Awful service ever! I DO NOT want to give Not even 1 star!! Never ever got a call back from the service department. I always had to call first again and again. Lastly, my car was not done in a time. They promised me they needed 2 full days for oil change, tire lotation and changing some engine parts ( I do not understand why they needed 2 full days!!!), and I needed my car; but not done in a time. The customer service is awful ever!!!! never want to go back. FORD sucks

I highly recommend you avoid bringing your car here for service. I scheduled an appointment for 2 factory recalls and in 2 days they did nothing. They didn’t replace the backup camera or the brake pedal bracket (both safety recalls). When I came to pick it up I asked if they could order the parts and call me when they come in. I was told I would have to reschedule an appointment and drop it off because the recalls required them to “inspect” the parts. That’s not how it works and I know this. If there’s a recall and the manufacturer sends you a letter saying it needs to be replaced why would it need to be inspected? So basically they had my car for a full 2 days and did absolutely nothing. Absolutely horrible service and I will never bring my car here again!

This is for the Parts department all I have had is great experiences ever since I started coming here for parts for my S197 mustang. My guy Josh Zendejas has been the best of help with every experience finding out what parts I need the clarification on these parts and even when I make a mistake on getting the wrong part he helps me right my wrongs and advises me on what we should do. I only like to deal with him personally because he knows who I am and even remembers what are my orders and how long it's gonna take for me to get them. Hemborg you guys are lucky to have him as one of your parts Associates!

Repair and customer service was excellent. Car was not washed when I picked it up... I guess I should not compare them with MB where cars are washed even after a bulb change. After the above feedback, I promptly got a followup call from ford and my 2nd visit was as good as it gets. 👍🏽 Thanks Luis !!. Highly appreciated.
