A couple of years ago my truck was in the shop and I was given a Tucson to drive while repairs were being made. I was impressed with the Tucson back then and I really like them now that I own one.

We were impressed by the friendly service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. We were treated like family from the moment we began talking to the salesman. We told him how much we still owed on our trade in and they gave us an impressive trade in value that was actually higher than the Kelly Blue Book value. I felt they did that to try and help us out. We told them how much of a payment we could afford monthly and they worked with us in order to make our payment amount match our needs. We will recommend this place to anyone and we will be returning customers. How you treat people and your willingness to work with them mean everything!

I really like my new 2017 Santa Fe sport. I wish it had the blind spot detection ability and the heated seats. Maybe next time when I decide to get another one. Bur for now I really like the one that I got.

Gray Epperson has a great team. This is my third Hyundai from Gray Epperson. The staff is always professional and willing to answer questions or available to take a test drive. Purchase/lease is straight forward and quick to complete. They also have the best service department!!!

Never have I had a dealer go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The salesman was so nice and did everything he could to make sure the process was comfortable and easy. We came to the dealership to check on a minor recall. In speaking with Michael we mentioned that we needed a 2nd car, as we had been a 1 car family for over a year. We were not wanting to increase our monthly payment. This seemed like an impossible request, but Michael worked to find us 2 vehicles that met our needs & kept our payments low. We have now purchased 4 Hyundais from Gray Epperson & have always been treated very well & have loved our cars.

In defense of them not showing me some things on the car. The SD card was missing so he could not show me the how the navigation worked. I was given a very short tutorial I believe because we were there at closing time. I don't blame them for wanting to get through the sale! I wouldn't want to stay past my quiting time :).

I started with talking to David Elrod over the phone about a used Hyundai Sonata I saw on their website. I told him I was interested and where I wanted to be. He was happy to tell me what they could do for me without dragging me down to the dealership to pressure me. With all my information in hand, he put together a deal for me over the phone that was very fair.Once we got to the dealership, they were very helpful and friendly. We got to take a great test drive of the vehicle we were interested in, and as the deal was already prepared, there was no stress. By the end of our experience, the great sales team even managed to find better financing for us than we originally discussed. They also gave me a great trade in value on my 2002 Sonata as well. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have had and we are planning to go back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
