My mother purchased her Santa Fe here and they gave her such a great deal that I came to purchase my first Palisade. Then my husband came to purchase his Genesis! We’ve had such overall great experiences that I came back recently to get a Calligraphy Palisade! Stan was the ultimate professional! He gave me a great deal every time! First let me start by saying I really love my car! With that being said, I will say part of my loving my car started with my Salesman George V ( I don't want to spell his name wrong). From the time I walked into the dealership, George was attentive to all my questions about what I was looking for. Keep in mind it was raining cats and dogs, but that did not deter or discourage George from making sure I got the right vehicle. George and I test drove several vehicles to make sure I got what I wanted. I was really on the fence between the 2021 Sonata Hybrid limited or the same model in gas. George was patient and listened to my concerns. We both agreed on the gas model even though it was cheaper than the hybrid. I was really impressed with him making sure I got what I wanted and not concentrating on getting his commission on the sale. I've never experienced that type of integrity from a dealership before. As a matter of fact I went to another dealership which I won't disclose who acted like I was not there! I glad they did because this led me to Heritage Hyundai and George. I had an issue, which was not George's fault, but he made sure he made it right!! Overall I must say if you're looking for a fine vehicle, go to Heritage and ask for George V. I will say the other sales people appeared to be nice because the energy in the dealership was very positive, but for me George V was my guy. TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

We had an excellent experience at Heritage Hyundai, especially because of Perry's help. He was patient with us as we looked for the exact car we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. Perry was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped us find what was right for our family. He was also extremely responsive to the (many) texts and emails we sent him throughout the process. I will be sending everyone I know looking at Hyundai's to Perry and Heritage Hyundai.

This was the smartest choice I’ve made in a long time! I was well over due for a new Vehicle I knew I wanted something affordable yet sporty and made a statement when driving. I went and test drove a few cars but nothing was like the Hyundai Sonata. The service I received at Heritage Hyundai was Impeccable! Mr. Iby was easy going and straight forward which I appreciated. Going here to shop for a new car you will not be let down,promise!

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle new or used, this is the dealership to go to. The customer service was impeccable and impressive!! Karl Smith was the amazing salesman that assisted me. No stone was left unturned and no question left unanswered (and trust me, I had plenty of questions!!). Excited about my new vehicle!! Also, a very special thanks to George V. for also assisting me with a few things. These men were very welcoming and patient. Thanks Hyundai!!!
