Car buying here was very easy, low pressure. No gimmicks and a relaxed atmosphere. I also have had good experience with the service department who are very accommodating. It's great that they open at 7:30, so you can drop off a car before work.

Megan Thomas-Copland was wonderful to work with. I came in at 4:15 and was driving my very nice new (to me) Volvo off the lot at 6:30 !! And because she knew I had a three hour ride home, she transferred all my belongings from my old car to the new one ! Above and beyond. And Dennis was great ,the financing dept was flawless. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And I feel like I got a great car for a reasonable price. I will always buy my cars here from now on!!

This was a very positive buying experience at a dealership that I had no prior knowledge of. It's a family business in the Brunswick area, and they are very classy without being snooty. I did purchase a non-Volvo product, but the salesman Ralph and his managers were absolutely respectful, non pushy and knowledgeable. I do appreciate this because as a woman, I always worry about dealing with high pressure sales, fears about attitudes and so forth. But I had NONE of those experiences at Goodwin. I did my homework, and was very satisfied with the ease of the sale. Highly recommend this dealership, and Ralph D'Angelo. Now if I could just afford a Volvo.....

We just recently purchased our new suv from Goodwin’s Volvo and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had! When we came to look at the suv we had arrived close to closing time due to our work schedule but never once felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. Multiple staff stayed late to ensure we had all we needed and to answer any questions. When we came back a few days later to pick up our car we had another amazing experience. They made the whole paperwork process a breeze and our salesman Bruce took the time to go over every detail of the car with us and answer any last questions. I can’t recommend Goodwin’s enough and thank all the staff for their assistance.

My experience buying a new car at Goodwin's was smooth and easy! Bruce was particularly helpful in going on a test drive with me, as he owns the same model. He was able to show me the most commonly used features and had personal knowledge that added to the experience. I am loving my new XC60 Recharge and know that Goodwin's will do their best to make sure it's a great ownership experience as they did with my old car for the last 14 years.

I can't say this about many auto dealers/repair centers but when I leave GOODWIN'S VOLVO I actually feel very good. I feel like I've got my moneys worth. They are professional and courteous. I am currently in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I have owned all those for over 30 years and I've always had them serviced at GOODWIN'S VOLVO. I trust GOODWIN'S VOLVO.

I have had two miserable times at this dealership. The first time I waited four hours for them to flush some power steering fluid. The second time I asked for a loaner because they were going to check the computer function of my car. I was told I was not on the list because I hadn't reserved a car. So I waited three hours and they found nothing wrong with the computer but I was charged $198.what kind of dealership with all those cars in the yard refuses to give a customer a car for a few hours? I will probably buy a new Volvo but I will not be going back there.

I was an S60 owner. On a whim I decided to try out a C30 that I found on Goodwin's website. The C30 was adorable and really low mileage, but after Ron Poulton drove it to my house and I tried it out, it was definitely too small for my everyday car. I told Ron I had sort of decided I wanted a small SUV/crossover. He said they had just got an XC60 in and it was in great shape, 2011, not even on the website yet. Did I want to try it out? The rest is history! I went up and got it that day, took it home, drove it around for the afternoon and went back and said "I want it!" It's gorgeous and Ron worked with me to get the price where I wanted and could handle. The dealership gave a fair price for my S60 and I was driving away in my new crossover XC60 in a few days! Ron was great and very helpful, even calling my CU for me to give them some info as I didnt have time to call at work. I will also try their service as reviews for their service are 5 star! I also have a good friend who is a long time customer with great things to say about their service. This will be the first time I actually choose a dealership for service. They have already given me a free oil change! Bottom line...Goodwins and Ron P: Awesome!!

After finding a car that I was interested in , it just so happened to be in the used car lot of this dealership. I emailed and recieved a reply from them in a matter of minutes. I went in the next morning and met with the salesman that emailed me the day before. We talked about the car and then he allowed me to take it out for a testdrive with the understanding that I was also going out to have it checked out. The check showed that the car was in very good condition and well taken care of , which then had me wanting to purchase the car. The car is a 2005 Hyundai Elantra and I already knew the bluebook value based on one of the checks I had done by my brother that is a manager at another dealership. The sale price of the car was already lower , but i talked to the salesman and he lowered the price a bit more , which was well below the 'bluebook' value. The car was very clean when when I took the car out. I bought the car that same day and it is an excellent car and very smooth to handle / drive.

Wow! I think I found a dealership that actually wants to provide great service to their customers. These guys will pick my car up for free for any scheduled services. That meant a lot since I am very busy and the dealership is a long ride. Ron in sales was very good.

Discovered Goodwin's a few years ago when my regular nonVolvo mechanic could not identify a problem with my V40. Goodwin's service department quickly and accurately identified the issue and fixed it. When it became time for a much newer car, Charlie C worked with me for 6+ months until a V50 came in. I feel I got a great deal and will continue to access Goodwin's for all maintenance and service. Overall excellent service.
