Took car in to see what was wrong with the front end. I new I needed tires and alignment. They wanted to replace the front end charging around $1000. I took it some place else got tires and alignment and checked out. Nothing wrong with front end. New tires and alignment about $500. Said I will never go back or recommend anyone to go. Especially females. New owners same old BS.

Took our Lincoln Navigator in for A/C repair. They filled it with Freon, charged us $110, and sent us on our way. The A/C worked fine for a day, and didn't work the next day. Took it back, and the discovered a hose that was broken and had to be ordered. Eleven days later they are able to replace the hose (another $575), but forgot to reinstall the engine cover when the work is done. How someone can work on a vehicle and not notice something wrong when there are parts left over when the job is completed - especially a large black plastic engine cover - is incomprehensible.

I hate dealing with car salesman and going through the long, drawn-out process of buying and financing a vehicle. But, this time, the process was short, smooth and pleasant! Fulton Ford was amazing. The salesmen were honest, down to earth and not at all pushy. They found us the vehicles we wanted, even though they did not have them on their lot, within one day. They paid attention to details and did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers. The financing and paperwork took very little time...there was none of the usual "I have to run that by my manager or the billing people" stuff that you usually get from a car salesman, so the process was very quick. I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought my 2015 Ford Fusion from Tim at Fulton Ford he was the super knowledgeable of the dealership the vehicle was very helpful. I also had an after market product put on he made sure I got my appointment set up and when I went back in he made sure I was happy with my new car and product. Nikki In Finance office was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and made sure we were pleased. Guys in service were helpful also. Fulton Ford has a very nice new dealership I will be back for my oil changes and in the future for any other vehicle purchases. THANK YOU TO ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2015 Ford Fusion on a Wednesday and turned around and purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 on the very next day. My experience with Fulton Ford was great and I recommend them to anyone. My salesman Tim Ridnour was very good to deal with and seemed to really care about me as a customer. The sales manager Harold and the finance gal Nikki are easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were very satisfied with our purchase. I've lived in Fulton, MO all my life (48 years) and I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealer in Fulton, the people there are friendly, easy to work with and no pressure. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Fulton Ford.

Futlon Ford represented everything I was looking for in a dealership when purchasing a used 2008 Ford Explorer. My experience only reassures previous reviews of them, which played a large part in my decision. The salesman, Ron, was not only knowledgable but also very pleasant to deal with throughout the entire buying process. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, fixed a few blemishes with the purchased vehicle, and gave me the personal attention every customer can appreciate. Although this is a smaller dealership, their price was extremely competitive and was well under those advertised by larger dealerships such as Machens (By nearly $3000). I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new or used car/truck in the future.

I just bought the 2012 Coyote 412HP Mustang from your dealership today. I was thoroughly impressed with my salesperson, Brad, who worked to make sure I got what I wanted. I also liked that I was only there 3 hours total from beginning to finish. The financing was great, with the payment I wanted. Fulton ford, you are great!

Purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer in October of 2014. Worked with Dusty as a salesperson and Mark as finance director. They worked to give me a deal that worked for me and succeeded. Loved my car but car had minor flaw in steering wheel trim. Service department attempted to do a small fix that didn't satisfy me. Dusty and Mark stepped in at this point, immediately ordered an entire new wheel and had it installed free of charge. I was very pleased with this level of customer service.

This is a follow up to the previous posting of Trade too low. After posting this review I was contacted by the GM of Fulton Ford. I went in and discussed the deal with them and the explained to me they would have never let me leave the store knowing we were $500 away from making a deal that communication was broke down somewhere. So we have now closed the deal and they made every effort to make this situation right and did so with great service. They were very apologetic and i was approached by both owners. The owner also made it right with a free first oil change and tire rotation on top of making the deal work with the $500 difference we had. They all were very polite and excited to earn back my business as a local customer. If you are going to buy a car in Fulton i recommend these guys and specifically the salesman Tyler Kettle. I do buy cars yearly and these guys will continue to be my first stop as a local dealer. If you're coming from out of town stop here first and see what they can do. They did a great job at "making it right" for me as a customer. I am not easy to impress as a customer and I am truly impressed with Fulton Ford taking a bad experience and making it good for all parties involved without making me feel as a customer I was in the wrong in any way for having a complaint. So great job guys I will be back again.

Offered me 1800 less than booked trade value on my car. I offered to put in another $2100 from my side to offset and they only came up $300. We were $500 away from a deal and they let me walk. This was the third time. Sorry guys there won't be a 4th. You gotta deal to keep locals buying from local small town dealers. But the big dealers will ultimately get the business of you don't cut it. Why not drive to columbia if they'll give me $1500 more for my trade and their vehicle is priced the same? You guys are not offering a reason to keep me buying from a local dealer. Twice you've lost my business to a bigger dealer. This will likely be the 3rd. Tell your sales manager to get it together. He's losing your business. Sorry it's the hard truth. I won't make the same mistake again. You have officially struck out. Lost a possible repeat customer who buys cars yearly over $500. I will say your salesman was awesome. But he's tied down by their decision. Bye Fulton ford. Lost my business I won't even get my oil changed there again. If that's how you work I'll put my faith somewhere else.

Mark, the sales manager is very, very unprofessional. He threatened to take my son to court, and told me how I should be raising my children. This is coming from him because my son decided not to buy a vehicle from him. Why would a salesman better yet a sales manager tell my son as he throws his keys back to him that he will see him in court AND tell me on the phone on how I should be raising my children. When did that become his job??? Why would somebody who should be in a professional manner throw tantrums in front of my son and yelling at me on how I should be raising my kids....and better yet, slams the phone down on me....not a good experience and would NOT recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

i thought they had some quality cars, but only in the upper price range. in low end the cars were either banged up or overpriced for really plain cars. the kid we test drove with was inexperienced and new(i'm guessing), but really tried to help find something in the right price range with the right criteria. he didn't know the stock very well, but he may have been brand new. i liked that the guy didn't immediately push the option of financing on a car i wanted but i couldn't afford. but it wasn't his goal. seemed very honest and respectful. clean but unorganized lot. polite salesmen. just not-so-hot inventory.
