I couldn’t have been more delighted with the process of buying my car at Habberstad. Chris was very helpful and responsive from the moment I called about my dream car they had listed in their site. He gave me an honest evaluation by text and sent pictures. They were also able to give me a trade in quote by text pictures also. I was skeptical about making what turned out to be a four hour drive to take a chance and see this car, stating it better be cute as a button and run like butter! Upon arriving at Habberstad, Chris had my car shining and ready…. 2 1/2 hours later, we were headed back home in my new wheels. From the first moment of contact to the last handshake and follow up texts, the service we received was 5 star, white glove treatment. The whole team at Habberstad made the experience amazing. Even down to the restaurant recommendation at The Bryan after the sale. I’m so thankful we made the long drive and trusted this dealership as they totally delivered and exceeded my expectations. The dealership overall is a pleasant place to be . Have not used service department there just yet so this is solely a review of sales. No one is too pushy and their showroom is gorgeous. I worked with Vito and he was a straight shooter, no nonsense, got me the vehicle I wanted, customized to my liking. I did have to wait, quite a while for delivery, but that's just the day we're in now. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and personable. Hopefully the automotive industry gets sorted soon because I'm itching to see a new M4, in person.

Mr Miguel Rivera was very responsive in replying to questions I had about availability of a particular BMW 530xi I had seen online. He was able to set up an appointment to view the car the next day. I was able to take it out on a test drive & decided to make the purchase that day. Mr Rivera made the decision to purchase easy and made finalizing the process quick and easy. I recommend using Mr Rivera for a no pressure and professional experience.
