I had been in the market for a new truck for a few weeks and finally found one that fit my budget with all of the features I was looking for after sifting through cars.com listings (and trust me there were a lot). I usually stay away from large brand name dealerships as I don't like how most of them pressure you to buy or sell outside of your budget. That was not the case with Hastings Automotive at all. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who connected me with Dan. I told him which truck I was looking for and he said it was still on the lot. We took her for a test drive and I fell in love, I bought the truck that day and have been happy, with no issues since. They made me feel like family and I never felt like they were forcing me to buy. I will purchase all of my vehicles here in the future and will refer friends & family so they can enjoy their next car buying experience as much as I did. My GPS did not work properly. Your main service department representatives said i needed to update my maps at a cost of about $250 and continued to recommend that. However, your mechanic adjusted the antenna and looked at the system and fixed it promptly. I am pleased with the mechanic and not particularly pleased with the service representative.

Vehicle took 9 days to delver, as we had to wait for the dealer trade process. In our situation, it worked okay, but I could see how that could put out others.Still waiting for the add-ons to be installed. We purchased another vehicle from a metro ford dealer, and similar items were completed within 3 days, as a point of reference.

Did a really good job and made sure I had transportation, while my F-150 was in the shop for repairs. My truck was in the shop for a week. The only recommendation I would have is, contact the customer just to give them an update and let them know when you think their vehicle will be ready. I only heard from someone the day I dropped it off and the day the work was completed.

We have a 2011 Ford Taurus. Had to have car towed. Was told they would most likely get it looked at next day, but that evening we had a call. To make a long story short, had to have engine replaced. Hastings Ford had the car finished way before the original date of completion. Very courteous in dealing with us. As long as we live here, we will deal with Hastings Ford.

I had looked for a truck for 5 months and something always didnt feel right. I went to Hastings ford hesitant because of my past experiences. This t4uck was the first Ford i had driven after driving 4 other chevy/GMC trucks at other dealers. I was very delighted when i got there. Dave was great. I bought my f150 a week later after Dave tried his best getting me the best deal at the best interest rate. I love my truck and will definitely go back. I even got more features than i had expected to get on this truck. Fords do drive better than the chevy or GMC in my opinion.

We found a used vehicle online and sent in a request to be contacted. We received an email from the dealership and also a phone call from Will, the salesman. He scheduled an appointment with us for the next day and came in on his day off. Even though we won't be using the facility for servicing since we live 2 1/2 hours away, it was nice to get a tour of the facility. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I got to the dealership the salesperson showed me the car and its options and found the best way for me to pay for it with their financing with one of their banks they use. They got me a great rate that was better than I could get at my own credit union. They had great service records on the car and also showed me what they did to it before the listed it for sale. The Sales Managers have been great as well and very fair on my trade in values along with pricing on the vehicles I purchased.
