gentleman took excellent care of me got my service done and the recall in less than two hours the last time i had my service it took over four hours which i was very upset about. when I got there I told Ty to only change the oil as I did not have all day. He told me he would get it all done in under two hours. HE DID less than an hour and a half, and that included a recall being taken care of also

I just purchased a new 2016 Buick Encore through Internet Salesperson Ron Danielson. The transaction was very professional and Ron was great help in orchestrating the sale. It was pleasure to work with Ron. Since it was an internet transaction and I wasn't present for the delivery, the ensuing paperwork was a bit difficult to obtain on the business end. Fortunately through the help Ron and AJ who stepped in on my behalf, the paperwork was finally received. Overall the transaction went well except for a small hiccup with the business department in closing the sale. Overall it was a good experience.

We are glad we did... the Sales Manager, Mike was not available, so we were helped by someone else. ... we went out shopping for a new car or slightly used car. I wasn't sure what I was looking for... but their product specialist, Jonathan Dent, was wonderful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us. He showed us a lot of vehicles in our price range and it came down to 2 models, which were both new Buicks. We never felt pressured. It took a long time because we took cars on test drives. I have never experienced such a calm, relaxed, and easy negotiation and vehicle purchase in my life. I dread having to get a new car where the process takes 3-4 hours. I saw an add for a deep sky blue metalic Buick Cascada for $32,160 and made an appointment. When I spoke to the sales representative I asked if it was a demo model as it had 59 or 57 miles on it - reply was yes. Made and appoint ment for 2:00 on Sunday. Was a bit late because we got lost, but called to let them know. Arrived at the dealership and was greated by a very new sales representative who said he would call Rick since that is who we had the appointment with. While waiting for quite some time for Rick to arrive Tony went out to look at the car, which was sitting in the front lot. He came back in and told me the car had a sold sign on it. When Rick arrived I told him the car had a sold sign on it and asked why he did not call me to cancel the appointment. He said he should have called. I then asked him if he could match the price - he said with incentives he could. They left us in the lobby for a very long time (at least 20 minutes) while they went and spoke with the sales manager. Every sales person that came out of the area was asked if I could test drive one. I never got to test drive a car during that visit. The sales representative finally came out and once again I said "I want to test drive one." He looked back at the sales manager and said "he wants to talk to you first." We went back and he was playing the 5 cup guessing trick - offered to buy my car (2010 Mazda 3 with 66,000 miles) for $1,000.00 and then sell it back to me. Ok - title transfer, tax, etc. and not guarantee that I will get the car back - which is going to my grandaughter since she is about to start college. End results is they wanted to sell it for the employee discount of $34,000+ and wouldn't even talk to me about my company discount. This was a true example of "bait and switch." So after a test drive at another dealer and seaking pricing from a few it seems Ferman is not giving their employees the best price at all. I have never been treated so badly by a dealership and can't believe they treat customers/employees that way.

We spoke to Ron on our first time visiting a dealership to purchase a vehicle to replace one that had been totaled. I am a Buick person having had several including three or four classics so Buick is the name of the game. Ron greeted us as if we'd known each other for years and as we spoke it was easy to communicate with him our Needs & Wants. When it came time on Monday to purchase the vehicle Ron had to step out for a short time to take care of Family Matters but left us in the capable hands of Tony. Although it took a period of time to complete the lease it was taken care of in a professional manner and is expedient as possible. I can't say enough for Ron and Tony as they are the face of the dealership that you see when you come to the dealership. I will never recommend Ferman dealerships ever again. Ferman dealership did transmission fluid flush on vehicle, instead they should have done a filter and fluid change. I have 113000 miles on my car, and my car's transmission could not handle a flush and they should have known this. But why would anybody want a flush instead a filter and fluid change is beyond me; especially when a filter change forces the tech to visually inspect the transmission and transmission pan. This was a thousand dollar mistake, a hard lesson for me to learn. Do not do a flush even on a new car. Make sure the transmission filter is changed. P.S. I was lucky, sense I had not had a problem with my transmission before this incident the shop who fixed my transmission, which was the same dealership who screwed me over, only had to clean the valve body. My cost: 195 dollars for the flush, and 846 dollars for the valve body cleaning because of the flush.. Additionally, don't let them tell you it is okay to do a transmission flush as long as there hadn't been a problem with the transmission before. Lutz, Fl. US 54 Ferman dealership.

I let the Internet Manager know we were coming, and was met by Rick Blankenship, who had the car 'gassed up and ready to go' for me. I went to Ferman with my mind set I was going to get the Nissan Xterra. I had 3 SUV's in mind I wanted to test drive just to make sure I was getting the one I wanted. In the past I would go to another dealership and had a horrible experience and ended up in a car I hated. After test driving a Jeep Cherokee, Chevy Equinox and Nissan Xterra, my mind was made up. I got the Chevy Equinox, big surprise. Terry Mahoney was very nice and informative. He showed me all the SUV's and took the time to go over all the bells/ whistles in each. We joked and laughed about which would be best for me. I got the Chevy at the price I wanted! My only complaint is there was no doughnut xxxxx, a girl has to eat. But other than that the whole experience was great. No back and forth prices, just as I wanted. I would recommend Ferman to anyone who needs a new/used car/SUV!!

The entire team at Ferman made this experience the absolute best in all the years I have purchased vehicles. My sales associate, Ron Danielson, was the single most attentive and thorough rep I have ever had. I first met Ron in December 2015 on the showroom when I was trying to purchase a 2016 GMC Denali. I had very specific wants and they attempted to locate me one. He asked if I wanted to place an order but I told him that I didn't want to wait the 6-8 weeks. I said just start looking and we will find one. Well, he did find several that met my requirements but he was unsuccessful in getting one traded in. What he didn't know at the time was that the engine I was wanting was on constraint so other dealerships were reluctant to make the trade. I kept patient and he kept working on it. I was busy with the holidays and traveling through January so I didn't need it. He told me sometime in January about the engine constraint once he found out. I told him well, maybe we should just order one after all. That's when he informed me that he had already done that weeks ago and it was due to be built on February 15th. Amazing foresight and proactive care for me, his customer. Well, it came in and is perfect. The Sales Manager (Mike) and Finance Manager (Shad) were just easy to deal with. It literally took about 10 min to complete my deal! Waiting for the printer took longer....LOL. Oh, I forgot to mention, I drove over an hour to this dealership to work with these fine professionals. The Orlando stores were an absolute nightmare and wouldn't give me the courtesy of even trying to work for me. FERMAN has a customer for life. I purchase multiple vehicles and will always start with a FERMAN store! Thanks guys for an amazing experience.

This place does not care about their customers I wouldn't recommend. I drove a long distance to look at a car there but due to kids/obligations couldn't get the paperwork filled out. They refused to do anything to hold the car until we could get paperwork signed. Not even a deposit. They said I had to buy it right there with no test drive and without my wife looking at it. The car has now sold. All they care about is the money, so be aware.

I went to the dealership for service on my GMC Terrain and found out that another strut had to be repaired. I asked the Service Manager named Angel if I could talk to some one so that I could learn more about leasing a car. Angel was very understanding and brought me to Sal Calicchio. All of the staff was great, but Brandon Stanton was our sales person. He was so very helpful, looking at the many different models and was able to answer my questions. With Brandon's help we were able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted at the price we could handle.My health is not great so my husband took care of all the paper work so while he was with the finance man; Brandon made sure that I was comfortable and that my coffee was fresh and hot. My new car was ready to go by the time the paperwork was all finished. Thank you, Brandon for making my experience a wonderful one!!!

I went to Ferman Buick this week intent on buying a new to me car. Matt Cerro and Sammy helped with the entire process. The car I wanted needed to be detailed and they put me in a loaner for the day. All the documents were ready to be signed when we arrived and we were out the door in 15 minutes. I can't remember a smoother car purchase. I have a son who will be ready for a car in a couple years and will definitely return. Customer service at its finest!

We had an excellent experience because of our Sales Specialist Pete Wacelitz, Danny (manager), and Steve Stewart the Finance Manager. I was only looking at what type of used cars were available 8 months ago and Pete greeted me in the lot. I told him I was not interested at the time and he did his job questioning my needs, then was a true professional, handed me his business card and listened to my request. So what do you think i did this weekend? I went to look at used cars again and demanded I work with Pete. I was not necessarily looking to buy now, but he did an excellent job making sure I got what i needed and wanted at a great deal. Pete made things happen and was awesome. His knowledge is next to none on all types of car manufacturers. Danny listened and made the deal an easy experience without going back and forth. This place is a breath of fresh air from the selection of vehicles to the associates. I came into the dealership just to look around and see what they had to offer and drove off in my new Dodge Ram 1500! I was first greeted by a sales person Sal. I first thought that he was going to be just another pushy swindler car salesman but I was wrong. He made me feel quite comfortable and asked what type of vehicle I was in the market for. After giving him some details he told me to give him a minute as he went to find an a truck that fit my description. I made a cup of coffee and by the time I went to take my first sip I heard exhaust of my soon to be Hemi pulling up. What a beautiful truck! I am very excited about having exactly what I described. I will always be a customer here...If I could ever part ways with my Hemi!

We stopped to look at a the GMC Sierra, Ron Caltagirone greeted us and never once pressured us. He simply explained the features and benefits and offered us a test drive. After we drove the truck we loved it and he offered to quote us. He provided us with updates and the process was very fast but never pressured. He provided us with snacks and drinks while the numbers were ran and came back with figures that were in line with what we had asked for. He was top notch from the very beginning and is a true asset. He is not a salesperson but a relationship builder. We looked at another GMC dealer (DIck Norris) and they provided us with no information. I will make the drive back to Ferman to see Ron before I will go anywhere else.

We had a very positive experience buying a 2016 GMC Canyon SLT at Ferman. The dealership had a Canyon in the right color in the right trim level with most of the right options, but the leather interior was the wrong color. Rather than trying to convince us to settle for what was on the lot, sales specialist Kevin Manning arranged to have a truck delivered from another dealership to fulfill our needs. The financing experience was fairly quick, and when the vehicle arrived, Kevin walked us through the truck's many technology features rather than sending us blindly on our way.

Service was great and very timely. We are glad we purchased the Tire Care Plan as our vehicle is new and unfortunately picked up a nail somewhere. The service technicians found that the nail was too close to the outside of the tire and therefore we had to replace the whole tire. The Tire Care Plan took care of it and we are so happy about that. The Plan has already paid for itself and we have not have the car for a month yet.

The biggest headache of buying a vehicle is the LONG process after the deal is struck. This was as quick of a process as I have ever experienced. Prior to the deal being struck, there was a bit of a 'cat and mouse' game going on but for the most part that was to be expected. Went looking for a Sierra as part of the %20 factory rebate promotion ("Summer Selldown"). Salesman Danny was pleasant and communicated with me mainly via text to confirm stock, etc. Sales managers undervalued my trade significantly. Dick Norris, Ed Morse, and Eagle GMC had all offered me in the neighborhood of 21,500-22,500 for my trade - which is a bit low considering cars with more miles and not as pristine condition are listed at dealerships currently for 28-29k. Ferman offered me 18,500. So assuming that Ferman GMC was going to list my car accordingly they were trying to make almost $10k dollars off my trade. That is insane. I imagine if you aren't trading something they might try to get extra points on your interest rate to get additional profit that way. I won't do business with them and suggest that if you are in the process of trading something in to them get a few other appraisals just in case they are doing the same thing to you.

I wanted to briefly reflect on our recent experiences as we pursued assorted options to purchase a new car/SUV these past few weeks. Our initial experience with the dealership was with Ron Danielson who reviewed our needs and supported our initial test drive of a GMC 2015 Terrain. Because it was an extremely hot day, Ron had pulled a 2015 Terrain into an air-conditioned space that allowed us to review and discuss the key components of the vehicle with relative ease. After discussing the options further, we continued our search by visiting other car dealerships of assorted makes and models. After a week or so of looking at alternative car options, we kept gravitating back to the GMC Terrain. In Ron Danielson's absence we connected with Mike Gledhill and Lori Fleming who worked together to address our every question about the Terrain and professionally tending to our needs. Both Mike and Lori were absolutely accommodating tending to our questions tirelessly and jumping through numerous hoops to ensure are needs and questions were being met. I might add the professional support both Mike and Lori provided were well beyond our expectations and this coupled with the quality of the Terrain eventually led to our decision to purchase a new 2015 GMC Terrain. All was accomplished without any hard sell pressure that we frequently recognized from other dealerships days earlier! Be assured we will share our experiences with friends, family and neighbors in the days ahead. A major well-done to the Ferman sales team inclusive of Ron Danielson, Mike Gledhill, and Lori Fleming. Came in to trade our Toyota Highlander for the enclave. Wound up buying a regal and leasing the enclave. Luke and Danny are great to work with. It was a no pressure environment and they worked and worked until they got us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. We went here to purchase a car, we informed them we are pre-approved through our credit union 100% so it is or should be a No Brainer then, WELL, lol,,not even that is easy anymore when your dealing with a finance guy that has greed on the brain and puts that before a customer, a sale and even one of his salesman. It is SAD. All we wanted was to purchase that car we called in about, already agreed on a price, saw 23 good and clear pictures of it on Autotrader and loved it, took a Bank draft there for the full amount and i will be darned, it was still not good enough, the finance Mang. says o, come on, give me 5 min and allow me to at least try and save you some more money by putting you through MY Banks. LOL, Come on,now, really?, that 5 min went into 45 min sitting there waiting, which went into *I will call you tomorrow with the results* (And then shotgunning our credit and lowering our score even more by sending us to many different banks (WHICH WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM NOT TO DO) and remember, we already had a bank draft for the full amount in hand already. Well tomorrow went into 2 days and then into 3 days and no return calls from that Finance Mang. after we called him 6-9 times in 3 days leaving voice messages with NO Return calls from him at all until i was forced to be the Bad Guy and leave him a nasty voice message on day 3 as to if no return call today from you, i will hit the reviews and call your boss. All this time we have the car in our possession but our draft and paperwork sits on his desk awaiting his promise to save us money by getting us financed through his banks. What a disrespectful, greedy finance mang. I will say that we have purchased our last car ever from these folks because of that finance Mang. not even returning our 6-9 calls in 3 days, then finally we get him on the phone on day 3 and his excuse was *I was in a meeting, sorry*, lol, no problem bro, you just cost your salesman another sale that my wife was gonna purchase this week also from them. I would hope that this finance mang. is able to realize that he almost also lost this sale as well due to his unprofessional and uncaring as well as lack of any attention at all to us as customers. I bet he couldn't care less. The Salesman was great though. AGAIN, OUR SALESMAN WAS GREAT THOUGH 100%, TY SAMMY

We were immediately impressed with the facility--I thought it was new. Then, from the beginning of our meeting with Rick Blankenship, we were at ease and felt all would go well. Rick was most accommodating, pleasant, and knowledgeable. A pricing agreement was quickly made. After completing the paperwork and meeting with the Business Manager, we had to leave due to an issue at home in Parrish. Returning the following day to go over the details of all the features on the Enclave, we found Rick to be extremely busy--selling more Enclaves! Todd Benschneider was available to take over the instruction process to assist two folks who definitely needed some in-depth teaching. Todd was very thorough and patient, going through the process in great detail, never tiring of repeating himself nor answering what may have seemed to him to be foolish questions. His help with setting up our new OnStar account with the OnStar personnel was invaluable to us. I purchased 2011 Mazda 3 for my daughter through David Scheffler on 11/28/14. I explained to Mr Scheffler that she had been through a nasty divorce & had a son in Afghanistan so I needed a a total hassle free experience. The week before I called & asked Mr Scheffler to PLEASE double check car to make sure everything was in proper order & topped off with gas as I was coming from Venice which is 1 1/2 drive. As soon as I got in the car I noticed the low tire pressure was on. Another gentlemen took the car & filled the left front tire with air & assured me the tire was fine. As soon as I got on Route 75 the low gas warning came on. I was in a panic as I did not have a phone & did not know how far to next gas. I managed to make it to gas station. When I got home I called Mr Scheffler who said he would reimburse me for gas. It has been going in 2 months & no reimbursement. In the meantime left front tire went flat again & my daughter was advised she would have to replace tire as sidewall was damaged & could not be repaired. Deal with this company & salesman at your own risk.

Every employee we came across at Ferman in Lutz, FL was very courteous and friendly, the facility provides you with comfort, beverages, restrooms, etc. I visited Ferman in Lutz multiple times before I committed to purchase my 2015 Yukon. I was referred to my salesman Todd Benschneider from one of my daughters friends that works in parts named Jason. From the first time I came in just to inquire & explore my options I had a great experience, I thought about my purchase for several months and visited several dealerships, I came back to Ferman even though I was a "chevy" girl and purchased my GMC solely because I was so impressed by the service and knowledge I received from Todd, it was the best car purchasing experience I have had. I recently went to Ferman Chrysler to look at a 2009 300C Heritage Edition that they had for sale. I was very happy to find a ole friend there that I had worked with years ago. George Holbrook was a great help to me in convincing myself to buy a different car. He was very persistent in working with me long enough so I had the chance to strike a deal on a fair trade in price on my car. George gave me 100% and by doing so convinced me to buy the car I really wanted. I experienced a very stress free purchase ! I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him in Nov 2010. He has alway helped arrange a car for me while mine was in service. However, tonight he went above & beyond the call of duty. My car over heated. He brought me a car to my location on his day off & waited with me until OnStar provided us with a tow truck to take my car back to the dealership. Now that's SERVICE!!

I have been extremely impressed with the service that I have received since I purchased my Buick Lacross in June 2011. Todd Benschneider was my sales person and asked me if I ever had a problem or concern to call him and he would personally see that my problem was addressed. In today's world it is very hard to find people that mean what they say and provide outstanding service after the sale. However,from day 1 Todd handled any issues or problems I brought him with complete professionalism and exemplary customer service. I recently purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra from Ferman Buick GMC in Tampa, Florida. I had a wonderful experience due to the fact that the team there was very knowledgeable and at the same time had the patience to listen to my desires regarding the purchase. They were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and negotiated a good price for the truck as well as my trade in. Financing was a hassle free process and resulted in a better rate than I was offered by my Credit Union. The service team installed a 3" lift kit and replaced all four tires prior to me picking up the vehicle. Their work was great and the truck is a real show piece. Overall the most impressive part of the purchasing experience was the honesty and professionalism provided by all of the team members that I interfaced with.
