From the very beginning my salesman Matthew Russell was great there was no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey and showed me lots of features that were new to me. He took his time making sure both my husband and I were completely satisfied. He introduced us to Dan the finance manager then stayed with us even after the sale. He has reached out to ensure we were still happy and even had my vehicle picked up for service saving me time as well as making it convenient for me. Five star service all the way. Oil change and tire rotation with service man Rich Nichols from the moment I made the appointment I was treated with respect and top rated care. I highly recommend this dealership from every respect!

My experience in service has been good but the sales side of this dealership is ridiculous. Inquired about a quote on an Odyssey EX-L back in early October. It took two weeks for them to finally send a quote and their quote was $8,000 more than the best quote received for the same vehicle from another dealership in Central Florida. Since I get my vehicle serviced here, I gave them an opportunity to match and we settled on slightly more than the best quote I had received because of their “perks”. A week goes by after we agreed to the deal and I heard nothing from them after reaching out once during this time. The sales manager calls after 9 days from when we agreed to this deal claiming he won’t make excuses but yet, made every excuse possible. He was kind enough to tell me he would “honor” the deal that they offered and we agreed to. I was previously told a deposit could be made for a specific color and while it may take months I could “lock myself in” to a certain car. After speaking with this manager, all of this is no longer the case. Experiences like this are exactly why car dealerships have a bad reputation and always will. The truth is: the current market provides a limited number of these cars to each dealership. Since they have this limited number of vehicles, they want to maximize the profit from each one they sell. The deal they agreed to with me wasn't allowing them to do that since many likely come into this dealership and pay $50,000 for an Odyssey EX-L because they think this is the current price in this market. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda, go elsewhere. There are far more honest dealerships in this area than Gary Yeomans.

Let me start off by saying how Britney & Steve are the all-stars at Gary Yeomans Honda. Britney went above and beyond to ensure that she will payoff my current loan on my vehicle, regardless of condition and have Steve ( Finance Manager) explore the best financing options for me with a great rate. She was willing to have most of the items complete prior to me driving to the dealership just to save hours of waiting and it was a bliss. Steve did a great job of greeting me when I sat down with Britney and did not pressure me into any additional services, which was a huge plus. Definitely did get the GAP insurance as I would recommend for Florida drivers. Steve answered all of my questions thoroughly without hiding any information which was surprising coming from a dealership ( in a good way). Thank you very much Britney and Steve for making this process as smooth as you can make it and I'll definitively recommend you two. By the way, Britney does a great job at detailing ;) Thank you !

Called Gary Yeoman’s Honda while I was driving past the dealership on I95. They were able to schedule me in for service immediately. I took the exit, headed up Tomoka Oaks Road where I was greeted enthusiastically. They checked my service records, service codes on dash and performed the recommended service and 90 + point inspection. I was on the road again in less than 2 hours. Good morning, We had the best car buying service and experience with Kyle that we have ever received. He listened to us, introduced us to a variety of cars we described and had us test drive each one so we could experience the difference and know we were buying the exact car we were looking for. Our initial plan was to go to several different car manufacturers and see what I wanted to purchase. Kyle's knowledge and patience was superb, he shared info that helped us find the exact car that suited my criteria. Bill and I are very happy with my choice and we are thankful to have Kyle's guidance and knowledge throughout the purchase of our Honda at Gary Yeoman's Honda.
