I came in unsure if my credit would come through, and after having issues with improper paper work, the whole sales staff, Rich and Kiko included, did their best to put me in my car same day. Above and beyond customer service and friendly to boot. This place will make you never want to go to a normal car dealership ever again.

Danny Cubic was my primary sales contact. But Gerald Moore was also very helpful. My main reason for falling short of 100% satisfaction is that the car did not come with any floor mats or second set of key. This is a basic necessasity and yet Hertz fails to comply. Also, the car was promised on 10/8/14 but took 6 additional days to arrive.

Heard of Hertz rent-to-buy from a mutual friend. Starting with the vehical search via the website the process was for easy and straight forward. Once the vehicla was selected Kiko at the Des Plaines location was very helpful with information about the program. Even when the vehical ready date needed to be changed due to other circumstances Kiko was very helpful. Overall the process was smooth and very easy.

Salesman was quite knowledgeable about features & prices on all makes & models of cars. He laid out the best deals available and allowed me to inspect & test drive the cars of my choice. The facilities were clean, modern, & cool (July 3rd). I had some reservations about buying a used car from a rentail car company, but so far so good. I'm quite satisfied with my decisision. I just bought a Cruze for my daughter. My main reasons were the great service I have received from the Hertz rental location on Green Bay in Evanston (thanks Nick and Ryan) and the responsiveness of your staff at the Des Plaines sales location. Vince and Denny went out of their way to help me while coping with a very tough schedule and my daughter's almost immediate return to school.
