Easy to do business with. Very polite. They treat you like a neighbor and friend and not only want to do business with you now, but in the future as well. Would recommend them. If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for, let them know what you want and they will work hard to find it. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and they were able to find what I was looking for in a very short time and at a very fair price.

I was recently in the market for a used Jeep with very specific requirements, to the point I was searching nationwide. I was willing to fly/drive as required to get the best deal. This is the second time I have searched nationwide for a vehicle, previously purchasing from a very large Ford dealership in Houston, TX. Luckily, I came across Harvest Auto (only an 8 hour drive) with a Jeep meeting my exact requirements. With being a long-distance shopper, I couldn't just swing by to check out the vehicle. I called and talked with Dan and explained my situation. He was very professional and provided me with every detail I needed for the Jeep, all the way down to the axle ratio. He sent me pictures of every little scratch or mark and detailed pictures of under the Jeep. He was very patient and honest, not pressuring me to buy or fishing for information to use in negotiations. I had talked to multiple of dealers about similar Jeeps and was expecting the same run-around with price because I was shopping over the phone. Surprisingly, when it came time to talk about price, Dan was very straight-forward and negotiated a price that was below any other dealer's offer. Other dealers would drag on the price negotiations until I would waste hours or days and still be very far from each other. I had also tried to solidify sales with other dealers that would say "out-the-door" but tack on extra fees in the final paperwork, but Dan's out-the-door price was exactly what I paid. When it was time to get the Jeep, Dan and Harvest Auto were able to accommodate picking me up from the airport in Lincoln to save me from needing a cab (unlike my previous experience with a much larger Ford dealership right next to the airport in Houston). Once at the dealership, they gave me the keys to the Jeep and all the time I needed to inspect and test drive, occasionally checking in to answer the questions I had. Nobody held my hand, or looked over my shoulder throughout the inspection. The entire staff at Harvest Auto was very friendly and never pressured me to buy the vehicle, it was a surprisingly relaxed and stress-free experience. I felt like I was working with a group of friends, more concerned about making sure the vehicle was right for me. That is an experience that I have never encountered at a dealership, until Harvest Auto. Everyone I met was very professional and focused on building a relationship, not pretending just to make a sale. I would highly recommend Harvest Auto. I have never dealt with a dealership and had such a stress-free and enjoyable experience, buying a car or not. The 4-stars vs 5 for facilities was purely due to having a smaller lot, full of vehicles. It is simply to be expected with a smaller dealership.

Just recently bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from this dealership. I had a great experience. The thing that stood out to me was how they weren't pushy at all. They did not try to sell you on a vehicle. It's nice not having a salesman try to sell you their most expensive car on the lot. They were able to work on a good price for my truck and my trade in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just want to give a huge thank you to all the guys at harvest auto! We were in the market for 1 vehicle and ended up coming home with two. Not only were they fair on our trade in values but anything that needed fixed or repaired on both trucks was taken care of. I can't say enough about how welcomed we felt, and how down to earth these guys are!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. And I have no doubt we will definitely be back in the future. Just want to say a big thank you for everything! You guys rock!

I live in Texas but was looking for a specific car and the team at Harvest made it very easy. They found a great deal on the exact model I was looking for and made sure it was in great condition. Even being out-of-state, they made the buying process very efficient. I love the car and would definitely buy through them again!

The staff was very friendly and polite, didn't end up buying the truck we came to look at but will definitely keep them on the list when I am looking again.
