Royce and Alex were absolutely the most professional people and upfront with all aspects of the process in buying my Ram. I had a horrible experience at Sarasota Ford the previous night. Royce went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and made it look easy. Jason in finance was helpful with warranty and gap questions. Made sure I had all paperwork to get my money for old gap insurance on the previous vehicle. Again thank you so much Firkins for the complete professionalism I was given. This will be where I do my business.

I believe the thought of having to take your vehicle, for any reason, to a car dealership, is one most of us dread. However, I must give a big shout out to Firkins Chrysler. From the first person I spoke to, who then rightfully transferred me twice (in order to answer a question and then make an appointment), all the way through the process to getting a result...EVERYONE was fabulous. When I arrived, I was immediately pointed in the right direction. I found my guy, and then realized that I was in the best hands. What a pleasure it was to work with John Orr. He has a great personal customer service touch. He was a lovely young man. Super friendly. Very informative. Made sure to relay possible issues if all didn't go to plan. (I LOVE that, as I'm someone who likes to know all of the options or issues.) It took an hour from arrival to departure, but that was expected. Firkins is doing something right, as the employees are making the experience as pain-free as possible. I suggest they ALL get a raise!!!

I've purchased vehicles at Firkins and have my vehicles serviced with them also. Joe Murray is my Service Advisor. He's the BEST! Always friendly. Always professional. Always makes sure I'm happy and satisfied with my repairs. No gimmicks. No surprise extra costs. He lets you know up front what it's going to cost you, and what is wrong with your vehicle. He makes sure my vehicle runs right, and that I'm happy. The repair techs are also great! They know what they're doing. If you need you Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, or Mitsubishi (they sell them also next door) serviced, go see Joe!

Firkins to start off with they have great customer service and just all around really good people.😷 if you've been there before and I've been going there for over 3 years if you have a technician representative that you like you can request to have that representative when you come back for work again. Always willing to listen which is nice. Even in parts the people are Great they'll take the Time and Care to make sure the little extras you want for your car are right. Even when picking your car up and checking out you don't need to wander around the parking lots. Just hop onto the golf cart and you will be driven to your car. Also I must mention that during this time in life where all precautions need to be heeded. Firkins seems to be doing their job to make sure you feel safe.😷👍

We recently had to turn in my mom's lease Jeep early because she wasn't t able drive anymore. Chris Richardson was our representative to help us do that. He not only was helping us turn the vehicle in but to end the lease without paying any out of pocket expenses. He was a Godsend and suggested an option that we were unawares and it worked out better than we could have expected. He was a Godsend! Chris goes beyond expectations to take care of his customers. It was the best experience we had at a care dealership where you're most often not confidence they are honest brokers. Chris was that and much more - he was not only professional but conscientious and compassionate. Did everything he promised he would do. It was the first time I felt good after leaving a dealership. If you're looking for a Jeep, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't have Chris Richardson to be your sales representative at Firkins. He was wonderful and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Chris!

We're do I start . I have a dodge grand caravan wheelchair van that would stall while driving . I took it to Firkins for repair and was assured they could fix it . They had the van for 5 days and I had to call them to get a status update . They finally stated the van was stalling because the chip keys were bad and also the module in the steering wheel that read the keys . I had them change the parts at a price of $929 and picked up the van and on my way home van stalled . Took van back and waited for them to call and once again I had to call to find out . This time they stated it was the transmission that was causing the van to stall while driving . They rebuilt the transmission and the only time they called was to say they noticed the starter was in bad shape and stated it needed to be replaced and I said to replace it . This total repair was $2800 and guess what I picked up van and it still stalled while driving home . Took van back and waited for a call and finally they told me it was a fuel issue and stated they would not work on it because it was a wheelchair conversion and after market fuel tank . So they took my $3729 and van was never fixed and stated they would not work on any of my vehicles . Talked to general manager and he stated they could not help and said he would give me great price on a new caravan . Why would I buy a new dodge when they couldn't even fix the dodge I have now . Horrible service I will never buy a dodge or anything Firkins sell ever.

Joe Murray is the best service tech I have ever encountered. He explained everything with no high pressure. Right now I am in South Carolina needing repairs at a dealer who has zero customer service. I called Joe and he helped me over the phone as much as he could.

I am a full time resident of Bradenton; however, I bought a specialty car in D.C. and drove it home. Even thought I did not buy the car from Firkins they have provided me with the best possible service; routine, warranty, and special customer requirements. I have personally met each and every person who has any contact with my car and each one is friendly and competent. My requirements are understood, They are met the first time. There are no callbacks. They are flexible and it feels like we are a team.

sales consultant Aaron Dahlgren got me a fair deal. I explained to him what I needed and he got it done! He never tried to push me into changing my mind. Other car salesmen should learn from him. I was starting a new company and needed a certain type of vehicle. He searched through their inventory of cars and got me what I wanted. I bought two cars that day.

Late March we noticed the engine light on in our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van. We were driving home to Michigan in two days so wanted the lite checked. When we went to service they said it would be a week before they could service our van and to just another place to stay for the week until they could schedule us. Completely uninterested in service. We spend the winter in Bradenton and will not visit their dealership again. On the other hand we then traveled to the other Chrysler dealer in Sarasota who gave us prompt, courteous service.

Wrote a negative review on Firkins chrysler. Rob Lohbauer from Firkins responded to apologize and request me to call him I called two weeks ago, left a message ,no return call. Should I say anymore on their customer service.

Went to service dept with a chrysler product with under 200 miles. Had two issues and a part to be replaced. Service said they would order part & complete repairs in about seven days. Service dept called a week later & said because the vehicle was not purchased there they would not service it. It was purchased in naples as they did not have that model in stock. Very poor customer service. I went to another chrysler dealer in sarasota & they completely took care of the repairs. Not dependable.

I had purchased a car that ended up not being comfortable with a back injury in received. I called the Internet Manager and spoke with her about switching it out and getting into something different. She was very helpful and got a new car manager with me the very same day. Firkins took great care of me and now I drive a beautiful 300. Thank you Firkins.

I Ordered/Purchased my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT Classic from Firkins of Bradenton in Late January 2013. They did an excellent job in the purchasing process lead by Jason.C & Mike I. I also ordered a New MOPAR Performance Cat-Back Exhaust through the Parts Department and before I even knew that my car had arrived, They had already had the new Exhaust installed for me! (I do need to call them to ask them to enter that into the system so that it shows up on my Dodge Owners Site as a Dealer Installed Option...I just have not called them on it...my fault). The Service Department has always done a great job for my wife and I over the years and is even better today, We purchased a New Jeep Liberty from Firkins in 2006 and never had a negative issue with the service department, My wife owns a 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT and we take it to Firkins for the Oil Changes and chassis inspection/lube. They have Bottled Water, Coffee, Donuts, & Bagels (Need More Donuts Less Bagels Please...lol) in the customer lounge. Mark and Bryan have always been very prompt and courteous any time we were there for service. I have nothing but issues with my vehicle since I bought it from Firkins. Too many to list, but the most recent had been regarding my brakes. I have complained multiple times about the same brake issues and their continued response is they can't find anything wrong when they test drive it. I take it to another dealer and I find out that all 4 pads and rotors need replacing. The car only has 20,000 miles and has not driven hard since I bought it (supposively new). Seems like the brakes had heavy wear and tear when I bought it and Firkins Service didn't recognize or discuss replacement options with me. They actually tried to convince me that this is how Bembo Brakes are supposed to sound. Ridiculous.
