Fox Marquette was absolutely AMAZING! I contacted them, via their website, about a vehicle I saw online and Ian was very quick to assist me. All communication was via text/email. They made buying my car extremely easy. Delivery at the dealership took about an hour and I was on my way. I cannot say enough about the dealership and Ian. Thank you!

I just traded in my car for a Blazer. The process was so easy. The service was phenomenal. Ian was the sales rep that I worked with. He was super awesome and did everything with a smile. He took me around to show me the whole process of in the the future, I was to ever need a specific department. Thank you so much for making this an amazing experience! Called/texted at least 4x trying to see where they stood with getting me a loan on a car I was trying to buy. No one ever returned my calls despite my attempts over the course of 2 months. By far worst customer service if they can't return phone calls/texts to someone so desperately trying to purchase a reliable vehicle for their family before Winter comes. I also find it sad they are having people that are related to their staff leaving top reviews to make their business look like it has a higher rating... Stop being a fraud. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I had an oil change done at Fox Marquette. They had a valet service pick up my vehicle at my work, and drop it back off which was very convenient. I received several text messages with updates. I appreciate the electronic communication. It was seamless. I was able to view and accept the services and pay on my phone.
