We worked with Jonathan via email through true car we decided on the car that we want and agreed upon the pricing through true car (in writing) we arrived at the dealership and asked Jonathan to show us the car that we were given the pricing for, we looked at the car and decided that was the car for us. Daryl (Jonathans supervisor) informed us that true car had made a mistake and that they would not be honoring the pricing that Jonathan had given us. After much argument and horrible trade in value given and were told that we would be getting a 1.99% interest rate we decided to proceed , once we got to the very last piece of paper to sign we were told that our interest rate was 3.49%. These people are liars and thrives and will do anything to screw you over and make a sale. Do walk away from gresham Subaru RUN. Do not give them your business. I WILL be reporting them to the BBB!

Wanted to thank Brian in the Service Dept., at Gresham Subaru for promptly addressing the issue I was having with my Cross-trek; he was professional, well-mannered, courteous, and knowledgeable about my questions/concerns; even though the main problem was not solved, interestingly, I walked away feeling much better about everything because the customer service trumped the situation, it was top-notch). I was amazed on how Tracey got back to me via text or phone call letting me know when my car would arrive. When it came in he sent me pictures right away. Rami, even though he wasn't dealing with me, helped me out and got me into my car within an hour or so. I would come back to these guys and buy another car from Gresham Subaru.

My wife and I needed a new car, I contacted Gresham Subaru because a co-worker had just bought a car from them recently and they responded very quickly to my request for information on financing. They were able to get us a great rate on a loan and we drove off the lot in a new Legacy a couple hours after walking in the door. I will admit I am not the easiest customer to deal with, I always pursue a competitive price based on comparable vehicles in the market at the time. I came in to browse cars. I spoke first with Dave and then worked primarily with Nick. Nick was very friendly and easy to talk with. He went with me to test drive two different Forrester's that were on sale. Nick offered to crunch some numbers to see if the Subaru dealership could come up with a price and payment plan that would work for me. Nick kept that process simple and asked me what part of the offer would need to change in order for it to work for me. Patrick took that information and really worked to present me with a price and finance agreement that I could agree to. I have experience in buying cars previously but not from Subaru. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was able to drive away with the Forrester that I wanted! I have to thank Nick, Patrick and Dave for their professional and genuine efforts to help me drive away in that car. I was given a generous trade-in price for my car and I know that helped get the numbers to work out for me.

Overall, it was good. I was buying through the Costco program, and she never did show me the MSRP sheet which shows the MSRP vs. the Costco price. I'm assuming she was honest about the price, only because another salesperson I was working at through another dealership quoted me the same price, but...

We're a Subaru family, and decided it was time for our sixth. Determined the exact car we wanted and sent e-mail queries to two dealerships. Lithia in Oregon City responded that we had exactly what we were looking for, and e-mailed the specs and the price. I relayed it to Gresham Subaru for a counter, and was told that they would sell the same car for $1800 less, and could I come in that day? I had plans, so I proposed to come the next morning, and was told that the sales manager would have the vehicle ready when I arrived. Got there on schedule, and the sales manager said the car had been sold that very morning, but he has lots of other cars that we'd like. They knew I was coming in with my checkbook to get that car, and had my number, but no text, no call....I instantly smelled bait-and-switch, hit the exit, went straight to Lithia and bought the car. I'd heard good things about Gresham Subaru and maybe they're all true, but my experience just reinforced negative stereotypes. They're off my list when it's time for our seventh

We live in Vancouver and bought our last car at our local dealer. For our own reasons we no longer wished to do business local. My wife really loved her 2013 Forester but wanted to scale down in size to the Impreza hatch. My wife hates going into a dealership to buy a car, the needless headache just drives her nuts. We were referred to Gresham Subaru from a friend who had a great experience. We were hesitant to make the drive as we assumed that it would be the same BS we have experienced so many times in the past, but did so anyway..... and we are super glad we did.When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted by a nice gentleman and escorted into the showroom. To our amazement the OWNER Nick came down from his office and personally welcomed us to the dealership and let us know we would be in great hands with our sales associate Bryce Bowers. We already knew the car we wanted to buy so Bryce grabbed my wife and I some coffee and quickly went out and pulled up the Impreza. Bryce spent almost an hour going over the Bluetooth system, linking our phones and contacts and making sure we were super comfortable using the system. We had many questions and at no time did Bryce seem rushed or bothered, he was very patient and genuinely cared about our questions. Once we were sufficiently educated about all the new goodies we went inside to do the dreaded negotiation. Prior to our appointment we had shopped several other dealers as well as received felt we had a solid idea of what we wanted to accomplish. Nick came out personally and not only were his numbers close to what we were thinking... they were actually much better, and fully disclosed upfront, which for us was impressive. Our last stop was to the finance mangers office where we were greeted warmly by Eric Lovejoy. We are the type of people who ask many questions and read everything closely. Eric was super patient, and gave us detailed explanations to anything we asked. This was the first time in many years of marriage that I can say we left the dealership feeling great.... my wife was beaming, not just because she had a new car but I think more because she had expected a battle and instead felt like she was a VIP. Moving forward we decided that even though we have several service options close to us, we will be making the trip to Gresham for service, because for us they have earned our business. I will not hesitate to recommend Gresham Subaru to any friends or family members. Thank you for making our purchase feel special!

We actually liked the sales person we originally dealt with, John, he helped my wife find an Outback she really liked. Due to Mother's Day obligations we were unable to stay and complete the transaction. I called the following morning and talked to another sales person, Maurice, and he sent a sales agreement to my bank so they could issue a check. It was understood that we were going to come out and finalize the transaction after we got off work that day. We called the dealership after leaving the bank, check in hand, and were told that the vehicle which they agreed to sell to us and we had agreed to buy had been sold out from under us, but not to worry they had other Outbacks.

Blown Backup Fuse Issue Continues: Clicked fob twice, doors unlocked, courtesy lights did not go on for about 40 seconds then came on, but, when drivers door was closed the backup fuse blew... Clicked fob twice to unlock all doors, backup fuse blew... Disconnected GPS from auxiliary power until car is operating then plugging it in to see if any effect.

Beware! Before going to this dealer do your research. They have "sale" signs in every window and their salesmen rely on old school pre-internet tactics. The first thing, get you to test drive. Then comes the typical speech of features of why to buy this car. You will notice they will try to discover how much research youve already done. If you meet a salesman named brice, ask for someone else. He doesnt even have the courtesy of keeping a poker face through your offers and negotiations but instead will give an arrogent smirk as if you were stupid for suggesting such a thing. I suggest the following tactic: call a dealer and say what car you want and that youve been offered a phenominal price but they dont have the right color. Then state if you (the dealership your calling) are willing to give the same price for the color i want then ill be right in. Then call the next subaru dealer and say the exact same thing. Once you have the dealer thats quoting the lowest price, you have a good place to start. If they tell you they dont quote prices over the phone but promise a good price if you come in, forget them. Gresham subaru was the only one in the area that refused to quote a price. The dealers need to realize we are in the age where information is readily at our finger tips and cut out all the deceptive bs. I found dick hannah in vancouver was the most straight forward. Once I got past the new woman employee and could speak with a seasoned service advisor named Bryan, my experience was much better. I believe in men and women can provide good service, but the women appear very new and uncertain as to what and how they are doing. Unseasoned is the best I cab describe them.

My wife and I purchased a new Subaru Outback. Branden made the whole process actually enjoyable. I felt at all times I was dealing with a sales professional. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried. He was clearly knowledgeable. He answered all technical questions we had concerning vehicle operation and took his time explaining each feature in detail. Came in for an oil change - first time since the express option was created. I had tried the previous weekend to get in and had to leave beacause the wait was too long. Came back for a second try and it didn't take too long. Honestly would love to be able to make an appointment. Not a huge fan of the "express".

I came in for an express OIL CHANGE and tire rotation. It was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I wish the service dept did is wash my vehicle. I used to get a complimentary wash every time I went to a dealership to have work done on my car, but it does not seem to be the case at Subaru.

At first I drove into the new express lane and the girl that was the service greeter was taking all my information, but I told her that I had an appointment. She told me I didn't need an appointment for an oil change anymore and continued to ask me questions. I told her I bought the vehicle here and all my information was there and I did not know if I needed any further service, that's why I had the appointment with Chris. I backed out of the express lane and went to the other lane, found Chris and checked in. After that everything was very smooth, and Chris showed me the wear on my tires as well as underneath the car where I said I heard a vibration noise. As always, Chris made my service experience very easy and I felt all my questions were answered.

I recently had my car totaled in an accident and was dreading going car shopping. I did my homework online and knew I wanted an AWD vehicle. Gresham Subaru was the first place I stopped, and I was greeted by Khalil Abozeeter whose professional and friendly manner put me right at ease. He was very knowledgeable and really listened to me about what I was looking for. Khalil was able to show me several great cars, he actually made my car buying experience very enjoyable, I wasn't pressured at all. It turned out that I didn't need to go anywhere else. Gresham Subaru had exactly what I needed at a fair price and EXCELLENT customer service! My thanks to Gresham Subaru and, especially Khalil !!! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I had a wonderful time at Gresham Subaru. I have been to many dealerships in my time, never have I had the service I got at Gresham. Everyone I met was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got more for my trade than it was worth, and paid less for my new car. I was overall very happy with this purchase, and will be retuning in the future.

Walked in 7:30 AM Christmas Eve looking to buy. Nick greeted me, showed me a few cars and told me he'd give me a great price on a new Forester. Sure, I say to myself, that's what they always say. Two hrs later I walked out with a Forester with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't pretty sure I'd gotten a great deal (but not sure). Today I went on a site that tells me what other people have paid for the same car, similarly equipped. Out of about 100 people one person (one!) paid a lower price than I did. I'm 52 years old and have bought a lot of new cars in my life. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Fast, friendly, helpful, truthful and a great price. Gresham is pretty far from where I live in West PDX but these guys just earned a customer for life.

They got us a great deal! Our APR was less than the loan we had already picked out for us. It seemed as though all they wanted to do was make this as easy as possible for both sides and I really feel like they followed through on that!

We bought our first new car at Gresham Subaru and had a stellar experience. Betsy was very helpful, friendly, laid-back, and responsive. It was so much easier than I expected- no pressure and a genuinely enjoyable experience. All the other people we came in contact with at the dealership were great also. Highly recommended!

Mark Derbyshire is truly a professional in the car business who I trust. He is highly educated and explained many details of the cars I was considering and supported me in making the best choice for the long term. He is one outstanding man who I would recommend highly!

We have leased four Subaru Foresters over the past 14 years, the lease was about up on our current one so we went to Gresham Subaru where we had leased previously. The service and value had been excellent the last time. This time was even better, we leased a 2012 Forester with the features and color we wanted, plus other features we hadn't thought of, at a lower monthly lease payment than last time. Khalil and the other people we dealt with were uniformly courteous, efficient and knowledgable.

I found Gresham Subaru to be a great place to buy a car. Our salesperson, Jason pinney, went above and beyond making sure we had the exact specification of car we wanted, and he called back promptly when we had questions. He made the experience great. We would definitely recommend Gresham Subaru for your next car purchase. There was no hassle, no pressure, and the sales guy was very personable and honest. He was like a large teddy bear that spoke to us in terms we understood. If you go to Gresham, ask for Jason he's a good guy, with all the answers and a no pressure guy.

In the past I have dreaded going to a dealership to purchase a car but this time around was more than pleasant, it was wonderful. I was shocked that this experience could be as good as it was. Our salesman, Khalil Abozeeter, was very nice to work with, friendly, honest and trustworthy. I inquired on the internet about a car. Mr Ivan Reece responded to my request,got me all the information I asked for, when I arrived to look at the Outbackit was pulled up and ready for me to drive. All the figures Mr Reece quoted me stayedthe same and it was the easiest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I bought some accessories and 2 days later, Randy the parts guy called me and scheduled my appointment. They were ready and installed everything and had me back on the road in under 2 hours when they told me it would be 2 to 3 hoursand the washed my car! Shady Dealership. I've read the poor reviews about this dealership around the internet and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy a used certified Subaru. Apparently, "certified" is a loose term at this dealership as the vehicle I was interested had the following issues: -no floor mats -no passenger side sun visor -no 2nd key for the ignition -no spare tire jack -and a spare tire that was worn so bad on the inside (poor alignment/camber issue) that it was completely bald. I asked for the manager to come look at these issues and I was told that he "is too busy" to help me. In the end, I feel that this Subaru dealership does not represent the Subaru family at all. In fact, this dealership could have easily been mistaken for a used car lot on 82nd drive that sell lemons as "great cars". This is just one persons opinion, however, do your own research and you will find many other views that are inline with mine. There are several other quality Subaru dealerships in the Metro area that you are better off spending your hard earned money on.

After shopping for several different models I came across Gresham Subaru and I spoke with Jordan Walbridge through emails. Honestly, he was not only extremely knowledgeable about Subaru's but he was soooo easy to deal with. The price was right in line with other dealers however he made the process much faster and a ton easier for my family. Once the price was set there were ZERO hidden charges. He was up front and honest throughout.Other sales people that I talked to were more worried about the sale, whereas he truly cared about what my needs were. I would definitely recommend Jordan to anyone who is thinking about a Subaru!
