With my car being deemed a total loss I came back to frontier to get another car and Alma and Jason gave me an amazing deal! With only being 18 years old I already was able to get two 2016 cars with their help. I have to take a moment to specially Thank my Salesperson Hector Sanchez for making my car buying experience to be awesome two big thumbs up for this guy!! I was reffer by my friend that purchased a Car from Frontier Toyota and told me that Hector Sanchez was his salesman, and he was truly satisfy and told me that Hector would make me feel comfortable and not pressure me at all to buy any vehicle that I didn't want and that he's not like other salesman pressuring people to buy, and which is kinda of annoying thats why I was afraid of going to big dealer. So went in and ask for Hector at the dealer he was super nice and indeed explain everything I needed to know bout buying a vehicle from start to finish. Hector Sanchez made it super easy for me regardless of my bad credit, he even manage to get me finance with low interest in a 2017 Toyota Camry WOW right, I still cant believe it, thank you, also all staff from financing was great!!! Honestly if My friend had never told me bout him, I would never had bought a new car, and its my dream come true because, I never thought I would be driving a new car home!!! They are large. They are trained and they know how to conduct large volume sales..Quick and high pressure sales is how I spent my early afternoon. I knew what I wanted to spend and they worked me for a little more. They first offered me an insulting offer on my trade. Then they double team you with their multiple box "sales offer"sheet and run back and forth between the sales manager's office. It becomes a performance that is "All about the money". I am happy with my CPO Highlander and have service and warranty for a while. All I can say to you is to follow the Golden Rule of any purchase..walk and completely inspect the entire vehicle before you make an offer..little hidden gems (flaws) may appear!!

I arrived at this dealership on Saturday 03/05/16, to look at a new Tacoma and was told by the salesman that they do not deal on the price and that I was lucky to be paying MSRP if I wanted the truck. I informed him that I purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and that I have never paid MSRP. The salesman then left and returned with a manager who stated the same thing that they do not deal. I told the manager that I have never paid MSRP in my life and he stated arrogantly that maybe I should wait a few years to buy one. This dealership clearly believes that they are too big to fail, What a shame, I have lived in the SCV my entire life but will never do business here and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Nice place to get a new car. Jeff took care of me & when I lost a hub cap a few weeks after I bought my car, he found one for me at no extra charge. He went out of his way to help me. I'd recommend him to all my friends & family!

Words alone can not express how lucky we were to deal with Quaid, Nickolas, Marcello, and Reggie at Frontier Toyota. Quaid and Nickolas were so informative about the vehicles we were considering, and unbelievably patient as we decided between vehicles. If I could give there service department negative 10 stars I would. I bought a brand new 2015 Camry. Started noticing the engine was knocking (pinging). Brought the vehicle in for an inspection to Frontier service, was told the car was fine? Complained to Richard Newman the service director about the issue. He said to switch gas to a higher octane, which led to no result. He then stated that an engineer would inspect the vehicle on my next appointment which never happened. When I asked to see the inspection report, Richard could not provide a clear cut answer and denied access to the report. He then stated that a "second" engineer appointment would be scheduled as a courtesy. Again, I requested the inspection report for the first inspection and the second inspection and was denied. Now they say the engine has no problem but can't explain why it's knocking everyday repeatedly?? Bottom line, these people will lie to you until your blue in the face. They're happy to take your money all day, but when you need help and honest service, they will lie and tell you whatever they want, and kick you out the door as quickly as possible. I have lost all faith in Frontier Toyota, and the Toyota brand as a direct result of how the upper management treats the consumer at this establishment. Run from this place if your smart.

I took my mini can in this morning for an oil change.. my service rep was Valerie.. what a RUDE RUDE woman. When I arrived at the service drive thru area.. I was greeted by a man who took my info and directed me to Valerie's office. She was not there so I waited in the doorway.. when she arrived she squeezed by me in the doorway, didn't greet me at all.. sat down at her desk.. and promptly told me to "have a seat".. I was a bit taken a back by her quick statement .. but had " a seat" anyway.. she began typing on her compluter.. never introduced herself.. after a min she said.. sign her.. I asked.. what am I signing?.. her reply.. that you are allowing us to do an oil change.. ok.. I said. still not hello.. how are you?.. nothing.. she then printed out a paper.. stapled it.. stood up.. opened the door and said "sit out here.. I will let you know when it's done"... really? this is the customer service I got.. horrible experience..definately won't go back.. and definately wont reconnend.

I visited here a few days ago in hopes of test driving a pre-owned vehicle of my choice. I walked around for about 5-10 minutes on the pre-owned lot, figuring a salesperson would come over and talk to me. None were to be found. So I walked into the building that has a sign that reads "certified pre-owned vehicles." Upon entering, I see a handful of glass cubicles with about 4-5 women all on headpiece telephones. I thought I had walked into a telemarketing company. A woman looks at me confusedly and asks if I need help. I told her I wanted to test drive a vehicle. She responds and dials up a salesman to come over. A young man arrives about 5 minutes later. I tell him I would like to test drive a certain type of vehicle (pre-owned). He says they don't have one in stock. So I ask if I can drive a new one to get an idea if I even like that kind of vehicle. He tells me that it would be completely different than a pre-owned one. I'm not an idiot and I realize that it would be different, but I'd still like to drive one. For some reason he's very reluctant to let me test drive a new one. I see another used vehicle in their lot (different manufacture and make) that I've been wanted to test drive as well, so I ask if I can drive that one. He immediately launches into a sales spiel about what I'm looking to spend, and what my financial picture is and so on. I give him some vague numbers but tell him that today is my first day of looking at cars. So I test drive this other vehicle. We get back and I say I'd like to test drive the vehicle that I came here for. He gets this weird look on his face and says he's going to see what he can do. At this point I'm starting to get really confused. He walks away for about 10 minutes and I'm assuming he's going to get the vehicle I want to test drive. Instead he comes back with another salesman. This other guy launches into his sales spiel and asks about what I want to spend and why I want to test drive a new vehicle of that kind. He tells me that the new one is going to cost way more than that etc. I tell him I want to test drive it to see if I like it, and I will worry about what it costs later. At this point I still think they are going go get me the vehicle I want. But instead they point to a different model nearby. We go over and check it out. They ask if I want to test drive it. I agreed, since I do want to test drive many different kind of vehicles to educate myself on what's available. We get back and they try to get me to come inside to "look at some numbers." At that point I told them no, and left. For the life of me, I can't see how anyone in their right mind, would think this is the way to run a successful business. It is apparent to me that Frontier Toyota does not care about the customer. It's all about money, getting the sale, numbers, etc.

I dealt with Philip in the Internet sales department and Nick in Finance. I had preshopped the model I wanted on line and was wanting to get preapproved and to complete the transaction quickly. I was approved and then invited to test drive. I received a thorough explanation of the car's features and how to operate it. After the test drive all paperwork was already prepared and was able to get typed and on my way within about 60 minutes. I have received much follow up including scheduling the first complimentary service for the car. Having known Frontier Toyota and their staff for many years, I can attest to their top-quality service. Their location is also a big plus if you are in the AV, SC Valley or SF Valley.

I regretfully have to write the following review because of a poor Service experience: So I bought a used car (2012) the weekend before last and noticed it was leaking something by my front-passenger tire. When I went back last week to finish my papers, I mentioned it to one of the guys and they said it's probably just water from the AC condensation and to check it out. I checked it out when I got home and it was oily, plus I dripped water next to it just in case and the leak puddle was darker than water. So this Tuesday I call them and ask if I can bring my car in or do I have to make an appointment. I was told to just bring the car in because there were a lot of open spots that afternoon. I bring my car in and I get directed to Dane Jensen who was texting at his disk and wouldn't acknowledge me until he was done. I explained to him something was leaking from my car and it wasn't water. He told me oil can leak with the condensation and that it was normal - later I learned that it's not so normal! Then I hand him the slip I was given and he asks if I made an appointment. I explained to him that I didn't have one because of what I was told on the phone. He told me he didn't know if they have a spot for me and then I let him know I was told there were spots. He told me I needed to make an appointment. I didn't wanna fuss so I was cooperative, made the appointment, and went on my way. Today was my appointment date. I show up at my appointment and Dane is out to lunch so I get directed to Frank. Frank was nice. I explained to him there is oil leaking and that I didn't know where it was from. I mentioned that I was told oil may leak from the condensation so it may be that but he said oil shouldn't leak from there. So now I don't know if Dane was being honest or maybe didn't know or if Frank is the one who might not have known but the information was conflicting. I leave my car there. Frank says they'll call in about 3-4 hours. After 4 and a half hours, no one called. So I call and learn the car was ready. I go to pick it up and the sheet says they found no leak coming from the car. I go to see Dane about it and he says they found no leak. I bring up that it could be oil in the AC condensation and he said that was normal. They didn't even check my AC condensation. As I was leaving, he said he tried calling me but that my voicemail wasn't set up. I got not calls but I know I have my voicemail setup because I've been getting voicemails this week from other calls. They have my phone number on file (it was on my sheet too) so I'm guessing Dane called the wrong number or didn't call at all. Worse part is that I've been researching oil in AC condensation leaks and what I'm learning is that AC condensation should be water (with no oil). Maybe some dirt in there but there shouldn't be a slick, oily content to it which is what my puddle was. So all in all, I may still have a problem based on what I'm seeing with my car, they didn't even look at it, and everyone's time may have been wasted. I didn't give them a 1-star only because I hope this was a fluke and that next time I will have a better experience with them.

(Used, yes, but never new)I was looking for an amazing deal on a 2015 Toyota Prius three. I contacted the internet sales desk and spoke with Jeff Johnson. Dealing with Jeff over the phone was a great experience. He worked hard to get me the right car for the right price. In fact it was an amazing price! I know because I researched all options for weeks. Jeff was so genuine on the phone that I drove 59 miles to the dealership in Valencia (Frontier Toyota)I met with Jeff and we went for a test drive. Jeff was so upfront about pricing and what was included that I purchased the Prius on the spot. I highly recommend Jeff at Frontier along with the entire team. The drive is well worth it!

No one tried to pressure us to buy the car we test drove and although they were busy, we were able to get out of there with our new car in less than 3 hours! They also gave us a great deal on the car that couldn't be beat and made sure we got the best deal possible. Everyone we saw that day carefully explained to us everything we needed to know about the car we were buying and the warranties that were being offered by Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, this was my first car purchase and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

I guess Frontier Toyota proves that car salesmen fit the stereotype of being in it only for themselves. I don't know why I expected a dealership to treat me any differently than any other person, but i was truly insulted when they offered me 75% of my trade in "fair" condition price and $10,000 less than what they could turn around and sell it for. My car easily fits the description of "very good." Here is some advice: don't call yourself and "aggressive dealership" when confronted by a customer on a low ball trade in price. Basically what you are saying is "sure, we try to screw people whenever we can." You only get one chance for a first impression, and you guys totally messed it up.

I stopped in to see a 2010 Prius I was interested in and he was so helpful. I was still undecided but he was willing to keep in contact and help me find the car I was was looking for. The atmosphere actually felt welcoming and the people were in fact nice. It was amazing. I was upside down in my car. I actually had been to another dealership where they threw my keys at me and told me I was buried and to kick rocks. Thankfully I tried Frontier. They worked magic and I drove away in my dream car. We were shopping for a certified used vehicle for my father-n-law and was able to narrow down to Frontier Toyota as one of the few dealers that we wanted to visit. This dealership was our first choice to visit due to their multiple inventory of the specific vehicle we were looking for. Our great experience with this dealership started when we arrived at the dealership to meet with Jeff Johnson, who was the sales person that showed us the few vehicles that we were shopping for. I liked the fact that Jeff was friendly and not aggressive in the selling points. He covered all the basics about the car and was friendly with sharing with us some personal things about himself. He took the time and allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles. When we decided to sit down and negotiate, both Jeff and Kevin Kelly, who is the assistance sales manager were very engaged and willing hear us out on our offer. In the end, we walked away with a car that my father-n-law really liked at a price that worked for both sides. We are out of town shoppers and had to drive 3 hours to this dealership but I must say that it was well worth it. I definitely would recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to visit Frontier Toyota in Valencia, Ca and meet with Jeff or Kevin. We look to do business again hopefully soon.

Was negotiating a deal with Quaid on a 2007 4Runner.He never called back with a firm answer for me to drive 52 miles. Then asked for manager VIC and he wanted my business for life. We agreed on an "out the door" price and I said I was leaving with full payment in hand. 30 miles down the freeway I get a call from Quaid, Vic did not have the courtesy to come to the phone, and said the car is just sold but we have other cars so come on down and we'll make a deal. I called Vic who stated that they never hold cars. Wow!! I just had a discussion with this man 30 minutes ago and we agreed on a price and I said I was driving out. How we ended up at Frontier is an entire odyssey unto itself -- I'm just very glad we did. I started out using the Edmunds program, which opened the floodgates to virtually all Toyota dealers in Southern California! In the span of a couple days, I was receiving calls and emails from Longo, Hamer, Simi Valley, North Hollywood and Downtown LA.What ultimately sold me on Frontier was #1, participation in the Costco Auto Buying Program. That led me to Jeff Johnson, a true prince and fine human being who became my contact person throughout the entire purchasing experience. He helped me pick out the perfect car for my wife, guided me through a painless series of choices and options, thanks largely to the wisdom of the designers of the 2014 Corolla. Once we knew the model (S) and features (driver's convenience package) - the only tricky part was nailing the colors and waiting to see that my wife indeed liked what we had chosen.Financing is financing - you have to keep your wits about you. But I must say that Norm made me a happy man by working to meet our criteria by getting us genuine Toyota backing. Although we already had 5.49 locked in through our credit union, we came in during a spring sales event that offered rates as low as 1.9%. We understood upfront that a term as long as 72 months would not qualify for the bottom rate, but I felt that the 3.9 we received was more than fair and honest.Speaking of which, our deal was complicated by a trade in that we hadn't fully paid off. Once again, Frontier gave us great value and removed the hassle of having to list the vehicle ourselves. I had a number in my head and they met it. This just made the whole process as painless as it could have possibly been.Finally, I have to go the extra mile and commend the post-sales team led by Sanjay Gupta, the enthusiastic head of sales. He let us know in no uncertain terms that the whole Frontier team stood behind us. He answered all questions about the buying experience, guided us through our odd questions about Entune and the alarm system we bought in financing. He even made sure we spoke to a care specialist who taught us how to treat the paint/wheels/interior and keep our car looking showroom terrific.There is one final point/issue that I wish to be very clear on. Search the internet for "Karr alarm" and you will receive lots of confusing information about whether you should agree to have this activated on your new vehicle. Upon consideration, we said yes. Then I spent the next 48 hours debating the wisdom of my choice. Let me assure you that I am relieved that I did. Louis, the on-site Karr tech was a great guy to talk to about the programming and settings. We LOVE how the unit integrates with our system and allows us to keep only the original Toyota fob for activation. Since we have a push-button/keyless start, this removes all the hassles of an additional trigger. Also, it's great knowing that Frontier stands behind Karr and that we can find Louis whenever we have more questions. So far, the settings are perfect. We activated passive mode and have received no false beeps, whistles or alarms. The starter kill works. It's been absolutely spot on. And oh -- calling around Southern California convinced me that I couldn't find a comparable unit to work with my new 2014 Corolla anywhere near the price. So yeah, thank goodness I said yes.A final bonus, if you need one, is that Frontier has an online parts site with rates comparable to national competition. The best "part" is that we can pick up anything we order at Frontier and avoid the shipping charges! With Saturday service and a staggering workbay that looks like something out of Pixar - these guys look like they've come straight from central casting. Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm being filmed for a Toyota commercial.After dealing with almost every Toyota dealer in Southern California, we feel fortunate to have ended up at Frontier. We hope the next 10 years will back up this initial experience. But, luckily we went through the Costco program and were directed to Drew Katigbak. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was very polite and helpful with everything. When we went in to make the purchase and sign the paperwork with all three kids mind you. At the end of the day we were overjoyed to now have our Toyota Highlander! This was my first new car buying experience. I called and spoke with Arron Camacho about buying a Toyota 4runner. He was very friendly wasn't pushy at all, as honest over the phone as he is in person. I told him that I had pre qualified for financing with my bank. He told me that I could get a way better interest rate with Toyota. When I got to the dealership to buy the car. They got me 1.9% interest rate and an amazing price! The entire process took one hour and I was driving off the lot with my 4runner. The experience was awesome no BS, gave me a good price. I'm a very happy Frontier Toyota Customer .

Originally sent my request through Toyota.com and received a response from Aaron. I was shopping a few dealers in the area and after a quick call with Aaron I detailed my request and he came back with a very competitive offer. I visited the dealership for a demo and test drive. Decided to buy and the rest was very painless. Very Straight forward and pleasant experience. No pressure and I was out of there with a satisfying deal. This is my third Toyota from this dealer and this was by far the best and most efficient experience I have had. The buying experience has always been decent, but it has really improved based on this purchase experience. Will definitely have this dealer in mind for my next Toyota.

We were directed to Frontier Toyota by Costco in Burbank. I came in to the dealership with my 79-year-old father to by a new car for him. This entailed my father test driving a Camry as well as a Prius, as well as having to secure a new insurance policy before we could purchase a car. This made for a rather lengthy, and potentially tedious, process. However, Jeff Johnson, the salesperson who was helping us, could not have been more patient and courteous while answering all my father's questions, and taking us through all of the details of the cars themselves, as well as through all the paperwork. In my opinion, and in my dad's, the treatment we received from Jeff was exemplary -- friendly, well-informed, polite and considerate. Our experience was excellent.

He helped us getting the best financing as well available from Toyota otherwise we were quoted a higher interest rate by a credit union. Everything went so smooth. Having had a less than stellar experience and posting about it led to their director of sales reaching out to me to apologize profusely. He was very sincere and wanted to be sure I would consider Frontier in the future. Well, after we had purchased from DCH in Simi (because of the less than stellar experience) my parents visited and loved our new Prius so much that they wanted to see about getting one. Since Sanjay had reached out to apologize I figured, "Why not?" give Frontier another chance. It was a great decision for my parents. Jeff J. was very knowledgable about the 2014 Prius and very helpful. He wanted to make sure that my parents had a great experience. And Sanjay made sure that we all left smiling. My parents got a new Prius for a fair price and we were all treated with the utmost respect. We are members of Costco and we saw that you can go to authorized dealers through Costco to purchase new cars. Since we knew exactly what car we wanted, Costco put us in touch with Frontier Toyota. We were contacted by Jeff Johnson and we told him what we wanted and they had the exact vehicle we wanted. Jeff contacted us and explained the whole process and we set a time to go to the dealership to meet with him.Jeff Johnson made the process very easy for us and as a customer he made us feel at ease. That included removing the car from the showroom floor, demonstrating the features of the car, and also taking the car for a test drive. After filling out the required paperwork with him, we were then taken to the finance guy whom finished the required paperwork for the transaction.I would rate the dealership and Jeff Johnson as outstanding. Worst dealership to deal with!!! Very dishonest. These managers have no respect for their customers. They made a deal with us and we came back next day from an hour away to purchase the car and after filling out initial paperwork SHAH came over and says we won't sell it at the price WE ALREADY AGREED UPON!!!!!! Costco Auto recommended this dealership but we have made a complaint with them as well and hopefully they will be rethinking sending business to such a dishonest dealership.

Lance is fantastic...the most honest and helpful car salesman I have met. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a Toyota. However, the service department at this dealership is horrible. The service "advisors" are order takers and if you want to ask them a question, good luck getting an answer. I don't complain much generally, but in one year, I have already had to speak with a manager twice. Hopefully, Lance moves to a better dealership. He deserves better.

This is a letter I sent to Frontier Toyota in Valencia, CA. This is what I claimed happened to me!Richard, Michael and Joe,Everyday someone would come up to either myself or my partner, and tell us how cute our car was. I would then spend time with them, telling them how much I love my car. That I'd test driven all the small cars out there, none drove like my IQ. That it drove like a little sports car. So much power, and how it held the road like a little sports car. I was a walking billboard for you guys. Until roughly 8/16/13, when the car started idling low, losing its power.. I took it to N. Hollywood Toyota, where Gary in service test drove it.. and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I'd called you guys that same day... and Joe said he was busy that weekend, but bring it on Monday. After leaving the car with Joe overnight, I'd called on Tuesday for an update. He told me they found out what the problem was... and they'll fix it. Joe said he knew for sure what it was, and had no doubt they could repair the problem. Either way, the car today still has the same problem. But as you know, that's not my biggest issue with my car and Frontier Toyota. You see... my high performance tires, that gave the car its great traction, firm steering control and made it look different from the all the other IQ's was gone and replaced with factory tires. These are other items I claim to had been removed and replaced with factory stocked items. (Tinted back window, straighter/longer front window, high performance/larger size tires, both front lower seat cushions, smaller steering wheel, front headlights, removed back passenger seats) Scratches and Damages: Two scratches on front hood, front driver panel scratched and not put back together correctly, oil spots on top of inside roof, scratches on dashboard, damage on front window plastic bottom cover from tools placed on it, replaced shorter center console, rubber trim from on top of car is coming up, top of car and near front window) It seems like you guys were certainly real busy with all that time you spent with my car! ***LISTEN UP, THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS*** Remember, you've been warned! In a search for a van that would meet my families needs, I had to decide between a Toyota and another major car manufacturer. In my first visit to Frontier Toyota, I was greeted by Al Hernandez. He walked me through the different Sienna trims, demonstrated features to me, and answered the questions that I had thus far into the process. As it was the first van I was looking at, I had informed him that I was not in it to buy that day. Al actually agreed with me that it would not be in my best interest to buy and to make sure I looked at a variety of choices. There was no pressure and plenty of realism. I give props to him for his honesty and that is what made me come back to Frontier Toyota when we were ready to purchase! When I did make the decision to purchase a Sienna, I returned to Frontier Toyota. By this time I knew exactly what I wanted and to get it I chose to go through internet sales and worked with Drew. Drew was excellent at keeping in communication while he searched other dealerships to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. He invited me to come in as soon as the van arrived on the lot to "look at it." Never in the emails was there any pressure to buy. His pleasant attitude and ability to converse and knowledge in the intricacies of the Sienna made a late night of purchasing well worth it.

I was recently in the market for a minivan and visited this dealership several different times in my van search. Each time I dealt with a different sales person and each time I received the same quality of customer service. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a sale. If they could not answer my questions, they found someone who could. Eventually I purchased from the internet sales and again, the sales person was easy to work with. There was a little bit of price negotiating but it was painless and easily taken care of. When we went to pick up the van, despite keeping the salesman past the time he said he would be there, he stayed with us and never tried to rush us in the process. This was my second vehicle from this dealership and I would visit again.

We had wanted to buy a new Toyota vehicle. We had done our homework on the vehicle online and in advance. I have purchased many vehicles before, and understand the process well, including the sales devices used by some of the less savory sales teams (Scarcity of item, , Authority of person identified as Sales Manager, and Under Value of Trade, to name a few). Salesperson Sanjay Gupta attempted to use every "slimy" car sales device on us he could muster (even taking our DL's so we wouldn't walk out). Whoever has instructed this salesperson has done him a disservice, by removing the most important attribute of a salesperson, the connection with the potential buyer. All we were looking for was a fair deal. We had gone in knowing wholesale & trade in value on our trade. When this person who was identified as his sales "manager" came to speak with us, he told us this particular vehicle was scarce (it is not), and as a result offered a discount of only $500 off sticker price (we already had a much better quote online for the same vehicle). We were then told by the same "manager" rather gruffly that they were not interested in our trade in. At this point we told him that in that case we were not interested in his vehicle either. We were willing to negotiate and deal if necessary, however his attitude and arrogance stopped us immediately. We are buying a new Toyota, but certainly not at this dealer...ever!

Sanjay is awesome to deal with. He worked a really great deal for me. I was turning in a lease and I had a ton of miles on it. He worked with me even though I was not all that flexible with what I wanted to pay and he got it all taken care of for me. He is honest and very friendly. In fact, a few days after I got a new lease he called me and gave me a special that they had come out a day after I got my lease. He got me 500 dollars back. That was half of the money I put down. I really like Sanjay. He is great, and I strongly suggest that if you are looking to finance a new car you should ask for Sanjay.

I am a loyal customer and have purchased at least 10 different models, camrys, corollas, highlanders and a van and am always pleased with the customer service and motivation to make a deal that will be agreeable to all.... i am a seasoned car negotiator and rarely purchase anywhere else...

Drew and Frontier were great. I found Frontier through Edmunds. They quickly found they had my car in stock and gave me the price I asked for and even delivered the car to me. No hassle, no problems. Drew was also very nice and super responsive (responded to emails after hours and delivered the car in a rush before i left town).

I was trying to buy a simple Prius C and have visited other dealers, even 'carsdirect.com" and "Edmunds.com". Sales people at other dealers were running me around and wasted my time. And other "internet sales managers" never returned my email or call. Then I called your dealership and asked for a internet sales manager. Drew answered the phone. I told him what I wanted and only had an hour to spend at dealership to close the deal. He found one on your lot. After couple of phone and email exchanges, I drove to your dealership. Within an hour there, I drove off with the new car. Drew was wonderful, knowledgable, precise and clear, and friendly. thanks,Nathan LiPS. One negative point for the dealership: When I got there, there are about ten sales people out side the show room. They are board, making jokes, and smoking. Not a pretty sight for the first impression.

Frontier Toyota is a first-rate dealership in my area. This experience was my sixth car that I have purchased from this dealership. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism along with honest business managers. I have never experienced a "gotcha" moment in any of my dealings with them. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new or used car or looking to get their vehicle serviced. Mr. Dane Jensen in the service department is by far the best service advisor I have ever encountered and would highly recommend him to assist you with any of your service needs.

I stopped by Frontier Toyota on a whim one afternoon on my way home from work, and Daniel was the first salesperson I encountered. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and took the time to explain the various models and options to me even though I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at that time. The next day I went car shopping, and went to another Toyota dealership in the San Fernando Valley because I was referred by a friend to a salesperson there. The experience at that other dealership was awful. I was ready to trade in my car, and I have excellent credit - yet they were not willing to negotiate on the vehicle I wanted. Rather than waste any more time there, I hopped in my car and came back up to Santa Clarita and Frontier Toyota. I might have kept shopping at other dealerships (and other makes - I wasn't hellbent on buying a Toyota!) but Daniel was just so genuine it made me want to give him my business. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Matrix and I couldn't be happier with my new car. It's just a joy to drive, and I will always refer friends to Daniel at Frontier Toyota!

Drew Katigbak went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. He made sure he did everything possible to make sure I was making an informed decision and was getting everything I needed when buying my new car. Never once did I feel pressured about making a decision. Also, he got everything that needed to be done, done quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely go back to Frontier and hope to deal with Drew again.

Upon deciding to purchase a fuel efficient vehicle, I inquired via internet for prices. After receiving two quotes I wanted to see what a more local dealer could offer. I left a message at Frontier Toyota, which was returned by Drew Katigbak in a prompt manner and was informed that they would meet and better the offer. We met and purchased the car the same day. From entering the parking lot to leaving with the new vehicle, we had a easy, pleasant buying experience. I would highly recommend Frontier Toyota for the purchase of a new Toyota. Thanks.

We are in the market for new Prius, went to Frontier and once we found the car we liked we sat down to negotiate the price. Let the battle begin. They are a slick bunch, they drop the price but came back with some make believe markup for "local prep of the vehicle". Then later, they offered to remove the markup to "sweeten" the deal. All I can say is that short of handcuffing me to the table, the experience was awful and we finally broke free. If you are not up on how to negotiate a car purchase stay clear of this place. We had a similar experience with this dealership several years ago and my wife was shocked that I would try to negotiate a deal with them again. I need to listen to her more. We will never return to this location again. I have four Toyota vehicles in the family and believe in the brand but not this dealership.

I went in to look at a new Prius, and the salesman who greeted me seemed like a good guy at first, until he tried to sell me more than I needed in the car. He asked me what I was looking for, and I told him what I was looking for, a Prius two in a basic package, but he tried convincing me that I should go for a Prius Four or Five, and when I started looking at other models, per his suggestion, he tried pushing me on a Five with the "Advanced Technology" package. After I told him, I think that I still just want the Prius Two, he asked me to test drive all of the different models. Visibly, I must have been upset, because he decided just to go get the keys for a base package Prius Two. I told him I liked the car, and once again, he tried to push me into a higher model, so I told him that my business was concluded with them.

So I went out to Frontier on the recommendation of a couple friends cuz they all swore it was on a level all it's own. I parked my truck, and stepped on to the lot, I saw a sales man walking towards me, but I pretended not to see him as I examined a Prius. He walked up and kinda shoved his hand into mine as he introduced himself. He seemed like he was in a rush, which is not what I want a sales person doing. As he showed me the cars and what not I kept feeling like he was rushing me or something like that, I got fed up after a while and just told him I was gonna go home and sleep on it to decide on which prius I wanted. I never did go back...

I visited the dealership couple of times and the associate was friendly but things didn't go well after that.I had a quote from another dealer and asked the associate over the phone if he would beat the quote and he said yes. So I went down to the dealership to complete the transaction.The associate took the quote details, and did the paperwork and then came back and said that they can only match the other dealer's offer which was totally different from what he said over the phone. As we were leaving the dealership the associate said very rudely & arrogantly that we can drive to the other dealer and that they would not honor the quote.We drove to dealership which was 35 miles away, and the staff their were courteous, friendly, and provided top notch customer service. Even though Frontier Toyota are just few miles from my place would not recommend to others living in the community.

Our 2005 Corolla was recalled by Toyota for ECM Module replacement. We brought the vehicle to Frontier Toyota in Valencia, California, for the mentioned recall. After the replacement of the ECM module; they asked us to replace the water pump and fan belt as well. We did not allow them to proceed; we immediately sought second opinion from two independent professional automotive service center, and there is no problem with the water pump and the fan belt!!! Also, the car was having power steering fluid leaks since day one, and Frontier Toyota did not or could not repair it correct for at least 3 separate times!

I went in today at the Toyota dealer in Valencia looking for a used vehicle, thinking I could get a good deal but I was wrong. The staff was rude and really wasn't concerned with the overall quality of service. I was expecting them to sit and work with me but they kept bringing up other things. For example they didn't even know if the car I was interested in was on the recall list. At first the salesman was nice getting us in there to talk about the car however once the main manager came out to negotiate the price he was rude. I'm not sure if he thought that approach would make us go into a deal blind but he was wrong; I RAN!Now I'm just looking at Honda because I don't have to deal with those people plus I don't have to worry about the safely of my vehicle. I hate to say this but in my option they need to fire the entire SALES management staff at Valencia Toyota because of them there company lost money. Other then that it's in a nice location and very clean.
