I have given Juan Dalama 5 starts first because he not just a sell man but he is a man of his words. He treated me more like family than a customer. He didn't let me leave the car lot without me having a car he was very determined for me to have a car and made everything possible for me. He love his customers and would try anyway to please them. He came in on his off dat just so i can get a car .. Best sell man ever. He helped me get a car that was nice and affordable for me . He was straightforward and honest with me from the very beginning. He is a very positive man who walk on faith with everything he do .. My daughter was looking for a new car, and I accompanied her to see some of the cars that were in the lot. This was her first vehicle purchase. We were greeted by Vito Saccone, and he became our salesman from that point on. Vito was very gracious and accommodating. We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster that evening. Unfortunately, we had to return the vehicle within the grace period, but Vito and the rest of the staff were very understanding and accommodating yet again. We exchanged the original vehicle for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. A newer car with lower payments! Even better! We were very happy with the service we received by Vito and everyone at the dealership. Thank you all!

Juan Contreras actually took over a very bad expierence I had at the same company with anothet salesman. Juan's professionalism and going beyond the scope of his duty was awe impressive as he had to show his face to remedy this problem. Due to his due diligence in addition to other professionals I was able to get the vehicle I had intended to purchase from the beginning. Therefore, I would recommend Juan Contreras to you at anytime.

I always feared going to a dealer to buy a used car. However I had a very good experience with Juan Contreras. He was really patient. He respected my budget. Once I told him what I wanted (mileage, year, carfax history, price) he went through the inventory with me car after car, wrote down a list of my favorites. We went over pros and cons, I chose my car, no pressure. The car I wanted was at another location. Juan went to get it himself. Meanwhile we waited and ate delicious cookies. The financing process was with another guy whose name I don't remember. That part was a bit stressful. I hate the idea of spending 5 to 6 years paying for a used car that loses value once you're finally done making payments and for which you end up paying almost twice the price over time. I wouldn't mind if it was new. So I ended up paying cash instead of financing, which saved me several thousands. My overall experience was good, it would have been excellent if I had the tiny crack on my windshield fixed. Juan tried talking to his manager but at the end they did not fix it. My advice is to do some research online first, know your budget and learn what's out there. If you go to Fine cars Hollywood ask for Juan Contreras. No pressure.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! If you cannot personally inspect the vehicle. I found it online and bought an BMW X5. It showed up at my home and it had front end damage. The front bumper lifts up and down. It was not damaged in transit. NO Disclosure was in the listing nor was there a picture of the damage prior to the purchase. Every Tire was bald and a different brand it had no spare. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!!!!!!

After car shopping for a week straight I was very discouraged with the customer service I had experienced at many of the dealerships I visited. Most of the salespeople seemed very slimy and not very trustworthy. I almost gave up on buying a car altogether until I found this wonderful used car dealership! I did not expect much since my experiences up to that point were not great but the second I got to the Florida Fine Cars lot in Hollywood that all turned around! Juan Dalama, or J, as he is commonly called greeted us right away with a great attitude and showed us the car we requested to see. He was very open and honest with us and instead of pushing the car I came to see on me as most salespeople had, he was honest about all the problems with the used car I was interested in and instead showed us a much more reliable car that I was also interested in. I loved how he spent over 4 HOURS with me and my parents to ensure we saw every quality the car had, both good and bad and he made sure to compare to outside opinions such as CarFax and PureCar. After deciding to purchase the car, the manager Zee was also helpful and friendly and the fantastic customer service continued all the way to financing with Stanley. We loved that he didn't try to push us to purchase unnecessary add ons and he was very helpful and informative about the best way to finance the car! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and I know where i'll be going next time I need a car. J was fantastic and someone we will be sure to stay in contact with for future car buying! Highly recommend this used car dealer!

We had the great fortune to have J (Juan) Dalama meet us and help us. He listened to my needs and was more interested in me getting what I wanted and could afford more than his commission. I ended up getting a less expensive car and he was delighted that I found something I love. J Dalama is not the typical car salesman - he's a nice and funny guy who treats his customers like friends and family.

This is one of the best experiences that I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Paolo and the rest of the staff go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never been treated as well as I was at this dealership. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable (he even educated me on a few things) and willing to help with every aspect of the sale and the after sale. My daughter purchased a car from the Miami Location less than 3 weeks ago and already the care needed a complete break job. The rear brakes were completely gone and we had to replace the rotors and pads in the rear and had to replace the pads in the front and resurface the rotors in the front, cost me $500.18. The car is a 2014 and only had 52,000 miles on it. When I contacted the management of the dealership after I had the vehicle fixed I was told that if I had brought the vehicle to them they would have fixed it but since I already had it fixed then there was nothing they could do. Clearly this dealership does not stand behind their product. Since they sold the vehicle with no breaks , I would not recommend them standing in front of this unsafe vehicle. I am extremely disappointed that a dealership would sell a car that was unsafe.

I went to this dealership after researching a car online. I showed up to their lot and was greeted by Vito who was very helpful, I then spoke with Zee who pulled up a free vehicle report for me and we discussed the car and the vehicles history. I purchased my vehicle at a price that was lower than advertised and their service was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a good price on a used car, straight shooters without all the nonsense.

I would reccomend visiting Florida Fine Cars (Hollywood) and asking for John Ansari or Adrian Alejo to help find you a new/new to you used vehicle! They are the friendlist guys out there! I worked mainly with John and he went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car. He travelled with me to their Miami location to look at MANY different possibilities. I was super indecisive and he was very accommodating--running to the lot a multitude of times to bring various vehicles for me to look over/drive. The last car he brought from the lot was a spontaneous suggestion based on what he thought met my criteria. It was an option I had not even considered and it turned out it fit me perfectly. After a long day, with the help of Allan Solano, a patient Financial Manager who talked me through all the scenarios I could come up with, and Elias Contreras, the awesome Sales Manager, I walked out with a car that exceeded my expectations. They gave me a great deal and I love my new (to me) vehicle! Thanks guys!

Paulo is probably one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only helped us find a car, he explained our options and what each decision meant for the future of our purchase. One thing to add is that he knows his vehicles. Plenty of salespeople try to sell you a car that they know nothing about--not Paulo. He knows his stuff and for me this goes a long way because I like people that are knowledgeable about the products they're offering. Definitely would work with him again.

John Ansari was a great salesman. He did not try to sell me just any car. He listened to what I wanted and found me the car I wanted. He knew I wanted a car with a clean vehicle history and sorted through the inventory to find one. He also helped me get the dealership to tint the Windows. All parties involved were very professional, patient with me on my car choice, and handled getting things done from the beginning. I thought i might not have been able to get a car bc of my credit/repo but I did! Allen worked his magic in finance. Vito was extremely patient taking me on test drives. Zee helped to coordinate car electrical issues. It did take a couple days to fix the car but everything I asked was accomplished in the end. Les..my personal salesman...followed up with me before the purchase and after and even did somethings he did have to help me with but he did. Thanks guys

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and I finally had a little free time on my hand. Earlier this week, my wife and I had encountered a dreadful opportunity from one of the vehicles that we purchased from Florida Fine Cars. There was a mechanical issue so we had to have it towed to the Ford dealership. One may ask, why not have it towed to Florida Fine Cars being that it was under warranty? The answer is: these individuals are full of chicanery. From our experiences the representatives at these dealerships (both Hollywood and Miami locations) aren't focused on consumer relations and we preferred to take our chances at the Ford dealership. Ultimately, we had to pay out of pocket at the Ford dealership because that part was not covered under the factory nor extended warranty. Which brings me to the purpose of calling the Hollywood location today. Being that my wife and I had been made aware of the dynamics of the extended warranty on her vehicle I was simply calling to find out the details on my extended warranty. I was transferred to a manager by the name of Zee. I asked him a couple of questions and each time he answered me prior to the completion of my question. I asked him if he could please listen to my question in its entirety before answering and he hung up on me like a temperamental high school kid. I called him back, as an adult to complete my quest of gathering information and I was told that he was on a test drive. I expressed to the representative that I had just spoken to Zee less than 30 seconds prior and that if he didn't want to be included in a review pertaining to poor customer service, then he would transfer me back to Zee. I'm assuming he took my concern to heart and transferred me. (Out of respect for this representative, I'm excluding his name from this review as promised). Zee didn't answer of course however (drum roll please) "Zee" called me back within 2 minutes breathing heavily as though he was REALLY on a test drive as a manager. He denied ever hanging up on me and in fact said that I must have been speaking to someone else but he is here to help. It was such an embarrassing display of denial on his behalf. He continued on to ask if I had questions about my vehicle's warranty. Hmm, let the record state that I did not mention anything to him during this phone call about warranty information. I definitely called him out on the fact that he was the person who had us hung up on me. He attempted to glaze over this truth and change the subject. He is in the used car sales industry, I get it. However, it did cause me to think back onthe multiple occasions that Florida Fine Cars representatives including Israel on the Miami location have attempted to cheat my wife and I. With all of that being said, if this guy is comfortable lying to me about hanging up the phone on me; WHAT ELSE ARE THEY LYING about. We are embarrassed that we have been blessed to repair our credit, buy a home and then purchase his and her's vehicles, only to put money in the pockets of these cantankerous individuals who consider themselves above reproach. I actually did gain something outside of my blood pressure rising today. I added a new word to my verbal archive.

I initially wrote a review last September (2015), when I purchased my 2014 NIssan Maxima. I was happy with the deal and incredible service provided by the salesman, manager and individual I dealt with in the finance department. Fast forward to last weekend (June 2016), when I went to get the car appraised at CarMax. I went to get it appraised because I was curious to see what the value of my car was. ***Up to this point, I thought my car had not been in any accidents. And I thought that was the case because the CarFax report (or whatever company they use), that was given to me showed "NO ACCIDENTS". So I was happy that my used 2014 Maxima was accident free. Come to find out, the car has extensive work done, to include FRAME DAMAGE. So Florida Fine Cars gave me a vehicle report with incorrect & FALSE information. They mislead me, BIG TIME! To make matters worse, I have invested in 2 new front shocks, new lower control arms to try to fix some rumbling that I thought was caused by wear & tear, but it was because of the accident that I was not aware of.Again, not aware of because they tricked me and gave me a fake vehicle accident report. Don't get me wrong, these are nice people, but incredibly deceptive to have done this to me. Now, I'm stuck with a car that I would never have gotten, if I new the truth.

Would not purchase from this dealer in the future , poor salesmanship .Sales man Les did not follow up with me on issues and concerns. After I purchased the vehicle there were things that were not working that were never brought to my attention during the transaction or I WOULD HAVE NEVER MADE THE PURCHASE. Customers should be aware of issues prior , it is a poor way of doing business. I will never use this sales man in the future. I never liked car buying but, my experience and mind has been changed since meeting Juan. He definitely is a superstar. As a woman its very hard to trust any salesman but he was honest and very patient with me during my experience. I can say that my mind is now changed. I would definitely go back there. Honesty is the best policy and he holds the record for this. Great person, great attitude and overall honest. That's all you need when buying a car. The finance person Stanley was very helpful and made it very easy to sign papers in the end. No haggling and no trying to pad the numbers which was a PLUS!!!

These people are unethical! I should have researched more but I have bought used cars in the past with no problem. The front windshield had a crack they promised to fix. No return phone calls or emails. I purchased the car about 2 months ago just took it into Acura. Big safety recall is on it and it needs $1000 worth of repairs including tires which I asked about. They are scammers, unprofessional and sleazy!

VITO SACCONE IS THE BEST!!!!Just coming from Florida Fine Cars Hollywood with my new to me (used) car. As a female who know little about the mechanic of a car, plus being an undecided buyer I really needed a ton of patience. I walked in like shortly after 10:00am and Vito was willing to baby me through every teething process I went throw. He had patience like 'JOB' heck even Job (biblical scripture) would find his patience adorable. I decided and changed my mind so many times, if they got frustrated I never noticed it once. The customer service offered by the staff was very good, they went above board to ensure all their clients are treated as if they are the only client that mattered. That is not a feat that is easily achieved. Had I had any money I would have definitely offered Vito a large tip for the excellent service provided.Anyone who is a virgin buyer looking for a excellent representative who is honest, knowledgeable then look no further. Recently I went and traded in my car for a newer one. From the beginning Paulo was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the car he was selling me. When he showed me around their 2 lots, he was patient and looking to make sure we were making the best decision. He told me about BMW engines, maintenance and more importantly helped me make a great decision to buy a great vehicle. He advised me financially as well. I had done my research and was ready to buy. Paulo made the experience very comfortable and easy. After the test drive I was sold. My experiences at other dealer was pushy and expensive. After I bought a warranty, I called and they told me I could change the coverage if I wasn't happy. I did change the warranty with no problem. There were a few things I wanted to be checked out on the car. Paulo made it happen for me immediately. My son is thrilled with his used car which looks and drives like it is brand new. They lied to me, and delivered a a car that was from out of state, so had to pay add'l. $ 225.00 tag fees.They promised they would buff out all the scratches. They didn't, and delivered the car in dim lights at night.They can delete the bad reviews so you don't see them. I'm sure the other reviews are made up.

Juan was very helpful in helping me find a vehicle that was just right for me. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle and Allan Solano from Finance helped me get the best monthly payments. They made the car buying process very easy and I was out of there with a car in less than 2 hours. I would also like to mention that after i bought the vehicle, i noticed the vehicle had a roof molding missing and when i retutned to the dealership Juan was not there but Oscar Perez was very helpful in the matter and helped me with that so i could get a replacement installed. I had the best "First Car" buying experience with Eric Minnifield. He walked me through the process of buying my kid's first car. I explained what I needed and the price range I could afford and he delivered just that. He was so knowledgeable about the different cars and the best fit and price for our needs. He was honest and straight-forward. I felt I could trust him and he made the process from beginning to end very pleasant. I requested a detail and itemized bill of sale to make sure there were no hidden dealer fees , I didn't need any financing so I wired the morning , when it came time to pick up the vehicle they added a $99 fee they called agency fee, even though they charge $181 for title and transferring my tag , they also promise to service and oil change, "not done" This is just another example of why used car lots have such a poor reputation

Close to a month ago my brother bought a car from Juan of Florida Fine Cars. Last thursday I bought another car, Nissan Altima SV 2013 from this dealership. Juan wasn't slated to be in until after 11 that morning but when he heard that someone came in at 9am requesting his service he cane as quickly as possible. This to me shows commitment and dedication to the customer's needs. When he walked in and recognized that I was the customer he immediately asked me what car I was looking for. In summary we found the car that I wanted, not what he suggested and I was driving out with this replacement within a few hours. I purchased a Chrysler 200 2014 with no trouble at all. I did most of my talking through email. I only spent 1 hour Max in the dealership because Paulo was very helpful with guiding with all the necessary documentation via email. I went in looking for a car 2010, mileage under 80,000, and 350.00 per month. I left with a 2014 with mileage under 30,000 and 214.00 per month. Also before driving off the lot the car was on E. Juan Contreras filled my tank up with his own money out of his pockets. I was very pleased with the friendly management who treats you like family.

I purchased a 2002 Ford, F-150, Harley Davidson Edition Truck with 117,500 miles on the odometer, Oct 30, 2015, didn't pick the truck up until Nov 4th, as it needed servicing, I had the dealer install new tires because the tires on the truck were worn out. It needed brake pads, radio and instrumentation lighting were not working, and when the headlights were put on high beam, they would turn off. No spare tire jack and check engine light on. Some of the things I figured I could repair as a hobby. I tried to bargain over the items but the dealer would not discount any more from the $9,999.00 internet price. Less than 90 days after I took delivery, and less than 1000 miles, the engine started to run very badly. I returned the truck to the dealer to be diagnosed.Results were the truck needed to have an engine replacement for a mere $6,700.00. This included the $100.00 diagnostic to arrive at this conclusion.Florida Fine Cars does not live up to their title and I am now stuck with a truck needing an engine. The service at Florida Fine Cars was great the salesman Eric Minnifield and finance specialists did a great job. I fould the vehicle I needed and the financing was done with reasonable apr/rates. The information on the vehicle was provided with carfax details and Eric also arranged to fix minor issues at the facilty in Miami which as just a couple of miles away from the Hollywood store. I have to say Juan Contreras is an amazing person and great sales man!! From the minute we walked in he made us feel like if he knew us for ever. He was so helpful and very nice! We never felt pressured by him when making our decision. He was very patient with us at all times. Not to mention he is great with kids!!! Mohammed the Finance Mgr is Extremely Awesome, he got us 6% rate on our 3rd vehicle Finance without trading in any of our previous vehicles. It was very important because our older daughter is going to college and we needed a third transportation.As far as the Sales Manager Oscar Perez, amazing man! hands down to Oscar.Whatever he promises you he would deliver!! To make the story short!!. Great team!!!! However the only down side is that the dealer never replaced the tires on our BMW. But that had nothing to do with the sales team!!! And it will cost us $810 for 4 new tires. But we are very happy with the car!!! I'm one satisfied customer!!!!! I will be recommending people over there!!!

I bought a Mercedes 2013 C 300 at the Florida Fine cars , Hollywood dealership on December 21, 2015. That was one of the worse experience of my life ever since I have been buying cars . Very bad place. The people don't keep their words and don't give a xxxx about customer's satisfaction.When I did the test drive with Frank , the navigation read disconnected and Frank told me that we will connect that , no big deal. Oscar, the manager reassured me and he said we will not sell a car unless we fix everything that is wrong . After all the paper work was done and I was about to leave , I realized that the car was not serviced, the passenger front door was broken , the navigation was not connected . The place was Almost closed and they asked me to come back so they could fix everything . When I went to the service department . Roland from the service department really tried to help in anyway that he could . He was nice, professional and helpful. They suggested that I took the car to Mercedes for the door to be fixed. It took me one week before I could get the car back from Mercedes . Mercedes told me that the navigation module was not in the car and it would cost 1000 dollars to get it fixed. When they posted the car online, they said that the car had navigation system and so forth ...It was impossible to talk to any manager. Jimmie who took over from Frank was trying to be very helpful , but his hands were tied up. It took me more then a month to get my registration and it was just a transfer of tag. I had to travel hours, back and forth many times.Until today, I have not had a call from any customer service to ask me about my experience.The navigation module is still missing from the car and they refuse to do anything about it.Florida fine cars is a terrible place to come buy a car. The people don't give a xxxx about customers. They are rude, and they are fake and nasty . The only standard they promote is based on lies and deceptions . They will make your used car buying experience a living xxxx .I regret immensely that I came to this dealer. I would never recommend coming to this dealership to my friends and family or my worst enemies.

Hello, this is an honest review of my first experience at the service center at Florida Fine Cars. I brought my car in around early Jan 2016 to try to get my clutch assembly in my car repaired. I had hoped it was covered under warranty but ultimately it was not. My concern is not so much about that, the fact that the part is not covered was news to me but well explained in the warranty contract. My issue is with the service at the F. Fine Cars center They have way too many vehicles and things to stay on top of and the staff doesnt do a good job of staying on top of everything. They got one woman in a little office receiving customers for a complex with like 40+ lift bays. everyone comes in, fills out a paper and sits there for hours with no answer. Its just very disjointed. My vehicle had another electrical issue with VW specific tech that would trigger an "EPC" light on the dash. It more than likely being an electronic issue, I asked Frank the service advisor to check it out, days go by and he told me the car didnt do anything, and that nothing was checked on the car. Like I just really wasted time there, got no help with anything. I asked Frank don't worry about it, I'll just go get the car. When I got there around 6 pm to pick it up, I was told the keys were gonna be with cashier. They were not with cashier and I had to go find like 3 other people who had no idea who i was or what i was talking about. I finally got my car and paid $100 diagnostic fee for nothing really. I gave them hundred dollars. My experience wasn't good, not to say theyre like this everyday, but if you know about vehicle specifics and want a bit more intimate care, go somewhere else. Fine cars has way too much crap on their hands to work with people effectively.

Gonzalo truly demonstrated that he wanted to work out a deal with me. Being my first time purchasing a car myself, he was there throughout the whole process. Initially the car was located at their Hollywood location but for some reason it was transferred to the West Palm Beach location. As I was driving to West Palm from Orlando, Gonzalo himself told me he would make it to the West Palm location just to close a deal with me. He drove about an hour just to meet me and show me the car. When test driving the vehicle, he made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and allowed me to take my time with it, something a lot of salesperson lack. I probably test drove the vehicle for 45 mins. We were able to work out a deal, it took many hours but we made it! I'm in love with my car :)

Thanks to Eric at Florida Fine Hollywood, I was able to get the car I was looking for with out any frustration. Real customer service almost seems to be a myth in today's world; I was dreading a visit to a car dealership. Eric called me after a online inquiry, got me approved and I picked up my car the very next day. He followed up with me a few days later because I explained, I would have the car looked at by my mechanic. "Everything was good with the car" I've been able to reach Eric with ease a few times after with a few request and he has made every interaction AWESOME! I appreciate Alan for throughly explaining the buying agreement. I was recommended to FFC by a relative and I would recommend them for your next use car purchase. I was looking to buy a convertible. Florida Fine Cars had one Audi A5 convertible with low miles, there was another dealer that had a Porsche Boxster white, also another dealer had a similar Audi, I took the weekend to shop in this 3 places. I liked the Boxster and the A5 in Florida Fine Cars but was Yosvani's service and attitude what made me decide. He was GREAT in all aspects. Had to wait a while for the financial rep to assist me once I had chosen the car I wanted to buy. They need to explain the lease in detail, they barely explained financing details and it was my first car purchase. Overall, they had the best price and Jose assisted me and was a really good help/salesman. They need to be honest about clean and detailing the cars because I thought my car would be cleaned before taking off the lot and it wasn't. They don't have that service or maybe they didn't give it to me. Either way, nobody cleans your car better than YOU. I got a quality car for a decent price.

I have to share my experience tonight for anyone interested in buying a used car. DO NOT go to Florida Fine Cars located in Miami Gardens on 2nd Ave NW and 212 Street. They are the epitome of dishonesty and sleaziness. Their favorite word is "transparency" but it should be "bait and switch". They pretty much ruined my daughter's first experience at buying her first car.Called them about a specific car and they told me they would have it waiting for me. Called them from the car on the way from Kendall to Miami Gardens and they told me all was well and again the car was waiting for me. Got there and they made me waste hours test driving, starting paperwork, calling the bank even though I was making them a check, and going through an incessant ordeal. While my bank's supervisor was approving the $12K debit, they sold the car to another family right from under us. My daughter saw the finance manager talking to the other family while he had supposedly left the room to give me privacy for my call. When he came back in, he asked me everything had been OK'd by the bank for the large debit and I told him yes, and to swipe the card. His answer was "I can't do that. The car has been sold. But I'm sure I can find another one for you. Besides, that one had had an accident that damaged the frame." Wait what? I had asked several times since that morning when we first called if the car had ever been involved in an accident, and we were told it hadn't. We figured out after all was said and done that they were stringing us along knowing full well they were selling the car to the other family. They just kept us hanging and started our paperwork in case the other deal fell through then figured they'd scam us on another car. Needless to say, my teenage daughter was devastated and a couple of the sales people laughed as we walked away.

Salesman was outstanding (Juan Contrearas). Took us 3 weeks to get car due to painting that was poorly coordinated. Sales Manager was arrogant. My son scheduled a service to have the car waxed and buffed to get out a few scratches and was sent home due to overbooking the day. We live an hour away and this was more poor communications. The car only had a valet key and they wouldn't supply additional keys. Overall a good car for a fair price but you don't get the customer service you may want or expect. Juan is an outstanding salesman and person. The dealership is lucky to have him as he kept us calm during a lot of chaos.

Early in the morning I had inquired about a mini cooper, Donald called me, I drove over in my lunch break. Donald was waiting with car in hand ready for the test drive, 30 minutes later, Israel drew up paperwork! Both were absolutely great! Israel answered all my question thoroughly. Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart last week and I must say I've NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people. First when I went to pick the vehicle up it wasn't detailed and was on 1/4 tank of gas. When I asked the manager his response was.."oh the car business has changed and we don't make money like we used to so now can't afford to detail or fill up the cars... We even deliver them on empty" then I noticed that the car had been damaged between the Day I went to look at and pick it out the the delivery day... I voiced my displeasure and was assured a free buff and detail... Never happened.. Basically was yea yea yea to get me out the door. Then I noticed my KEYS DO NOT WORK!!! I even changed the batteries and they don't work at all. My sales man who sold me the car promises me a call back " I'll call you back in a half hour" and never does ...he should be fixing this problem!!! But yea you got my money so that's all that's all that matters. I'll be warning my friends to stay clear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Came in for an oil change. Service writer was very helpful. What was most impressive, was that the attendant involved my car in an on the lot fender bender. Chris the Gral. The sale rep and finance manger we're very misleading (runarounds) with information that they provided pertaining to my loan monthly payment. It felt more like a business transactions rather then them being there to help. The vehicle that i purchase was not fully inspected by the dealer underneath the vehicle was full of rust and corrosion as well bald rare tires . I would not recommend anyone to go to this place worst experience for me being a first time buyer.

I went in to Florida fines cars because I knew of the salesman who fave my brother a great deal on a car he purchased. My experience with the employees were great, everyone were friendly and professional. My salesman Michael, was great as well he got me a god deal on a 2015 Chrysler 200, which was exactly the car I wanted but didn't think I would qualify for but Mike did a great job. Or so I thought. Less than 24 hrs later on my way to work the car lit up like a Christmas tree. The engine, transmission, park break, ABS lights and a couple other lights I didn't recognize. After immediately calling the Michael he told me to take it to a Chrysler dealer because the car was under warranty and it would be free. So I did... I did that 4 different times all for the same issue in a 3 weeks time. When I took the car back to Florida fine cars I was told by a manager (forgot his name) that I should just let the car get repo'd because there was nothing they could do for me. I was informed by the Chrysler machanic that the car was in a front end accident. Michael showed me a car fax that stated the complete opposite. I am nowtaking legal action against Florida fine car because the car is definitely a lemon. Thanks alot Florida Fine car cars making my first car buying experience a living hell. Lesson learned

Bought a car at a great deal. However it had some issues that were promised would get fixed. So I bought the car and when I picked it up some of them were fixed and some of them were not fixed at all. They did not apologize and acted as if they did not care. I mean why would they, they already made the sale right? They gave the car to me with the tank below E. I asked if they could fill it and it took the manager about a half an hour to find an employee who was willing to get off their butt to put some gas in the tank. And by "some" I mean about 1 gallon. The manager said "give him a little bit of gas". Then they slapped the "I'm a VIP at Florida Fine Cars" license plate holder on my car. If that is how they treat "VIP's" I hate to see the way they treat average people. Word of advice if they promise to get anything fixed, dont take the keys until it is 100 percent done. I ended up getting the problems fixed at a local mechanic shop and payed out of pocket.

I wasnt in need of a new car but found the one I always wanted for a good price. I called the dealer to make dure it was still on the lot and before I even got there they had it waiting for me to drive. Sales and finance team were not pushy and honest about what I was going to pay upfront. Very busy finance desks so I waited for some time that is why i rated a 4, but I good conversation with the other sales men coffee and tvs to entertain me. The service dept here was amazing. They took care of all of my needs after I bought my car to make sure I was going to be a happy customer.

Initially I made an appointment with Vito to have my 2003 Malibu appraised after doing some on line research. Upon arrival ask for (Vito Saccone), he is an older gentleman with great experience and class, everyone else in that building could learn a thing or two from him. As for the managers they were horrible and obnoxious, they were constantly yelling across the room using foul language it almost made feel like I was in a sports bar and they reeked of cheap Cologne. Other than that Mr.Saccone was very friendly and worked with me step by step in order to put me in the vehicle that I wanted for the price that I wanted.

Was looking for a hard-to-find Kizashi. Florida Fine Cars had one - clean, w/Carfax provided free. Beautiful car, looked just like the pictures on the FFC website.Visited another dealer in Kendall with same model, was ignored while walking around on the lot for 10 minutes until I found the car. Theirs was beat up, finish shot, interior was seriously worn - none of this showed up on the pictures of the car posted on their website. Wasted my time at the Kendall dealer.Went back to FFC, worked with Rafael Almaguer, very friendly and honest. Wanted to pay in full for the car, but didn't have a cashier's check. Oscar Perez of FFC worked this out, and I drove home in my new Kizashi the same day. I am very happy with the car, my own mechanic says it's in top shape. Very pleased with my experience at Florida Fine Cars, and with Rafael and Oscar. Highly recommended!

I went to FFC with a big issue since I needed to trade in my car and was extremely upside down (owing more money than the car market price) so after being to a couple dealerships I ended up being matched with salesman Paulo Freitas. the attention I received was beyond expectations, we all know how frustrating going to a dealership is, but Mr. Paulo took the time to do a big search for me to find my perfect car and at the same time trying to absorb most of my debt by acquiring a vehicle under book value. He explained everything to me and made the experience clear and enjoyable.After a long search we finally found a car I absolutely loved and I upgraded from a Toyota Corolla S+ to a Mercedes-Benz C300. We are currently waiting for my paperwork to be completed due to personal matters but the car is mine and I cant wait to drive it! I first went to Florida Fine Cars dealership in Miami (21151 NW 2nd Ave) to look at the Lexus SUV RX 350 and to test drive it because I always dream of owning one. Victor, one of the sales associates pleasantly greeted me and listened to what I wanted and my finance situation. He then got excited and told me that I will drive home in a Lexus SUV that same day! He showed me their Lexus SUVs and even took me to another nearby car lot that their company owns and showed me more options. He was very knowledgably and patient as he explained all the features and prices of the SUVs. Victors manager Kiko then came and introduced himself and excitedly assured me that he will help me drive home in my dream car! We were promise a service by the Salesman Eric Minnifield to close a deal. He did not deliver after the deal close. We will never buy with you guys again nor will we recommend you to anyone. He agreed to get the front two windows tinted and had us coming to your dealership looking like two fools while we waited for him for about 30 mins, with this stupid story he gave us. Wow! I really felt well informed by Vito at Florida Fine Cars. Hands down, they have the best selection and prices in South FL. I called in on Monday, knowing which car I wanted and the budget I wanted to stay within. Vito was excellent in providing me with advice on trading in my vehicle and although I thought I would not be able to drive off the lot the next day with what I wanted, Vito and his team worked to make it happen. The only reason I did not give the dealership five stars is because of the amount of inquiries that occurred on my credit report as a part of the financing. I thought my credit would be pulled once, but in checking my credit report, it was pulled 6 times by different creditors for financing. But on the upside, the interest rate I received is really low considering my credit score!

But when Freddy told me his 20 years of experience could get me out then I was all in! I had to see if he was telling the truth and sure enough he did!!! First of all I never write a review but I was so happy that I have to do it, Fabian Elmes has a great customer service and a full of patience. I test drive more than 5 cars and I spend more than 5 hours in the dealer not because they were slow it was my strategy,I had a great deal. Thanks Fabian good job!!!

My car hunt started bad because my trade in had high milage. After going to a few dead end dealers. My wife & I stopped at Florida fine cars In hollywood. We met Juan who helped us figure out options. He was very polite and patient with us. Originally I was looking for a little older model but he & Carlos Betancourt opened my eyes too better. Then Mohammed (Fianance guy) called me back a day later after we already made the deal to inform me he got us the lower car payment we wanted. Great bunch of guys, great cars, great price!

The first thing you will notice about "Florida Fine Cars" upon driving up is the beautiful establishment & beautiful cars. My family and I were nicely greeted by staff, but Freddy Highsmith (our Sales Consultant) treated us like family! He made us feel so welcome even before we made a decision to make a purchase and he never pressured us to make a decision. Freddy was very knowledgeable about different cars and catered to our financial and credit situation. So many times you go to car dealerships and you are turned off by how you are treated, but NOT at this dealership. Even the Finance Manger Allan Solano made us feel confident and relaxed and he explained all pieces of the financial documents to us. Hands down Freddy is by far the Best Sales Consultant we've met, because he went over and beyond to make the car buying experience great for us! Freddy made sure our New 2014 Kia Soul was cleaned and ready to go with swiftness. We are forever grateful Freddy & the Florida Fine Cars Staff!

I have to put the best word for Roland Patino; service advisor and Carlos Sarmiento; head of mechanics. Never a hiccup in the customer service and repairs, a couple of times I had to go in a rush and they understood my needs and accommodated me in the best way the could, to have a garage you can count on is almost priceless.Cheers to the team!!!!!

This dealer sells a lot of cars but their practices are ill willed. They mislead Customers on the price of their cars as it relates to advertised pricing. I placed a deposit on a vehicle on a Sunday, then saw the same car advertised in Auto Trader for almost $1000 cheaper than they nailed me. I called them back and asked for the price they sold me the car. Took them until Monday mid-morning to text me the information back. I told the rep that we wanted the car at the lower advertised back. She finally texted me almost at Noon Monday that they would honor the price. By the time, it was too late for me to get the cashiers check (was paying cash). Told them we would stop back after work on Tuesday. All is ok. At 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday we get a call that if we were not there by Noon they had a potential buyer. We had deposited $1000 and faxed a copy of the cashier's check and reaffirmed we wanted the car and would be there as early as we could. At 4:30 we called to let them know were on our way and they informed me the car was sold.

From the moment you walk in your greeted, no waiting around for someone to help. Just down to the point, which car are you interested in, test drive it and lets make it work. Its exactly what we were looking for. We were recommended and now I defenitely recommend them, especially Juan Contreras. He understood exactly what we wanted and got straight to the point. No waiting around for 8 hrs to make a deal. While we were there we were offered drinks and food numerous times. Everyone was very friendly. The variety of cars and prices/deals are impressive. They even called us after we left with our new Corvette with a better bank deal!! THANK YOU JUAN/MOHAMMED & STAFF FOR A GREAT AND PAINLESS EXPERIENCE.
