We waited at the service counter for 15 minutes before either of the two clerks even greeted us. When one of them finally asked what we needed, we told her we were there to pick up a car that had been serviced the day before. She said she needed to finish checking in another customer’s vehicle and then she’d be right with us. Another 15 minutes went by and a new customer walked around the line and right up to the clerk we were waiting for and she began to answer his inquiries. Finally the other clerk finished with his customer and asked how he could help us. Again we explained that we were there to pick up a car that had been serviced the prior day. He told us we needed to go inside the adjacent building to pay the cashier and the car would be brought to us. There were clearly computer and credit card terminals right there at the service desk but it took half an hour before we were even told we needed to go somewhere else. Another ten minutes inside at the cashier’s desk. Then we sat for another 20 minutes in the waiting room. At that point, I stood up to ask the cashier about the delay. The cashier was gone and there was a sign saying the cashier’s desk was closed. Through the adjacent window I could see that our car was just outside, though no one had ever come to find us in the waiting area. We walked outside to the car to find that it was locked. So, back to the service desk we went and there were no clerks there either. We waited another 5 minutes until one returned. He finally went into the back office and emerged with our keys. In all, picking up our Rogue after its first 10K service took well over an hour. We love our car but your customer service was terrible.

We went to Nissan Glendale last Saturday morning, the line is long but fast moving. Oscar the person who help us is very nice , very cordial, and most of all very knowledgeable . He explained to us the detail of services we need to our vehicle. They even have us u we to a restaurant for breakfast and also bring us back to Glendale Nissan. What a very nice extra service to us When we get our car he talk to us to make sure we are comfortable and happy to the service. And we definitely very happy. And before we left he remind us to make sure to left him know if there’s anything we need . We are very please and satisfied to Glendale Nissan to all the help and effort they gave us. Special thank you Oscar. We appreciate him very much.

Honestly I like this Nissan due to it being near by where I live. I also like the people who work there very respectful and understanding. I feel like they need to be energized and more friendly to customers. The after care of my car they wash it good but they need to vacuum the whole car and not be afraid to move car seats and stuff

Had a great experience at Glendale Nissan. Josh was great! He made us feel comfortable when choosing my car. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all the questions we had. He was very patient and professional. There was no pressure nor did we feel rushed. He kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable during the entire buying process. Rodrigo from Finance was very helpful and profesional. He explained everything in detail. He mande the process easy and pleasant. I love the car we purchased and will recommend Glendale Nissan to my friends, family and/or anyone that is looking to buy a car. Thank you for the great experience!!!!
