Service Manager Kevin was extremely courteous & attentive when I took my 2016 Taurus in for service a few days ago. He explained what was needed and what was necessary for my vehicle and he even took a percentage of my bill! That was unexpected and highly appreciated! The cashiers Danielle and Regina were friendly as usual and were very courteous! These are some of reasons why I prefer to come to Ford for servicing. The staff and atmosphere are unsurpassed! Brought my Edge in for service Greeted promptly, service consultant understood my problem and the issue was resolved quickly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Update 8/27/2021 Returned my Edge as lease was up and leased a new Ford. If you need a new car go see Whimps at Hempstead Ford. He is the best and he will treat you right. The dealership is excellent. Seamless process from start to finish. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my car to this dealership for many years. Everyone is attentive and polite. I deal mostly with Karen who understands my car and the need to have it in always in peak running condition. Work is scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Time varies each visit depending on the amount of work to be performed. I purchased a new Ford Edge in December and the vehicle is great. The vehicle was in for routine maintenance and the auto butler treatment. Result was the vehicle is now showroom quality.

From start to finish, Hemptead Ford was a pleasure to deal with. There was none of the wasted time negotiating our lease agreement. Our salesman Evan was fantastic! I got the sense from the get-go that he was being honest and had integrity, which is not always the case. And the check-out process went just as smoothly with Frank and Mike (finance). I HIGHLY recommend Hempstead Lincoln Ford and would go back in a heart beat.

What an awesome experience I had at Hempstead Ford, from meeting my wonderful salesman Dennis Cullen, to ordering my Bronco and taking delivery. I knew I was in the right place. In all my years of buying cars I have never been so comfortable at a dealership like I am at Hempstead Ford. Even the financing was so easy and fast. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone, it was definitely worth the trip for me, as I live out east.
