Service is always excellent. Jeff offers great costumer service; he's attentive, accommodating and clear with explanations. My only complain (not related to Jeff) is that it is impossible to get through by phone: for this appointment I called three times, left three voicemails, and no one every called me back. I do realize that I can make appointments online, and that's what I did, but I had a specific question regarding our Outback and I needed to speak with someone.

Subaru was quick to help us out!! They did a wonderful job with the whole experience. They understood our needs and were able to fufill them. We worked personally with Saige to find our right vehicle. Also Chris helped us get a rental in the meantime and help us out with other things as well. Saige and Chris were not pushy, and they were just there to help us out and give us what we wanted in a car. They all were friendly and this is one of the best dealerships I have been too. Subaru in Mechanicsburg was fantastic and I would recommended them to anyone!

I have purchased several vehicles from Faulkner (Honda) in the past. .I've looked into other dealership ,at these dealerships the people are not as friendly and don't seem to care if they sell or not. The customer service at Faulkner Subaru was great .Every employee was smiling you can tell that they enjoy the jobs. I went in for an oil change, but had this strange feeling that there was something wrong with my car (more than just needing a way overdue oil change). Sure enough they found that my car's left front axle boot was torn and all grease was expelled. The axle needed replaced. I had come in on a Saturday for the express service since I was just having an oil change done. When the service advisor told me of the repair that needed done, he said it would be able to be done in an hour (that meant it could be done before closing time). I was so grateful that they found the problem and were able to resolve it before I left. Also, my car was due for the 150,000 mile maintenance service. The service advisor looked on the computer and noticed how many repairs had been done on my car lately. He was very honest and told me that my car was in running order & I didn't need the 150,000 mile maintenance done on my car. I believe the service to my car and how I was treated at the dealership was exceptional!

Received call within 1 hour of scheduled inspection notifying me of passable concerns as well proactive concerns for upcoming year. No excessive sales of services not required. I walked into the dealership on Monday and by Thursday I was able to drive off the lot with a brand new BRZ with all of the features I requested. Due to exclusivity of this car, I did not think the turn around would have been completed so quickly! The staff at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg is dedicated towards customer service. Every staff member throughout the process was respectful, but also personable! The sales manager even allowed me to test drive his personal Subaru BRZ so I would have the test driving experience because the particular car I wanted was not on the site. My car a Subaru forester 2009 had the muffler broken on a Wednesday night.I called Faulkner service on Thursday morning and they squeeze to fit my car in service for Friday morning, this given the fact I could not see what was wrong, they fit my car in right away, also serviced the 90,000 miles review and was due for inspection, they went out of their way to get my a ride back to my office at work, the Manager drove me to my office. I lost my key in the his car, he found it and return it to my key chain at the dealership. Also the service technician -Kaytlin, warned me for the thread of the tires passed inspection but was close to be to thin to deal with this coming winter season . She was honest, she did a great job, we ended up doing all the services: 90,K service, inspection, new tires, and bushing system and new muffler. Thank you!

Being a first-time car buyer, I was rather nervous when I came here to take a look at the Subaru Forester. However, this dealership is truly customer-oriented, which made this a fantastic, five-star, stress-free experience. For example, every staff member was professional, welcoming, and patient, never making me feel rushed or overwhelmed and never trying to get me to buy a car outside of my price range. While all of the staff members were great, I'd like to specifically single out Chris Carvell, the sales manager, and Luke K., my salesman. Chris was one of the first people I met at the dealership, and was not only very welcoming to me, but also to my father, who came a few minutes later so I could get his perspective on the car as well. Chris was also extremely prompt in returning the two phone calls I made - at most, I waited for maybe 10 minutes from the time I left my message until his return call. However, I was most impressed by Luke, the salesman assigned to me, particularly with his patience and his extensive knowledge of the Forester - from where everything was under the hood to what kind of wheels it took to the different features in the car and their location. If you visit this dealership, I'd definitely recommend asking for him. To top it all off, the dealership itself is very clean, laid out really well, and has a very comfortable and spacious waiting area with plenty of variety in the complimentary beverages and snacks (although I was never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes at a time). Although I hope to keep this car for at least the next 8 years, I will absolutely be coming here for my next car, and will definitely be referring friends and family.

The entire staff at Faulkner Mechanicsburg are always friendly and very experienced. I was treated with extra care because I had a broken kneecap at the time of this visit. The staff couldn't have been more attentive to me or my car. I might not like the prices of vehicle repairs but who does? Their prices are comparable to other dealer costs. I'm also impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility including the garage bays.

Everyone was very personable/friendly. Treated with respect. Very clean dealership. Worked with me to get the vehicle I was interested in. They worked with the financial institutions to get the best financing possible. With all of the new technology, they are more than willing to answer any questions at any time. I have not had repairs yet, but from what I have seen, technicians take care &work on them as if it was their own vehicle. They are so proactive, they schedule maintenance appointments right away. I haven't had the car for a week, and they send followup emails, to make sure that you aren't having any issues.

Pretty good experience, nice show room. Sales people need to know more about the vehicles they are selling, but if you've done your own research it helps you filter through their uncertainty. Also let sales people sell, Everything. After coming to an agreement on price I don't wanna hear from some guy in finance trying to sell me more, like extended warranties, sellers-sell, financiers- crunch numbers. Your ability to gab is not as pronounced. Put that stuff in with the sales people.

I went into Faulkner Subaru with every intention of purchasing another make of vehicle but after a trip around the showroom, a test drive, and a few questions answered I was sold on the Subaru Legacy. I was so impressed with the no pressure, no hassle dealing of our salesman and the way everyone that we had interacted with that day treated us as friends. I am so happy with my purchase, even when I never thought that I would drive a car again after having an SUV for so long, but I love my car! I have already told my sales experience to many others and highly suggest that if they are looking for excellent service, a great car, and an overall awesome experience to go to Faulkner Subaru.

The salesman was very helpful and worked to get me more for my trade-in. He negotiated with me to get me a better rate to buy my Forester than other dealerships I visited. He was very courteous and patient with all my questions and concerns. I only just bought my car, but I had a great buying experience and I love my car. I did go in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the process was even more quick and painless than expected. Happy with my deal! Luke and Alan had me financed and closed within a couple hours of me taking the test drive. I had a tricky out of state/military situation and they handled the registration, as well as finding me a military discount from my state. And they got me a lower APR than I walked in pre-approved for. Zero complaints thus far! (I also bought used and this car was also in the cleanest and best condition of any car I looked at).

I took my car in for an oil change and State Inspection and ended up having to get brake work done as well. The techs are highly trained and very thorough. My Subaru Service Adviser, Jeff, patiently explained what was involved in a clear and understandable manner, and made sure that I was comfortable with the extended wait period. In fact, everybody, from the General Manager right on down to the receptionist, were friendly and eager to be of help. I was/am completely satisfied with the way Faulkner Subaru conducts business, and I hope to continue with them for many more years.

This is my first Subaru. The staff was very helpful. They did not have an Outback with a 3.6 liter engine, but they did let me test drive a Legacy that did which helped me make my decision. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I definitely would use this dealership again.

We purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester. The staff was great and the facility was awesome. It was the best auto purchasing experience I have every had. My salesman spent as much time going over the vehicle with my wife as she needed. When we left she was comfortable with how everything in her new Forester operated. The salesman let her know that if she didn't understand how to operate something in her vehicle she could come back and he would go over it with her again. The staff and the dealership is five star all the way.

Recently we purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester from Faulkner of Mechanicsburg and since it has been 10+ years since we purchased a car, we were a little scared. However, we did our homework and researched a lot of used cars. I contacted Faulkner on the internet and told them in which car we were interested. Their internet person replied immediately and asked when we could come to see it. When I got there Michael met me and showed me the car, explained the features and I took a test drive. When I told them that I needed my husband to see it and get his questions answered, the Sales Manager, Chris, made it available to me to drive home and return with Mike after work. They were very thorough in their explanation of the process; so when we decided to purchase the car, we knew exactly what to do. The financial person was also very thorough in informing us about all the forms required and helped us through the purchase. After that, Michael again went over all of the knobs and features, especially for Mike who had not seen it the first time, and answered all of our questions, including setting up my phone to work with the bluetooth in the car. We are very satisfied with our experience at Faulkner and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone!
