My husband and I stopped by Garber trying to find a used Acadia or even Terrain that was within our budget. We were greeted by Oliva Davis and she showed us a few cars in our budget. She was very professional and attentive to our needs. We told her we'd continue with our search and if she found anything in the meantime for us to let us know. Ms. Davis kept in contact with us, called every morning to see if we had found anything and offered another vehicle she had in stock. We did end up buying a GMC Terrain through another dealer but just wanted you to know that Ms. Davis was very attentive and continued to stay in touch with us. That's the kind of salesperson you want to have. We'll keep Garber in mind for the future.

No air conditioning on 2015 Acadia. Made appointment. Told ordered part and would be in in 2 days. Five days and no response. Called Service and told just got part. Scheduled 2nd appointment with guarantee of a loaner. Kept appointment and told to wait. Forty minutes got call from Service asking why I didn't keep appointment. Looked for Service Manager and told didn't have loaner and would have to reschedule. Would call me. No call. Next day called Service Manager twice and left messages. No response. Gave up. Went to another dealer. Never heard from Gaeber.

Mike (GM) and Justin (Finance Manager) went above and beyond to make this purchase experience the BEST! Mike even drove an hour south to the airport on his day off to pick me up at the airport! When we got to the airport Justin was ready to finish things up for me and get me on my way with minimal loss of time. I needed some service to allow my vehicle to receive gas at the gas station without the pumps shutting off every 2 seconds and worked with Jude Forte and as usual she was extremely helpful and friendly. I almost enjoy coming in to see her, but it is never for a good thing. She makes getting your vehicle fixed as painless as possible. She has done more for me wanting to buy my next vehicle from Garber than any salesman could ever do.

The only thing that I had found out afterwards was that after my oil was changed, my tires were rotated but were not put on correctly. My tires are directional. Now I will have to come in again to get this fixed which is an inconvenience for me.

My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and the part was ordered and I had my vehicle back the next day. I was given a loaned and it was a new vehicle. I had decided to buy or lease a new vehicle. I saw the TV ad for the Buick Encore and it seemed just like the vehicle I was looking for. On my way to the Buick showroom my daughter suggested we stop at the Ford dealer and take a look at what they had to offer. When we enter there was a girl behind the reception desk who did not even greet us. We looked at all the vehicles on display and no one offered to help us or even say hello. I really was not interested in what they had to offer so we just left. We arrived at Garber Buick and was immediately greeted by Jamie Miller who offered to help us. I asked him if the TV-add was really true about the Buick encore and he assured me that it was. We looked it over and we even drove it, however I felt it was a little smaller than what I wanted. Jamie suggested I might like to look at the GMC Terrain and he brought one around for us to examine. I knew the minute I saw it that this was the car for me, not the one I needed, but the one I wanted. Of course it was 2 to 3 times more expensive to lease and twice as expensive to buy. All of the people at Garber Buick that helped us were the real reason I ended up with the GMC Terrain. To put it simply, what really sealed the deal was the knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees that went out of their way to make me happy. You have a great team at Garber Buick.

Took my truck in for schedules service and a whining, roaring coming from transmission or drive train. Was told that noise was coming from tires. We were under out GM Certified 2 year bumper to bumper warranty and took our 2013 GMC Terrain in for routine maintenance. We had a few scratches on the outside and inquired about getting them buffed out. The price was right, everything was completed in about 24 hours and we are thrilled. My transmission malfunctioned several hours from my home. The nearest dealership was Garber Buick/GMC. Was I fortunate!! Their service, kindness, attention to detail and helpfulness was above and beyond normal expectations. In particular, Jude, the Assistant Service Manager, took me under her wing and oversaw the whole process. She even carried and loaded bags into my rental car. When is the last time you saw that from a service department! They replaced my transmission but it was far more then that that happened. I will drive the extra distance to Garber when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

We went to Garber on a whim to look at the Acadia, when in our mind our dream car was the Yukon. If every GMC Dealership had a Service Writer like Jude, their rating would ALWAYS be EXCELLENT!!! She ALWAYS makes me feel like I am the most IMPORTANT customer in your dealership. Jude took the time to show me all the waiting room amenities and offered me a drink. Your new facility is beautiful and very accommodating to the customer. My ONLY issue was with the TV and it's inability to change the channel and was frustrated with the same thing showing over and over. What also made me feel SPECIAL, was that my salesperson, Robert, took the time to come into the service waiting room to acknowledge that I was there and to see if there was anything he could help me with. Jaime miller was the salesman for my 2015 GMC Sierra 2500. He was not pushy, he was available, knowledgable, and an all around good guy. He was definatly out for my best interest. On August 13, 2015, I scheduled an appointment for our 2015 Buick Enclave. The ac didn't seems to be cooling on one side as the other. Mike Mantovi assisted me over the phone because Jude Forte Asst Service Mgr was scheduled off that day. for the service appointment for the next day. Jude had the loaner vehicle ready when I rolled on the lot. Our repair/replacment for the evaporator core was done in 24 hrs. Our Enclave was cleaned and detailed and the loaner was a blessing! Once again Service is the life of a dealership! Steady as she goes... because of the team Garber GMC Ft Pierce has in place. May I also add, Jude has been eager to serve our families automobile repair needs for 2.5 yreas now, this is one lucky dealership's service department! Called in the morning and ask if I could bring car in for oil change and tire rotation and I was able to take it right in. They had the courtesy driver available to bring me home and then pick me up to pick up the car. Everything went well.

This is the first time buying a new car that my wife actually enjoyed being at the dealership and didn't feel pressured. I am extremely happy with the service dept .at Garber GMC. Having just arrived in FL from MA, I was unfamiliar with any GMC dealerships in the area. As luck would have it, I got the address from the local telephone book. I took a chance and drove directly to the dealership. No appointment. I explained the situation to the Service Mgr. She was professional, pleasant and most important she was "right on the ball". She kept me up to date with phone calls. A loaner vehicle was provided. My vehicle was returned a week later in top form looking better than when I left it. Thanks a million!

I heard what sounded like a belt whining when I starting up my car after my shift at work so around 3:15 I called Jude to see if I could bring my Buick in. Her response how soon can you get here? The sound didn't happen all the time, but I was hoping they could hear it. When she drove it back to service dept. it was definitely something they needed to check out. Jude called Enterprise to get me a rental since it was under warranty. Had my car back in less than 24 hours. Excellent service as always.. Thanks Jude and Garber team.

I had a great experience, I came in last week Monday for a quick check up as we were planning on a vacation drive and wanted to make sure everything was fine with the Enclave. Without having an appointment, the service advisor took me right in with a smile on her face, got my car inspected and changed out the oil, detailed the car and I was on my way in an hour. My experience with Garber was great due to the help of JUDE. What a wonderful asset she is to the service department. In the past I was told I did not have an extended warranty but this time Jude checked with Fidelity and sure enough it was in force and good until 2017. Without the warranty I could not have fixed the air conditioner. She went above and beyond to help me in other ways as well. Thanks Jude and Tom.

The entire time my wife and I were at Garber we were treated with the utmost respect. Starting with the service writer to the salesman whom we dealt with, the experience and knowledge they displayed was nothing less than professionalism. From the time I got out of my Suburban at Garber GMC to driving off the lot with my Yukon XL was a very plasent experiance. Nick Mucciolo was right there to greet me, listen to me describe why I was there, and knows the stock and took me to the exact vehicle I wanted. Knowledge, no pressure, fair price (both for the Yukon XL and what they gave me for the Suburban) makes this dealship a excellent place to shop.

The two service writers were pleasant and efficient. They made me feel at home while my car was being serviced. Jude explained in detail what was being done, and what should be done in the future. The damage to my 2012 Buick LeCrosse was very unusual. We were parked at the Port St. Lucie/Ft Pierce Service Plaza on the Florida Turnpike. When we were starting to leave - Marylyn was driving - she backed slowly out of the parking spot, but stopped when she noticed something unusual in front of the car. She stopped and said "We're tangled with a garbage can or something." I got out of the car and to my surprise and dismay, the front bumper and grill had been pulled off of the front end. Inspection revealed that the "re-bars" fastening the parking curb to the pavement were protruding an inch or so out of the top of the curb. The underside of the bumper had engaged the re-bar, and pulled the bumper, grill and ancillary small pieces off of the front end of the car. I called On-Star and they got the ball rolling to transport the car to the nearest facility that could handle the repairs. That was when we met Mario Triana, manager of the Collision Center. Mario was most sympathetic and helpful - we were about 200 miles from home. He did his best to make us comfortable under very trying and stressful circumstances, including working with us for the rental car arrangements. He gave us an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready, and smoothly handled the paper work. THANKS MARIO!

I brought my car in for basic maintenance, actually a little early since I was just starting a new job with a long commute and would not be able to miss work for 90 days and might miss the correct time for maintenance. I was able to get the appointment time I wanted. The service representative was pleasant and helpful. I asked if it would be possible to also wash off my car (I live in a condo with no facilities to wash a car) and when my car was returned to me, it had been washed and even vacuumed. The service was performed quickly and the cost was good. I had coupons which I did not even have to use because the dealership offered specials which were better than the coupons.

The one thing that disappoints me is the fact that I paid $79.93 for an oil change, then returned home to find a coupon in the mail for the same service for $59.95! Why wasn't I told there was a special going on? This in light of the fact that I was spending $530.00 for other work at the same time!

The only problem I had was when I pulled up to the service bay it took a while for someone to come out. I believe this is due to not being able to see outside from the service offices. The experience otherwise was wonderful.

As soon as I drove in a gentlemen was assisting another customer and probably within 3 minutes asked how he could help me. I was there for a recall on my car. As I was telling him The Assistant Service Manager came out and I told them what I was there for and she took me right into the office and did the paperwork. I was offered a multipoint check at no cost which I accepted. They found nothing wrong with my car. All were friendly and appeared to want to see that the customer was satisfied. I had called another dealer and had been waiting for over a month for them to call me so I called Roger Dean who had sold out to Garber. I called on Tuesday and got the appointment for the following Thursday.I left there very happy,

Service dept is always courteous and concerned about the operation of my vehicle. They are flexible in scheduling service and provided a loaner car when needed. Always stays on top of vehicle notifications and status of a current recall from the manufacturer. While the dealership is under remodeling, they make sure we are safe and comfortable at the facility.

Prompt greeting, pleasant sign up, quick service, knowledgeable, polite, could not have been a better experience. One of the service writers (female) approached a man sitting next to me in the waiting room and said that his service appointment would take some time, would he like a ride home and they would pick him up when the car was ready. She could not have been nicer, what a wonderful caring customer environment.

I was double teamed by Service Advisors Jim and Jude and both were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. By previous phone appointment Jim had a loaner ready for me and since he was with another customer when I arrived Jude met me in line and took care of my needs. Both were very accommodating when I returned with the loaner. It doesn't get much better than that. I also was able to try out the Terrian and let my tall husband see if he comfortably fit the leg length and if the lane changing visibility was good for me while driving it. We both loved it. I appreciated the opportunity to check it out and Jim made that happen. Both Jim and Jude are EXCELLENT Service Advisors. They were very busy but still took the time to explain things, MAKE EYE CONTACT, and make me feel that I am important to the dealership. I did take time to read all of the letter's, cards and reports about your Service Staff that were posted on the bulletin board and I was very impressed. My husband has a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado and he also has the early onset of dementia. His beloved truck was leaking a fluid and unfortunately, I did not have the truck towed to our local Garber Fort Pierce, GMC dealership on August,5, 2014, instead, I choose a small owned garage and that was a mistake after 2 weeks of this garage working on the truck on and off and the cost, it was still leaking a fluid. That's when I made the choice of Garber Fort Pierce GMC service. BINGO! On September 9, 2014, because I FINALLY had his truck serviced at Garber Fort Pierce, GMC by certified mechanics and the amazing service team had my husbands truck repaired correctly. During the repair process while in service at Garber Fort Pierce GMC, Dave Lewis, Service Technician worked tirelessly and thru his lunch at times to expedite the repair process, so hopefully, my husband would not have to go one more day without his 1998 truck. We also purchased our 2011 Lacrosse from this dealership and love our GMC and my salesman, Jim Clute and the purchasing process there. Jim Herbert and Jude Forte are always the professional and knowledgeable Service Advisors. Jim and Jude have always seen to our maintenance or repair needs. Jim Herbert has returned phone calls after hours or since we are on his way home, many times he has come by, if I have a concern about my husbands truck. Service, also offered a loaner vehicle and we were thrilled to have that transportation available if needed. Although, the process for "final repair" was hard on my husband with dementia. Your service team took all that into consideration. I would trade our 98 Chevy 1500 Silverado, but, unfortunately my husband would not recognize a new or newer truck. So, hence, the laundry list of repairs that were very necessary. One repair lead to another. Your service team did what they had to do! The truck is now running smoothly and I know it's safe for my husband to drive his 10-15 miles per day.Great Job! Your service team took all that into consideration. I would trade our 98 Chevy 1500 Silverado, but, unfortunatley my husband would not recogonize a new or newr truck. So, hence, the laundry list of repairs that were very necessary. One repair lead to another. I had taken the truck starting on Aug 5th to a small garage and after 3 days and $500 it leaked oil and not the water leak I was asking about. OMG, why didn't I bring the truck to the dealer sooner could have saved me the 1st repair bill. We were given a loaner auto and that really helped me with my husband. Great Job! My wife and I finally have an honest dealer to go to again! That's because we found Ft Pierce Buick and Service Manager MIKE MANTOVI! Mike was our service person at the Buick dealer in Stuart and when he left service there turned for the worst. It seems they're only interested in how much they can get from my wallet. Mike and his Assistant Jude are straight shooters interested in customer service, not how much they can get. Can't wait to see the new store--the pictures are beautiful. Went to see the cost of new vehicle to replace my Buick Lacrosse. Met The Assistant Service Manager James. Great Guy. Was well versed with the model and quirks of my Buick. He opened the gate for me as his first customer on a Saturday morning. I was over 1/2 hour early. He was pleasant and accommodating. Booked me in efficiently and made me comfortable with his demeanor and professionalism. I left the car with him and went to see vehicles in the showroom. Met Robert (Senior Salesman). Great guy. Knowing I am from Canada and that a sale was possible but unlikely, he spent a long time working on my needs. He is one of the most well versed salespersons I have met. His advice was straight forward and his knowledge was proven to be dead on. Met Tom (General Sales Manager). Was impressed with his business ethic and directness yet humorous method of making me comfortable. End of the day, car was fixed at a low cost and I am trying hard to buy from this dealership and can honestly say I will only deal with this group if or should I say when I buy the vehicle I choose.
