After having to replace a compressor it lasted less than five days. I found out later it was an off brand compressor. The staff refused to answer my calls about this matter. Absolutely the worse service I have ever received from Nissan and I am a four Nissan vehicle purchaser.

Although I was unable to purchase a car the day that I came in I was still extremely pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was nice. My experience began about 2 years ago. I was looking for a NVP 3500 van for my large family. I called Kenny Stelting to help. That may seem like an easy task but it wasn't! I wanted a used vehicle.I didnt realize they were so hard to find. Long story short, Kenny had people looking at auctions, on websites, and at other dealerships. Over the course of about a year we would text each other with updates. I did end up buying a new NVP from a different dealer.Only because they had a van. I had this van for less than a year and decided that i needed some different features. Well I called Kenny again. I knew he would remember me and he did. I told him what I needed. I knew it was a difficult task to get everything I needed and with the right payment. I've never seen anyone be so dedicated and work so hard! I gave up several times and thanked him for his work. Kenny never gave up! I have a great new van with the payment we needed. I would recommend this dealership and especially Kenny Stelting to work with. Even got all of my stickers off of my old van so I could put them on my new van! Thanks again Kenny!

We showed up for an 11 a.m. appointment 15 minutes early, we were promptly checked in. Since we had an 11 a.m. appointment she told us we'd be a priority service. About 12:35 they finally pulled our vehicle around for Servicing, when I questioned the service tech she said appointments were overbooked, I don't know what that means since a computer won't allow that to happen.We received our keys back just before 1 p.m. Thank God we had an appointment!! Poor management was the Exact reason we purchased the car somewhere else.

After months and months of trying to find the right car (it had to be a Nissan Altima or Maxima) to purchase, I finally did it. I went this past weekend and purchased my car and the salesman David was "OUTSTANDING". He made sure I left that dealership satisfied. After looking at a couple of cars that didn't catch my eye (because they weren't a Maxima or Altima) I can honestly say we found the Altima I had been wanting. It was perfect. I really appreciate the time he took out to help me find the car I really wanted and loved!! Thanks David again....you are the BEST!!

Love Headquarter Nissan! Have bought 3 cars with Kenny Stelting, and love the way we're treated. We were in a collision, in which we were hit from behind, and our Sentra was totalled. My husband and I did have injuries, but I feel the Nissan protected us better than many cars would have. I met with Mr. Devon Henry this past weekend and I didn't have a clue where to start or what to look for.I'm also very young and he made sure I left with clear knowledge of the car and the dealership routines. We searched for months to find the perfect car going to many different dealerships. Headquarter Nissan not only had clean the facilities they had kind and friendly representatives and excellent customer service. David Kelly helped us not on one-day but multiple day occasions. David not only knew the specs about Nissan cars but others as well, able to compare and contrast them for us. We bought our car at night and David encouraged us to come back the following day so he could put some gas in our vehicle. Great experience overall.

I am looking for a Ford F-150 or GMC Sierra truck and decided to stop by Headquarter Nissan and was approached by Mr. Steve Riley he immediately made me feel comfortable by talking with me and asking what I was looking for, I did not give a lot of details so he showed me a few vehicles, when I let him know a more detailed description of what I was looking for he realized that the specific vehicle I wanted they did not have, but he did tell me a few things about the Nissan Titan that I was not aware of, but I am sticking with American so it was interesting, but still not quite my preference (even though they are built in Tennessee, Mr. Riley thanks for that little nugget) Mr. Riley seemed to be very knowledgeable, but was not pushy and seemed very down to earth. We ended the conversation with him letting me know that if they did get a truck similar to what I was looking for he would give me a call, and if so I would definitely buy from him.

Well I met Devon Henry through a family member. When I found out he was a car salesman, I told him I was looking for a used SUV Truck. He assured me he could find me what I wanted. He gave me his card and he took my number and the next day he called me to come to the dealership to look at a Yukon. I knew when I saw it, it was the truck for me. I told him I had to get back to work and that I didn't have the time to complete everything today. His exact words were "no problem". He told me to return the next day and he would have the paperwork ready on the numbers we agreed on. When I went back the next day, I was able to go straight into financing and get back to my job in time. Steve and I had to buy a vehicle but were not sure what we wanted. After renting the Nissan Versa Note, we found that the awesome gas mileage was just what we needed. When we were driving through the lot at Headquarter Nissan, Kenny Stelting stopped us asking if we needed help and we talked with him for a few minute. We decided to return the next day and see Kenny, who is absolutely wonderful! First- do NOT buy a car from this dealership if you have PCS orders!! During our family's 3 and a half year tour at Benning we bought 3 cars from this dealership. I took the 2nd car in for an oil change and ended up trading up. Good luck getting a return call from them once you are out of state. You get shuffled around with a 'It's not my problem' attitude and a lot of unfulfilled promises. Our salesmen were Blake and Al, and finance lady Katie. Jessica in the title office was kind to send a bill of sale to new address since all paperwork was packed and stored with household goods during PCS move.

I have an older Nissan Maxima(2000). I was soon to upgrade to the 2015 Nissan Maxima which I was super excited about. But, recently my baby(2000) became dormant and would not start. I Had my car towed to A mechanic shop and they told me it had to do with my security system, and that only Nissan had the tools to fix it. Makes sense. So I gladly had my car towed to Nissan. This happens Wednesday on 08/12/2015. I was nervous because I had to work Friday, and they were saying that they probably weren't going to get to it until then. But that was fine it's NISSAN. Well, thank the Lord I was called the next day, Thursday and told that my issue was fixed and They programmed my key to allow me to drive, and that I could come by and get my car! Got my car, drove home Happy camper. Next day, tried to start up car car wouldn't start. I looked at my key and I realized the chip that was to be programmed was not present. Looked outside my car door. There it was! It fell out! Called Nissan they told me I had to get my key reprogrammed and that I would have to pay. Pay!? But it hasn't even been 24 hours, and this shows that the programming wasn't told properly. The front desk customer service rep puts me on the phone with the mechanic (Brittany Sides) who supposedly resolved my issue, and she tells me that my key was old and that I should of gotten a new one because that's what everyone does. My key is old? That's what everyone does? Why wasn't that recommended to me before I happily left the dealer? Why wasn't I told my key was so old before they programmed it so that I could request for s new key to be made? And why would you reprogram a key that is defective and 'old' if that's the case? She concludes to tell me that I am going to have to pay and that it cost money to reprogram even if I have the chip that fell out. This was a faulty job. Nissan did not take care of me properly and no one has money to dish out for a job done incorrectly. Nissan on Whittlesey Boulevard in Columbus, Ga did a poor job and is trying to con people out of their money. That is terrible! I am so upset that I am seriously considering switching dealers. I was shopping for a Honda Odyssey for my wife, and was on a tight budget. I seen a van I liked on their lot online, so I emailed them to see if it is still available. Got a call right back from the dealership letting me know it was still there and was connected with Joel, who was able to answer my questions about the vehicle. My salesman was Chris J. and he was very professional as well. He even called me the next day to see if everything was good with the van and make sure that I'm happy with it! THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I TALKED TO JOEL AND AGREED TO COME TO COLUMBUS CONCERNING A 2013 ALTIMA Stock #: N718715A. JOEL AGREED THAT MY OFFER OF $17000 WOULD BE ACCEPTED FOR THE VEHICLE. I CALLED JOEL ON FRIDAY AND HE DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. JOEL WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD NOT NEED ANY FINANCING FROM HEADQUARTERS NISSAN BECAUSE MY FINANCING WAS ALREADY SECURED FROM A LOCAL BANK. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANOTHER SALESMAN BY THE NAME OF DEVON, WHO MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONVINCE ME TO USE THEIR FINANCING WHICH I REPEATEDLY REFUSED EVEN THOUGH HE KEPT INSISTING. I HAVE A PREVIOUS WORK HISTORY WITH BANKS. I KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. DEVON WANTED ME TO USE THEIR FINANCING SIMPLY BECAUSE THIS WOULD ALLOW HEADQUARTERS NISSAN TO MANIPULATE THE PROCESS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. PERHAPS THE INTENT WAS TO PLAY WITH THE NUMBERS SO THAT HEADQUARTERS COULD INCREASE THEIR PROFITABILITY. I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH AND I WAS WELL PREPARED FOR WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD. APPARENTLY, DEVON WAS EXPECTING ME TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR PLAN, AS MOST OBVIOUSLY DO! WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP, JOEL WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. MY PAPER WORK HAD BEEN HANDED OFF TO DEVON HENRY WHO WAS THE SALESMAN THAT HAD CALLED ME EARLIER AND HAD MADE AN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO PERSUADE ME TO USE THE FINANCING THAT HEADQUARTER NISSAN OFFERED. DEVON ADVISED ME THAT JOEL WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT THAT JOEL AND MYSELF HAD SPOKEN OF EARLIER. DEVON AGAIN ATTEMPTED TO GET ME TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR FINANCING. I REFUSED! I REMINDED DEVON OF WHAT MYSELF AND JOEL HAD TALKED ABOUT. DEVON THEN TRIED TO GET ME TO PICK OUT A DIFFERENT VEHICLE. I STATED THAT IF THE OFFER THAT JOEL AND I HAD AGREED TO IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, I AM GOING TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT MAKING ANY FURTHER PLANS TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER VEHICLE. I WAS REMINDED AGAIN THAT HEADQUARTERS WAS NOT ABLE TO DO AS WE HAD PREVIOUSLY AGREED. THIS WAS A LOW DOWN SALES TACTIC THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET NOR LET GO! I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AFTER BEING LIED TO AND DISRESPECTED. I HAD MADE THE HALF HOUR DRIVE IN VAIN BASED ON A LIE BY JOEL. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HEADQUARTERS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE BOTTOM LINE, "MONEY"! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOTHING BUT A FACADE WHOSE ONLY INTEREST IS TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF THE CUSTOMER AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. DEALING WITH HEADQUARTER NISSAN IS LIKE DEALING WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. THEIR PROMISES ARE EMPTY AND THEIR ATTEMPTS TO SMOOTH OVER THEIR INDISCRETIONS ARE PLENTIFUL! ANY CONTACT WITH A CUSTOMER AFTER A COMPLAINT IS ONLY TO MINIMIZE THE ISSUE AND SAVE FACE WITH ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND THE PUBLIC AT HAND! THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF DISHONESTY AND TOTALLY LACKS ANY INTEGRITY! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT EVEN CONCERNED THAT THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE HAS LIED! THERE APPEARS TO BE NO CONCERN BECAUSE LYING IS A COMMON ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE AT HEADQUATERS NISSAN! ANY DEALERSHIP THAT IS WILLING TO BLATANTLY DISRESPECT A CUSTOMER, DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!

Everytime I come to this dealership I am treated as if I'm the most important customer, especially with Mr. Byrd. I purchased an altima last year at this dealership and Mr. Byrd was my salesman, so when I decided to upgrade my vehicle in June 2014 I knew exactly which saleman I wanted. Its never any pressure with him, he gives great advice, he goes above and beyond, and he also puts your shopping experience at ease. I am always treated with great customer service when I come whether it is to see the Service department or Sales. The service department takes care of any issue I might have right away. Sometime I might have to wait about an hour if it is something like an oil change and they have a line of customers.

We went to the dealership late in the evening on a Saturday. Not really expecting much of an experience and just going to look around as we had not decided, we were greeted by Jim! He was smiling and eager to help us, little did he know how stubborn I am! He continued with the upbeat attitude working many different options until we were satisfied with the price and able to come out with the lifetime warranty. This is an excellent selling point for me as we drive many miles per year in our vehicle. Jim was with us the whole time. I even enjoyed the experience with the finance manager. He was quick and friendly. Though we were there late, they did not make us feel like we were an inconvenience. I have purchased about 7 cars in the past 12 years and this has been one of the smoothest transactions. Thanks for the experience!!

Our Salesman Brian Monshoun. He was AMAZING. He was very helpful the entire way through. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Thank you for reminding me why I DON'T bring my car to get serviced by you. I had an appointment on March 20, 2014 to determine what the noise was in my car. I was told that it was a $109 to diagnose the problem. Okay, whatever. I agreed. My appointment was at 8:15 A.M. I dropped my car off at 8:00. I was not called back to EVEN TELL ME WHAT THE ISSUE WAS until 4:00 that afternoon. One of the issues I was told was bad struts. Not true! It ended up being CV axles. That is not the 1/2 of it. The next day (March 21st) I was called as a "follow up" to ask if the multipoint inspection was reviewed with me. Ummmmm. No! I was just told where to go get my paperwork and pay for my car. The lady apologized and told me that was not how they did business and that someone would call me back. Well........... today is March 28th and no one as called me and I don't have paperwork to show they did a multi - point inspection. So sad!

Was looking for a used vehicle when I found this dealership. Walked in and said I want to test drive some trucks, the first thing Kenny did was take me out to all of them and we found which one I liked (2012 Nissan Frontier). He handed me the keys and we took it for a test drive. He even let me take it off road to see how it handled in the mud. The price was reasonable and they will work with you to bring it to something you feel comfortable with. They also bought my used car at about what Kelly Blue Book had for it. Kenny is a great salesman and worked to get me everything I wanted including all weather mats and to come up on the price for my used car. Overall I had a great experience and the atmosphere was very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great used vehicle.

I read the review .and I thought this was a good place to help me with a car and this was my first time...I stop by the dealership in November 2014 to meet Frankie . he has send me a E- mail I did not have a lot of time I want to let him know I was looking for a SUV and my budget for monthly payment and he can call me if he can find me a suv in my price... he got me a sale person and I was Told If I could wait they has me a suv and it was in my budget . than he came back and said he could not find it.. but it was another car on the rack just wait .. I went out side and told my daughter to come in .the car came and when I saw it I know it was not in my budget. .but the sale person said yes it was.. .you can test drive it... I did .. I ask two time can you tell me how much is this car. all he did was talk about what all the car can do .. I guess he thought if I drove this car I will like it so much it did't matter how much it was..when we got back to the Nissan.. I ask again.. he said I will have to go ask. now if this was in my budget you will not have to ask.. the car was a 100.00 dollar over my budget and it did not stop there .. they ask if my daughter can help me ..I said NO..I have to stay in my budget...put my name on this paper saying this is what I can pay.. did this two times still not in my budget . I was told this was a blessing for God ,and he will help me .. again to put my name on this paper saying I would get this car today at the price I can pay and to give my bank card for a low down payment took my card ... no body came back.. My time has run out.. I as to go and find the sale person and tell him. I could not do this any more and I has to wait until he can find out who took my bank card.. and that person was at a table talking with another person... ....there was car's I have see on line did not show them to me ..... I needed a car and I though they could help me Nissan have a lot of good review but ..this experience was bad.....

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier Truck. Frankie Schurg and his team truly understand the meaning of providing red carpet treatment. I have to admit, that after purchasing several vehicles online in recent years I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of haggling over price. I was also amazed at both the great selection of vehicles and the professionalism of the staff. They were all very personable and approachable. Frankie Schurg and his team really understand what customer service truly is as the buying experience felt like red carpet treatment all the way! I was so please with the help that I receive at Headquarter Nissan of Columbus from the time I walked in the door, Darryl Bird made sure he knew my purpose of purchasing this truck, I inform him that I wanted it to be able to my boat, I also inform him, that I couldn't afford a new truck so he fixed me up with a used one, this was a truck that I could afford and really liked, this truck was a 2012 Titan with only 3500 miles, I couldn't ask for a better deal then that, all of my fishing club members watch me just ride on by getting to the lake. While I was deployed to Afghanistan my wife went shopping for a new truck to surprise me with. She was nervous as she has never purchased a new vehicle, and I was out of the country. Update - 02/09/14I got a big scratch on my car after a few weeks.While buying the car they said dent, ding, scratches will be fixed for free for 1 year.When I took my car to get the scratch fixed it's deeper than a scratch and they said they will charge me $100. When I asked why they did not let me know about such clauses beforehand, Daryl said everybody knows what a scratch is.2) My car got registered in wrong name since the tag office spelled my last name wrong. When I asked the person that communicates with the tag office from HQ Nissan's office, she said it was not her mistake and the mistake happened at tag office. Daryl does nto even respond to emails anymore. It's bee over 2 months and my car is still registered in wrong name. Even if it not their mistake, they could at least guide me since they are the people that communicate with tag office regularly.

I was considering buying a new car and so was my Mom; but we both though next year at the earliest. My Mom and I went shopping after Christmas sales and she decided to go to the car dealership-but was not intending to buy today. Joel Tischler was the first salesman to approach us and drove us around on a golf cart to look at SUVs. David Walters assisted him once we entered the show room. When we entered the Headquarter Nissan showroom, the staff was very nice. David worked with my Moms entire information and helped her with a great deal. I was kind of nervous about getting a car because dealerships are generally out for themselves. Mr. Tischler and Mr. Walters were very patient and made my experience at Nissan very pleasant. I visited HQ Nissan, Columbus, GA, this week, not really intending to purchase immediately. I brought my girlfriend to help me. As we all know car dealers are normally high pressure. Allen approached us and I shared with him several issues of concern with regard to purchasing a new vehicle. Within the first 10 minutes, he introduced us to Frankie Schurg, who obviously had many years of experience and was Allen's mentor. I believe Allen had worked there for three months, however he was very professional. Frankie was by far the best in the business regarding: getting to know the customer, his/her needs and concerns, and putting the customer at ease. I could go on and on. I ended up buying a Murano that day and absolutely love it. If I had not had such lovely and professional salesmen, I would not have purchased that day. I already own a 350 Z and have researched Nissan for years. They are great cars and if taken care of will last forever. Our sales associate Mr. James Puff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we wanted--the Versa Note. He described in detail the functions and workings of the engine, storage area (which was quite large by the way), brakes, the continuously variable transmission, active grille shutter, power-assisted brakes, traction control system, Bluetooth phone system (even though we are slow in 'coming of age'), and many more features too numerous to mention. We often stop by to charge up and he always makes time to come and move vehicles in the way or help unlock the charger. Both my Mother in Law and Wife are extremely satisfied as well. I was only there to browse their new and used car lots and compare prices to what I had seen at other dealerships in the area. But after meeting and having a conversation with Mr. Daryl Byrd I was ready to buy a car. He had such GREAT people skills, friendly, customer orientated and didnt pressure me, which is what I didnt want as a customer. Mr. Byrd didnt treat me like a customer he treated me as if I was a friend or family. He didn't pitch me a "salesman" speech, he only stated facts, gave me advice, answered all of my questions and concerns, and in the end he told me the ultimated decision was mine, and that he wasnt there to make money but to help me get into a new reliable car. If someone wants to purchase a new car and have an extremely positive experience, then go to Headquarter Nissan and ask for Devon Henry. A couple of weeks ago, our son, who lives in Tuscaloosa, came to Columbus for the weekend. While he was here, he mentioned that his wife needed a new car and that she really was interested in purchasing a Toyota Highlander but wanted to test drive the Nissan Pathfinder first. I had met Terry Bell (owner and General Manager of Headquarter Nissan) several weeks prior and made arrangements to meet with him the weekend my son was in Columbus. When we arrived at Headquarter Nissan, we were met by the James Stallworth, who introduced us to Devon. From that point forward, we could not have been treated any better! My husband and I went in to Headquarter Nissan, with the intent of using a pre-approved loan. The process took a total of 6 hours total, spread over two days, but the time was well worth the wait. Devon Henry went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. He was friendly, he walked us through each step, making sure we understood everything that was going on, and even helped us negotiate with the insurance company. The Finance Department was extremely flexible in working with us to put us in the car we wanted, at a price we could afford. My car had broke down on 5-5-13 and I was so devastated. I went directly to HQ Nissan to see what kind of stylish, yet very reasonable car I could afford. I was met by shawn sadruddin and he showed me multiple cars in my price range. He was very patient and I loved how was not the typical sales person by being pushy. I test drove a 2012 nissan sentra and fell in love with it. I returned on 5-6-13 to see what they could do as far as getting me into the car. shawn worked very hard at meeting my needs and he fought to get me the best interest rate and payment. On May 31st 2013......around 3:00 in the afternoon my husband and I were in a very bad mood. We were turned down by other dealers ..either not enough credit or the prices were too high ...but with that ,we already set in our head that we were already going get let down again. Walking into Headquarter Nissan two angels walked up to us and helped us. Told us to give them an hour and we were not going to walk out empty handed. So we waited ....all the while they were very attentive and kept us updated on what was going on. They came out and told us we were good!! The service we received today was excellent... My husband had been looking on-line, checking out SUV dealerships. He has been looking at the Nissan Pathfinder for several months now and finally decided to go and inspect one in person. Although, when we were approached by the Greeter we said, " we was just looking". Guess what? We ended up buying after a test drive with Mr.Tim Fair. I purchased a 2012 nissan juke in december of 2011. It has been in for repairs multiple times since purchase date. The motor had to be replaced after a recall was checked just a month earlier. The windshield wiper fluid dosen't work. And now, with a "new" motor it's back. It died while driving down the interstate. Wouldn't start , had to be jump started by state patrol, skipped and puttered all the way to the dealership. I'm disgusted $26000.00 and 17 months later. This is a shameful thing to do to a four time nissan buyer. I also bring my toddler with me when having the jukes regular service. The playroom that adjoins the service waitingroom, smells of vomit and urine. And even worse is filled with broken toys with lots of sharp edges.And always has for 17 months. This is ridiculous!

Joey Tyson was straight foward and very easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable while I was their the finance team was very friendly and helpful. I liked dealing with Joey because he knew what I was there for and he made it happen without making me wait and play the "car game". I had a wonderful experience at Head Quarter Nissan in Columbus, GA! Devon and Joey helped me to be able to get into the hottest car on the lot!! I love my new 2013 Sentra SR! These two guys went above, above, above and way beyond for me!! They took extra time with me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted and they made me an "offer I couldn't refuse"! Walking into HQ Nissan was a breath of fresh air in terms of old fashion customer service. I was greeted with a real smile by everyone and the sales person Al Taylor was an exceptional person with a caring personality, knowledgable about product and extended his self beyond the call of duty to meet the customer needs. I have never experienced this caliber of service and I must say it was a great encounter and he just know how to make you feel at ease and very comfortable. The main thing that stood out about Al Taylor is when I told him the type of Truck I wanted with all the various features he diligently went to work and would not quite until I was totally satisfied with my new 2012 Titan truck with all the bells and whistles and that was an awesome moment for me. Since there isn't an Infiniti dealership close by I started taking my Infiniti FX35 to this Nissan dealership every time I needed anything for it whether it be an oil change or if I have questions about warranty work. When I originally stopped by the dealership, I was only interested in looking at cars for price comparison. I explained this to the salesperson, Devon. Although I expressed the fact that I was not ready to buy right away, Devon was still very helpful. He let me test drive a few vehicles. It seems as though his goal was to ensure that I left as a satisfied customer. Devon treated me with the utmost respect and was very courteous. Many of the dealerships that I stopped by in the area were not as courteous when I explained that I was only window shopping. It seems as though their level of enthusiasm dropped as soon as they realized that they were not going to make a sale. Behavior like this usually turns people of from car dealers. The fact that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle on the day that I visited Headquarter Nissan did not deter Devon Henry from treating me like a valued customer. Devon was very friendly and comes across as a real people person - eager to impress without letting his morals slip. This has placed Headquarter Nissan of Columbus as #1 on my list when I come back to purchase a car.

I brought my XTerra in on a Saturday for a much needed tune up. Since it was going to take the weekend to get all the work done on it, they gave me a rental and said my truck would be ready on Monday. Monday comes and there is still work to that needs to be done, they ran into some issues. Fully understandable. The service station close of business came and I didn't have my truck back. They kept me informed of what it was they were having issues with and the progress they had. The mechanics stayed late and I made arrangements with them to keep the truck until the next day, make sure all the work was complete and satifactory and that I would pick up my truck on Tuesday. Excellent and curtious service.

A month ago, my wife and I went to HQN looking for a vehicle for her. We found an automobile that she liked and we had the opportunity to meet Shawn Sadruddin. We left short of making a deal because my wife was not completely certain that the car had everything that she wanted. 2 weeks later I returned to HQN to buy that same vehicle to surprise her, but I was the one surprised. Learning that the vehicle had already been sold. If it had not been for Shawn calling me and checking on us, I probably would have purchased the vehicle elsewhere since we had found a similar vehicle in another city. However, when Shawn broke the news to me that the car was gone, he informed me that he could get exactly what I wanted in two days. At this point I felt like there was no way that he can do this in two days. Surprised again... Shawn called me and told me to come pick up the car. When we arrived on the lot, Shawn met us on the floor and walked us to the vehicle, it had just been completely detailed inside and out, and it was exactly what he had promised. After an hour, my wife drove off of the lot with her new Altima Coupe. She and I are both pleased beyond measure, with the level of professionalism Shawn displayed. Tim Fair is the salesman for anyone who does not want pressure, the run-around or price changing in their car buying process. My husband and I have been looking for 3 months for a car. I went to Headquarter Nissan after seeing a 2010 Nissan Sentra online. I called, spoke with Devon Henry. Upon arrival, he was at the door waiting for me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was extremely patient and helpful in my selection. The signing of the paper work was a process, but he stayed with us till everything was complete (we didn't leave till about 10:00 p.m.). I went back to the dealership about 4 days after getting my vehicle to have the sticker removed out of the back window, and when Devon was advised that my car had a strong cigarette odor in it (from the previous owner, as I don't smoke), as soon as he was made aware of the air filter needing to be changed, he took care of the issue immediately. Its a wonderful feeling to know that when he told us on the day of our purchase "I'm here for you", he didn't just mean until the paper work was signed. Its a great feeling to have a relationship with my salesman, and to know that I can go back and be remembered by name and not just another sale. I would highly recommend Devon to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, as you can be guaranteed that the excellent customer service doesn't end once you sign for your vehicle. I will return again when I'm ready to purchase a new car and will deal with Devon directly.

Blew me away really! I thought I would get the "typical car salesman" attitude when I came here. Salesman was patiently persistent if you can believe that in a car salesman. During the month and a half of car shopping and comparing process, Mr. Stelting called me once a week to check in on me. Was very polite, not over-bearing like a lot of car salesmen. Once I was 90% sure of the right vehicle he made sure the car would be available and ready for test drive upon arrival. He had the car parked out front and ready when we arrived. Was very thorough with explanations on features that were new to me. Dealership was very nice, very accommodating.

I previously went to another dealership and was embarressed at how they treated me when I did not qualify for a vehicle. I am in the military and desperatly needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work. Due to the last experience I had at a dealership I was unsure that I wanted to go through it again. I saw commercial on my local station and went to the website and looked at all of the vehicles that they had to offer. I filled out an online finance application and was called within the hour. From the time I walked in the dealership I received a warm welcome and when I met Damon he was eager to have my needs satisfied. He had an array of knowledge reagarding the cars on the lot and was extremely patient with me with dealing with my child. I recommend this dealership along with Jeff and muguels customer service if you are ever looking for a new or used car. I was in and out within two hours. I must say I am impressed with the staffs friendliness and professionalism along with very hard work in whatever it is one may need for their car whether its a purchase or service on your car. My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra. After looking at a few on the lot and driving one, my wife was certain this was the car for her. One problem: they did not have the color and options she wanted on the lot. Well, a great sales representative by the name of Kenneth Cunningham was there to assist. He answered all questions thoroughly with NO pressure, located the exact model my wife wanted at another dealership and made the negotiation and paperwork process easy. I had to bring in my Murano for a couple of recalls. Overall the experience was good. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I do have to complain about the wait time. I made an appointment for 11:00 and when I showed back up at 5:00 my car was not ready and I was told that it was just started on. Plus one of the recalls I brought the car in for a part would have to be ordered. So what was the point of making an appointment. I really can't be without my car for another day. Hopefully Head Quarter Nissan will offer a loaner car this time...

Fast service. Carrie had me in and out in less than an hour for my oil change and 25 point inspection. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend HQ Nissan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Part of service was not done after an oil change. I had to leave and return since it was lunch time and busy. It took about an hour to get my car back for a four point wheel alignment. Carrie was great, just do not know what happened to the repair process.

I did not have an appointment to bring my car in, but Carrie said that she would make sure that my oil was changed and she also informed me that they had a great employee that could restore my headlights tona like new condition. I was very impressed with the timing of my repair and the headlights looked practically brand new. Once I arrived to pick my Murano up Christopher Thomas notice that I had a scratch down the length of my drivers side and he said that if I had 30 minutes that he could make that look fairly new again also. I agreed to let him see if he could correct the issue. I had my doubts because I had hit the bumper of another car and assumed that the damage would have to require a body shop. After about 30 minutes Carrie Ellis took me to my cat and I was amazed at the way it shined and the scratches where gone. I have always had good service at Headquarter Nissian and I will continue to have my car serviced there. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable in what they was assisting me in. I would have to say that the only problem I have ever had there would be the lack of personnel at the cashier counter. Each time I have been in I would have to walk around and find someone to check me out.Carol Pylant

I bought my 2012 Nissan Maxima from Headquarter Nissan and it was a great experience. This is the first dealership that I've dealt with that has gone out of their way to make sure I am happy and satisfied when I leave. There is a dealership in the city where I live but I prefer to drive over to Headquarter because I like the service I receive. Kevin Ingram is the service advisor that's helped me since I bought the car and he is all I could ask for. They give follow-up calls after you receive service to make sure all went well. They truly are the best!

I been shopping around for a new vehicle at several different dealerships but no one gave me a deal I just could not refuse. I went into get my maxima serviced and begin talking to a salesman, Mr. Reilly Chunn. I didn't really come in to buy a car, although I needed and wanted. Mr. Reilly Chunn gave me a deal I could not refuse and I bought me a brand new truck! The customer service was awesome. It took no time at all to process the paperwork and drive the truck home. Had a great experience!. Reilly Chunn at Headquarter Nissan was excellent to deal with and applied absolutely no pressure. Everthing happened on our schedule. Not like other dealerships I have dealt with. My wife and I had such a great experience we went to purchase one but brought home two new vehicles.

I came in the front door immediately I was welcome with smiles felt like they wanted me there second I was greeted by a young black gentlemen named James I thought was a salesperson found out he was a manger very out going and willing to help me told me all his sale people was helping other customer that he would take care of me until then and did.
