It was near the end of my lease and i started to research the new Sonatas and i couldn't resist. So i called the internet department and scheduled an appointment and they set me up with Ryan Porter! Ryan was great from start knew what i wanted from the internet department and he had the exact car i wanted pulled up for me when i got here from start to finish Ryan answered all my questions and i couldnt be happier with my 3rd purchase from Haddad Hyundai!! He did not jump down my throat, or pressure me into buying anything. We went inside and he sat down with me to look at cars that would be the best fit for me and low and behold I left with a car and at the price I wanted! I would definitely purchase from them again

Anthony helped me find my new baby. Purchasing a new or used vehicle was not something I planned. I absolutly loved my car. Ant knew that and took the time too look for a few cars that would fit what I wanted. I test drove cars and I was so distracted and uncertain he could see what car i felt more comfortable before I did. He spent all day working to get me my car all set up, and his boss whom I forgot his name had everything ready to go and signed within minutes and I had my new car. Just like that. Anthony was great in helping me find my new car. I did not plan this and this was not easy for me as I loved my car so much. He took so much time to look into which cars he thought would be best for me on what information I gave him. He has 2 cars picked out and he could see which car I felt conformable before I even did. He was just so patient with me and my needs and when I did decide it happened so fast I could not believe I left with my car that same day. Brandy and her sales team at Haddad Hyundai were very accommodating and pleasant during my time looking at, test driving, and purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV. As I was driving by the gleam of the Used Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye as it glimmered in the sunshine!!! I drove around the block and had to go back to check it out in person. The process went extremely well and by the end of the afternoon I had officially traded in my old beat up Jeep Grand Cherokee and drove home with my new one. Eli Yousef helped me this week with purchasing a used car. Not only did did he find me a good deal when the original car I was interested in wasn't available, but he was pleasant, supportive, and clear. In addition, he was understanding of my financial situation, respectful of my novice carbuyer status and woman buying a car alone (a legitimate problem with many dealerships). He and the other team members stayed late on a Friday evening after my appointment to complete the purchasing process for me. The initial visit to the Haddad Hyundai dealership was very welcoming. After meeting with Brandy Young and discussing my new car preferences, she found the perfect match for my requirements at the dealership. I had been shopping other dealerships to narrow down a car that would meet my needs in safety, quality, good styling and affordability. I test drove the Elantra and said it was a contender in making a final buying decision, but since the car was for my wife, she would be the one to make the final decision. We returned to the dealership a few more times and my wife did the test drives. She became very comfortable with the car, more than with any other she had driven. We made the decision that the 2017 Elantra was the right car for us. The next step of negotiating a price and selecting a financing package was surprisingly easy. The new car registration and final delivery was the best I had ever experienced. All personnel we had contact with were very well trained and gracious in there guidance to find the right car for my wife and myself. We especially thank Brandy for the patience she had as we struggled to make a decision and Billy Ellsworth for offering the deal that locked in our purchase of our 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited.

I have dealt with Haddad multiple times now and have had terrible service each time. I have trouble getting my calls returned after I have already purchased the car and am waiting to pick it up, and I have been blatantly lied to about certain things. Dealership is very unorganized and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. It's unfortunate that they have great cars because their salesmen are terrible to work with. If you are buying a car from them, know all of your information and be prepared to do most of the legwork yourself.

I had no credit & couldn't get financed anywhere. Dealers wouldn't even look at me twice. Then I went to Haddad Hyundai & met Zach. He took the time to find a car I liked at a payment I could afford. Drove here all the way from Lake George to meet with Eli who was nice enough to come in on his day off to help me buy my dream car. I didnt think that I would ever get financed for the car I actually wanted but instead of trying to put me into something different he worked his magic and got me financed for the car I have always wanted. I cant express how much of a great experience I had at Haddad Hyundai. I went down to the store on east street in search of a new truck unsure if I was going to be able to find anything that suited my needs and especially my price range. I told my sales rep Vinny Barile who was on his first week of the job, that I was looking for a 4 door truck that's good on gas. He immediately had a truck in mind and brought it to me. I loved it, I knew if I could get it for the right price and monthly payment I was driving it home as soon as I left. After I test drove the truck I sat down with Billy Ellsworth the finance manager and Justin Casey the sales manager they then went to work and got me right where I needed to be for my payment and the price I wanted and it was a done deal that easy. They switched the plates and I cleared out my old truck and my sales rep Vinny even helped. Thank you everyone I couldn't be anymore happier with the truck great service.

I was having car trouble with my old car. Instead of putting more money into it i decided i needed to just buy a new car. I was approached by Shanna who has dealt with some of my family just recently. She made an appointment with me to go over the options i had and really i wasnt even planning to buy a car at that point, just wanted to look around. When i got there, she was busy with another customer so she had her coworker, Eli, talk to me and get me started. Eli was a great saleman. I told him what i was looking for within a certain price range and he showed me a list of cars that fit. Unfortunately, all of the all wheel drive vehicles had higher miles on them which isnt was i was looking for. He came across a 2010 hyundai elantra touring. he gave me the all of the information i needed to know about the car. it wasnt all wheel drive but i thought it would be a great pick. i test drove it and instantly became a fan. Needless to say, i bought the car. Eli and Shanna both took care of me the three days i was purchasing the car. They both checked up on me and updated me about the car. I had mentioned it to a friend that I work with that I was interested in a new car. Told her what I was looking for and within minutes she had an answer from her boyfriend that sold me the car (Ian) that he found a few vehicles that he thought I would be interested in. The following day I came up with my husband and test drove the Jeep and fell in love with it. When it came to talking about money and the purchasing process Billy the manager and Ian worked with my needs and I couldn't have been anymore delighted! The next day I am officially the owner of this 2012 Jeep Liberty and I am very excited. Ian and Billy are both extremely professional gentlemen and I plan on coming back for any other future purchases!!

I know they have to be friendly, but they don't have to be THAT friendly and easy to work with. I never felt any pressure to do anything I didn't want to. They could have treated me differently--I was buying a used car for a very low price, but instead I felt like they worked as hard to get me in that car and were just as kind as they would have been to someone buying a new car for three times the price. They even impressed my father, who isn't easily impressionable! I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a car, new or old, start at Haddad. I know you won't go any further.

The Haddad staff were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The Service was completed in the amount of time quoted. The repair solved the problem that I brought the car in for. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and overall it was a very good experience. They even had a few toys that my 18 month old granddaughter could play with!!!

My wife and I brought our 06 Sonata to look at used Suv's. Elli User and Jordan Anderson were very courteous and discussed what we wanted. We were looking at Kia's, Hyundai's and Subaru's. We were shown 3 used 2013 Hyundai's. Elli showed us several of the car's features and offered to let us take it home to see if it would easily hold my wife's music equipment. We had just started looking and did not want to commit to a purchase. He offered to let us take the car for a ride. When we returned we asked what we could get it for with our 06 as trade. I purchased my Elantra in July of 2011 and was satisfied with the car until winter arrived with slippery, snowy roads which to my dismay, I was unable to navigate safely or with any confidence with alot of slipping & sliding, fishtailing & tires spinning when trying to pull out on bad roads. I contacted Hyundai service with which I felt was a legitimate complaint about the quality of the tires but was just told that they recommended buy snow tires which I have never had to do with good all season tires and certainly didn't feel it was a good investment to invest in snow tires on a leased vehicle nor could I afford the expense. I got through that winter ok because it was so mild but last winter wasn't so kind and I found myself on many occasions opting not to drive, asking for rides from family & friends & even taking the bus to work. So, this year I decided I wanted more from my vehicle, that it should perform much better than it had and that at the very least, the dealership should replace these low profile tires for something safer and sturdier for a good price but again was basically told that the tires were fine that I just needed to "get snow tires for winter which is what most people do". I contacted Haddad via internet message and Adam responded within a few hours, I told him my dilemma and he said he would like to help. I went in to talk to a salesperson about the GT model which had sturdier tires & better clearance but when the salesmanager, Bill worked the #'s, it wasn't anywhere near what I could afford for a monthly payment. Adam called me the day after to ask about my experience and I told him that they couldn't come close to the monthly payment I needed and he apologized and asked me to come back to talk to Justin Casey the GM & that he wanted to help me and would definitely make sure I got the best deal he could offer. After a couple of weeks of Adam keeping in touch and encouraging me to come in again, I did come in (11/29) and Justin introduced to Ian Caruso who was the nicest, sweetest salesperson I've ever dealt with. He was totally sincere & so respectful which is not typical with salespeople. To cut to the chase, the #'s this time were actually higher than the first time I was there so of course, I said thank you for this time & left. I wish I hadn't wasted my time on a Friday afternoon but the only good thing was that I met Ian and wanted to make sure that Justin & the Haddad Hyundai senior leadership know what a great person they have working for them. I wish I could have given you my business Ian just for the sake of giving you a sale but of course that wasn't possible but again, thank you for such a pleasant experience you provided. Linda Miller

Excellent experience. Was previously quoted almost $600 to repair my airbag sensor, the light was on. They looked at it and saw it was a loose connection under the seat and secured it. They inspected my vehicle and I was on my way, paying only for the inspection! Very pleasant experience!

Our 2005 Elantra was very reliable, so when we went shopping for a newer vehicle we started with the new Elantras. We looked at a few vehicles but weren't ready to purchase. When the salesman Zach Bertolozzi called us back after a few weeks saying they just got some new Elantras in that he thought my wife would like we went back. He was correct, and I appreciated the fact that he kept us in mind. My wife is very happy with her 2013 Elantra and I was very impressed with Zach and the whole staff that we dealt with and will go back their first when I am in the market again.

Last week my husband and I accompanied my brother Paul to the dealership to purchase his first new car. Kyle greeted us and asked what we were looking for in a car. He listened carefully and brought a 2013 Elantra for Paul to test drive. It was the perfect car for him. Kyle was astute and realized my brother is slightly challenged. He explained everything to Paul and never grew impatient when Paul asked the same questions more than once. Kyle is wiser beyond his young years! Billy, the finance manager made it easy for Paul also and never rushed him through the paperwork. He too explained everything so Paul understood. Paul is thrilled with his new car. What normally would have been uncomfortable situation for my brother was made an enjoyable experience. Thank you Kyle and Billy!

I was in getting my 2006 Expedition a inspection sticker , and it did not pass because of front end work . I just wanted to say that Roger and Nate were so helpful in taking care of my repair in a timely manor , and a cost effective manor . This is the only service dept. that will get my business simply because of the sheer dedication displayed from both roger and nate to get my vehicle inspection ready , and to do so at a price that saved me nearly $500 from a competing shop . whenever i take my accent to haddad hyundai, i leave happily. this year i needed new tires, pointed out by them and totally agreed upon by me once i saw the condition of mine, i ran over a tree stump and needed front end work, and i needed the usual oill change. while i live in nyc, i have a cabin upstate and find that bringing my car here is so much easier. plus the attention i get from the two service managers, and the quick and full and well-done results on the car services, just make my day. thank you for being there and may i adopt you into my family because of your positive attitudes, the great results, and of course having a hyundai connection in life is always good. cheers and thank you for helping me to continue to enjoy having a hyundai accent. jean a

My Hyundai Excel wouldn't start, my tires were bad, and I needed a sticker. I took it to Haddad Hyundai, and all was taken care of. The starter was under warrantee, there was a GREAT deal on tires, and they did the sticker right there! I drove away VERY satisfied, and I won't go anywhere else with my Hyundai!

We were out car shopping on Labor Day and found that your Haddad Dealerships were the only Dealerships open in the Berkshires. To our surprise a very nice Salesman named Ian came out to greet us and go through his usual speal. Next thing we new he had us trying out vehicles, negotiating prices and etc. Through the process, we were excited about the enthuisiasm of the manager Justin in working with us on prices and payments to come up with a price and payment that would work for both us the customer and the dealership. Once we were pleased with all of the terms, we meet with Bill E. who was great as well and funny. Our overall experience has been great and everyone was very accommodating, polite, friendly and professional. Excellent experience at Haddad Hyundai. Four years ago my husband and I took advantage of the Cash for Clunkers offer and traded our old gas guzzler in for a new Elantra. The car gave us great service as we do quite a bit of traveling. After 4 years and almost 60k miles, we decided we wanted to trade up to a new Elantra and after test driving both an Elantra and a Sonata, we chose the Sonata 2013. We were greeted and helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Zachary. He worked with us from start to finish and I would definitely do any future business with Zach again. Buying or leasing can be a tricky business and Zach took the time to address all questions/comments we had concerning this process. My experience with Haddad multiple times has been an absolute pleasure. Moments after I start to look around I'm greeted by friendly staff. Not only is the staff friendly then aren't like other dealerships where I feel pressured or uncomfortable to look around, look inside as well as test drive cars. They have had answers to all of my questions; as well as very honest feedback. You can tell they want to see you buy the right car and not just any car. Went to Hyundai Haddad with the hopes of getting into a new Elantra Limited. After test driving the car I was sold, unfortunately due to my carry over from my trade it, it ended up being out of my price range. Eli was great though. He showed me a 2011 Elantra Limited which was immaculate. If it wasn't for the 23k miles on it I would of thought it was brand new. Eli was extremely knowledgeable, and took my needs and desires and placed me with the perfect car. Between him and Brian I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I walked in with hesitation due to past experiences and left with a new found faith and respect for car salesmen. I will guarantee I will return in the future to get another car, even if its not a Hyundai. Thanks Eli.

I came in for regular service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) plus a full check on my drive-train components (nearing end of warranty). Also, I had them put in plugs, coolant and transmission flush/new fluid. They identified a need for new rear brake rotors and pads, and I had that done as well. Everything was terrific except for the high prices (even when they gave me a "discount", it came to almost $1,000).

I worked with Johanna Bradley to lease my first vehicle, and I can't imagine having a better experience! She worked with me to get the right car at the right price, and I highly recommend seeing her if you're at all interested in a Hyundai. I just got their new 2 year lease on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and boy does it sure handle like a dream! Quiet ride and very responsive, plus the metallic bronze and interior design are just plain gorgeous! I'm completely satisfied with the car and the experience!

Like most people, I'm not crazy about the whole car buying process, but Eli at Haddad Hyundai was great. He was very courteous and worked really hard to get me locate the car I wanted (base Elantra GT) and didn't try to up sell me a model I wasn't interested in. To be honest, the GT wasn't at the top of my initial list; I only test drove it out of due diligence. But Eli helped me realize what a competitive model it is without being pushy and the price they gave blew the comparable Mazda 3 and Subaru Impreza out of the water. Again, the guy works really hard, give him a shot.

Everyone Should know that Haddad Hyundai in Pittsfield is the place for no non sense car buying and the fairest deal from here to Boston. My wife was interested in a new 2013 Tucson. We stopped by and looked at the selection. Color choice aside Zack Bertolozzi came to our rescue. It should be noted that two years ago we got our 2011 Elantra from Haddad. That was a wonderful experience. This time with no expectations we were checking out the Tucson. Zack was not only informative but his knowledge of the product was OUTSTANDING!! We learned options about the vehicle which you cant have online. After the test drive and some moments of me being stubborn Zack made it happen. Along with the Business manner, sales manager and everyone else involved. THEY made it happen fore us and that's whats important. Not only did we get what we wanted because they located the color selection form a differed dealer, but the fact that it was a pleasurable experience. We got the vehicle we wanted and gained a new friend. In Zack. My wife loves it and in 11 months when the lease is up on our 2011 Elantra I better find Zack and the same crew at the dealership. I was so happy with the service and the way i was treated that I ended up buying 2 cars in one week from this team that bent over backwards meeting my needs. I plan to come back and recommend them to other customers in the future. I buy alot of new cars and this was the best team i have ever encountered. David Sawyer-Rob Mole-Ryan Welch. Even when these guys were busy the other salesman would come over and ask me if they could get my coffee.etc. The whole dealership worked as a team and really concentrated on the customer . I have bought about 20 cars in the past 15 years and i was very impressed at the way this dealership provided customer care and did whatever they could to make the price right for me. I have been shopping around for a new car and have gone to a few Hyundai dealerships. This one, by far was the best! That is why I gave the rating I did. The sales rep (David) who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly,I felt very comfortable while talking to him and the prices were the best I've seen. This was my first experience with Haddad Hyundai and I must say it went very well. I worked with an employee named Shawn Macdonald, he was very knowledgeable of every car I had interest in and a joy to work with. He put me at ease and never pressured me to buy or try a car that I was not comfortable with (I had an unpleasant experience with another dealer recently). Over all I was very pleased with the customer service and I am so happy to the be the new owner of my Hyundai Santa Fe, which I must say is EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you for making my first "big" car purchase such an easy and pleasurable experience.

Today I purchased my new Kia Rondo and I just love it!Eli met us as we wandered in and was extremely helpful. We really were "just looking" but he was able to not only find a car that fit my budget, but one that I immediately felt was the car for me. The thorough way he presented this car really peaked my interest. He knew everything about it and went through it in such a way that I think I was sold at that moment. We needed a few days to process the idea - I am working part time and my husband is retired, working part time - and during this time, Eli honored the fact that we just needed time. He remained attentive and patient, and never pushed in any way. And it paid off, for both of us.At one point he was tied up with another customer and we were able to meet with Brian. He was great also. He stepped right in and provided us with another vehicle to test drive. He also knew the car and was very helpful. I had an exceptional experience with this dealership and the two gentlemen that assisted me. I also in my three week process (due to my color choice ;), and not being totally sure I "needed" to trade,)interacted with other Sales personnel & Jay in Service. I love the service department already, because I have brought my Hyundai there after I purchased it in 2011 from Hartford CT. Now I love the sales group too. I wanted to trade in my Santa Fe for a Santa Fe 13. One day I connected with Elias while waiting for my service to finish. He is an awesome person, fully honest, never pushy, really cares about what "I" wanted, listened when I discussed all of my wants, and concerns, plus he provided valuable feedback. He is very knowledgeable about his job. He was able to answer ALL of my questions. Believe me......I ask tons!! He never faltered when I even got a little stubborn ; ). Along the way I interacted with Jarrod reference my trade in, and other questions I had about loans, extended warranty, how ordering works, etc. Elias and Jarrod just stayed right next to me, never faltered, and traveled along while I completed my purchase. NOT once did I feel rushed to make decisions, or felt I was being taken advantage of! This is so important to me as a female. I want to say this dealership is great for ensuring they are respectful, provide an open atomosphere without judgement, understanding how to listen and hear what we want, ask questions,and get to really know their customer!! I would refer any of my family members & friends to these guys and the Haddad dealership! Oh and the other Sales personnel were friendly and helpful when Elias wasn't in. As a female i know we can be taken advantage by car salesman and i did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Awful experience. Manager lied about warranty information and I was taken advantage of. They made me doubt the research I did about pricing and I am mad at myself for falling for it. I'm paying a lot more than I should be for this car and I left with a pit in my stomach. The sales man was great but upper management staff who took over was awful. I will NEVER recommend this place. I have bought many cars in my life and this was by far the worst purchase I made because of the untrustworthy staff. Very unhappy and will not "Keep my business in the Berkshires" or at least not with Haddad

The service manager worked with me to get the most cost effective 60k mile service on my Santa Fe. She checked out the vehicle I have and was able to tell me about their available savings. On the day of my service, they were quick to help me out. Since I was leaving my vehicle with them for the day, they drove me home and picked me up when they were done. I look forward to getting my car serviced with them in the future.

I was in the market to replace my Hyundai that also purchased from Haddad Hyundai and they did such a great job then getting me Into it even with my not so good credit . I was sceptical as to if they would be able to do it again considering I was looking at a $32000 Santa Fe but Steve was very comforting to explain that they had great financing options and worked with different lenders. Then it ended up evening working out better because they worked it out so I can lease it and have way more affordable payments for the car I wanted. Steve was very knowledgeable and respectful of my time and needs through the process. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new Hyundai to go see Steve , he has been there for over 10 years and knows how to handle things.

When ever I come in to the dealership for my appointment I am greated right away by either Jay or Kathy. I am usually there for an appointment for oil change or other service on my car. Most of the time there is no other work that has to be on my car, so I am in and out in no time which is great. I think your service people are very helpfull and friendly when it comes to customers.

The salespeople were very unprofessional. There was too much standing around, very few people doing work, and etc. I was there to purchase a vehicle and was approved for financing. However, I was made to sit and wait while the person helping us assisted his other customers and made us wait longer.The entire experience was a mess and was on par with the general experiences that have been shared with me by many of my friends. A look at the staff at this location should take place immediately.And please don't respond back (as you have with all the other comments) with how "you tried everything" and "did this deal" and that "financing" deal. That has nothing to do with this. Your customer service was sub-par and you should know this.

the entire experience was very positive; the salesman was helpful without being aggressive and pushing the product; the dealership was VERY patient as I had to fund the downpayment from an investment account which - without telling me this!!!! - the account servicer took 10 days to process the request! Haddad Hyundai staff was extremely patient with the delay and infinitely courteous. They could have put the car back on the sales lot and did not - and I thank them for that; and - at the end of the day - I am back in my favorite car of all time - a Hyundai Sonata.

I purchased my new Sonata Hybrid in November 2011,from the first experience at my test drive with Elias to making a deal to buy,I have been extremely happy. I have never been treated so well by a car dealer. They host a new car buyers' dinner for new owners and go out of there way to explain everything to you. I had a small problem with the seat cover on my drivers seat 2 months afetr I bought it, They replaced it no questions asked. I was very impressed as other dealers wouldn't do that. I have recommended this dealer and the Hyundai brand to many people since buying my car. I did my homework before buying and found the Hyundai has a very high safety rating and a great warranty. When my beloved Toyota Camry conked out in 2010, I was heartbroken and terrified that I wouldn't be able to find a decent car in my price range. I stopped in to Haddad's Hyundai early one morning without an appointment to see my service advisor, Cathy Foster, about an electronic traction control system warning light. She diagnosed the problem instantly, scheduled it for immediate repair, which was covered under warranty, and had me on a courtesy van so that I could get to work on time - all in under 5 minutes. That's the hallmark of exceptional service!! I would certainly recommend purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe, Cathy Foster as a service advisor, and Haddad's Hyundai without reservation. Keep the business in the Berkshires with Haddad Hyundai!!

I was greeted promptly by Steve who was very knowledgable about all of the Hyundai product as well as competing models from other brands. I was very surprised at that because I wanted to go look at Honda and Toyota but he did a great job explaining all the differences to help me choose the Santa Fe. So far I have had it now for over a month and I am getting great gas mileage and everything about this car fits my families needs. Everyone at Haddad Hyundai was very pleasant and friendly and I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

The dealership has always been courteous and helpful. They provide me with transportation when necessary, which has been invaluable. The work has always been professional . The service agents have never "oversold" me on service that wasn't necessary. I've come to trust them over time, and feel they treat me fairly and respectfully.Dealerships usually seem to me to be high priced. Haddad is not unusual in that way. I've marked the price as "Good" because I don't think it's high for a dealership. The quality of the car and the repairs and maintenance performed have offset the pricing to a degree.

Steve wasn't at all pushy with us and was very knowledgeable not only with the car we were looking for, but also with the competition, and without badmouthing them either. That's what being a good salesman is all about. After we decided to get the Elantra we wanted, it wasn't on the lot, and he told us that it'd be a couple weeks. However, he managed to get the car to us within two days. The whole buying experience was very positive and this dealership certainly comes recommended.

We met with Eli several days ago to check out the Hyundai Accent and Elantra. We test drove both cars and Eli answered all our questions in a friendly, helpful non-pushy way. Even though the shop was closing, he took the time to sit down with us and work out pricing on the computer to show us what the different levels include or do not include. In the end, we didn't buy the car but it certainly had nothing to do with Eli or Hyundai. We are looking at other cars as well. I would return if I ever want to purchase a Hyundai and would (and am going to) recommend him to friends.

I have been to many car dealerships...but Hyundai in Pittsfield is service with a capital S. I experienced for a while great service at the car repair area and both times it was excellent and so was Jay. While waiting for my car I was viewing the tv screens featuring new cars. Eli Yousef came over and started showing me how the screen works. He proceeded to explain the different models and what each one offers. I told him I was not purchasing a car today, just getting a repair. I also told him new cars were expensive. He said he understood but left me with something to thing about. The pre-owns parked out front. I did wonder outside and looked at them and asked him to get me a price on one. He did and and I set a time to ride the car. He was non-aggressive, personable, and most importantly...believable. I am so happy with my purchase and I would not be in this wonderful car if it wasn't for Eli.

My salesman Eli Yousef was great. I am not a car fan. I hate to pressure to b a car. I kind of knew what i wanted and he showed the suv and i took it for a drive and I bought it. he was never pushy if he would of been I would of walk out like I did with the guy across the street.We filled paper work and they got me a bank and he called and he had the car cleaned and it had gas which i taught was a nice gesture. So yes if I need another car I will go back there and hopefully Eli will be there.

The inventory that this dealer lists on its website has very little to do with reality. It is a list of phantom cars. On five or six occasions I inquired, by phone or email, whether any of these cars was available. Each has been sold, and recently. Those stats made me a bit suspicious.And so I went to Carfax to check each vehicle individually. I found that one had been sold two seeks before my interest. A couple had been sold MONTHS earlier.I draw no conclusions here. The salesman was courteous and smart, and he seemed honest. Some people, perhaps more subject to suspiciousness than I, might bring up the idea of "bait and switch". Although I am not making that charge, I wouldn not find those who do unreasonable.

The dealer charges a "Document Fee" of $400 compared to other dealers that charge no more than $50.The dealer springs this surprise at the last moment when writing the check. Sneaky and dishonest technique to up the price after the deal has been made.For all the attempt at being nice people, they are still car salesmen and do all the sneaky, cheating, dishonest things that car dealers do. You could take in a list of tricks in sales that dealers use and check them off as Haddad sales people run through them on cue.
