The ease of buying and very easy, quickest service we ever had.Our Our salesmen Joe Morales very kind and understanding and informative, Thomas the financial officer was very kind and understanding of our situation. Also met Eric the owner and he gave us a great deal. Overall it was the best car buying experience we ever had.

The sale staff were very professional in that I did not feel pressure to buy. I felt really comfortable looking at the different cars and was not made to feel like any question I asked was stupid. In fact Joe, Austin and the owner (sorry forgot you name.) New their stuff and if they did not know they went and got the answer. The staff worked together not in companion for commission. I felt comfortable test driving and even when we test drove one twice. Respectful, Helpful and Enjoyable buying appearance I have ever had at a dealer.

Picked out my car choice. Had great service and quick work with the company. The fan belt broke after I left but that could have happened with any car. Wasnt really expecting to have a tow bill so soon after purchase but oh well, it runs today. Now i have a new belt that will last awhile. Was very happy with the team and service and I do like my vehicle.

we bought a dodge journey and got a very good service from jason and bryan. and best thing is they only ask credit once then will give u the result whether u qulify or not. not like some places before screwed us so bad for sending our information to every bank. we will go back or recommend to others..

I went in with my mom to look for a good deal on a car. We test drove a car and the salesman Rory and he was very knowledgeable and funny. He made us laugh and relax. Today I bought a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. Our sales man was Jerad Keck he was very honest with prices and gave us a great deal. Our service was amazing and it was hassle free! We had delt with rude and pushy sales men all day it was very refreshing to have a fantastic salesman like Jerad. I would recommend when car shopping to make sure and stop by Excalibur first for the best experience.

on April 3oth I had the opportunity to purchase a newer car at Excalibur. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The salesman Dave was so helpful and found me the perfect car. It had more amenities than I had hoped for also was newer than I had expected to be able to buy. The finance manager Jared worked some magic for me in such a great deal and a much lower interest rate than I have hoped for. The overall experience there was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to take your business there. My wife and I went looking for a newer used car, not really looking to buy at that moment. We have past credit issues, and the reason we went to Excalibur was their claim to help anyone no matter what their credit issues. These people went above and beyond to help get us into a very nice used car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car no matter what their credit. When my mom and I walked into Excalibur Auto yesterday, we did not have much hope that we would ever get to walk out of there with a newer used car-due to past credit issues. Both my mom and I have been driving old broken down vehicles for the past several years. From the onset of walking into Excalibur, and meeting our salesmen, Brian and Thomas, we knew we were dealing with real people, who wanted to see us drive away in newer cars as badly as we wanted to! They were kind, understanding and worked relentlessly to make it happen for us. Our situations were very difficult, but they did it and MADE IT HAPPEN! I am still in shock. Thomas and Brian-there really is not enough words to thank you, or to explain how truly wonderful you two and the entire dealership was to us. I HIGHLY recommend EXCALIBUR AUTO SALES to everyone looking for a car! They truly stand by what they advertise-that they will help anyone get into a nicer car no matter what their situation is! I was having severe car troubles and at the time didn't have a vehicle to drive. I asked the sales staff to keep an eye out for something very specific, due to finacial situations and other aspects. They did exactly that, found a vehicle that not only was perfect as far as the specifications I asked for but they also gave me a completely amazing deal. I am very appriciative of all the efforts the staff and sales people went through on my behalf. I am pleased with the vehicle purchased and so far have no problems. I would send anyone to Eric and the crew, it was an awesome experience and huge surprise to see what they had come up with. :D

I brought my teenage daughter to Excalibur to buy her first car because of their long history of selling late model cars at very good prices and their commitment to providing excellent customer service and they did not disappoint! Joe and Brian were fantastic, they were not just courteous, they were inquisitive and helpful and their professional experience helped us buy the right car for her we may have otherwise not considered. In literally just one hour start to finish we drove out of there able to put her dream in our driveway! And the big tell tale sign? On the way home my daughter asked why people say such awful things about car salesman because she felt so comfortable with Joe and Brian! Well done, guys! Daughter #2 is right around the corner so we will definitely see you again soon!

Was in the market looking for a used but good car, all i got was the run around from other car lots. Excalibur took me in showed me blue book value, and found me exceptional financing rate, the whole process was less than an hour. I was on my way home with my new car. Was extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism and their no hassle sales team. Will be buying my next car from Excalibur,they have earned my business.

Excalibur is the place to go. The only place to go. "sorry we cant" is not in their vocabulary. The owner Eric is incrediable. The service staff and salesmen are phenomal. My husband and I bought our cars on the same day; we were each treated with total respect and up-front details. The sales staff was informative and extremely friendly - even those that weren't going to make any money on our deal. I have referred every car buyer that I know to visit Excalibur before going any where else... my cousin from Portland even came over to buy a car as seen on their website. She had compared prices all over Portland and could NOT believe the price that Excalibur had offered on the same car. She signed her financing paperwork and two hours later they called her back to re-sign for a LOWER interest rate! I'm proud to call the staff my friends and I would recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy.

Everything was simple easy and I drove off right then and there for a reasonable price. I love my ford fusion although it doesn't have microsoft sync like its supposed to. I think I can live with out it for a bit.other than that im a satisfied first buyer!.

The check engine and ABS lights came on just after signing the paper work - before I even left the lot with my 'new' car. The staff and owner assured me they would fix all the safety problems, but weeks later they are clearly empty promises. Now I'm left with major repair costs to a car they assured me was in "great condition, with no problems". Within 24 hours the windows, speedometer, odometer, ABS, and traction control all failed. I would have been better off keeping the car I had! While a used car is sold 'as is' - I don't want to be lied to and have problems concealed by a business with no ethics or customer service.

I had to e-mail this dealership three times before I got a response. I made a offer of $3,000.00 cash down, no trade in and inquired about bottom line price they would offer on a Sonata. They e-mailed back that it was a four cylinder and ignored any mention of of dealing on the car. I didn't buy the car. I have no experience with salesman at the dealership just online.

Just bought my second car from Excalibur. Just like the first time they the salesman Mike and the owner Eric went out of their way to get me the Acura I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The shocking part was Dan the finance manager quoted me a 3.99% rate but when I went in to buy my Acura Eric came out and thanked me for returning for another car he said he had called the bank and got me 1.99% WOW that is how you take care of your customers!! I cant say enough nice things about Excalibur I have and will continue to tell everyone to get their next car from them. Again thank you for OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

I just bought a 2008 Pontiac Torrent on 1-12-13 from Excalibur. As I wrote to them, I love the car, but not the loan process/customer service. Jason, was great at customer service as far as not being pushy to sell the car and was very polite. Dan in the finance department was also nice and had a good sense of humor. I also met Eric, the owner. He seemed upfront about his business and we talked about the poor reputation I had heard about them at work. He said that you can't make everyone happy. I totally agreed. The loan process is what I did not like. I told Jason and Dan several time that I was financing with GESA. Jason filled out a credit application and told my husband and I that they needed the information. Wrong! He gave the application to Dan in finance who stated they deal directly with GESA. He processed a loan and charged us $150.00. Not very ethical in my book. I am hoping to get this back. I gave a "good" rating to customer service, because Jason was GOOD at selling this car. As I told Eric in my letter, I hope your company can be more honest with customers in the future. I would recommend them to a friend, but with a warning about the loan process.

I just bought my second car from Excalibur. Same as last time the customer service just gets better each time. I bought a car for my son. When we arived The owner was walking through the showroom and stoped and talked to us he remembered me from almost a year ago. He gave us a great deal on a car for my son and while i was doing the paperwork he filled up the tank with gas because I had mentioned it was low and my son was going straight to work from here. This dealership is outstanding in everyway. I recommend them to everyone.

a good deal and the salesman even drove the pickup to me and dropped it off. However, my paper work got messed up, they signed me up for a loan I didn't need or want (which I am still dealining with), they didn't send my license plates until the last day of my temporary license. Initially they were great to deal with but once there were problems all of a sudden I couldn't get anyone to call me back.

We told the sales guy (Jason) we could pay cash for the right car. Then he wouldn't give us a price on a car we were interested in. Just that he could make it fit our budget. We finally walked. I'd told him I'd let him know if still looking later. Bought from another dealership so I called to let him know we were no longer looking. Left him a voice mail. He called back leaving a voice mail thanking us for "wasting his time driving ever car on the lot" (3) and droned on about making a living selling cars and repeated that we had "wasted HIS time". A totally unnecessary response showing childish desparation. I'll never go to this dealership again due to their sales process and this attitude.

I purchased my 2010 ford mustang from them. They were awsome they got me a better rate than the first dealer I went to. The way they treated us was outstanding. I had a clasp on the storage door break about two weeks after I bought it called their shop and talked with Rob he ordered the part and put it in when I went to pay they said it's on us great customer service!!!
