Cherri was incredible! From the beginning she made the process quick and so understandable. She let you take your time but was there when you were ready. They were all a great staff and even stayed after hours to finish up. I traded in my car and bought a new one right then. Financing was made clear and I’m excited for my new ride.

I just had the greatest experience at Hi Lo. I was led to them by my favorite radio station 95.1 Shine FM and I’m so glad that I showed up there! Cherri was so helpful and personable. I walked in, found what I was looking for, for the price I was looking for, and walked out with keys as simple as 1-2-3. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend!

After a few bad experience with other car lots and dealerships I felt so defeated in the car search. I walked into Hi Lo hoping that this time it would be different. My expectations were blown away with how personable and quick the process was at Hi Lo. Cheri made it a very easy and a pleasant process from start to finish. I would 100% buy from them again and will surely refer anyone looking for a used vehicle. The vehicle itself was in amazing shape and a great price. The process was very smooth and quick.
