First let me start by saying that if I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. We drove over an hour to look at a 2014 Mercedes listed online at $26995. I should state that we already had our loan secured through Capital One Auto Navigator (I highly recommend) so it should have been an easy process. We arrived at 6pm, looked at the car, test drove and sat down. After asking us some questions they present us with an insulting offer for our trade and a new list price for the Mercedes of $31995, stating there were $5000 in "dealer fees". At that point, we explained this was unacceptable. At 8:45 they finally run an application, but since the banks were closing they couldn't come with much information regarding payment, interest, etc. from Capital One. They tell us they'd insisted that we take the Mercedes home while they keep our car so they can have it looked at to see if they could give us more for our trade (At that point they were up to $12500 for our trade). Told us they'd have an answer in the next afternoon. It was now almost 11pm. They didn't even clean the car before letting us take it. Ridiculous! Keep in mind this was a Wednesday. By Saturday they "Still had no information on our trade" and by that point I am fuming. Capital one had also informed me on Saturday that this car only had a book value of $26500.Sunday we happen to browse online for other options. We come across much better options. 2015 & 2016 Mercedes with LESS MILEAGE for $6000 less than what they were asking with their HIDDEN FEES. We call the new dealer, confirm that there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES!!! WOW!We called Maple Shade Fiat to let them know we would be returning the car and there would be NO DEAL. Their response was "We'll see". Upon arriving, we waited about 20 minutes for our salesman to come over (There were no customers in the showroom at the time) and spent the next 2 hours telling them we didn't want the deal and waited for our keys. At that point I've watched them out of the corner of my eye, gather & huddle outside trying to come up with one last scheme to get us to commit to the deal. Finally, what looks to be a closer comes over and tries to bribe us with a 100 point credit score jump for taking their loan. As if that was going to sell us? That was the best they could come up with after huddling outside for 15 minutes? A word to the wise Maple Shade Fiat-You should have tried selling the car for that it was worth instead of being greedy and getting an additional $5k for the car. You actually ended up doing us a favor! You gave us enough time to search for better vehicles and a much better dealer. For that, I now thank you for my 2016 Mercedes CLA250 4MATIC that I purchased elsewhere. It's a gorgeous silver with 12K miles on it. I purchased it for $29279 and NO ADDITIONAL FEES!!! You know, the one I drove up in when I picked up the rest of my deposit from you. Yeah, that one!Your dealership is disgusting. Your sales practices are even more pathetic. Our new dealer was a DREAM!I will continue to tell everyone I know what a horrible experience I had there and I will never return. I suggest other people reading this BEWARE. This place is a sham!

I purchased my previous vehicle(2007 Maxima) from them and kept receiving correspondence for their vehicle buy-back program. After I finally seeing a newer vehicle(2009 Maxima) I was interested in I decided to see what great offers they could provide per the letter I received from the lot manager. I took the test drive and proceeded to review the numbers after explicitly telling my sales person the letter sent to me stated no down payment and keeping a similar payment of $300+ per month. The number that was finally delivered after a long wait was $575 over 6 years...for a 2009 Maxima. I felt this price point was extremely over-priced and disrespectful to even present them as some kind of deal. The price was listed as $17,999 online then when I got to the dealership it was $20,999 and finally once the numbers were presented the price had jumped to $23,999 and they claimed they would give me $3000 for my 2007 Maxima bringing the price back down to $20,999...so they tried giving me $0 for my trade. I was furious for wasting 2 hours of my time to basically have them try to steal my vehicle and put me into a over-priced 7yr old car for almost double my normal monthly payment...all this from being invited to come back the dealership. After telling them they had wasted enough of my time I requested my keys be returned so I could leave immediately only to have them have to FIND my keys after 10-15mins and then the person who brought my car back had my key fob in his pocket which I almost drove off without if I hadn't bothered to check for it since the car was already running. I wouldn't step back into this dealership if they were giving cars away for free.

My jeep is in the shop again after have it a month. It has been there for a week so far while I pay for a rental. This time the cat converter went.1 week after I bought it the two front tie rods needed to be replaced.I do not think it was ever checked for saftey before being sold because if one of the tie rods snapped I would have no steering. The sales mgr felix told me oh well cars break down thats what they do.I dont think thats a good answer when Im driving my 5 yr old in a car im paying 520 a month for and before my 1st payment could have killed us.They have yet to provide the saftey check paperwork showinf it was ever done.

Hello, I don't know if this the proper forum for this message, but it was all I could find. I wanted to tell someone in top management about my experience at Fiat of Maple Shadeover the last week or so that I have been attempting to purchase a an auto there at that location from your used car selection.I came to the dealership from a preamp proved auto loan with Capital One, and a search for car gurus on line. I found a car I was interested in and decided to stop in to take a look. When I entered the dealership it was very busy, no one immediately ran to me even though I drove up from in. Mercedes, but shortly I was asked to give them a brief minute or so and I would be helped.A young man named Kristian was called to assist me. He promptly arrived and showed me 2 cars I was interested in, asLao letting me test drive both, with another female sales rep named Bonnie. Both were very pleasant and patient. I was interested in one and discussed the option of trading my car in to purchase the auto I liked.Unfortunately we could not come to terms on the trade value of my car which was dis appointing. But the young man Kristian was so honest and genuine that I kept wanting to deal with him and I twisted and turned to try and make a deal happen, unfortunately all my 30 plus years of sales management would not allow him to bend and do anything that would hurt the dealership or his integrity, which I found honorable in this sales business almost extinct .Unfortunately I couldn't purchase the E 350 Mecedes Cabriolet I fell in love with, which was disappointing. But I also couldn't let the fantastic deal the Kristian and Bonnie worked so hard for along with Felix and Eddie, so I passed the deal over to my wife who didn't have a trade and is now the owner of this beautiful car of her dreams. We have Ben through a lot of ups and downs in life. We have had nothing and also at times had more than we knew what to do with. Through it we have purchased many cars, a lot were more expensive than this one, but I never left a dealership feeling like we made friends. We actually hugged Kristian and Bonnie several times before we left.By far the best purchase experience of my lifetime so far. I completely trust that this young man did the best he could for us, 100%.Thank you for employing such honest and straight salespeople it's refreshing , and you should be proud to be represented this out of 10 your and 11 in my book.I still have a trade in for another if someone could sweeten my trade by 3500 dollars too!Thank you ,SincerelyBill and Tanya Mancini

This is my second Fiat i have purchased with them. They are always so nice and the staff is always friendly. I love my 500x and the customer service was great also. Tracy was so friendly and upbeat, she made my car buying experience easy, and i enjoyed the whole time i was there. I love my fiat and recommend everyone who is in the market for one to go here and ask for Tracy.

IF IT WASN'T FOR TRACY, AND THE DOG LOVING TEAM AT MAPLE SHADE, I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TIRED OF THE WORK IT TAKES TO PURCHASE A CAR. TRACY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER CALL. DID A GREAT JOB OF WORKING FOR HER CLIENT...

We waited 4 hours to sign paperwork on a used car.our salesperson was helping someone who was buying a more expensive vehicle. In the time we waited we were not even offered a cup of wAter. We were told that we qualified for the internet financing and it would be no more that 3.7 percentAfter waiting for four hours we signed papers. Not even 20 minutes later we reviewed the paperwork and it was above 6. We called right away but it is closed. Called and left several messages for the general manager who still hasn't returned our call and we were told by the finance manager they could t do anything. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for tags and they haven't gotten them because the odometer recording was wrong. Would never go back and I would it suggest this dealership to anyone!

I made an appointment to view a used car I saw on their website. They said that if I made an appointment they would honor the "internet price." The customer service person who showed us the car did not know much and could not answer many questions. After test driving and showing interest, we asked to confirm the price of the vehicle. She could not give us a definite answer. She said it would probably be about $2000 more than the original "internet price," (which by the way, was listed on the website as "FINAL PRICE") due to supposed "dealer's fees." She also said we had to buy the car that day or the price could change if we left to consider it and came back. We asked to speak to someone who could give us a set in stone price and she brought over some sweet talking salesman who bored me to death with his diatribe of a sales pitch. He said a lot of words but nothing that answered our questions. At the end we did not buy and we basically had to run away in order to get them to stop talking. I would not recommend doing business with them. My advice to them would be to honor their listed price tags, allow people time to think about their purchases, and stop using outdated sales tactics. Seriously, in the age of technology any made up claim you make I can easily just look up on my phone to see if it's true. Also, we would have been more likely to buy if you could give us an up-front price and honor it.

The absolute most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life, and believe it or not they sold a car to a Priest (my Dad) with such dishonesty. When we drove the car off the lot the cruise control module was missing, the sensor for the air in the tires was completely missing, 7 months after purchasing the vehicle the engine had to be replaced. When we took the vehicle back to be checked under warranty they said the cruise control module had to be replaced, but that they weren't going to replace it under warranty even though it was not working off the lot. We also had them check the transmission at that time because it slips occasionally (still does) and they said there were no problems with it and just needed to add some transmission fluid, which is done regularly. The vehicle only had 45,000 upon purchase but obviously was not inspected properly or their mechanics are not the best. Overall incredibly disappointed in how dishonest and crooked I've found this place to be. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST!

Horrible to deal with. They did not want to honor the advertised price and tried to sell it for $2500 above that price. 4 hours of torture. Arrived in sun light left out with the Stars. Low ball your trade in then offer some food coupon to go to your local bar and get a credit to the bill. We were leaving several times. After exhausting negotiations we finally got them to honor the price advertised. They said it was a teaser price to lure you into the den of thieves. I was ready to walk out into traffic blind folded. All I can say is pack a lunch bring asprin and show them the price they advertised. Be prepared to knock off a few years if your life after dealing with them.

This dealership is the worst!!! Do not even bother wasting your time. They lead you on, tell you lie after lie after lie. They allowed me to drive off with a car from their lot, without having my cosigner with me. When I went back to sign the paperwork a few days later, I was told that I had to come back a second time. Finally, after having the car for a week, I returned a third time with my cosigner and the paperwork still wasn't ready. The finance manager was very condescending and continued to give us the runaround. At one point, he said let him check on something and just went outside to walk around the building as me and my wife observed. In addition to this completely unprofessional, bogus behavior, the car had several mechanical issues which were not appreciated when I brought it to the managements attention. A totally unprofessional environment, with people working for them straight out of high school and college. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for any reason!!!!!

I started out at Kia of Cherry Hill (they're all part of the triplex) a few months ago looking for a Kia Soul where I had found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. When I got there it was the classic "Oh, that Internet Price is with $2000 down." I said "No where on your site does it say that and I've worked in a BDC department so I know that you get a special rate when coming in through the internet." They were not nice there at all and when I told them I needed to leave at a certain time because I had to have a sitter watch my child while I went. They did not listen and they also never gave me back my pay stub. I even called and asked them to mail it which they never did.Present time: I had found yet another Kia Soul on the Kia of Cherry Hill's website, however; this one was at Maple Shade. I had called and spoke with someone very nice in the internet department and then was contacted by the Manager of the internet department who was extremely helpful and nice. THANKS VON!!! I had made an appointment for Friday at 9:15, I arrived around 9am and was told to ask for Felix who is very nice. I was then placed with a very young sales person who wasn't really sure as to what on earth she was talking about. When I had looked over the car and found a couple scratches and a quarter sized ding in the drivers side door she said "well that's what you get when you buy a used car"...Yes I know that, but that ding could be pulled out in like .3 seconds. When she popped the hood she said "Well, this is the engine. I don't really touch anything." WOW!!! SERIOUSLY?! Thank you so much for that information on the $14,000 car I want to buy from you! So we test drive it...the hood was never shut properly before we drove it so it was rattling all over the place and thankfully it didn't fly up while I was driving. So we go inside and talk numbers after 5 hours we finally agree on a price and a monthly payment, I didn't have my trade at the time of purchase so I was told to bring it back the next day so I could finish signing the papers. Finally leave with my car at around 3pm. Bring the trade back the next day and they're all looking at me like why is this girl back, I told Bill that I'm here to drop my trade off. We go into his office and he's explaining GAP insurance and all of that and then says "okay, so we have a payment of this amount" and I looked at him and said no that's more than I had agreed upon and signed paperwork on so I don't know where you're getting this price at. I told them they need to get my price to where it was supposed to be or else I want my money back and they can come get the car. I was also told that I'd have to wait because there were 5 people ahead of me. I told them I did all of this waiting yesterday and that I needed to be out of there at a certain time and all I needed was to finish signing and drop my trade off. I was told they would get me to what I wanted my payments at which they did and I really do appreciate it. Thank you to Felix and the work that he did for me to get me what I wanted and make sure that everything was okay. I was getting very frustrated and fed up with the whole thing. I was very very close to walking out. In the end I did get my car and I'm super pleased with it, just wish I didn't have to go through the BS that I went through.

Walked into the dealership with me and Wife cars to trade in and Eddie the salesmen and Alex Manager extended more than help and advice, but it was a family experience when I walked. The entire experience in the dealership I never felted one time like I was being hassled or as if the dealer was all about themselves.

I went to dealership looking for a car to fit my monthly budget and was able to get a nice 2015 car to fit my needs and budget. I didn't feel the pressure that I felt at other dealerships. I got a nice extended warranty for peace of mind at a good price. I would say only negative was finance computer crashed and had to go to their other dealership to finalize but that was no one's fault and their other dealership was only 10 minutes away. No big deal.

We would absolutely recommend this dealership! We actually drove here from Long Island, NY with an infant and it was well worth our efforts! Everyone we dealt with truly understood our needs and gave their full abilities and attention to have us leave happily! Ask for Felix, Christian or Alex and you won't be disappointed! We will happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

DO NOT buy a car at this dealership. They out right lie and people who are not savvy when it comes to buying cars will be taken for the ride of their lives. What is on the internet is just a way to get you into the dealership. False advertising and representation is illegal, it's called fraud. Don't waste your time. We did not buy our car there. For those who got burned from this dealership should start a class action lawsuit.Just for the record we had 3 or 4 different sales people so I would have to say the fault lies with management.

Originally when my wife and I walked into the dealership we were straight forward with what we could do, how much money we had to put down and all we got in return were games, lies, deceit and then some. These guys took our money, put us in a car and then a couple days later said we had to bring that car back because they could not get the deal done, then they did the same thing again with us with a different car and again with a different car and again with a different car. They lied to us about the down payment just to get the money from us, they had is come back and forth to the dealership after work at lest 5 to 6 times until they finally decided to settle with us on a car that had numerous defects. Nobody did any checks on the car because if they did they would have know that there was 2 different color side mirrors on the car, only 1 key with a broken hollowed out remote, sun visors were broken, no mats etc etc. They took for granted that we were in need of a car and they dragged it out as long as they could, they even had us driving around in a car with a expired temporary tag.I kept in content communication with the sales person as well as the managers and they all treated us like dirt.Even the finance guy named Bill was rude and he is as crooked as the rest of them. I could go on and on about the people but it would take me forever, all I have to say is that my wife and I were treated poorly we were taken advantage of and we will not refer anyone to this dealership.

I saw a really great deal online for a used fiat lounge 2012 with 16,000 miles. Price was at $12,000 spoke to Alex manager we brought the price down to 11,000 around the price Kelley blue book shows. I live near NYC and would only come down if I got a really good deal. Since I have no car yet I rented a car and drove about 1 and 1/2 hours to go down to but car. Now I had 1500$ cash for taxes and other fees. So I really just needed a loan for 11,000 . Now this is where it stared to get bad. They kept coming to me with a months payment I would have to pay first they came with 305 a month. I asked them for a total price of car with the financing .they wouldn't tell me and the kept making me sign a paper saying I'm interested in the car. That makes no sense other then playing mind games with the customer. Makes the customer think that since he or she signed a paper that he is obligated to buy car lol. They wanted me to sign papers to buy car with out telling me what was my financing and they wanted to call me insurance to set everything up already. So that l like I like i already. Have to buy car since they called my Insurance . I told them no! I want to Know my total before I sign any papers to finalize anything. The piece of paper I sign is only to say I'm interested no that I bought the car!. So they came back with manager and told me how about 250 a month for 72 months. I multiple 250X 72 it came to 18,000$ I was like how did 11,000 in a loan come out to 18,000$ I said sorry bit I'm leaving this is bull you guys are trying to take advantage of me . As I was leaving they came out to the lot and started to talk to me again the manager said they did a mistake with the number and that he add 3000 my accidents. Lol I was like forget it you lost a customer that was willing to work with your dealership. I was OK with 10% fianceing but since you guys tried to play me out I'm not gonna do business with you guys anymore. So I left ! BEST decision I made. I saw another customer arguing with them too about the pricing! Becarful guys!

Please do not go to Fiat of Maple Shade there management is so bad that they had to restructure it. The prices on the Internet are in correct and they will stand by it. The made promise of a monthly payment and when I went back to finish signing the paperwork they changed the monthly payment. The man that I dealt with when I was signing the paper work laughed at me and said well I didn't sign anything saying that you where going to pay that payment a month. I still don't have my tags and I bought the car in December. They still haven't paid off my loan and I had to make a payment on my old loan. This has been the worst process ever. Please, please don't go to this dealership.

I really enjoyed my new car experience, my salesman Eddie, was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and relaxed. Not a high pressure sell. I got what I wanted, at the price I wanted. What more could I ask for?All in all, I will recommend FIAT of Maple Shade to all my friends. Actually, I came in with one of my friends, because she spoke so highly of her FIAT (she has two). By the way, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new FIAT 500X, rides and handles like a dream.

I purchased a used vehicle that is in very nice condition and with about half the miles you would normally see on a 2006. Overall the experience was pretty decent. There were a few issues that arose with the vehicle after the sale but for the most part they were taken care of for me. It cost me some time, bridge tolls, and gasoline but no attempt to charge me for the shop time required to relinquish the issues was ever attempted. They were also able to get me financed - no small task considering my current credit score - and gave me a decent number for my trade in vehicle. Certainly not where I expected to find a gem of a pre-owned Cadillac but they had it, I purchased it, and I would buy there again under similar conditions. Give them a shot if they have what you're after.

I had done research before going to the dealership, so I pretty much knew what I wanted and what price I expected. I did not have an appointment going in but I still got attentive service from the moment we walked onto the lot. Jessica Medina handled most of the service, and I would highly recommend her as a sales associate. She was so nice and not pushy at all. I did not feel overwhelmed or like I was being cheated as some car dealerships make you feel. Even on the test drives, she made pleasant conversation and let me make my own decisions about the vehicles I tested. Overall just a wonderful experience and I am very happy with my new (to me) Fiat 500 Pop. :-)

I had a horrible experience so far with cars dealers, new or used. My biggest issue with car sales guys is trust. They say one thing, and after 10 minutes they say another thing, prices are changing from as advertised to suddenly $5k more etc...This dealership really surprised me for the best, there was a negotiation between myself and sales guys ,but I felt like it was all done in good faith, without wasting any of my time, which is really refreshing. And once we shook hands, they stood by their deal and did the paperwork ( which is a lot of times painful experience ) quick and precise. Car that I got from them was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and filled up with gas.Bottom line, very professional and honest experience, will definitely come back to them for their upcoming Alfa Romeo Juletta

The rating I gave is due to the OUTSTANDING Customer Service my husband and I received from Tracey Gooden. Tracey's compassion and understanding personality are genuine. She gave us her undivided attention. Also, Alex Frattaboli and Tony Lee possess the same great character and provide excellent customer service. Customer Service is everything! If you suck at it, people can see right through you and will not trust you. When buying a car, you want to feel like you are important and you're financial status matters. Tracey is just AWESOME! I LOVE HER!

From our first phone call ,to when our sales person Greeted us out front , I can only say good things about Mashell Hartman ( sales person )and Tony Lee (general sales manager .) The two of them made our sales experience easy and straightforward .We purchased a used 2020 Chevy avalanche , they treated us like we were buying a new $40,000 car. . They Detail the truck for me before pick up ,.and met me at the train station when I came down to pick up the truck .The truck is running great so far and i we negotiated a fair price.Guy

I gave a 5 star rating because my experience was awesome. This was my second purchase here and the sales team is amazing. They treat you like family and the process is quick. They make sure that no matter what you leave out with the car that you want at a price you're comfortable with. I love that everyone was happy, upbeat and so relatable. Fiat of Maple Shade NJ takes the stress out of the car buying experience. I definitely recommend everyone to shop Fiat of Maple Shade NJ you'll thank me.

These guys will do anything to sell you a car. I had gone in and they actually suggested I do a voluntary repo. On top of that, after filing a compliant with BBB, they denied it. If my claim is so false, why won't they pull up video footage to show that I was indeed taken to the sales floor. They are crooks and act with zero integrity. Don't go here, go to the fiat in PA if you are looking to purchase a Fiat. These guys are horrible!

I think the service is great the people are awesome. Me and my family was shopping for a car to replace my wife's 2004 kia sedona that was lost in a fire. We bought two cars from cherryhill kia, a 2004 kia sedona and a 2014 kia optima sx. So I checked the website and found a car that looked like she may like it it was a 2013 Chevy Malibu. So I called setup my appointment and we came down from Darby to maple shade. When we got there the car was pulled up with my name on a card in the window, talk about service. so then Jessica the salesperson came out to help us she was cool she took us on two test drives in the Chevy we actually came for and a 2014 Fiat 500l that we just saw and thought it was cool. After the test drive we drove the Fiat and decided on that. Bottom line is we got a really nice used car for the payment we wanted. And no hassle whatsoever. They have showed me that they want and need our business. And they have earned it three times now and it will definitely be a fourth and fifth. Thanks guys for the excellent service and treatment. And just being square.

This is my second vehicle from Fiat of Maple Shade and I wouldn't have purchased it if it wasn't for Julie Thompson!!! From start to finish she communicated during the entire process, was patient and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Julie worked hard for me and is the ONLY Sales Associate I would ever go to for future purchases. Julie, YOU ROCK!!!!

John McNulty helped me the other day when I came in to get more information and to see how I would feel regarding the Fiat 500 Pop model. John really knew the accoutrements of the vehicle and eased my preconceptions regarding car salesmen and the stigma associated with it. He made me laugh more times I can remember, I will definitely be back!

I worked with Jessica Medina and Felix Ramos to purchase a preowned BMW 330i. From the start working with the Internet service department was easy and convenient to get in to see the vehicle. On the showroom floor Jessica and Felix provided an informative, accommodating, and truly hassle-free experience. Jessica is new to car sales but you couldn't tell, she is very warm and sweet. Felix has the demeanor or everyone's cool uncle. I really enjoyed working with them in their spotless facility. To boot, they helped delivering the car to my home 7miles away as I had my infant son with me. Good folks. Good experience. I would recommend them without reservation.

This is my second car purchase from Fiat of Maple Shade within 12 months! Julie did not pressure me and I actually enjoyed the process. From the moment I was greeted as I walked up to the front door to the moment I drove out in my new car, my experience at Fiat of Maple Shade has been one other car dealers would do well to emulate. At all stages through the process I was kept informed as to the process; coffee was offered at appropriate times; and I felt like a critically important customer at all times.John, my salesman, was able to answer all my questions (or find out the answer if he didn't know); and at no time did I feel pressured into a decision. This is the 9th car I've bought in my life so far, and this has been by far the best experience.

I purchased by Fiat 500x June of this year and absolutely love it! What I appreciated even more was that last year I started to look into purchasing a car once my lease expires. I went to Maple Shade Fiat and all though at the time I didnt find a vehicle that sparked my interest, I still received excellent service. Fast forward to 2015 Super Bowl Sunday I saw the commercial for the Fiat 500x. Perfect! I thought, and because I had a great experience at the MS Fiat the previous year, I contacted them again (Alex J. to be specific). I was very specific regarding color, accessories, etc. He said no problem, once they arrive, you will receive a call from me. I was given updates regarding my vehicles arrival. Sure enough, my car arrived late May at the dealership and I did receive a call Iris, good news, your car is in! I scheduled to come in first week in June. I couldnt believe it; my car was waiting for me (everything I asked for) right at the dealerships front door!I test drove it and said, yup, Ill take it!Just last week, I had to bring my car in for service and as expected, great service again! Gregg greeted me upon arrival and gave me constant updates while I waited (which was not long). My title to this review is Not your typical dealership! and this is because 1. I wasnt pushed into buying a vehicle I would eventually hate; 2. Everyone was friendly; 3. Service was excellent and has been even after my car was purchased.I would highly recommend Maple Shade Fiat when looking to purchase your next vehicle! Iris G.Bensalem, PA

I wish I knew where to begin. We were hauled between two seperate locations with them attempting to locate one car for us to test drive which upon them finally finding it, had engine problems which was apparent from the sound. We then tried a different car which we loved however the price had gone from 250 a month as advertised to 550 which is a joke; for 550 a month I would drive a much nicer car than a ford. They refused to tell me if they had a spare key or only the one key, would not disclose financial status info such as APR, and took literally 4 and a half hours to close the deal once we had determined which car we would like! In a manner that lacks all professionalism, we were told they need to hold on to our down payment before terms of sale were discussed and numbers were presented and then we had to sign a small scrap paper indicating that we would purchase the car if certain terms were met with no letter head or company name, iit was literally a blank piece of paper that they had scribbled on. I would not advise anyone to check out this location and to warn your family and friends like I did about this place. I understand sales techniques may be used with selling cars but this was intimidating, horrifying, and completely overwhelming and any questions we had asked were redirected. I should NOT have signed the contract but unfortunately my nerves got the best of me.

Julie Thompson was awesome! I went in with a super low budget not expecting much particularly it being a dealership. Boy was I surprised And boy did they deliver!!! Julie did not rush me and took time with me as if I was going to spend $30 k and not $3 k. She took her time and showed me cars that were right for me and my budget and did not try to pressure into something I could t afford. Furthermore the dealer still worked me a great deal even though it was clearance car and they did not have to and made it work so that I was able to drive the car away that day!!!Writing this review two days later and absolutely NO BUYERS REGRET!!! I love my 2005 SANTE Fe more and more every day!!!

So here's my story... I had an awesome 2014 Optima in my fav color and loved it. Wasn't looking to get rid of my vehicle. Received a letter in the mail and went in to check out if they could indeed offer a high amount for my Optima ..so after looking around I fell in love with a camaro. So we worked a deal out and I left with a 2010 camaro (dumb move ) anyway snow comes and I realize I can't drive it anymore. So I go back to fiat to try and get a jeep. So since there were no incentives and it was used my payment would have been 810/month. So the sales guy talked me into checking out a Fiat. I knew I needed to get rid of the camaro and ...well like any sales man told me lies about it holding value which is BS. I purchased a 2014 fiat 500 L easy for 20k after incentives and the resell is 14k that's not good resell value. So now I have a 699 car payment due to my optima and camaro trade ins. So I go to fiat for my oil change and this lady (will keep her name out of this) comes up to me and asks about what I drove. I told her about my situation and she suggests the one way I could get out of my negative equity is go get a new loan get the new car ..then next day call Chrysler capital to do a voluntary repo. She reassures me that it would work and I wouldn't owe anything else on it and just need to deal with bad credit. I left the dealership to look into if and even called Chrysler capital to get info on if. They confirmed they would bill me and come after the remaining balance on loan after they auction off the car. I am so thankful I didn't fall for their sales tactics. They are brutal and will do anything and say anything to make a sell. I will never ever purchase another vehicle from fiat or their family of cars.

Julie Thompson is a pleasure to work with - she works super hard to get you the car that is best for you, works hard to get you the best deal and gets you out of the showroom and into your car quickly. My wife & I just bought a NEW Fiat 500c from Julie over at Maple Shade Fiat - what a great time we had! Usually, it's grueling to go out and purchase a car - but not with Julie and the Team at Maple Shade! They made us feel welcome from the very start, they took care of our two daughters while we test drove a couple of models, and they offered me a free lunch to boot! My wife had to take the girls shopping, so couldn't stay for the paperwork part and the delivery of the vehicle, however where else would you find a salesperson (Julie) offering to have her come back in with the new car to re-review the delivery and go over all of the control, etc with her all over again?!? Great service and very friendly. In my ratings, I of course gave the PRICE category 4 out of 5 stars because unless you are a Warren Buffet with unlimited financial resources, who ever is completely satisfied with the price of a new car! LOL! We would definitely go back to Maple Shade Fiat!

I went in expecting to just talk about my credit and be told that there was no hope for me without a huge down payment, and left with a 2013 Fiat 500. Lou did everything possible to get me into a car today, and ended up getting me one within $20 of my monthly budget - something I thought would be impossible with no down payment. Everyone was very patient with me (I had thousands of questions and almost backed out of the deal a few times) and the dealership even paid for part of my insurance downpayment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better deal.

Julie made the impossible possible! I just parked my gorgeous new car in my garage and I have Julie Thompson and the entire staff at Maple Shade Fiat to thank. A big shout out to Russel Juelg who greets you at the door with a warm, genuine smile that will disarm even the most hardened car buyer. Joe Romano who oversees every step of the purchase with a booming voice of confidence and support. Bob Mansis who knows the right loan to get every customer. And Bill Brenner who seals the deal with a pen and a few jokes. I knew that my case was a longshot - but I am the proud new owner of a fiat. The process was nothing but fun and laughter and positivity. Maple Shade Fiat makes buying a car a blast! I will never go anywhere else. This is a dream team!

Okay I admit it, it took me a week to write this review, not because I was going to write a bad one, but mainly because it took me that long to actually believe that I traded in my two year old basic 500 pop for the Cabrio. But now I am so counting down the days to spring and when I can put that top down. Julie was great when I was there and got me a great deal. Especially since I didn't go into the showroom looking for a new car, just was wasting time while getting my oil changed. And the manager made sure to help me get a good deal on my new car.

Julie Thompson helped me in my quest to purchase my very first new owned car. I've only had my FIAT for two days but it's definitely the best car I have ever had. She was very personal and like able, and instructed me on all of the cars features very well. The test drive was also wonderful! Her and the team worked hard to get me a price that was negotiable and monthly payments within my budget. Thank you FIAT for a wonderful experience, I will most likely be back for my next car in the future!

I bought a Fiat today with Julie Thompson as my sales person. She was great, really taking the time to explain all the features of the car (she didn't really have to show me options as, online, I'd already found what I wanted and knew going in).and working hard to help me get a good price. We bought after their repair shop was closed, and discovered a few issues (headlight out, window has issues going up, and a broken arm rest) but Julie assured me they're going to take care of them all! And in the end, that's all that really matters.

Best car buying experience hands down. Joe taught me things I never knew about credit and Lou gave excellent friendly service! I couldn't ask for more. I came in with my own financing secured to which Joe and Lou educated me on my credit options and were able to get me 2 full points lower! I got the family car we needed at a cheaper price than I expected. I will for sure come back if I have a need for a new car in the future. Thank you Joe and Lou you guys seriously were awesome and made this exhausting weekend of shopping well worth all of the work!

Buying a new car can be a tough experience, but at FIAT of Maple Shade, Ed made us feel like family. He was very attentive and aware of our needs. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. Ed was very attentive to my wants and financial budget. He really tried very hard in working out the numbers with the sales manager to fit my budget. Though I didnt purchase the car, he, after spending the entire Saturday with him, didnt show any signs of disappointment and/or attitude when I left knowing that he probably could have made a sale from someone else that day if I didnt waste his time. He was very understanding and devoted to making sure I was comfortable in whatever decision I made. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future who is looking to buy a car. Thanks Ed for all your help and hard work!

Ed was extremely helpful in my car buying decision. He wasn't just a sales person he was just an all around great guy and made me feel comfortable while I looked for a car. There was no pressure on my buying decision. I knew my circumstances were not the greatest to work with when buying a car (bad credit, no money down) but Ed was very helpful in trying everything that him & his team could do to get me approved. He not only checked on me after leaving the dealership(I didn't get approved) he also checked on me when I eventually did buy a car from some where else. That made me feel good because even tho I wasn't able to get a car from his dealership but he still wanted to make sure I was just able to get a car(cause I really needed one) I would recommend this dealership to anyone & remember to ASK FOR ED!!!

Matt was helpful and honest. Lauren was as well. Everyone else was a nightmare. I heard Alex expressing his frustration after lying to me about my deal and charging me more than I had agreed on when I walked out. They kept me waiting for over six hours before they let me drive off with my car and then changes the deal immediately when I walked in to sign the papers. I was told that I just needed to sign and the deal that they quoted was done but no one told matt I would be coming in and nothing was prepared and I had to wait another hour. The deal was not what I was told and I was very unsatisfied with my experience overall. Matt was the only reason I didn't demand my trade in back after I had been driving my new car for a week.

I've now purchased 4 Fiat 500's over the last 2 years. And, this time I came into the dealership to service my vehicle(service was great and prompt!) That said, Julie Thompson approached me while I was waiting for my car to be finished. And, she sold me another one! And, I wasn't even considering, but she presented a deal that just made sense for me and my family. A brand new Gucci with no money down and I traded my 2012 with 25,000 miles with my payment being close to the same- no brain er! Julie is persistent, but not pushy. And, she really has a very positive nothing is impossible attitude. So, if you go to Fiat of Maple Shade ask for Julie.

Julie Thompson & John Cantoni were FANTASIC! They worked so hard to get me what I needed and my new 500L. I had a fiat 500 pop. They are both awesome sales people and I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this dealership. I tell everyone about my fiat and will always be shopping here for my cars. Love the cars and the people! For me Julie Thompson & John Cantoni make this the greatest dealership ever. Thank you both so much!

I worked with Julie Thompson and Lou Salvatore. I truly appreciated all that they both did for me - they worked with me and accommodated me on my schedule and price range. Julie was great by alerting me about the specials that Fiat was having and calling me and keeping me informed without being overbearing like some marketing people I have dealt with in the past. She is extremely friendly and genuine on the phone and even better in person. Lou worked with me to help me get the best deal because Julie was tied up with another customer but she checked on me regularly. I love my new 500L and highly recommend Fiats (this is my second one-owned a 500 POP for 1.5 years), the dealership, and Julie and Lou.

The Sales Adviser, Julie Thompson, was very professional and courteous. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the car that I was purchasing. She handled all of the paper work involved and made sure that I received a good deal on my car. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle.

It's been a little over a year since I bought my car from this dealership. The car still has the same problem that their service dept. couldn't seem to fix.** I left a positive review a few months ago. That review was only for the sales Manager at the time, Bruce Williams. He was the only honest employee I dealt with at this dealer. These people will lie to you face and tell you anything they have to sell a car. They talk about you behind your back, I know this because a salesman told me that the General Manager, Scott called me a name that I can't even post here when I walked out during one of my many visits. This place is so bad I was there when a salesman quit, he told me that he couldn't take all of their B.S. anymore. It was to late for me, I already bought the car. The service department is a joke, I don't know if these guy are even ASE certified. They can't even clean a car correctly. They offered to detail my car for me in exchange for some problems they caused me. It was terrible, I had to pay a private detailer $240.00 to repair the swirls and burns these amateurs caused. I bought a new Fiat 500 4 months ago from a dealer in Langhorne PA. 30 miles out of my way but a pleasure to do business with. Look them up. I don't want to leave their name in a review.I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are reading this review please believe and shop else where. Check the rest of their negative posts.

Just flat out awful experience. I have no idea where to start and end because I could write a book on this place. I came in as they were closing on a Saturday to ask about a Dodge Ram pickup that my husband was interested in looking at. I never said we wanted to buy this vehical right away just look and see if they still had it since I did not see it on their lot. I was greeted by Scott who was very nice who informed me at the time that he needed to call and see if the truck was still available. He did so and as I waited he sent Tom over I guess to keep up occupied and he was nice to begin with. Turns out truck was gone but they promised to find us others trucks no problem sounds good and we left our info and went on our way. Tom called me that following Monday about a truck but my husband has no interest. So then he calls my husband a day or 2 later saying the truck we origionally wanted was back which was a ram yellow in color but def not a real Rumble Bee my husband looked at it one Sunday when the lot was closed. They insisted that it was real but that was not the issue we still wanted to look at that and another 2009 dodge ram just to compare and see what one we liked better. After doing so Tom admits that my husband is right and this is not a real rumblebee then says do we like the truck?? First off it was shady that the truck came back 3 or 4 days after they claimed that it was sold but whatever the truck was nice but had a vavle tap. My husband knows trucks so he knew something was wrong I heard it and even Tom heard it. I think this mans name is John I am not 100% sure he comes up after the test drive and says how did you like the yellow one? My husband says it's nice but there are a few things wrong with it and explains. I could tell he was mad already but he just said okay I will drive it so we all left to go to the Cherry Hill store to pick up the 09 Ram. Everything was fine and my husband really liked that truck. This is where everything went south for me they are straight liars. When I was in the previous Saturday I just asked Scott if he would work with me on price he says yes. So we go in sit down Tom asks if my husband likes truck he says yes but we are looking at others not a lie at all trying to be straight up. Tom says okay well where is the title to your husbands truck? I was like hold up why do you need that we never said we were buying today he claims he misunderstood and thought we were. Okay understandable but he got real attitude about this and was treating me and my husband like we were in the wrong. They offered us money for my husbands truck without the keys?? Who does that?? That just made me think wow what if they do this with every truck they get it could be trash for all they know? I mean my husbands truck is in great shape and really nice for the year. My husbands system was over $800.00 and Tom and this other jerkoff were trying to keep my husbands truck over night just so they could make a deal??? I was just taken back like I never told Tom we were buying right then and there. Then they refused to come off of the online price. I have bought many of cars not sure who they think they are most places will give you a bottom dollar just to think about. Tom refused to do so and kept saying NO WE WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE PRICE THAT IS ONLINE THIS IS BOTTOM DOLLAR. I was like okay after going back and forth a while and having Tom tell us about the average person we walked out!!! This was the best decision I have ever made Tommy Dickinson is the worst salesman ever. He has a case on himself and thinks he is the best because he had a ton of sales and mocked the other sales guys who work there. Not to mention when me and my Husband left another guy was yelling at another salesman saying how rude everyone is and how he will never be back and never reffer them to anyone well that just confirmed that I made the right choice. Not sure why they have good reviews on here because Yelp gave them nothing but bad reviews wish I knew this before I came here. Tom Dickinson thanks so much for showing me how immature you are and how much you do not deserve my business. AWFUL PLACE SCAM ARTIST BEWARE!

Run from this dealership. I actually had over 500 words written but i still had another 1000 to write so I m going to put it in basic terms.1. They are rude. Our salesman George was nice but ALL management is the rudest group I have ever met.2. You need to be superman to get the prices they advertise, so if your a student who is also in the service and one other stupid thing, then maybe you can qualify for incentives.3. They lie about your credit score to give you a higher rate. Know your score and bring a printed copy. They said my husbands score was 45 points below what it actually was. When i argued this with them, because we monitor our scores, I was told that this is the number they git andirs the only one that counts. They did not provide me with any paperwork to backup my husbands score. Not only did i know they were lying because we monitor it but after we left or were basically told to leave, we went immediately to Elkins Chevyand bought a 2014 camaro for under the price of the fiat covertible. The score Elkins got for our credit was 45 points HIGHER. Wonder how many people pay higher interest rates because of maple shade fiat.4. There were marks on the leather and buff circles and scratches all over the car. When we brought this up to them the head manager and Scott started flipping out on us. Basically verbally abusing us. We asked our salesman George to come outside o we could show him these defects and we were hollared at by the head manager that if we werent going to buy the car George was not allowed to go outside. At that we left.5. Scott told us as wew were contemplating whether we were going to buy the car that if we walked out and decided we wanted to actually purchase a fiat that we will not get a good price. The way they talked to us truly upset me. My only consolationwas the fact that the date was september 30, 2013 and they made me take the car off the lot so they could meet their monthly quota. Funny thing was is that the carwas in myhusbands name and my husband was away that monday, so we had to come back tuesday to sign paperwork. It was nice to be able to walk out having not purchased a car from them. People just please beware, these guys are nasty thieves. Do not go to this dealership.

george lied to me about the service. i only bought from them because he told me that i could take my car to any chrysler dealer for service. i tried and all the chrysler dealers local do not have any fiat mechanics. i went to the dealership that day just to look at the cars. i was not ready to buy but he lied so much that i bought and feel really stupid now for not finding out the truth first. for beiieving what i was told. i would never want to take my car to maple shade for service the drive is very difficult in the morning from deptford. i tried and was in bumper to bumper for 40 mins and had another 30 minutes to go.when i got disgusted and turned back trying to make it for a service call. then i called the manager and he got nasty with me. he fired george and does not care what i was told. tough for me. i need a good honest dealership for my fiat. can anyone suggest one?

Alright, so I go online and find out that this Fiat dealership has like tons of luxury cars. I was suspicious at first, but they really did have all of the cars on their website. I decided on a Mercedes and actually got a really good deal without having haggle back and forth. I will definitely buy another car from them in the future.

This is the worse place to purchase a Car, apparently they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them. Safety of their customers is not a priority at Maple Shade Fiat. This was suppossed to be a great experience for my family its a mechanical nightmare. Who owns Maple Shade Fiat the owner has to know about this? They won't be open long if they keep selling used cars in this case a 2007 with severely worn brakes and other mechanical issues. I lost my brother and sister in a car accident the same day, the last thing I want is a car that my family drives to get hurt or killed because they do not inspect the safety of their cars before selling it! I PAID PREMIUM TO BUY THIS CAR. Notified the dealership within a month after buying the car, the car was sold to me with severely worn brake pads and bad rotors all around and a list of other things and was I was told by sales manager " I got the Car for a good price I 'm lucky, we won't repair anything", I Went back again in May and was told the same thing, went back again finally got some help from Scott the General Manager after I told him the car shutdown going down the highway, the brakes are no good and list of other issues like driver side mirror , windows not working , warning lights etc. He paid for half the cost of the repairs. I rented a car and paid for it, they do not have loaners. Had to go back because the rear brakes are rubbing after new brake pads and new front rotors, then they tell me the rotors in the back need to be replaced and they did their best by sanding them down and Will the Service Manager told me I caused it because I drove the CAR 7000 miles, I told Scott the General Manager I do not feel it is fair you sold me the car with this many issues and he replied "he helped me once and now I am milking him for more", Well Scott I just don't want my Kid or my Wife to get killed because you don't care about the condition of a vehicle prior to selling it. I take it back again after they put new brake pads and rotors that I paid half for thinking they would honor their work it still rubs and and now sounds like the brake calipers are moving back and forth, Will the service manager is not friendly and does not care, Thinks when a customer complains about fairness like paying for the car and car payments the customer expects it to work, Blames the customer, and man he needs somebody to tell him about safety. It gets better. I call today because the lug nut on the car is missing, that they either lost or sold the Car that way to me and Will the service Manager makes up this story that he has written on the paperwork the car was sold that way , I have all paperwork and he told me its just not on my paperwork, Fiat service lost the lock key and a lug nut on my car and did not even tell me or offer to replace it. They let me drive away but they had it on their paperwork not mine which I will post later on another review. Will states the dealership sold the car that way, I asked Will is it safe to drive the car missing a lug nut and he said yes, I asked really he said that when they worked on it the mechanic wrote it on their paperwork but not on mine. I lost a brother and sister in a car accident and Will the service manager says its safe for Fiat of Mapleshade to sell the car without a lug nut? Will the service manager just keeps stating you put 7000 miles on it, it a high mileage car etc. The Service Manager at Maple shade Fiat! Wow! Most people don't complain they just don't comeback. Hopefully nobody gets hurt in this faulty vehicle.

I recently had purchased a used Honda Accord from a nearby dealership, but after viewing a few YouTube videos on the Fiat Abarth, I felt that it was a "must" to go and test drive the vehicle. Luckily for me, I discovered that there was a Fiat dealership located not far away in Maple Shade, NJ.So, on a late Friday evening, I headed to the Fiat studio on an impulse. To my dismay, I had arrived at 6PM on a Friday, and was unaware that this was end of business for the dealership for the day. However, Ron (one of the business managers) was luckily still present. He gave me some information and advised me to return on the following day -- so I did.I arrived on Saturday afternoon, and Ron introduced me to Tommy. From there on, all negotiations and interactions were through Tommy. Tommy is a new employee from my understanding, but perhaps this works in his favor. He is a younger gentleman, very personable and down to earth. He took a very "matter of fact" approach to our negotiations, which I much prefer.Long story short, I was given the appropriate value for my vehicle trade in, was given a fair price for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and the rest is history.I also want to note that some interaction occurred with their general sales manager Bruce. He seemed to be involved in the process in regards to my credit application, and anything involving the financial aspect of things. He was also very pleasant to work with.I have had a few minor hiccups with the vehicle since (a coolant hose clamp needed to be replaced), but they were all minor issues. I must say, the service department is also good at the studio. They seem to be very blue collar "salt of the earth" type of blokes, which again, is another plus.Since I've purchased my vehicle at Fiat of Maple Shade, I've recommend the studio to one other person, who also ended up purchasing a vehicle. This person is also happy with their purchase and their interactions with the studio.

Just plain awful. Bought 2 cars from them with 24 hours and am regretting doing so. Its been over a month and we are still waiting for the "we-owe" items. I've written the manager several times only to receive NO response. I could have gotten better customer service at "joe-blow car shack". Consulting legal council next. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I purchased a vehicle in Feb 2013. My saleswoman Keri was very responsive to my questions and did all she could to satisfy me to make the sale. The .manager Bruce Williams satisfied the issue regarding my Pa tag resolved. The price I paid for my used vehicle was below market value which was a great deal.

The team was very professional, they were not high pressure at all. The car was in great shape and I believe they agreed upon a fair price. The process was quite smooth and they worked hard to ensure that we were comfortable with the process and the decision.

Scheduled an appointment for "Buy It Today" pricing on a leftover 2012 Fiat 500 with the Internet Manager Tom. We had a lovely sales lady named Keri. Took the car for a test drive. It's now time to buy the car. She comes back with a quote $1750 more than the online price I printed from their website. The sales manager said I didn't qualify for the Military $500, or the $1000 rebate for people that own Volkswagens. The other $250 was never explained. We asked her why they would advertise rebates most people do not qualify for. She agreed it was misleading. I gave them my top out the door price and walked. I wish them lots of luck!

I do not think this dealership should get one star for their service. I sent them an e-mail listing the cars I wanted to see and they insisted that I schedule an appointment to come see them. They called me 7 times before I arrived for my appointment and I stated the car I was going to look at repeatedly. I drove an hour and a half because they had four cars I wanted to look at for prices I wanted to pay. When I arrived I was greeted by George. I told him I wanted to look at the red vue first. He took me to a Pontiac g6 to stare at it for 5 minutes while I listed to him the other cars I came to look at. He then walked us around the lot to see if they had the vue. WELL when he checked his inventory they had sold it yesterday. The other 4 cars I wanted to test drive so happened to have been sent for auction the day before as well.So finally he gets me another vue to test drive that happened to be $8,000.00 over my budget. He insisted on being in the car with us (it may be a Jersey thing) and did not tell us any information about the car while awkwardly sitting in on our conversation. When we got back to the lot he tried to sell us more cars that I did not want. I told him that I thought he was untwist worthy and left. Please put this place out of business. It was horrible.

Thank you for taking the time to email me. I am excited with my new car purchase. The staff at Fiat of Maple Shade is an exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, outstanding group of folks! I'd like to take this time to speak about the outstanding sales service of Michael Barone and the phenomenal extra care and dedication that Rich Eyman provided. Michael Barone possess superlative sale skills. His ability of taking the pressure of purchasing a car off of the consumer and making them feel at ease made my visit and experience at Fiat Maple Shade a very pleasurable venture. Michael's sales demeanor is welcoming and friendly. You feel as if your catching up with an old friend that you have not seen in years. It's obvious that Michael enjoys selling cars by the keen expertise and FAQ's he can tell you about the industry. Michael went the extra mile by taking out time to refresh my memory on how to drive a manual transmission, and he also showed my wife who has never driven a stick some very basic driving skills. Rich Eyman, wow - what can I say about this other amazing man from Fiat Maple Shade. Rich was kind enough to get us back to the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Dealership because we needed to retrieve some items from our rental (which by the way requires yet a another Big Shout Out to Michael Barone who told us that Fiat of Maple Shade would return the rental to Enterprise for us so that my wife and I could ride home together - talk about stellar performance;this guys picture should be in the dictionary next to that word-really, who thinks to offer such distinguished service these days - hold onto Michael Barone he's a keeper.)But, wait I'm still not finished talking to you about Rich Eyman. Now,I'm figuring this man is off the clock because it's after 6pm but; he notices the difficulty I'm having with shifting my new manual transmission Mercedes Benz C240 (I love saying that :)-- So, instead of just letting me and my wife figure it out on our way back to NY, Rich take's me to a mall and provides personalized instruction's so that I would be able to drive home with gear shifting knowledge, a better level of comfort and in safety. Rich Eyman is a first-class world class guy who exudes excellence for the caring of your customers safety. His performance was superb and brilliant, we are thankful that he so dedicated towards customer service. I commend Fiat of Maple Shade for their brilliance in hiring staff members like Michael Barone and Rich Eyman. Both of these men offered high ranking impressive service and are champions to your industry and dealership. My wife and I salute them. Thanks so much for the experience. Mr.J.MooreWestchester, NY

I went in for a minor service issue that another dealer didn't resolve. These guys nailed it while I waited. They even had the part in stock. My long nagging problem is now solved! They even gave me a full explanation of what the problem was and showed me the old part. The service area is nice and clean and well lit. Great experience!

TL;DR Version- I would not go back, nor would I recommend them. After they have a deal negotiated service goes plummeting downhill. Even the most mundane promises aren't met- to the point of outright lying. Not worth the hassle. Three weeks since we got our car and it's been a nightmare. If I could do it all over again, I'd go out of my way to get to someone competent rather than return to these guys.Price-wise we didn't get a great deal, but we weren't bamboozled. We waited about 2 hours to get to our paperwork even though it was just us and one other couple. While we were waiting we were told our car was being detailed and four times we were told we'd get it with a full tank of gas. Apparently, it's a lot easier for them to talk about it than it is for them to do it. When we finally escaped we realized we only had a half tank of gas. Why make a point of bragging about how you're hooking us up with a completely mundane perk- and then not provide the perk? The next day we opened the back to find crumpled receipts, a glove, and a case of CDs. Their definition of "detailing" is different than any other dealership as well. They also insisted that they needed us to review them within 48 hours or it wouldn't count on this website which is obviously an outright lie that makes a lot of sense when you find out how bad their after-sale service is.We traded in a car and were told that they would come pick it up. They wanted to pick up it during the day Monday. Waited at home all day, no-show. Got a call Monday night around 8:00 while we were out. Four or five phone calls we made during the week went un-returned. When we did eventually hear back we were told they would be there 4:15 the following Monday. My husband rushed home from work to sit around and wait since no one showed. We called a few times, the one time he answered he told us he'd call right back- he was definitely coming. He didn't show. Finally on Thursday two weeks after we purchased the car, my husband called the manager (much to the sale person's dismay) and he came and got it.We had less than a week from that point to have the tags transferred over before the temporary tags expired. My husband took his first opportunity to go down to the DMV just to find that the dealership had done the paperwork for the plate transfer wrong. Now we can't even drive our car, and we get to spend the weekend going back to the dealership to try to get this rectified. I'd say with how service has gone so far I'm not at all optimistic.

Got a Mini Cooper S clubman from the dealership. Drove all the way from Reading, Pa because the dealership was recommended to me by someone from Jersey. The salesman, Bobby, was very inexperienced and did not address any of my concerns. I asked for the price to be lowered 1,000$ and they never addressed it. Being a young woman, I knew nothing about cars or purchasing one without the help of my parents. The odometer read 18,000 miles when the papers said it had 15,000. Too bad I did realize this until I got home. Because of this, my "warrenty" was no more. I got the car looked at by a foreign car shop in Reading and was informed that my wheels were all bent, were not holding air, and would not pass PA state inspections. Called the dealership right when I found this out and no one called me back. Left 6 messages with 6 different people. Never heard anything back and never got the survey that the salesman, Bobby, kept saying he always got such good reviews on. Completly taken advantage of, and sold me a car that ended up costing me 2,000$ for new mini cooper wheels, 1 week after I bought it. Never addressed wheels, mileage, or anything. I would not recommend Fiat of Maple Shade to anyone, ever.

When we were waiting for our car, one of the servicemen came out and asked us which car we purchased and he looked over the vehicle and pointed out that we have a small crack in our side mirror and they replaced the mirror right away. It seemed to us that all the employee's in this dealership were team players.I would absolutely recommend this dealership (Fiat of Maple Shade of New Jersey) to my family and friends.

I went to Maple Shade Fiat with an internet price and everything changed when I arrived at this dealership. They wanted to keep their price, regardless of what I had printed out from their internet manager. There were some questionable tactics going on. Also, another customer stormed out of the showroom with his check in hand after the car he was buying was suddenly not for sale. I had a bad feeling here, so I googled this dealership when I arrived home. The reviews said it all. They were not able to match a price that I had received from another dealer, so I bought my car at the other dealer. It was a happy experience there, clearly different than Maple Shade. I will give Maple Shade credit for having a nice assortment of Fiat 500s and a very nice showroom. They were friendly, however, they were working with me on price.

We helped our young daughter purchase her first car. They confused us up by talking about the "price we were willing to pay each month" as opposed to the actual purchase price of the vehicle. We ended up paying full sticker price, along with the full price of the after market sunroof (which were told was going to be lower until it was time to sign the paperwork). We qualified for the 1.9% financing. How can you possibly change the monthly payments when the numbers are set? Something went very wrong and I plan on having the contract reviewed by an accountant. This dealership is dishonest; I should have walked away from the sale while I had the opportunity, but I didn't want to break my daughter's heart.

I can't believe it; I just bought my SECOND CAR from the same dealer within 30 days!!As previously experienced, I got a good deal on a second car from the same dealership, same salesperson, (Lance), who was very efficient and made the deal happen. I went to take my wife to pick up her brand new Fiat 500c which had been in for a quick service visit. I was immediately drawn to the most magnificent auto on the lot (a 1960's Continental Convertible - not the car I purchased). Jim, Rich and Lance were not aware we had a service appointment and immediately asked if we were okay, was there an issue that needed their attention - BTW the guys in service (body shop artisans) did everything they could to make us more than just satisfied. The little ding we noticed when we purchased the car was expertly repaired and beautifully painted. I (jokingly) pointed to my car and asked if I could get a price (not really interested in making another purchase). BUT....they gave me more than a fair offer which as the godfather would say was an offer I could not refuse and within 45 minutes to an hour I was driving home in a newer used car than I brought in!!!These guys are REALLY good! Really fair and I believe really honest! My father ands his father always went back to the same dealerships for car buying. I NEVER went to the same place to price vehicles (I have purchased 16 cars in 17 years) never thought it made a difference. Believe me this is the dealership to come back to!!Guys, Thanks!Brian and Catherine MacQueen

These guys are great. They are as enthusiastic about doing things right as I am. Even with a regular service, they take the time to do everything right and not just rush it out the door. This is why members of FIAT Lancia Unlimited, the largest and oldest FIAT club in the country, has such a great relationship with Fiat of MS. It makes the trip from PA to NJ worth it.

Dear Maple Shade Fiat, Our first stop was at Maple Shade Fiat, we were greeted professionally and negotiated a deal with Tony Tedeschi and Rich York. Rich told us, that was the best price and no dealership would beat it.It was a painless car shopping experience. We made the deal, easy transaction and schedule to pick up the car the next day. Tony, our car salesman, was very honest and personable. Tony and Rich completed our car purchase in about 2 hours.I highly recommend Maple Shade Fiat but make sure you ask for Tony and Rich to help you decide on the best car for you. My next car purchase will be at Maple Shade Fiat with Tony and Rich.

HIGH PRESSURE SALES, DIRTY TRICKS!!! Went there to look at a 2000 Subaru Outback yesterday (7/24/12). Was greeted by Jonathan, who showed us the car and went on the test drive with us. Once we returned from the test drive, I handed them my license so they could make a photocopy of it, which they did right away, as I saw the copy on Jonathan's desk. When I asked for it back, he said that the guys at the front desk still needed it for a few more minutes. The car was OK, and I had a few questions about what they had done to the car since they got it in to their dealership (whether they had changed the timing belt, spark plugs, any other things they had done to it to get ready for sale), just so I'd know what was new and what I would have to address if I were to buy it. I also asked if they could adjust the idle speed (a 10-minute job), detail it and put the panel back on the rear tailgate. The car had been in an accident and the front bumper was broken and held together with electrical tape, so I asked for an estimate for a new front bumper. Jonathan showed me the AutoCheck report (which I'd already seen online), then went to the shop to find out that info and returned. While we were waiting for the info from the shop, I asked for my license back again. Again he told me that the people at the front desk needed it for a while longer. This was when the trouble started. I told Jonathan I needed to go soon to another appointment at another dealership, and asked him to email me the info I had asked about. I was just about to leave to go see another car at another dealership (for which I had an appointment), when Jim came over. He sat down and started showing me the price of the car compared to the "value" (which was the grossly inflated KBB value of the model in "Excellent" condition--over $10K), which made it look like he was selling the car at almost half off. When I told him I wasn't in love with it and had seen other models of the same year in better condition, he asked me to name my low price that would get me to buy the car. I named my price, then he started a verbal sparring match with me about how I was asking for a $5000 car to be like new, and started talking at me about how they sell only good used cars because their reputation depends on it, and used car lots only sell what they won't put their name behind (this went on for minutes about how, if I car I bought from a used car lot "blew up" I never be able to sue them, yada yada yada). I replied that it would be the better for me to buy a car from a private seller and put the difference in initial into repairs that I would have to do anyway on their car, and would save money in the process--I would know as much about that car as I knew about the car I'd just test driven. He didn't seem to listen or to understand that I wasn't asking him to fix the car up like new, I just wanted him to answer some basic questions about what they had done to the car already (clearly the answer was that they hadn't done anything to it other than Armor-All the engine). Then, he started asking about my personal life to try to be friends with me. At that point he told me I was going about my car search all wrong, and told me I needed to rethink my car search and told me to wait while he found me another car. At that point, I asked for my license again, and was again told that they needed it for just a few more minutes. When Jim came back, he had a sheet on a 2010 Pontiac Vibe for $14,000. At that point I realized that I wasn't going to be able to get out of that seat until I either agreed to buy the car or was rude to him. So, I said, very calmly, "I'm ready for this conversation to be done now." Jim was taken aback, saying, "In 20 years, I've never had anybody tell me they were ready to be done with a conversation." I then asked for my license back, saying that I'd asked for it several times, to which he replied that I'd never asked for it back. So, I told him I'd asked Jonathan for it several times, who then handed it back to me. I told him that holding onto my license was unnecessary and wrong and made me feel very uncomfortable, like I was being held hostage. Jim sarted, "I'm just trying--" and I cut him off, "I know what you're trying to do" (which was upsell me). He hung his head and said, "Have a nice day." Only then was I able to get up from the seat. The whole experience left me shaking, fuming mad that that was the only way I was going to be able to leave the dealership. Unbelievable.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone for the simple fact I purchased a jeep from them and after not having it for barely a week it wont start so its been sitting in my driveway it wont start and when I called in to tell them about it they said its nothing they can do,I would have to get it towed there and pay for a diagnostic test well if I'm going to do that I might as well take else!and a lot of ppl from my job was asking me bout them and I told the truth!!!!

They made it very easy to pick out my car and drive it home. They did all the work for me and Jim Grimm was easy to work with on the finance part. My salesman George did a great job in helping me pick out my new car...I really love it even more then I thought I would... Thanks so much Maryann K

Lance, Rich and the crew were very friendly and honest people. You would not expect this from most dealerships. My friend and I traveled down from Syracuse, NY to purchase a used Scion. We first went to a dealership in Burlington (Kia) and they appeared nice at first but were definitely working on a way to rip us off. We had this feeling and took the Scion Burlington had to a garage to look at it and they came up with a list of wrong things totaling a little over $1,000. Major repairs include a non-charging battery, worn out break pads, cracked drive belts, almost rusted off stabilizer bar links and more! They made up some random calculation and said they would deduct $200 from the price! haha Regardless, when we went to this dealership here (Maple Shade Fiat), we thought we walked into the heaven of dealerships. Great attitude and HONEST. We took that Scion to another garage and found nothing wrong with it. They washed and vacuumed the car and we were out and back to the 'Cuse!

My experience at Fiat of Maple Shade was overall extremely pleasant. All of the employees were extraordinarily friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. George was extremely patient answering my numerous questions and explaining the car buying process. He even went the extra mile and helped us get through to our less than helpful insurance agency. Rich and Jim were both very friendly and extremely helpful! I walked away with the truck of my dreams and a smile on my face! In the future, my family and I look forward to doing business with Fiat of Maple Shade.

Found a vehicle online through Autotrader and contacted this dealership to see if they still had it. They did fortunatly for all of us, and the next day I went out to see them after making an appointment. I met Rich in the parking lot when I arrived and he introduced himself and Riccardo. We test drove the vehicle I ws looking at and decided to sit down to review what they could do for me and my trade in. Simply, put they were GREAT. They met me at my reasonable asking price and trade in value. Once we agreed Riccardo took care of the rest. I half to say that I went to several other dealers, and had several other offers on the table, but some of the experiences were less the truthful. I would recomend to anyone to come into this dealership and try to work with them. They will work with you. I missed my old Vehicle, but the New one is Great and these guys made it a delight to Buy a NEw/used Vehicle. Riccardo was great to deal with and even saved an item or two of mine that I left in my old trade in.

My wife and I purchased the 2012 FIAT 500c Lounge (JLO car!) last night. I am not one to write reviews but this experience is worthy of special note. The car is awesome and something that is fun to drive (though we only have had it for less than 24 hours) Smartly designed loaded with extras and suprisingly spacious - if you are thinking about a Mini 0r SMART you must test drive the 500c! If you want a GREAT exoperience,no pressure, no hype you MUST see my new friends at FIAT of Maple Shade. Our salesperson LANCE was very knowledgable, very friendly and I believe to be honest and credible. We executed a great deal with the help of Rich York who gave us top dollar for our 2010 Jeep Wrangler trade and the Finance Manager Jim Grimm was very pleasant to deal with, good sense of humor, again no hype or pressure simply stated the facts in a friendly, knowledgble and very professional manner. I believe that we got a great deal from 3 of the areas best automobile guys. I would HIGHLY recommend this car and more importantly this professional team to anyone interested in making a DEAL on a great new car! Thanks for making this a really pleasant experience (and for staying late to make sure everything was perfect)Brian and Catherine MacQueen

Our daughter is graduating from Bishop Eustace and headed to Drexel with a Dean's Scholarship due to her excellent grades. She is turning 18 on May 22nd and we decided that she deserves a special gift for these double milestones. We think the Fiat Pop is adorable and that she will love the retro look.We stopped in at Maple Shade Fiat to look and ended up purchasing the car. We had done some research online and my husband really liked the idea of a Fiat.Lance was very helpful but not pushy. Because of his efficiency, the paper work was not as exhausting. Lance is also the great kind of salesman that is willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy, He is willing to work with us as we try to figure out the perfect way to surprise our girl.Thank you for a great experience. The only thing that could make it better is if they manage to find a big car bow so that we can really decorate the new ride.

Wow, these guys 'Get it!" They make visiting for service a fun experience. They had a grill going for visitors with both old style and new FIATS. The local FIAT enthusiast club was there. I had my 2012 FIAT in for some scheduled work and their tech Nick was eager to show me exactly what he was doing. I don't need to question the quality of his workmanship since I saw it first hand right in their very clean shop area. All the employees are very friendly and don't pressure you for info for sales. First, let me preface this by saying that one of my functions in my occupation is buying cars for a company fleet of 48, so I've been around the block with dealers.I ended up at Maple Shade Fiat looking for a used Corvette, of all things. I was in the area to look at a specific Corvette convertible at a nearby dealer, heard Maple Shade Fiat had a Corvette hardtop, and stopped in to check it out. As it turned out Maple Shade Fiat gave me a killer offer, much better than the offer I got on the convertible, but I decided to pass--very grudgingly--because after driving both cars, I realized that I would not be happy in a hardtop. No dissatisfaction with Maple Shade Fiat, they just didn't have "my" car.As for the sales pitch, I cannot find even the smallest flaw to mention. Friendly, personable...those are the words that come to mind. Yes, they certainly did try to "sell" me--they are a car dealer, aren't they?--but I felt no pressure, no false hype, nothing negative. I dealt with Riccardo and, I believe, Richard, the sales manager, and at no time did I feel I was being tag teamed.Bottom line, great place to buy a car, as I see it, and I do wish I could have given them my business.

On March 23, 2012 I bought a Dodge pickup from Lance Lightner. All the sales and service personnel were very respectful and professional. They were so nice that a week later my brother went to Lance and bought a new Fiat 500. The service department put some finishing touches on my Ram 1500 pickup with friendly and helpful service. This is the only dealership I have ever felt compelled to leave such a positive review. Very good people here. Thanks for all your help guys. As with any purchase, if you do a little research and know what you're looking for you can get a fair deal.

After reading bad reviews from google and other websites that I found when I searched this dealership. However, they had the car I wanted for a very decent price, so I took my chances. I came in to this dealership with full skeptism. Even though, I was met with full of smiles in a relaxing environment either way, I still had my guard up. I test drove the car and it was kept in great shape inside and out. The car had a clean detail and is mechanically sound. I met with Bobby (his last name slips my mind) and he was very friendly and was there every step of the purchasing process. Did not throw games at me and was completely straight up. I told him what I was looking to pay (finance-wise) and he made it happen. I am a bit regretful that I was not as friendly as he was since I was so skeptical. But he maintained his courtesy and was friendly and respectful throughout, especially after my purchase. Bobby made sure that I left feeling confident and proud of my purchase. In addition to Bobby's professionalism and friendliness, the entire staff was welcoming and just as friendly. Y

How much praise could i possibly give a car dealership? In the age of poor customer service and a horrible economy here comes a new Fiat Dealer in Maple Shade NJ. I stopped in to look at a 2011 Dodge Ram that was sitting in the lot.Right from the get go the sales manager made my wife and kids feel right at home. It is rare that you can go to a car dealership, and just sit down and talk about cars. That is exactly the atmosphere I saw at Fiat of Maple Shade. Even when I came in to just talk about the Fiat everyone was very knowledgeable and were eager to talk. I was very hesitant to buy, but from talking to Rob and other customers I decided to pull the trigger and buy a 500 Pop model. It took me about an hour to decide and the best part was they let me sit there and decide. I was not rushed, bombarded with questions or numbers, and was treated as I was: A human who had to run all the numbers with my budget and see if this was something that I could do. Rarely now do you see salesman who are so worried about numbers that they fret about selling a car. The car sells itself and they know it. Now even when I go back to get some touch up paint a few weeks later, I wound up sitting there talking to people there ( granted this took place a few days before Christmas so everyone was present shopping and only one other customer was there ) for over half an hour about new models coming up, the history of the Fiat, and anything else that came up. They even had info on local Fiat drivers groups which proved that they were there for the love, not the money. I would def. recommend Fiat for Maple Shade for any new or used car. Go in for the free coffee, come out with a great car.

I was very happy with the service that this dealership provided me. The personnel were all very friendly and knowledgable about the car I was purchasing. Riccardo took the time to explain all of the car's features and was not pushy as a salesman. He encouraged me to take my time to look around, test drive and make decisions. Negotiations were fair and relatively painless (compared to most of the car purchasing experiences I have had in the past with other dealers). Rich York, the sales manager was friendly, business like and accommodating, especially when it came to issues regarding my trade-ins. I enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this dealer if you are considering a Fiat.

My husband & I drove from Bucks County PA to Maple Shade to purchase a car offered at the dealership that we found on AutoTrader.com. The car was preowned and we were a bit leary about purchasing an out of state car that Fiat offered with "No Warranty". Ricardo greeted us with a friendly greeting and he showed us the car and it suited our needs and was a great price. Lance was great to work with and the paperwork was a breeze. We went our happy way, returning to Pennsylvania with our brand new used car and would recommend Fiat of Maple Shade to anyone interested in a Fiat, whether you are from New Jersey or as in our case, Pennsylvania. We looked at many dealerships and didn't receive the level of service we did at Fiat. Both Henry and Rich were nonintrusive presenting with no pressure which is rare to find at a dealership. We will be sure to recommend Fiat Maple Shade to our family and friends.

I am very satisified and happy with my new 2012 Fiat 500 Sport! The car is great and Fiat has come back with an impressive product! The Abarth is on its way too - Tuners beware!! Riccardo, my salesperson, was very helpful and supportive during the whole process. I am waiting for the roads to be filled with 500s! You have to drive the car and really take note of what it has to offer. If you are competent at driving a manual, the experience is even better! However, the auto if fine as well. The car is special. It is not a boring econobox, it is not a big American "boat" nor is it a Japanese appliance or "put me to sleep" hybrid. It's an affordable, engaging, efficient, bordering on premium, fun to drive stylish car with subtle flair! It's a car that can be configured for everyone. Do yourself a favor and go drive it. Tell Riccardo that Bruno sent you. You won't be disappointed. Bruno (aka 500ways on the Forum) FORZA FIAT!!

I would definitely recommend this dealership. You're treated with respect, honesty, and a true sense of welcome. The salesperson, Henry, was very courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. He was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns. There was no pressure of any kind and have been straight-forward with letting you know what options are available, if present, and even inform a person of of his/her chances of getting the vehicle he/she desires. The finance manager, Richard, was up-front and genuinely interested in assisting you with the financing of the car you want, in this case the Fiat 500C. Thanks very much to them and the fact that Fiat came back to the states. I enjoyed their cars, specifically a Fiat X/19 1975, and was saddened when Fiat pulled out of the states. They have great cars that do not sacrifice fun for the sake of economy.

Riccardo welcomed us to the dealership and was very friendly and courteous, never pushy. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in without hesitation. We went out on a test ride within minutes of our arrival. We liked the vehicle and Riccardo began the paperwork as soon as we reached a deal. Riccardo introduced us to Rich the Sales Manager to complete the deal. Both Riccardo and Rich went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the deal. Once again, absolutely no pressure. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and a great price on the vehicle of our choice. We were approved for the deal in a matter of minutes. Riccardo made sure we understood the deal as Rich prepared the paperwork. The dealership is absolutely spotless. Everyone smiled, said hello, answered any question we had. We believe that Rich went above and beyond by having the dealership givie us a great deal on an extended warranty. The dealership was prepared to go above and beyond for us. We've bought a lot of vehicles, both new and used over the years, and have never been treated so great. Both Riccardo and Rich have followed up on every part of the process. We would greatly recommend this dealership, Fiat of Maple Shade, to anyone who wants a great deal from great people. Riccardo and Rich were willing to do whatever we asked them to do in order to give us a great deal.

I was just looking at cars to see what i could find to replace my van with. I had wanted to test drive a few different cars that day, Fiat was my first stop. It was my birthday and I wanted to drive a Fiat and a Kia Soul. Loved driving the Fiat but still wanted to try a Soul as well. The salesman drove us to the Kia dealership so I could drive the Soul. I didn't like it and came back and bought the Fiat! The people at this dealership were awesome! they were all very nice and really informative about everything and the paperwork was explained very well and was easy to understand. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Very down to earth and yet very professional and caring people working here. i think they've got a customer for life!!!
