth but decided to tell Steve that the tire just went flat and I didn't know what happened. Steve quickly talked to management and even though they could tell that we hit a curb he told us no problem we will take care of it and we want you to love your car. I couldn't take it any more so I spilled the beans and told them the truth. Steve said we all kinda of knew what really happened but we also knew you just purchased it. The reason I call them the Nordstrom's of Ford dealerships is my wife is always bragging about how good Nordstrom's return policies are and how good there customer service is, Hillyer's Ford blew me away when they said the would take care of it. Even better they gave us a new Mustang convertible for a loaner car.

On my way to work this morning and I got a flat tire. I had heard that Hillyer's Stayton Ford sold tires now so I whipped in there to see if they could help me. They looked at my fusion immediately and it needed a new tire because it was to badly damaged. The other 3 were about 5 years old and could wait a year or two. Steve priced me out one tire and I was shocked at the price being so low that I asked how much for four. I agreed to the one tire and while I was waiting I called around to price check. when I was done I marched back up to the desk and said replace all four. They were almost half the price of everyone else. Got back on the road and made it to work. Great experience. I know I keep doing reviews for them but when someone does a good job I like to tell people. 3rd review so far

My story started about 12 years ago, I'm and avid outdoorsman and teach survival and hunting classes all over the country. I was on my way from California to Seattle in my Diesel F350 when all of a sudden it just stalled and wouldn't start. I was on I-5 between Salem and Albany. To make things worse I had a class in Seattle to teach in 5 hours. I called a tow truck and when he arrived I asked him where I should take it for repair, he quickly replied Hillyers Mid City Ford in Woodburn. Ok so off to Hillyers we went. When we arrived we were greeted by Alex and Jeremy in service. I explained my situation and how I was running late. Alex directed the tow truck driver to drop it off in the shop so they could get started, I was surprised because I could tell they were extremely busy and there's not a spot available anywhere. I was then directed to the waiting room (it was packed). I sat next to a nice couple and explained my situation and how I didn't think I would make it to Seattle in time. The gentleman chuckled a little and said "YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE FOR SERVICE" if anyone in the northwest could get you fixed it would be Hillyers Ford. Then he explained that him and his wife and several of his friends drive from the Albany area just to get there vehicle serviced. I had been sitting there for about 15 minutes when Alex came into the waiting room and explained what was going on and that he thought he could have me back on the road in 20 minutes. WOW That would be great I relied. Guy next to me said "see what I mean" they are the best there is. 20 minutes later my truck was ready to go and I made it to my class with time to spare.I drive my truck all across the northwest and I will purposely wait to have my truck service when I am in Woodburn, Keep in mind I pass 50 ford dealers to get to them. Fast forward to the present, driving down I-5 and I break down in Salem again. I call the tow truck and when he arrived I told him to take me to Hillyers Ford. I started reading my book and wasn't paying attention to where we were going, next thing I know we are at Hillyers Stayton Ford, What I said to the driver, they have two stores. I was excited but also a little reluctant because I'm very comfortable with the Hillyers in Woodburn. I am going to cut this story short now, Guess What the service Was absolutely Amazing just like the other store. Now I have two stores to choose from. I entered Hillyers Stayton Ford in late December. I was forced by a family member to go Truck shopping because my old Truck kept giving me problems. It was paid off so I was hesitant to get another Truck payment. When I first arrived at the Hillyers, I was greeted immediately and was introduced to a bubbly guy named Andrew. As stated before, I really wasn't interested in buying a truck, but I knew the truck I wanted to see . Andrew immediately got the keys to a beautiful Ecoboost F150, so I could take it for a test drive. Before the test drive, Andrew explained everything about the truck. I was impressed that he was so knowledgeable. I LOVE THE TRUCK, but I didn't want to deal with a pushy and deceitful sales person. I met deceitful people at a dealership a few years ago, so I was ready for lies. IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT WITH HIM. We laughed, talked about family and friends, talked about my second choice with another brand, benefits of a new truck, and my budget. It didn't take all day ( about 3 hours).. I purchased my first brand new truck I couldn't get it the same day because they didn't have the color I wanted... When I picked up the truck a few days later, I met a happy Andrew again. He helped me learn all of the features in the truck. I am not a technology person so I asked ALOT of questions , but he was extremely patience. Long story short - I had a really good experience at Hillyers Stayton Ford and as I drive my truck around and people see where it was purchased I find out more and more good things about the Hillyers dealerships. In a few years, I will definitely purchase another truck from this dealership. If you go, ask for Andrew Evans. I love great customer service. I am telling everyone lol...

After going to almost every dealership in Salem. I was tired of dealing with bunch of money hungry SHARKS! I decided to go to one last dealership Hillyer's Ford, it was the best decision I had made all day after wasting my nice sunny Saturday at dealerships. Hillyer's deffenetly made the difference. I felt at home, and the sales man was smart to know that I was the buyer and got me involved in all the features and benefits of the car. When I finally decided on a car the negotiation was so smooth and easy. Now I am happy with my new car and I will go back once I need to upgrade.

I purchased a used non-Ford vehicle from them and the salesperson I worked with was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, polite and seemed to really care. The sales manager I worked with was all of those things as well but during our negotiation of the trade-in value of my existing vehicle, I asked specifically if her (the dealership's) intention was to wholesale the vehicle as I understood this to be common practice with vehicles such as mine (high mileage). She said without hesitation "yes, absolutely), which influenced my position in the negotiation substantially. I completed the transaction and about two weeks later I was in the neighborhood and spotted my previous vehicle on their retail lot. Doing so was not only unethical but constituted fraud. Of course, I had nothing in writing, no evidence to support this and had to let it go. As such, I have described my experience and have recommended to all of my friends, relatives and anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to choose a dealership other than this one. A slap in the face (notwithstanding the illegal act) after what at the time seemed a very pleasant car buying experience.

I originally came to this dealership to see what the value of my old truck was, but after the great service I recieved here, I ended up leaving with a brand new Ford superduty. I thought the staff was extremely knowlegable about the trucks I was looking at. I also really apperciated that the dealership put the nicest lift you canbuy on my truck. I highely recomend this dealership especially for people buying a truck.

Do not waste your time at Hillyers Mid-City Ford in Woodburn, Oregon. They tried to scam us, and we are not the first! Vehicle price was listed at $30,747 on their website. On the vehicle the tag showed the price to be $29,747. We made four visits to the dealership. On the first visit we arrived after hours and did a visual inspection of the vehicle, noting the green sales price hanging from the rear view mirror which read $29,747. On 7/27/2010, over one month later, we returned to the dealership and met with Jay, salesman, who verified the asking price of the vehicle. On 7/29 we returned to the dealership and made an offer on the vehicle. The sale price was verified; however, the dealership offered $850 below low trade in Kelly Blue Book on our trade in, so we left without purchasing the vehicle. On 8/1 we returned to the dealership to discuss purchasing the vehicle cash, without the trade-in. We called ahead. The salesman, Jay, returned our call and again verified the price as $29,747 plus $50 tags and $200.00 title fee. We spent 90 minutes on paperwork. When it came time to sign the final paperwork and write the check the sales manager, Bill, stated that he was just informed by the owner that the price had increased $2,000.00 and that he could no longer honor the advertised price. We left without purchasing the vehicle. When I contacted the Oregon Attorney Generals Office, I was told that three similar complaints have been filed recently.
