I had horrible experiences at other local dealerships and felt very manipulated so going to Grand Valley Auto and feeling comfortable and no amount of pressure to make a purchase was worth the whole experience! The sales man, Chris Kilmer, spent weeks helping me find the right vehicle!

We bought a car here a dealer that helped us was super nice and he told us the cars were as is so it's partially our own fault but he told us he thought it was a belt and we went ahead and bought it because we thought it did sound like a belt we got home and then had it tested out and turns out the whole engine needed replaced the guy that told us if any guy that knew anything about cars he should've known but it was more than a belt and if he didn't he shouldn't be a car dealer and I totally agree they knew we paid 4000 for the car totally lost it because it would cost 4000 for a new motor as well so you need to be out 8000 or 4000 don't buy your car there or go to another dealership that I actually checks the cars out they knew and they knew we were going to get screwed as soon as they send us out they only reason these guys have great reviews is because they offer free tank of gas if you give them a review I originally gave them five stars but now would give them a zero stars after leaving the property but don't buy from there I from someone trust and free tank of gas if you give them a review I originally gave them five stars but now would give them a zero stars after leaving the property buy don't buy from there I from someone trust worthy

This is a great car dealer they have great people but especially Robert he went far and beyond to help us out and he took his time to explain everything really well with no pressure. So if you guys ever go there please ask for Robert you won't regret it he's the best.

Just came in to look. Greeted right away by Robert with a friendly smile. He wasn't pushy and stayed his distance but was there when we had any questions. Kind of salesman I prefer. We bought a Chrysler 200 and I love it!!! Had a Great Experience at GVA!!!!

Going to Grand Valley Auto was the best car buying experience ever! "They are great people there. They are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable! The Sales Associate "Robert Steele" was AWESOME! He was kind, knowledgeable, great sense of humor and wasn't pushy at all.! The Sales Manager "Luke Lyman" was EXCELLENT! He was so down to earth, knowledgeable, and awesome sense of humor! Luke had my loan thru and in the car in less than an hour! It was the fastest most HAPPIEST car buying experience I have ever had!If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle go to Grand Valley Auto, they will take care of you.Thanks Robert and Luke! Actually talked to Sylvia on the cheaper lot about 6 months ago.... she was great to deal with... we bought a 2011 f150 with like 70,000 miles I love the truck really clean ....probably could of got it a little cheaper else where but when it's what you want it's what you want...Sylvia did what she could to get the price as low as she could...plus we got the 2yr warranty at cost...which was a extra 1500 but only covers everything for 24,000 miles... so I would go back... so if headed to grand valley auto see her....

I was happy with 0 down and the interest rate was awesome, however I would recommend taking the vehicle in for your own inspection before you buy with as is no warranty to make sure that the price is right for the quality of the used vehicle your buying

I was so happy to get a friendly, honest dealer, but as the saying goes...We, my children and I, purchased a used 2007 Jeep. My specifics were 3rd row seating, 4wd or all wheel, with reasonable payments. After being shown the crappiest vehicle on the lot, (I assumed a dealer set up, but he seemed so honest), we are shown the Jeep. We had minor complaints, it was disgustingly filthy, seatbelts were messed up, side mirror needed fixed, and wanted rock chip repaired. I noticed he was so quick to agree, but again he was just being kind, right?. He explained he would also throw in a free, full tank of gas if I have him 5 stars before we picked the jeep up and he would call when all was ready. We were rushed and hushed through the paperwork, (any questions I had or time I took to read was rushed and blown off.) After 2 days jeep was "detailed" and problems were "fixed"... we picked up a disgustigly filthy jeep that had been vacuumed at best, with 1 seatbelt fixed out of 2 and the side mirror on order. No mention of rock chip. I was not shown anything about the vehicle and did not know the "right" questions to ask. We were without a vehicle so I felt I should trust him. Upon driving home the service 4wd system, light came on. (Maybe a coincidence?) By the next day a puddle of anti freeze was under the vehicle. By day 2 the heater would no longer work and would blow only cold air. I googled info and tried putting anti freeze in again. This gave us heat until day 5. On day 3 my son's passenger side handle would no longer open the door. Today, day 10, it has been 5 days and no return call from dealer Luke Lyman. I will be the FIRST to admit I do not know enough about vehicles to check for these things, I am the typical single mom cliche with the deer in the headlights look. I guess I was hoping that the almost 5 star rated dealer was going to be different than the typical dishonest, salesman. Guess they offer a lot more free full tanks of gas than just for me.

My saleswoman was amazing. She demonstrated great customer service and bent over backwards for me. The general manager Beian Neeley on the other hand was extremely rude and was degrading. I've had problems with my car since day one. The saleswoman was amazing and tried her best to get the issue resolved. Brian just created problems and wasn't very helpful at all. He has no customer service and thinks just cause he is management he can act anyway he pleases and that's not the way to be. And it was very upsetting on day 2 of owning my car it wasn't drivable and he refused to giving a loaner for the day even though he had some available. He made feel like I was a waste of his time and that I wasn't a valued customer. He doesn't realize that this is not the only dealership in town and I could take my business somewhere else. if it weren't for my amazing sales woman he wouldve lost my sale. All in all it comes down to this. My saleswoman was amazing and the manager Brian Neeley had poor management skills.

My son purchased a car from this dealer. My son should have taken the vehicle to another dealer to have checked out instead of taking this dealers word. The 22K car has been nothing but trouble. The dealer promised a full tank of gas. Never received. Dealer said they aligned tires. Then said they didn't. Said they did, but missing a part. Said they didn't due to missing part. Within one week of owning the car, the struts were bad. The tires were bad. We have other shops stating the alignment was bad which has now caused other problems. Son, while eventually being irritated and probably not so nice, has been lied too and treated disrespectfully. I have not heard every conversation, but have heard another to know this was a bad deal for my son. We realize it is buyer beware when buying a used car, but unfortunately in this case it is buyers remorse!! There are other things we are having looked into which can't be disclosed here, but please be aware of dealing with this car lot.

Just bought a Mazda from GVAS and Tom went above and beyond helping us. Very personable and his customer service was amazing. The car had some minor issues and they inspected everything and honored to fit it all. The head mechanic was also awesome about everything. We had an awesome experience and can't say enough good about them and Tom!

We found this jeep that had everything we wanted and in price range to. It needed a few things done and grand valley fixed them all and put me in a car off lot until it was fixed. We went in not knowing what we wanted and went over all the vehicles they had that could be of interest. They took time out and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Best part of all we were not pressured and pushed into something we didn't want!!! We will definatetly return for the next vehicle!!
