Coupe that with an unfortunate issue with replacement parts and this turned what should have been an easy repair into a nearly two week ordeal.I appreciate getting my Touareg out the shop in good working condition, but this could have been a much simpler experience.

Purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision. Martin Martinez was there to navigate us through the entire process. We had never driven a Volkswagen before. He was extremely patient with us and displayed tremendous knowledge of each of the models of cars we drove. He was thorough and helpful but NOT PUSHY! He seemed to care more about finding a good fit for our family then making a quick and easy sale. He also followed up with us after the purchase to see if we had any questions once we'd had a chance to drive the car a bit. We really appreciated this extra step since there is a lot to learn when you drive a new car. Thanks Martin, for helping us find a car we really love!

They were straight forward with pricing, I made an offer, their counter offer was acceptable, done deal. They handled everything and was able to get better financing rates through my own bank than I could. They appreciate you as a customer, something rare in a Casper business. Give them a shot, spare yourself a trip to Idaho.

Fremont Volkswagen did a great job listening to what I needed and showing me a selection of cars that worked for me. When I decided on the VW Passat Wagen they brought me the best price right from the beginning without having to negotiate. Trust me I had all the websites open and was searching on my phone as they discussed the price. They also worked with me on my trade in to give me the best price available which again I was online checking all the sites. I really felt good about my purchase and will go back to them for more vehicles. I hate buying cars and this was the best I have felt so far. Even when I got a little Buyers remorse they called me back and would do anything to make me feel good about my purchase. I stayed with my original decision and I am very pleased. Thank you Joe

This was our third vehicle purchase at this dealership, and as usual, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We dealt with everyone from the General Manager to the detail crew, and everyone was so concerned with meeting our needs. Our salesman, Martin, was very pleasant and professional, and made sure we got exactly the vehicle we had in mind. The financial details were explained very clearly to us, and finalized quickly. The dealership itself is a very nice facility - very bright and clean, and they have snacks, bottled water and fresh coffee available. All in all, this is a great place to buy your next new car!

Sara at Fremont put me in a Golf with the manual transmission that I wanted and I knew that was to be the car I would give up my Loved Beetle for. Oil change went smooth. Able to get me in around the time I desired, offered a good price for an oil change that uses synthetic, and was done within an hour like I was guaranteed. Topped off my other fluids and washed my car (many bugs from traveling).

One guy that tried to get us to buy extended warranty I almost felt was treating me like a child and telling me what to do. I walked out and almost said no to the deal because of him. Sara was very helpful and knowledgable. She really worked hard to get us the deal we needed. The parts guy, I think his name is Jeff was very helpful in answering our questions and getting us the help we needed with the trailer plug. The service guy was very very friendly and just wanted to make us happy. Every one in management went above and beyond to help with our purchase. The finance guy was very quick and thorough and a pleasure to work with. The service guys did a great job getting everything done. Our experience was very pleasant and no pressure. I first made contact with several VW dealers in our area when we decided to look for a different car. This is the only VW dealership that followed up with contact and had any interest in our needs!!!! I was contacted several times with the vehicles that were available, great e-mail pictures and specs! I was able to make the arrangements to get there to see the new vehicle, took my hubby back the next day and purchased it. No high pressure sales, they were very concerned with what we were wanting in a vehicle. No pressure for financing, buying or anything. We had an excellent salesman, he was so pleasant to deal with and professional. The facility was very clean, bright, very nice!!! Everyone we met at the dealership was pleasant and professional, something you don't see in many places! They all came across as wanting to help meet our needs, not just make a sale to put $ in their pockets!!! Great job to the Fremont employees!!!!

This was a great experience, my husband did his homework on the Volkswagen beetle diesel and he asked me to test drive it while I was in Casper for business. So I got online and chatted with a gal who put me though to Sara. She called me and I asked her if she could pick me up at my hotel. After a brief review of the car, she let me test drive it and I was sold. The finance manage and Arin made it simple I was ready to take the car home in just a few hours. Unfortunately I was on business, so they arranged every detail and delivered it to my work, which was over 120 miles away. Now that's service going above and beyond what I ever expected. The staff at Casper Fremont Volkswagen should be recognized for their outstanding customer service!!! Kudos to Sara especially for picking me up. Thank you all!! You're the bombdigitys!!

For starters I was in the market for a new car and the VW Jetta was on my short list, so I started my search on their website, but found no pricing information, so I contacted them. When doing this I mentioned the price quotes I was getting from dealers in Denver and was told they most likely included rebates I did not qualify for. I hate to say it, but his was not the case, as I was quoted prices for a cash only transactions or least at the dealer I found bought from. Even after the money spent on gas and the higher DOC fee at the dealer in Denver I still came out ahead by almost $1500 vs. MSRP. While I was not looking for Fremont to come down that much, I was hoping they would work at least a little on price and thus I could have bought a car from a local dealer, but they seemed very inflexible. In addition their inventory was very sparse in comparison to the dealers in the Denver marker. Oh well, just hope their service department is good, as I bought 10k/20k/30k service agreement through VW.

Just looking for something all-wheel drive for my wife. VW doesn't offer in sedans any more but Sara mentioned they did have some Audis. We tried an A6 over the weekend but found it a little bigger than we needed. Then Arin (GM) found there was an A4 at the other Fremont store and brought it over for us. We loved it and later closed the deal. A very positive experience, with Josh (the sales manager) and other salesmen pitching in even though they had no part in the sale.

This dealership, like all Fremont Motor dealerships, is really only interested in charging their customers as much money as they think they can get away with for needless repairs. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ALL REPAIRS! You will be paying plenty for needless repairs and service! They will say your vehicle needs everything replaced or repaired regardless of miles or condition of your vehicle. Fremont Motors is very consistent with this practice! I will never go to any Fremont Motor dealerships ever again for anything!

I would not recommend Fremont Volkswagen for any repair service for any Volkswagen product. The repair on my Volkswagen was both expensive and not repaired. My car was not returned to me in the same working condition it was in before I brought the car in for a couple of things to be repaired. I paid for the car to be fixed and was told it was repaired. When I got into my car and checked out the so called repairs that I had paid for, I discovered it was not repaired. When I went back inside the dealership and inquired about this, I was told it needed more (expensive) repairs and Fremont Volkswagen would not return my car to its original working order for some of its functions that worked when I brought the car in until I paid for more (expensive) repaired to fix what I brought the car in to be fixed in the first place. I paid over $800.00 to get the car repaired and it was not done! Needless to say, I am not happy with the service I received! Fremont Volkswagen has lost me as a lifelong VW owner/customer! This was my first experience with Fremont Volkswagen and I t will be my last! I will never return to Fremont VW for any future service or any type of sales. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone based on the type of service I received. It did seem this dealership's sole business purpose is to "extract" at least $1,000.00 from any customer who brings their vehicle in for any type of repair. My recommendation to anyone is to AVOID this place at all cost! They may be friendly but they are not competent nor trustworthy!

I stopped in at Fremont Volkswagen after visiting other dealerships. What a difference ! Jake met me before I got to the door and asked how he could help. I informed him that i was on your website and wanted to look at a GTI. He stated that there were five on the lot, so I picked the white, two door. I was very impressed with his knowledge and positive attitude. After the test drive, we had a very good conversation and addressed several subjects, including price and "First Place Finish", while Brian did the paperwork. The car was cleaned while we spoke. Brian showed me a list of options that I could mix and match if i chose. so, I did. Brian and Jake are very professional and unlike other dealerships, did not pressure me nor try to sell me a different car. The tank was full when I left and Jake even programmed my phone for the cars Bluetooth. It would have taken me longer to find the instructions in the owner's manual. My experience at Fremont Volkswagen was the best I've had with any dealership. When i brought the car in for the "First Place Finish, i was given a loaner car and was amazed how well my car looked when I picked it up. Hats off to those people too. I have recommended your dealership to several people and look forward to a great and long relationship with your dealership. THANK YOU !

My car shopping experience was exhausting. I had visited every car dealer in town. It was a cold and windy day, not a single person came to assist me with my car purchase. And being that I drive 1800 miles a month I needed a break from my gas guzzler so, I visited my local VW dealer (Freemont Volkwagon) in Casper Wyoming . I can only say that theis guys/gals were just great, very professional, easy to deal with. I'm so glad that I chose the Volkswagon and Freemont motors to purchase my car.
