We had an awesome salesmen Derrick Foyer. He met us at the door as we were coming into the building. We had already looked at the trucks on our way into the dealership. The truck we originally were looking at was to be sent to another dealership, so Derrick showed us another truck, different style and we fell in love with the truck. He explained everything to us, he was very informative and knew exactly all the answers.He was kind and considerate the whole time we were in his cubicle.I wish I could write a page of all the awesomeness Derrick showed us. I would like to add the financial guy and the people who dealt with our trade in were very nice as well. We had a wonderful experience with everyone involved. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gilleland Chevrolet. We love our truck!

BEST CHEVROLET DEALER IN THE AREA! Every time my car needed to be serviced they got me in that same day and gave me a loaner as well, they were very good to me and only took a day max to fix my car. Other dealers in the area didn’t even answer their phone or get back to me about extended warranty when Gilleland was a one time call. I will be recommending them to everyone about new vehicles and where to get theirs serviced at. I went to other Chevy dealers and was not satisfied at all they were very rude and not helpful. Thank you very much Gilleland!! Also thank you Nate R. in the service department for helping me out!

Never buy a vehicle from this dealership. I certainly never will again. The sales folks are absolutely untrustworthy and constantly change their word from what they promise in order to get the initial sale. For instance, saying that a vehicle's minor defects would be fixed and then changing their mind and fixing nothing after the sale was concluded. The sales staff misrepresented their ability to clear up a title issue, and then changed and said they couldn't help at all. They claimed that they tried to contact us multiple times, when they didn't try once. They changed the trade-in offer mid-deal. If you do deal with them, get everything in writing, and even then, expect shady dealings from that point forward. #unprofessional #shady #notworthit

Bryce was so dedicated to finding us the right truck. Even though they didn't have the exact truck on their lot, Bryce was able to find one that met and exceeded all of our needs for a great price! Recent purchases a silvardo from this dealership and worked into the deal was a paint touch up. When I went to get the touch up I left a clear note to where the touch up was needed. When I came to pick up my truck I noticed they missed a lot of the spots on my truck. I went to find the dealer who sold to me to find out he was fired. Then I went to talk to jerry the manger and he was nice and said he would take care of it next Tuesday. Little did I know by writing a review on their poor first attempt jerry went back on his word even when I have proof of him texting me stating "The collision center can do the touch up on Tuesday - I told them to touch up behind the mud flap and hit a few rock chips -let me know if that will work ThxJerry Hirschfeld Gilleland Chev Cadillac "He now does not make anymore contact with me and has failed his end of the deal. Recently bought a Silverado with this dealership and was promised empty promises. Was told I would get touch up to the paint and feel completely short with their partners of Saint Cloud collision. Will I buy a truck from them again no. This dealership fell short of what I assumed was common knowledge to people when you are promised paint touch ups but miss scratches plan as day on the door panels you realize their employees are poor quality in multiple categories. I hope they figure it out or the dealership will go into the ground recommend friendly chev of fridley mn much better customer service.

when you make an appointment and show up on time, they still treat you like crap. It's as if you were doing them a favor. Every time I show up I stand around and wait. I literally have to go and find somebody to help me. It kind of defeats the purpose of a drive in service bay. Their work is okay their service is absolutely terrible. I won't be buying any more vehicles from them or having my vehicle serviced.

You need a fine Nina in call her. She was the best salesperson there. I highly recommend her. I went to six other dealerships and had horrible experiences in each of them. Working to see her I was very angry and defensive, she calmly down. Go see her first thing you won't have to worry about becoming angry she made it a very pleasant experience you cannot ask for better sales person. I give her 100 percent and I highly recommend her in the Chevrolet dealer.

I got to do with Nina. She's the best person could it happen to me. I was looking for my son's first car, he did have a lot of money. I went shopping today before, to be sure he would be treated with respect. I went to six different dealers, I was treated like garbage. When I went to Gilleland, I was sure I would be treated as badly as I was the other dealers. Nina took time to call me down, she treated me decently and me the perfect SUV for my son. I highly recommend going there to find a new car. I will definitely come back in the future. Be sure to ask for Nina, the best salesperson they have. I drove and hour and a half to get here. worth every minute

Everyone that I had contact with there was excellent. While I was waiting for the car to be cleaned up a service adviser saw that I was sitting for a longer time then he thought, so he came in the waiting area and checked on me. One late night I came back to ask a question about my potential purchase and locked my keys in my old Blazer. Three from the sales team went into the shop and got the tools needed and I was on my way in minutes. Great team!

I needed a headlamp changed and did not want to spend alot of money. So I went in for an estimate and got a good price I could afford. I looked at the pricing on the internet and people were complaining that the cost would be $100 - $150 depending on the bulb needed. Your dealership came in well below that price.

I planed to have a used car inspection for my buying and my friend referred me Gilleland at St.Cloud. However, I am very sick of my experience at that store. After my arrival, I went to front desk to confirm my reservation. The guy told me, my reservation was for yesterday. (He was tall and obesity). He said my reservation was for Thursday at 2pm. And I pulled my phone from my pocket and show him my call was made at 2:37pm on Thurday. The most weird thing happened, he claimed that I fake my phone call history!!! He said can fake a phone call history so easily with a very rude attitude. As a senior student majoring in Engineering, I highly doubted he was capable of doing it. For god sake, why can he just insult me so badly for the thing I didn't do!! I swear that is my worst customer service I get in my life time. There is no word can describe how much frustrated and hurt I felt. I would not expect any apologize from him, and I do not need it. I only want to share my experience with everyone.

I had a recently bought truck in to remove rail dust deposits that I noticed sporadically dispersed throughout the entire truck. I live 3 hours away and I was hoping to get it done on a weekend but the collision center is only open on the weekdays. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with warms smiles, very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They knew about the products and walked us through the process pretty easily. I wasn't aware of all the services a real dealership offered until they presented to me and I know for a fact I will be doing repeat business with them as they have a full service department and everyone I dealt with was a straight shooter. It was a real delight deal with this GM family. They generally seem interested in getting to know you as an individual and that was refreshing and they went out of they're to make sure my vehicle was the lowest possible price as I walked in with an ad from a rival dealer.

because I had 56% oil life left you could not change my oil. Justin added windshield fluid and checked my oil level and I was on my way. He did give me instructions on doubling the time on the auto start. I was very satisfied and now know I have to wait until 6 months, 6000 miles or 20% oil life.

The sales part went smooth. When it came to finance it was horrible! Nothing was explained. Peter made it sound like the bank required a warranty which later I found out its illegal to tell a customer that! He said something of the sort that my rate is lower because of the warranty, come to find out when I spoke to others about my visit, it did not only happen to Me! I don't know where this crook came from but he will try to squeez everything possible in without you knowing, like I said he did not explain much of anything! Beware if he is part of your purchase!!

The service center allowed us to drop off our vehicle the day before our appointment. While fixing the problem we had they found a lose wheel bearing and called to see if we wanted it fixed. Of course we wanted it fixed and after getting my approval fixed the loose wheel bearing at no charge to us. What a great deal! Howard told us it was covered under our warranty! Got to like that!

I have not been able to make what would seem to be a very simple adjustment to the clock on my Cadillac SRX since day light savings time ended. I made 2 trips to Gilleland and they could not figure it out. It's just a clock! I was never comfortable with this dealer since purchasing my car and this confirms my suspicions.

It was a good experience overall purchasing a vehicle from Gilleland. The sales, finance, service, and parts staff have been very nice and helpful. The only reason I cannot say it was excellent and my only complaint would be that we purchased a "certified" vehicle and I feel like maybe it wasn't totally checked over before it left. Our antenna was missing (that's #139 on the checklist), the wiper blade in back had rubber falling off, and there is a scratch I think they could have touched up on the passenger side. I feel maybe it was rushed through that process or it was a Friday when they certified it. I just hope all in all it is a good vehicle for us and we don't have any problems. The dealership is replacing the antennae and wiper blade at no cost to us today actually while the protection package is performed. My husband said they were very quick and efficient in the check in process. He was in and out with the loaner car in 20 minutes. So yes all in all I recommend them, just as with anything, make sure you give the vehicle a good once over if it was used.

I was pretty pleased with the overall experience with the exception of the fact that the original truck I was quoted on a Tuesday was sold out from under me while I was in the middle of the transaction. I let the salesman know that I was unable to bring my trade in until Saturday morning and the dealership sold the vehicle on Thursday. In future sales I would suggest that the dealership find some way to put a couple of days hold on the vehicle they are quoting to propective buyers. My son will be able to build his credit history with our purchase and I know that he will be thoroughly happy when the dealership puts the back-up camera and undercoating on.

I would highly recommend using your own bank and not giving these guys even one chance to try and offer you something better, Even when he tries to sweeten the deal know that he is a welcher and will not hold his end. Can't give them 5 stars. The sales department was great to work with, but once I left with my new/used truck from them, their response time to my issue that I found on the truck when I got home increase by %1000. They did resolve the issue (thanks Mick H) and the service department is great. A paid customer is as important as a potential customer. Think about what influence's a potential customer??

Terrible experience. I was in contact with two sales reps for a week about a particular car. Being that I live 6 hrs away, the sales rep said he would "hold" the car for me the day we come day until we arrive and decide. I called the night before and told him we were coming, so he said that he would have the car out front ready for my appointment. The next morning, as i was 45 min away from the dealership I got a call from an employee saying there were other parties interested and to hurry in if we want it. After several conversations with managers, they told me that the sales rep was not in any position to hold it for us and that it was first come first serve. I arrived 15 min later and the sales manager told us they sold had just sold it. We wasted a tank and a half of gas and valuable time due to poor customer service. They don't honor the word of their salesman. What a terrible operation they've got.
