I have been to the Toyota of Lakewood ranch dealer ship fir service since they first opened. They are located 5 minutes away from my house so it's convenient for me. I must admit that during my other visits; just to get an oil change; they have taken roughly 2 hours. I went this morning because I needed yo be in my school by 11:00am. I made an appointment and got there at 7:20am. Finally a service writer(politely) came up to me. They had about 4-5 advertisements saying that the 5 point inspection and oil change was done within an hour; well, not only did I get there early for my appt thinking that I was going to be out by 8:30am I ended up leaving at 10:15am. They took for ever to get that oil changed. I was. Dry unhappy and to top it off; I was late for my class did not have time to go get my things home. Never...never...never again! Poor service for three visits... Waited 20 minutes for them to take my vehicle (with established appointment) no one ever updated me on my car... Over 2 hours for an oil change... I then had to ASK if they found anything wrong with my car... Yes... Leaking shock and should align it... Never gave me.the option to align it while it was already back there.RUN... Go somewhere else.... Coupons are.not even worth going to this place. Never again!!!

My daughter went to look at a specific vehicle and the Internet salesperson my husband had spoken to told my daughter they were "very busy" and assigned her to a salesperson names Kevin who spent two hours showing everything but the vehicle she drove an hour to go see. Upon arriving in Service I noted that there were four porters standing off to the side just chatting among themselves. One of them walked over to me and asked me what help I needed (still had his hands in pockets), but I explained what I needed as I got out of my car meanwhile Ryan had come out to meet with me and do the inspection of the car. The "porter" then said "Ok well he's just gonna do an inspection and then you can tell him what's wrong with it" and walked away. Complete waste of time. During my 2 hour wait for a patch on a tire - I also observed several customers waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. Not the type of service I expect from a Gettel dealership.

Nice dealership and friendly staff. As usual,car salesmen tried to push you to buy a bit expensivelor car but I'd personally don't like that they don't run financial background before test driving the car . They have you pick a car and go test driving and get you to fall in love and then you find out that the payments will be $150 more a month than what you where wanting to pay.

I found a vehicle that I liked, we negotiated a price that we were all comfortable with. My wife was not able to be there at the time, so I put a deposit down for them to hold the car until later when my wife could be there. Later that evening when we got there they had sold the car to someone else who offered them more. One of the managers started telling me that we never had a deal etc. and got really defensive when I pointed his lie out to him since it was written in black on white, not just a verbal agreement. He got really mad and rude and told me that he would not do any more business with me. Well, there are many other dealers out there, so Lakewood won't see me again.

He was very helpful, gave great suggestions and helped me order an one of a kinda customized Tundra. Colin was very patient and helpful, we ordered our Tundra without a hitch. Love my new Tundra. After searching for my Tundra, wife needed a new vehicle as well. We purchased a Camry. They matched USAA Dealers pricing even though they are not a USAA Dealer. We purchased both vehicles ther and would purchase another car in the future from the dealership. They were very courteous, no pressure to buy dealership and would recommend family, friends, co-workers to purchase the new Toyota from Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch!!! I searched for all brands for a truck, went to 11 dealerships during my search, even though I was going to buy a Ram, I ended up purchasing a Tundra! I was looking to buy a new Toyota 4Runner and had already been dealing with another dealership. I called Gettel Toyota (Toyota of Lakewood) and spoke to Renita. I informed her of the quote I received from another dealership and asked if she would beat their price. Without hesitation, Renita spoke to a sales manager and called me back within 5-10 minutes. Not only was she able to beat their price and keep me in a lower payment but she gave me $500 more than the other dealership for my trade in! First off I never expected a dealership to discuss a deal over the phone without coming in first. She not only made it worth my time and money to drive 51 miles to her dealership but she gave me a deal I could not refuse! When I arrived, I met with Renita and thanked her. She introduced me to Jose who further assisted me with my purchase. I tell you, I have NEVER had such a pleasant car buying experience in my life. Everyone at Gettel Toyota (Toyota of Lakewood) was so very professional, attentative, a pleasure to do business with, very honest and informative! My 2014 sequoia was towed to the Toyota of Lakewood location. My battery was completely dead, even after trying to jump start. It was dropped off after hours on a Sunday. I spoke to Ryan ( in service) and he handled it so professionally. I can't say enough great things about my service. He called me Sunday , then twice Monday morning with continuous updates. I was able to get my cat by 10 am on Monday with a new battery. That's after he checked to make sure nothing else was wrong Ryan was fantastic. I will call him directly in the future !

Jennifer greeted me in the service dept. and I reviewed with her what services would be performed on my car. I also mentioned to her that I was looking at the 2016 Rav 4 on line and she introduced me to Sari. We spoke for a while and determined that it was not the right time for me to trade my 2015 RAV. On my initial visit I explained I was just beginning to look for a vehicle and gave a short list of what I needed and the size and feel I had in mind. Nothing appealed to me that was on the lot. I told the salesman I was just beginning to look and he suggested I return in a few days. He emailed me twice and a time was set for my return visit. He was ill but there were 3 choices ready for my perusing and a teammate to show me their features--all fitting my needs; but one met all my specs and the price was in my chosen range. We looked it over inside and out and he suggested I go for a test drive which really was a big selling point for me. It was the size I wanted sat up higher than my sedan and had other features I requested. I liked the ease of turning and parking and I bought the vehicle. Everyone was courteous and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process.

I was involved in an auto accident and my truck was a total loss. So I went looking to replace my 2002 Tacoma with a new one. I built a truck online through the Toyota website and submitted my order to the four local dealerships. All responded to my query and after visiting all the dealerships, I put them to the test of finding me the truck that I wanted and the first to do so would get my business. Gettel Toyota of Lakewood was the first to tell me that they could find only one similar to what I wanted, except for exterior color, and many of the accessories to it that I was requesting they could add for me. But, I was determined to get what I wanted, and Chris Cater went the further distance to tell me that I should just order what I wanted. So within a short 3 weeks, my new truck was ready to pick-up. I was impressed with the expediency and ease of my purchase. Chris always kept me abreast of everything, as I did him on my end. When it came for the day to pick-up my new truck I was so impressed with the quality and detail in the presentation of my truck and the closing process with Daniel Pipp was exceptional, he even got me a better deal than my financial institution could provide. All in all, it was an extraordinary experience at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood with an extraordinary group of people. Thanks again for my new truck.

We have been looking for a highlander and drove from 2hrs to this dealership, because they offered us the best deal for the car we wanted and also they had the largest selection of Highlanders compared to other dealerships. We actually brought a friend with us and had a 2 car deal, which the did a great deal for us both. Heather/Shelby/Collin/Alan/Dan were all great in putting it all together. My only hang-up was Alan's mismatching socks and tight Hawaiian shirts LOL! Great dealership and overall great experience.

I received a letter from Gettel offering me a fantastic deal on a trade in. I was skeptical and thought it was just an advertising gimmick to get me to drive there. I called and spoke to Shelby Motyka the Business Development Director. I asked her to review all the terms before I was going to make the drive and spend my time. We spoke for awhile until I felt assured it would not be a waste of my time and made an appointment to see Shelby. I arrived at the dealership and meet with Shelby. She assigned a salesmen to work with me on what I wanted to do. They appraised my car and surprised me with fair offer towards a new vehicle. We negotiated a few extras I wanted and I agreed to buy my new 2016 RAV4. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I would ask for Shelby to get the ball rolling.

After inheriting a vehicle due to my brother's untimely death, I needed to decide what to do with it. Not needing a large van, I started searching for something smaller on the internet and found a used Rav4 offered by Gettel Lakewood Toyota. Even though the dealership was 1 1/2 hours from me, I decided to drive down, and I was not dissapointed! Tony greeted me upon arrival and despite the underlying sadness I was dealing with, the whole process of trading in and acquiring another car was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Honest and friendly is how I would describe Tony, the deal on my trade-in was good, they honored the internet price, and the gentleman in the business office also was friendly, efficient, and thorough. The facilities are clean and beautiful and Tony brought me bottled water and made sure I knew where more refreshments were available. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Went in for our 20,000 mile lease maintenance appointment and came out with a NEW Lease. Living in the Brandon area I would take my toyota to the nearest Dealer for service. Then I moved to Ruskin and found that Toyota of Lakewood was just as close as the one in Brandon. So I decided to give Toyota of Lakewood a try. What a major improvement. From the time I pulled in to the dealer, the signage was clear and precise, I knew exactly where to go to get to service. I was immediately greeted by a young lady who introduced me to Russ Persad. Russ was very professional and courteous. He went over everything that needed to be done for the 60K mile checkup. I told him that my FJ Cruiser had pulled a couple of times in the past week, not a strong pull just minor. He assured me he would look into it. I was going to wait for the vehicle and only had about 2 hours that I could wait. Depending on what they found regarding the minor pulling he couldn't guarantee that time frame but would do his best. Now this is where I really appreciated Russ and Toyota of Lakewood. About 45 minutes later Russ brings me back to the service area to look under my FJ and explained to me that everything is in great shape that they couldn't duplicate the pulling of the vehicle nor does the vehicle show any signs of leaks in the front end to warrant the FJ pulling. He said the tire rotation should help since it wasn't done at the last service like it should have been. Russ could have just sold me something I didn't need I wouldn't have known the difference. Russ looked over my service record and inquired why I was getting oil changes every 5k miles when my vehicle requirement is every 10k miles. I told him that the Brandon dealer led me to believe it was every 5k miles. So the Brandon dealer wasn't doing the recommended tire rotation and was doubling up on the oil changes. Less than 2 hours later I was on the road again. Toyota of Lakewood just got themselves another customer. I would definitely come back. Thank you Russ Persad!

I have had to buy 3 cars in the past year. I dislike the process and also don't have the best credit to work with. I just wanted to make known that Gettel Toyota made the process pleasant from start to finish. I was not able to get the exact car I wanted, but ended up with a car I needed and am very happy with it. I met with Jose Zelay late in the evening. He worked until 10:00 at night to make sure I was happy. He was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable. I could tell he wasn't just trying to sell a car, but actually listened and worked to help me get where I needed to be, I highly recommend him for a truly exceptional car buying experience. I also worked with Damian Ireton for my financing and he was able to get me an amazing rate, without increasing the payment I wanted. I was honestly shocked at the rate he got me considering my credit score and previous rates. My wife and I each have a Prius, and I always took them here for service. Jerry, the service adviser is so great, he is the only one I would see, I would even wait for him and not use any other. The bad service started when I brought one of my cars in for an oil change. My low pressure light would come on every every couple of months, and there were two tires that would get low, so there was a small leak somewhere in two of the tires, so I asked them to check the tires. Jerry found a tiny screw in one tire before it even went in for service. When the car was returned after service, I was told that it could not be repaired because it was too close to the edge of the tire. It was over 1 1/2" from the edge of the tire, and they didn't even check any other tire for leaks and wanted me to buy a new tire! I was mad about the service I received and stopped by Advance Auto Parts and got a radial tire repair kit for $6 and repaired it myself. I took it to a Firestone shop, and they said there was no problem with the area the patch was and the tire was definitely repairable. This made me even more displeased, and the fact that they didn't even check any other tire. I still have a slow leak somewhere in one of the tires. The dealer now offers Sunday service until 2pm, and advertise a 1 hour oil change. I got there just before 1pm and no service adviser was at a desk, about 5 minutes later a service adviser came, told him that I was there for an oil change, and had me wait another 5 minutes, and passing by said the manger would be by to take care of me. When she came, Jennifer, she promptly told me that they were over booked from walk ins' and that they wouldn't do the oil change. Now I was angered after waiting 10 minutes to be told they wouldn't even write the ticket! I told her it was not my fault they were over booked, and why can't they just stay a few more minutes and do the oil change? I was in no hurry. She was adamant, and that I didn't make an appointment, voices were raised and escalated into an argument, I didn't need this from a manager, her tone and attitude was much less than professional and this woman has no business being a manager. I went inside in the sales room and passed a salesman who asked if I needed help, I told him the situation and he agreed that he never makes appointments for oil changes, and he agreed that I may have to wait, but they should take the time to do the oil change. Then I ended up talking to a sales manager, who did everything to support Jennifer and tell me that I was the one in the wrong, and that they would not service my car. This started another raised argument in the open front sales room with many customers looking at autos to buy or sitting in cubes with salesmen in the process. They took notice of the raised voice argument. At this point I was so enraged that I vowed to never, ever do business with Lakewood Toyota, and to tell everyone I know not to do business here. Unfortunately, on friend bought a car there since and now wish they didn't, but I have been able to keep 2 others from ever stepping foot in this establishment. I went to cars.com and found a lot of displeased customers that will never do business here again. Check for yourself, do your homework. And the odd thing is, they can treat people this way, and they don't even care! Beware! I warned you.

Like most people, I hate shopping for a new car. With this most recent purchase, I had been shopping for more than four months. Last week, I stopped at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood and was quickly greeted by Richard our salesman. I was shopping without my husband that morning and was concerned that I would be treated like a woman; which is a quick way to lose my business. Sadly there are still those that view women shoppers as an easy mark. This wasn't my experience at Gettel of Lakewood. Richard took the time to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle. He also acknowledged the amount of time and research that I'd put into making this purchase. I had been looking at pre-owned SUVs. I test drove one, but it wasn't for me. He searched the pre-owned inventory to look for something else that met my needs. There was nothing that interested me. He then checked the new inventory and found one that met everything on my list. After test driving it, liking it, and being offered a great deal, I told him I needed time to talk to my husband about it. There were no high pressure tactics to get me to buy. He was more interested in having a satisfied customer than pressuring me to make a decision that day. Over the next few days, he did follow up with a phone call or two, but again, no pressure. When we did decide to purchase a few days later, we were at the dealership at 9 a.m. I told him that I had to be out by 11 for an appointment. Richard passed along that need to the other people that would be helping to close the deal and they had me out by 10:55. From beginning to end, the folks at Gettel of Lakewood made this a pleasant experience. I don't normally write reviews, but when someone does a job well I think it should be recognized. Good job Richard and Gettel Toyota of Lakewood!

We had never been to this dealership. Our shopping needs were straightforward, but another dealership had failed to meet them. Not Lakewood! We were greeted by the person we had arranged to meet. They did not have the car we wanted on-site, but they located the car and assigned Jack to help us. He was fairly new to Lakewood, but he was professional and made sure we understood what we were buying, what it would cost and where we were in the process. He explained the operating features of the car we wanted. He called us the next business day (we did the deal on a Saturday) to say our car was on-site. We went up the next day (Tuesday) to pick up the car. Jack came in on his day off to get it done. Everyone we met was friendly and offered to help. Christmas week is a busy time everywhere, but the Lakewood Toyota folks were pretty mellow, yet effective.

We took our vehicle in for a 10,000 mile service and were treated by the most friendly and helpful associates. Everyone tried to make us feel at home although they were all very busy. Very relaxed and comfortable waiting area with computers available to use while waiting as well as complimentary coffee, water, lemonade and TV. Maintenance that was to be performed was explained in detail before and after service. The vehicle was also washed and ready for pickup in about an hour +. Also appreciated the nice clean washroom. Good job everyone!!

I was looking for a new vehicle and I called and talked with Shelby the Internet sales manager. I told her what I was looking for and what I could afford and wow she really made it happen! She had everything ready when I went to the dealership so i wouldn't be there all day and got me the best deal on the vehicle I really wanted. Great service, Delores was great , Chris in sales was awesome and John in finance went through all the paper work so I understood everything! Bill the manager even came out before I left the lot to make sure I was really happy with my purchase! I was very impressed with the service and the people were so nice to work with!

We recently started shopping for a new van after our 2008 Toyota Sienna transmission had to be replaced two days after having our car in for service at Gettel Lakewood Toyota. As much as it was not their fault it went out I was very disappointed that every time we mentioned something was wrong with the car it was not documented. "Lesson Learned" After giving the dealership a second opportunity to earn our business it was not until the end of the negotiations that they realized we were serious about our previous service disappointments. Paul Salefsky and Kaitly Johnston was very wonderful to deal with on the negotiations of possibly buying another van. However, after long hours of shopping around and considering what dealership our van would be serviced and after the mis-trust from this dealership we ended up choosing Honda. The below questions should have a "Maybe" field. I would recommend someone to this dealer to a friend or even for a purchase but would advice them of our service department issues.

Our salesman PAUL SALEFSKY, was the total package when it comes to a really good salesman. First off, he wasn't pushy or condescending, he was very polite. Truthfully, if he had been, my husband would have turned around and walked off. Secondly, he was able to explain all the functions of the new RAV4 we purchased. He never pushed us to make a decision, and at the same time, he never made us feel we were a bother, taking up his time. On June 2nd, We were there from 2:30 until 9:00 when we left with our new vehicle. We traded a more basic model 2010 RAV4, so I do recommend the RAV4 also. His non pushy explanations of what our Limited would do was a big factor in us choosing that model (Limited). He personally took care of us after the purchase, making sure we knew how to use the features of our car (and believe me - we had a lot of questions). Not only that, he invited us to come back and get a refresher course if we need it! I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WANTING TO PURCHASE A CAR. Regarding the service department, it is great (remember I traded a 2010 RAV4). Jerry, my service advisor has always taken good care of me. Of course, when he's off, the others did a great job too. I have used this dealership for service since they opened. Be sure and get a glass of their lemon iced water when you are there- it is so good.

They appraised my trade at least $3000 LESS than FOUR other local New car dealerships (one of which was another Gettel dealer), $2000 LESS than their online trade calculator , which their sales team told me is designed to rate a car low so you feel happier with their in person offer. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Being new to the car buying experience this was a so so experience. I got a good price on a used 2004 sequoia, but it came with only one key. My thought was that it was no big deal a key is only a few dollars. I was wrong. This is a chip key. I called the dealer and told them of my concerns and of course they didn't care. It would be a $100 for the key. My guess is they would only have $10 in the key and the rest profit. So I guess there is no service after the sale. Plenty of other dealers for my next car.

I really do not think I could have envisioned a better car buying experience than what happened on 12/13. I had done some homework online and knew pretty much what we were looking for. I was contacted by Travis after filling out an online form and set up an appt. We arrived to find that Travis was a customer consultant and that he would set us up with a salesman. He introduced us to Christian and the dance began. We told him we were looking for a 2015 Camry. He showed us several and we actually took 3 test drives. My wife fell in love with one and we went inside. Christian answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up getting the deal we wanted with a little extra. Everyone from Travis to Christian to the finance officer Andy were great. I have no problem recommending them to my friends.

I research cars online, for suitability, price, expected repairs/problems, longevity, and my son-in-law's advice (he has his own repair place but not close enough for me to use). I bought my RAV4. from the dealership, and take it there for regular servicing. So far, so good. I am a senior woman, but know about cars, and always watch for weird things when going to a mechanic. (telling me my car needs something it does not really need) Lakewood has always been honest and fair. The sales and service people at Lakewood are friendly every time I go there, and the service (routine) goes quickly. (They offer to wash my car every time, but since I have a kayak rack on top, their machine will not handle that.I wish it would. ) Their regular services are higher than another/cheaper mechanic shop, but I will keep going back as long as their fine service continues.

I purchased a preowned car from them but never again. The car had problems from the start I was told they did not hear any noises coming from the car. I brought the car in for service and they told me it was a bad motor mount. I drove the car home which is two hours away and the noise came back. I brought the car back and they said there was nothing wrong and was even laughed at and was told I was making things up. I was asked to come back and resign my paper work. I told them fix the car then I will resign I had to hold the car hostage to get the car repaired the right way. I took the car to a Chrysler dealer who fixed the car correctly which the techs at Lakewood were to stupid to do Chrysler sent them a $400.00 dollar repair bill. Maybe Lakewood will learn from this maybe not. The sales people are rude and the service department is one big joke. Pass the Gettel dealerships up and keep shopping elsewhere,

I also bought a paint protection plan, after 6 months I came back to get my cars paint protected, the service was rude and started cursing in front of me. Never again will I ever buy a car through them again. Beware!

I have had service several times there and while slow, the people seem to have done a good job. I also bought a Scion there and was ok with the transaction. Unfortunately, I scheduled a recall on my 2012 Camry with them for 2:00 today and they were less than stellar. After driving 35 minutes, I was told that they did not have the part to fix the car. I reminded that they gave me this time and scheduled the date. They said they had been shorted parts from Toyota and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to talk to the Service Manager who was out to lunch at 2:00 PM. Some other person whom I assumed was the assistant came over and apologized. She said that they were only getting 5 parts a day from Toyota and were shorted today. I asked her, when they realized they were short, why didn't they call and reschedule my appointment and save me the drive there and back. She admitted that they should have. Then they told me that I would be responsible for the gas used instead of making the experience more palatable by offering to help me out. They offered to give me a rental, keep my car and fix it tomorrow and I would have to pick it up later in the day. I was not happy with this as I had my gate controller, my Sunshine pass, my sports equipment and many Christmas gifts in the car. I said ok but the rental car they brought had been smoked in and I decided to cut my losses and leave. I have rescheduled the recall fix with another Toyota dealer and if it works out will be taking my Scion and Camry there from now on

I tried to buy a used car here: rudeness and rip off prices. I brought my car here for repairs: rudeness and rip off prices I also know people who've used this dealership and the reviews you read here about the extremely rude manager and rip-offs on "extended warranties" are what happened to my friends too. I live nearby and have direct knowledge of my friend's experiences at this dealership. Also, this is not in or even near Lakewood Ranch. It's in East Bradenton and they're deceptive from the get-go by calling it something it isn't. Even if they think it sounds "Fancy", in reality, it's just plain old STUPID. East Bradenton is a nice place. We have the Manatee River, the Braden River, hanging moss on ancient oak trees. The first home built south of Tampa is here (built by Josiah Gates in 1841). If you had any sense, you'd call this dealership what it is (East Bradenton), and not what it's not (Lakewood Ranch). This makes you look idiotic and that's before all of the rip-offs, bad service, rudeness and lies. If you do business with these people, don't blame anybody but yourself.

I have used Toyota of Lakewood ranch for the past year. I am one to never do a written review and I always give someone the opportunity to redeem themselves. But for the past year I have taken 2 Toyota camery s to them for oil change and repairs. Consistently they fix one thing and break another in the same appointment. I have an extended warranty and they ate all to happy to repair things that they broke because I'm sure they are putting it on the warranty insurance . They take the car won't provide a loan car even though the problem was their fault. I even tried to trade my newer camery in for a Prius. I did my research and found cars with less miles for cheaper prices, all I wanted them to do was match the price. The manager rudely came over and said I don't want to waste your time I can't do that period. He didn't even try to counter which to me ment get out and he was rude about it. So rude the sales associate stood with a shocked look on her face and later had the professionalism to call and apologize for his horrible behavior. I will never go back and it's a shame because the actual building and dealership is one of the most beautiful I have seen. Another lesson for life never judge the business by its building g.

Great service! Michael took the time to review the recommended repairs as well as show me the service evaluation form filled out on my car. It was nice to get an honest evaluation about what needed to be repaired and what could wait. Nice to walk away from a car servicing feeling like you were not being cheated or tricked!

I bought a used 2008 Prius in a transaction that I would say was good to both party's. My salesman was a really good/caring person. There was one perceived issue with the car (turned out to be operator error on my part) and the salesman called me three days after the sale to attempt to schedule a service appt to get it fixed. The service appt would have been necessary as I purchased the car very late in the evening after service had closed. Oh, that remids me...they stayed open approx 45 minutes later than their normal hours to accomodate me. The facility is brand new and is great!! I would recommend this dealer and my Salesman, CJ Wilson, to anyone.

I bought my Camry just a little over a year ago, and the sale seemed to go okay...everyone was very friendly, I was offered a fair deal on my trade-in. At the time, they sat me down to talk to another salesman who sold extended warranties. That salesman sold me a plan that was supposed to cover "everything but gas". He promised that everything including oil changes, normal wear and tear (such as brakes, etc.), and of course major mechanical repairs would be covered up to 100,000 miles. My wife was in the room with me and heard all of the same promises I did. Finally the guy convinced me, against my better judgment, to purchase the extended warranty and work the cost into my car loan. Twice now I've been back to the dealer for repairs that should have been covered under this "extended warranty" only to be told repeatedly that the warranty only covers oil changes and tire rotations. So now I have the luxury of paying approximately $240/year for a few oil changes and tire rotations, which I could easily do myself. WHAT A SCAM! I encourage everyone to avoid Toyota of Lakewood and their sister dealership Gettel Toyota at all costs! They are a bunch of scam artists.

I've been to Toyota of Lakewood twice, both times for service on my 2005 Lexus. Since I live very close to Lakewood, I decided to give them a chance to service my car rather than drive to the Lexus dealership, 15 miles from home in Sarasota. On the first service trip I met Assistant Service Manager Ryan Messerschmidtt. I was immediately impressed with his demeanor, professionalism and honesty.
