Great service and easy to book in advance! Just moved to Clarkston and was looking for a dealership near by to handle the maintenance on my car. Was able to schedule my appointment online and received a reminder call. Drop off was quick and the guys were super friendly... even at 7:30am. They were quick and efficient on getting my car back to me. They offer a waiting room and a shuttle service which is great if you don't live around the corner like I do. Checkout was a breeze and the staff were very friendly! Feldman Chrysler on Dixie will be handing my maintenance here on out!

I had my 2014 Jeep Patriot in for service recently. Their service department is excellent!! I worked directly with Trevor. He kept me informed as the vehicle was being repaired and also set me up for a recall issue to be fixed at a later date that I’d been dragging my feet on. The issue I took it in for was not only 100% fixed, it was done for cheaper than expected!! To be perfectly honest, I don’t know much about automotive repair and my situation could’ve required more parts, labor, and higher cost and I wouldn’t have known the difference. They kept it honest and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge, as has been done to me in the past. Trevor also have me a ballpark figure for some future repairs I’ll need soon so that I can prepare when the time comes, which was much appreciated. If you’ve got a Chrysler/Stellantis product you need serviced, I’d highly recommend them.

Let’s start at the beginning shall we? So I started my search for a car 2 days before even pulling the trigger. I found this gorgeous steal of a car at Feldman in Clarkston, MI. I immediately called asked to view the car and was greeted by my sales lady Shelby who was very kind and tended to everything I was asking for. On to the financials Trace Cooper is a great guy and worked through everything with me, we had a few hiccups but he gave me ample time to do what was needed. So, to every one at Feldman auto thank you for great service and a great deal on my Dodge Charger.

Had a great service experience at Feldman CDJR of Clarkston. Had my vehicle towed to the dealership, diagnosed issue within 24 hours, parts ordered and received within 48-hours, service performed within 24-hours after that. Service manager was very thorough with his explanation of service performed. Great experience!

Highly recommended dealership. Specifically Erik (sales), Rob (sales management) and Kirk (finance) have been tried and are trusted. They were generously accommodating to my difficult work schedule.
