I have bought two vehicles from her. She goes above and beyond to give me the best deals. The second time, she had us in and out of car so fast. And we are very happy with our vehicles. She is upfront and honest with the paperwork and that is something I need. If you want someone who will tell you the truth and tries really hard to give you what you want. Then I would suggest to go to her. This is a scam, I am not saying these things because I have to. She is who you want when your a re purchasing a vehicle.

Andrew Bagwell has been my Service Advisor at this location for over 3 years. Andrew is always courteous and he makes sure that my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP is serviced correctly at every interval. Andrew does this job thoroughly as if it is his vehicle that is being serviced. He makes sure that every area of the service component is completed correctly and on time. I had the 120,000 mile maintenance done today, and my truck is running just like the day it was purchased new. Andrew provided a wash and vacuum to go along with the excellent service performed. I would definitely recommend him as a Service Advisor to anyone who may consider this dealership for the service of your vehicle.

I was looking to buy a new truck at a Toyota dealer in my home town which would not budge nor work with me on their pricing. I gave a call to Hendricks to see what their pricing was, without asking what the other dealer was offering, they told me the best price they could give which was drastically cheaper for the same truck. I drove all the way to Charleston to give them by business instead. Once I arrived, they had already started getting the truck ready for me to test drive. I test drove the truck and was in love so I went ahead with the purchase. I'm a recent college graduate so this was a new experience for me, but Blake made it as easy as possible while filling out paperwork and telling me everything that was included with the purchase and all features of the truck. I would recommend this dealer 110% of the time anyone asked me about where to buy a new vehicle. I will definitely be using this dealer in the future whenever I decide to get a new vehicle.

Every time I go to this dealership for anything dealing with my vehicle, I get a little excited. The reason for that is that the people who assist me are so friendly and helpful. I love it. Jessie Muhs is a perfect example of that.Whenerver I go into Hendricks, whether I'm actually going to Jessie or not, I see her and we have the most amazing and friendly interactions. I have to admit that I was very picky about the RAV4 I was looking for. I met Josie on my first visit to Hendricks Toyota back in September. I was shopping and the vehicle I wanted was not available. I dropped by a few weeks later to look at a used RAV4 and Josie came out to say hello. I shared with her that I wasn't really there to purchase a car and she told me that's ok. She asked me if I was still looking for the Red RAV4 without leather seats with All Wheel Drive. I responded yes, and she shared with me "I think we have what you wanted, let me show it to you." She walked me across the lot and she was correct. It was the vehicle I was looking for. I could not have been happier. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful. Even the service guy came out to talk to me about putting a hitch on the vehicle. I never felt rushed or pushed one bit. Everyone answered all my questions, and they were even flexible in our negotiations. I got the car I wanted, and the deal I wanted, and I could not be happier. Go see Josie! She is wonderful!

We had family plans to travel to Colombia for my Grandsons Birthday and visit the Colombia Zoo on Sunday. We were going to take the Sequioa since it seated 7 and we could all go in 1 vehicle. When I tried to open the back gate I heard a snap sound and it would not work. Frantic I called Hendrick Service adept and spoke to my Service Rep Carolyn and asked if there was any way it could be repaired today. To make a long story short even though they were very busy they not only tried but they had the repair done and back to me in a matter of hours.Outstanding service, thank you Hendrick!

Many thanks to Service Advisor Buckley Fulghum and Service Technician Joe Ingle. Buckley went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He stayed on top of what was going on with my car and consulted with Joe who, with his expertise, was able to fix my car and save me a lot of money. They could have taken advantage and not been honest but they didn't. I would have never known. I really appreciate their dedication and honesty. Excellent customer care and service is very hard to find these days but Buckley and Joe embody both of those. I wish more businesses had employees such as Buckley and Joe. Thank you so much to both. I have always had Honda Accords but I decided to check out the Camry. When I pulled in to the dealership I always dread speaking to the Sales person but not this day. Shelly Grimes greeted my husband and I and she was amazing! She offered to walk around with us or let us look by ourselves and call her over if we had questions. She pointed out the areas that we would need to look at and left us alone. It was amazing not to feel pressured! We had some questions about the Camry and she came over and answered every single question we had. She was very informative about the differences in the different models. She found EXACTLY what I wanted. The exterior and interior color I wanted was in the overflow lot and she found it! I love my car and I am now a proud Toyota girl and I will never look at another Honda! So thankful that Shelly took the time to find exactly what I wanted in my price range

Brought in wife's 2016 Highlander for last minute service before traveling. Stellar experience with Carolyn!! Background: I called to check out prices for tires, and from the get-go she was exactly the person that you'd want handling all of your service needs!! She was so very pleasant (even at the end of the day!!) and absolutely thorough and listened closely - she made me think that she was actually working for my best interest - I've never had this experience with anyone in this service department before. She researched the tire request and found that they did a price match on it and told me when my tires would be in. She told me how I can reach her to check on my tires and when she would be leaving, just in case I needed to contact her. Incidentally, I called half an hour after she told me she leaves just to check on them, so I left a message thinking she would call me back the next day - and within a few minutes - SHE CALLED ME BACK!! I got a better deal on my tires with her than with the other half dozen places I called (yep, including Costco and Sam's). Honestly, Carolyn should hold the training classes for the Toyota Service department. What a GREAT REPRESENTATIVE!!

I am beyond disappointed in the service department at this dealership. I have been coming to this dealer for the past 10 years! I purchased my last two vehicles here and they, exclusively, service and repair my vehicles. Close to one year ago, while in for routine service, I noticed the tire sidewalks cracking on my 2014 Tundra which was one year old at that time. I had the service department check on this and they said the tires were dry rotting and definitely defective. They kept my service invoice, with all the tire information written on it and would contact the tire rep to get my tires replaced. After many visits they were still working on replacing the tires. Yesterday, I was advised they would start the whole process over and they thought the cracked sidewalks were just a cosmetic issue. How ironic considering they previously said the tires were defective and when I had my last vehicle I had the same exact cracking sidewalks and was told I had to replace the tires, which I did! Before I left the dealer I walked the used car lot and looked specifically at Bridgestone tires. I did NOT see evidence of any tire sidewalk cracks on the vehicles I inspected. After doing some research I have learned if tires are less than four years old and exhibit cracking sidewalls the tires are defective and should be replaced as soon as possible. I also learned the tire manufacturers warranty the tires for tire cracking during the first four years. Although they said they would contact me yesterday, after speaking with Bridgestone, I have not heard one word from this dealer. They LIE over and over again. They promise to contact you and they don't!Unless they replace my tires immediately, I will NEVER return to this dealer! I will next file a complaint with Toyota, USA and the NTSB, DOT requesting a recall of all Bridgestone tires.

I was told by my salesperson that they had some guys come in from Az, and Ky, well from what i encountered with those guys maybe they need to go back. I had an appointment scheduled for 12 noon for my 25,000 mile checkup. I arrived around 11:45 and was immediately greated by my service advisor. He took my name and keys. I then proceeded to the waiting lounge. At 12:20 he came out and explained what was needed. I had them perform the service and the car was ready around 13:05. I am extremely pleased with the service. Both worked performed and professional service.

I purchased my 2008 Solara in 2015 from an owner in Jacksonville, Fla. Knew at the time that there was a recall on the dash. Yesterday I took my car in to have the work done and couldn't be happier with service I received from the drivers that carried me to my work and then picked me up or the quality of the installation of the new dash. Dealer would only come off price $600.00. I went up $1000.00. Many unrepaired problems with the car that would have cost me more. Front bumper not attached to car on both sides. Temp gauge light not working. Headlight on drivers side was out of wack. Tail gate cover loose. Many mor problems. Dealer was not willing to work out a deal. I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to find out I could have my 15,000 mile tune up and tire rotation completed at 8:30 p.m. All I had to do was schedule an appointment. After buying my second car here in two years, I couldn't be more pleased. Not only have they not taken advantage of a young female car buyer, I've walked away both times with a car I love. Blake my sales guy was absolutely wonderful. He was honest, he didn't show me cars I didn't want, and even the terrible lets talk numbers part was fairly painless. They didn't sit there with me for more than 20 minutes until we have come to an agreeable number. Even when a week later I got a flat tire and sent my father there because I couldn't leave work, Blake took care of my Dad through the entire process and assisted him in anything my car needed. This dealership has some terrible reviews, but for the second time in less than 2 years, I've genuinely had a 5 star experience. Blake has called to check on my car twice since my flat tire to ensure the patch is holding as it should and that I'm loving all the features of my car. I couldn't ask for a better sales experience, and we checked out every midsize SUV in town, this was by far the least pressured and most straightforward experience we had!

When I brought my car in, I was late, but Howard got it going with a technician quickly anyway. When the technician found four things it needed, Howard reviewed them all with me - ugh, I wasn't prepared for a lot of expense. So, Howard asked his Manager if a discount was available for me. Good news!, it was, and was applied to the total, making the work "do-able". Next, Howard told me it'd be at least 3 hours to do the work; I'm so busy that I just couldn't wait in the dealership, so Howard arranged a rental car for me. I just stepped right into it a few minutes later, and was back at work (hooray!). Returning the car right on time, I arrived and Howard had had the car completely washed and vacummed inside. I couldn't believe it! My car hadn't been clean like this in months!! I cannot recommend Howard Gebhard enough; truly there for "the client", Howard goes the extra mile and even more besides. I cannot ever remember a nicer "car story" than this one. Thank you, Howard!

Ms. Carolyn Reetz has always shown respect and compassion when I brought my car many, many, many times for maintenance. Most of the time I didn't have an appointment. Her customer service skills is second to none. The following took place after I had maintenance performed on my car: "I took my car to the car wash on rivers, the car stop[ working and the CAR WASH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE had to jump start the car (the battery was approximately 3 months old or more. I scheduled an appointment to have 2 tires replaced and frontend alignment done on my 2003 4runner. I arrived a little before my scheduled time. The service staff took my car and began working on it as scheduled even though there were a lot of cars already there. While waiting someone came around and offered me snacks and a bottle of water at no charge. The work was done in an hour and a half. All the service personnel were polite and helpful. Andrew Bagwell was the person I dealt with during this visit. He is always happy to help in any way. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealer for any maintenance needs you have for your vehicle.

I took my Tacoma in for servicing. This was Saturday, 25 June 2016 at 1:00 PM. The service department was very busy. As soon as I pulled my truck into the service bay, I was greeted with a sincere greeting, handshake, and assurance that I would be taken care of ASAP. I explained to my Service Advisor (Jeffery Luther, AKA Jeff), that I would be going on a long road trip as soon as I left the dealership. He said he would take care of things right away. While I was waiting, Jeff came to me and we engaged in casual conversation which made me feel like I was more that just a customer. I actually felt like I was a VIP. I did not have to wait long at all for the service to be completed. Jeff even ran my truck through the car wash before sending me on my way and wishing me a safe trip. I love negotiating but in this case was not planning on doing so as I wanted a very straightforward deal. I knew what I wanted and didn't want to spend all day making it happen.I had a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2013 that I wanted to trade in for an older model Toyota Prius they had on the lot. I had done my research and new exactly what I wanted to walk out the door with.I was able to walk away with an excellent deal! They were even very kind in ways they did not have to be as well as respectful of this female buyer. I was impressed immediately that when I walked onto the lot, Tem approached to offer help then was not pushy at all when I told him I just wanted to wander the lot for a bit. I purposely found him when I was ready to talk as I was impressed that he had been so pleasant and patient. I told him what I wanted to do, and throughout the entire transaction he was refreshingly easy to deal with and never "pushed." I use to love this dealership when I would get my car serviced. However the service agents are not friendly. I have had nothing but issues or excuses when I need assistance. Example I scheduled to have my oil changed, tires rotated, them to look at a dent, alarm, & to price the mirror only for the car. Let's say all they did was price the mirror. I had to inconvenience myself to reschedule another appointment where I had a 7am appointment and my car was not ready until 2pm. Then they still didn't have someone to look at my dent or adjust my alarm. Now my mirror latch is broken all together which was not before. Then I assume while it was getting clean they broke something inside. Now my car has been NONSTOP leaking oil and running ruff. Talk about one pissed customer. I pay my payment 2 weeks before it's due yet they can not give good customer service or treat my car like it's there own. I will call them tomorrow in hope I can get this oil leak fixed without other issues as well as the stuff they have broke fix free of charge of charge since this is there error! It's like can I go anywhere now days and actually get what I pay for?? I would not recommend taken your car there for any services!

I had the 115K miles service performed on my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP and Andrew Bagwell was the service writer. Andrew in my opinion is the best service writer at this dealership, and Jeff Ferraro is the best service lane manager at any Toyota dealership that I have frequented. Andrew provides personnel service to each customer as if it is his vehicle this is being serviced. Jeff definitely makes sure that each customer is satisfied with his/her vehicle after the service is completed. I scheduled a 7:30 am appointment to have one new tire mounted, balanced, and get all 4 tires rotated. When I arrived at 7:15 am, a line of 20+ cars was already backed up well into the driveway. My work wasn't completed until 9:30 am. It's obvious the service department is overbooking its capacity. I will not recommend nor return.

When visiting I wasn't sure what I truly wanted Will helped me find that, though I needed a day to think it over Will and Earl were very patient and friendly. When returning the following day Will was not in but his replacement was nothing short of excellent, I felt happy when I left with my new car. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for Toyotas, sales staff is very knowledgable and provides more to answer questions you haven't thought of, I felt as though they were committed to the customer and not so much the vehicle sale. Hennessy was great breaking down the warranties and availabilities and limitations in the finance department. Again, I recommend this to anyone who even is thinking about a Toyota. Thanks guys!!!

We had an appointment for 1230 to get tire fixed. My husband got there around 1145, early. checked the car in and was told around 1245 that they would have to get a tire from the warehouse and it would be another 45 minutes. Ok so around 1:30 he went to check on car and was told it would be the next day before they would have a tire. This is totally unprofessional, customer service should have immediately flagged him and gave him the verdict. I don't like using the car dealers to get repairs/service for my vehicle as they have no respect for their customers time nor getting things done when you're told a specific time. Not happy at all!

The service writer seemed as if he had other things that were more important than providing follow-up questions and logistical support for myself and three kids. While I realize I'm not the only customer, I tried to explain that this was a return visit for a symptom that was supposed to be addressed. Kody did explain he had to call to see if it was covered under warranty, but then left me for about 1.5 hours. When I asked if the car had moved into the repair cycle, he was shocked to see that I was still here and flippantly started he hadn't received a call back from Toyota proper. This isn't the first time I have dealt with him, but it will be the last.

Brandon Bailey helped me with purchasing my new deep green 2016 Camry SE. I actually selected my new car from my keyboard. I'm on oxygen 7/24 so, Brandon was kind enough to email me photos for me to select from, Then he brought me my new deep green Camry SE and the paper work to me for signing. I truly love my new car. We had an appointment to meet with a saleslady, Ms. Lori W. We went to check out a used SUV but we walked out with a 2016 Camry. She was extremely polite, courteous and friendly and she made sure we didn't leave empty handed. Answered every question we had and went a step higher to someone who could and did get things where we needed it to be. They all took their time with us and didn't seem to mind the questions we had. When we went in for our 5,000 mile service oil change, they treated us like they were knowing us for a long time. Ms. Amy gave us excellent care! She was extremely nice to us and she made sure we knew and understood everything as well as let us know when to bring the car back for its next inspection. Everyone was awesome!!

I had been wanting to upgrade to a new 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro for quite a while and knew they were difficult to find. But Ally Stewart made it happen! And she also made the whole process enjoyable, simple and as stress free as possible. Ally was knowledgable, enthusiastic, and honest. And on the occasion when she didn't know the finite details for a specific aspect of the vehicle, she didn't stop searching until she found the answer. Sometimes that meant delving into manuals and sometimes that meant finding the dealership's expert for that subject and having them fully explain it to me in person. Never once did I experience a high-anxiety pushy scenario normally associated with car buying. Ally was patient and understanding, even after the multitude of in-depth questions. It was also very evident that she truly enjoys working at Hendrick and takes pride in her work, as well as the team's, which speaks volumes for the dealership's management. Furthermore, I serve as Active Duty for the Air Force and not only was Ally flexible with my unpredictable schedule but she went above and beyond to find all the military benefits available for me. This top notch performance dos not end with the sale of the vehicle. In addition to following up with me on my satisfaction, she is always sure to touch base when I stop by the dealership for regular maintenance. There is no doubt that I would recommend visiting Hendrick Toyota for those interested in investing in a vehicle, or even looking to get maintenance done on their current Toyota. If you do stop by there, ask for Ally Stewart!

I made an appointment online to have my car tuned up and checked up. They found I needed new brakes (Which I thought). First when I got there, there was a long line, but I went in and asked for my assigned service person and was taken in immediately because I had an appointment. Then he found me in the little mini restaurant in the dealership, where I had a pretty decent breakfast sandwich and told me I needed the brakes. So I said go ahead and install all new brakes. I asked how long it would take and he said 3 or4 hours. Ok, no problem. I went across the street and shopped. He called after 2 hours and my car was finished! Yeah!! So I love Hendricks Toyota -and this was the most recent of several favorable encounters/experiences at Hendeick Toyota of North Charleston!!

The service was prompt, courteous and high quality. As it turned out, I did not need a new alternator, but just to replace some worn out belts. I was kept in contact during the whole process, so there were no surprises. Also, I appreciate the long-needed complimentary car wash...a nice touch.

My truck had a recall. Was asked to bring it in for inspection to see if the recall repairs were needed. They were. The Service Department received me at the scheduled time and inspected my truck. The necessary parts were ordered and will be installewd when they arrive. The service was pompt and courteous.
