If an offer was made that I liked I explained that I had to compare other dealers offer.The sales staffer went the extra mile and different ways to find savings thru different plans.That showed me he really wanted to keep repeat customers from looking elseware.And me deal I couldn't refuse.If it weren't for his effort we would have still been comparing other offers today. I was a little upset. I had called on the 15th to make an appointment to have my truck inspected. I made the appointment for the 21st at 4:30 . I received an email on Wednesday to tell me my appointment was for that day at 8:00am. Well I was at work then so I went to the appointment Thursday at 4:30. Mike Mach and Colleen in Service were awesome. I had an issues with the latch on my rear window that failed and came to the dealership at 1255pm on Saturday- just 5 minutes before they were to close. Mike came right out and secured the dangling window for me until I could get my Escape in for repair. Colleen was sure to contact me and get me an appointment quickly.The repair was done quickly and efficiently and I could not be happier. Thank you Colleen and Mike- great job as always. I pulled in to Emerling on a Saturday morning for a NYS Inspection and tire rotation, with very low expectations of getting anything done. After all, every place I had been to that morning said it would be a 4 - 6 hour wait, or 'can you leave it? We'll try to fit you in.' I did not get that with Emerling. What I did get was an apology because I would have to wait fifteen minutes, before they could bring the car in. Fifteen minutes compared to six hours, is nothing to apologize for, that in my book is awesome service for a guy that just walks in the door with no appointment on a Saturday morning. Despite failing the initial inspection, the service team was very forthcoming and gracious to work with me to correct the issues. I didn't hesitate to schedule another appointment to bring my Mustang back for re-inspection. I also didn't hesitate to schedule some recall work (airbags) to be done. That was something I was quite shy about, knowing the history of the recall and past experience with my original dealer. Needless to say, the Emerging team, ordered my parts and scheduled my appointment with no problems. The email reminders work great. I am very pleased, and will continue to bring my 2006 Mustang back to Emerling Ford for my major service needs.

I have a 2014 Ford Explorer Limited which I special ordered from Emerling Ford in Springville. Right from the beginning I had multiple problems with my truck. I took it to Emerling and let them know of the problems I was having and they didn't do anything. They said that when they check on those items that they were fine. I continue to have the problems and the problems multiplied within the first year of my ownership. I did call Dearborn Michigan to let them know of the problems that I was having and they told me to take it back to Emerling one more time before they got involved. I spoke with John of the problems that I was having and he told me that they were all common problems and complaints that he was receiving and would make sure that they wOuld be taken care of. I dropped my truck off and left my truck there for 4 days. During that time they took care of the multiple problems that I was having... an air leak in the window guard, a flickering light in the second row on the passenger side, my 4 wheel drive shutting off when I needed it, the white bug guard screws on my black truck ,a small piece of leather on my second row seats that was torn when I got it, another cracked wheel (that makes 2 in less than a month), my 3rd row seat that wouldn't fold because the operating mechanism was sticking out because it came detatched, an outlet that fall apart in the center console of the second row seats, and a leak under the hood that was making my truck smell hot when it was running. When John got involved, they did meet all of my needs and repaired the things that needed repaired. And at that time they were attentive and curtious. It did take me a series of attempts to fix these problems, but when John got involved they did fix them, and they did a good job. The only complaint that I have at this time, is some play in my steering wheel, but we have agreed to see if when I remove my snow tires and put my regular tires back on the truck, if that play doesn't go away. I am satisfied with the repairs that Emerling Ford has done thus far.

I had the oil changed and I did notice the sticker on the windshield says next change 9/15 or 30,000 miles. The oil change I had was the 30,000 mile change. So the sticker should be for next change at 35,000 miles.

My 2013 Escape developed a whining noise in the front. I took it to Emerlings for an oil change and told the service advisor, Neil Zephro of the noise. He and his techs checked it out and determined that the left axle and bearing needed replacing. Neil arranged for me to get a rental car. The parts took a few days to come in but when they did the car was repaired that day. Everyone in the service department did a great job of getting my escape fixed.

My alarm system malfunctioned leaving me with a truck with the horn going while running. I called the local dealer in my area and was treated poorly as they had no record of me being a customer after I answered their questions as to who my service advisor was etc. I was then informed that the only way I could get in was on an emergency basis. I then called you folks and was very pleased from the start. The service advisor Deanna was very kind and willing the help me even after I explained that I had never been their customer. I brought my truck in after hanging up the phone as she requested. Service got me in as promised and fixed it while I waited. I am completely floored by the help that I received. Especially with Greg (and Ray) in the collision shop. Greg had gone way out of his way to accommodate me and advise me on my options. Greg also bent over backwards to help me to deal with the insurance company to the extent of providing space for my vehicle, having appointments set with Allstate, and a loaner vehicle. My Big Regret.....I fell prey to high pressure sales while "just looking/pricing" at another dealership. We have been loyal to Emerlings for quite some time. I did, not feel trust with the salesperson I was put with. But that should not have stopped me from continuing with my buying process. After I gain a little equity in the vehicle I did purchase. I had leased a 2013 Escape...upon signing the lease I was told that for a small fee extra on top of the normal monthly amount..I would be able to have extra things included when things needed fixing. I called about the windshield wiper and was pleasantly surprised to find out that new wiper blades were included. Not only that but up to one pair per year. I thought it was over the life of the lease. I have had it 22 months now. I called and they had me stop. Within a short time all was well again.

The only suggestion I could make is they maybe could have hosed off the car since it was pretty bad from road slush and dirt.

Car buying and service has always been great at Emerling Ford. This is our 3rd car from Mr Young and will definitely be back for our fourth in the future. My only complaint, but it is a big one, is the loaner cars are Ford Focus'. The car itself was fine but we are a family of 5, 3 kids in car seats. Safely fitting 3 car seats plus my husband who is 6'3" and myself who is 5'10" is unrealistic. We purchased the Expedition to accommodate our large family and I feel the loaner should be comparable to what we drop off. This is a huge deterant to having service done in the future.

We experienced difficulty with the steering in our Ford Flex. I took it in at the spur of the moment. J.R. said he would have his men look at it, evaluate it, he would set me up with a loaner and he would let me know what they found. He called me that afternoon and said it was a problem with the steering column. They had to call in to Corporate to evaluate the code and it might be another day or so. When I was called to say that the problem was fixed, J.R. offered to have one of the drivers return my vehicle to me and he would then pick up the loaner. This was fine with me as I have a great deal of difficulty getting into the smaller vehicles. J.R. and the service staff go out of their way to make sure we are always satisfied. I have had opportunities to go to other dealerships but I have stayed with Emerling Ford for these very reasons.

I recently purchased a new vehicle; and, the low tire pressure light kept coming on. The rear tire on the driver's side was where the low pressure was. On November 4, 2014, I stopped in at the Service Department, at Emerling Ford, in Springville, New York. I did not have an appointment because I just happened to be driving by after dropping my dog off at the Vets. As it was early in the morning, the Service Department was just opening up. The employee, a young man, said when the staff arrives, my car would be the first one to be looked at. They found a tear in the tire; and, therefore, I needed to purchase a new one, which they put on immediately. I remembered that my car was pretty close to being due for it's first oil change. When I mentioned it to the Service Department, they also did the that as well. What a great car dealership. I have bought all of my cars there in recent years.

The service staff patiently and thoroughly analyzed the recent problem with my leased 2014 Fusion. Although they discovered a faulty tire, most of the difficulty was caused by my inexperience with the lane change alert system, which was packaged on this vehicle and new to me.Everyone -- Neil, Deanna, JR. I just happened to stop in to schedule an appointment knowing that I had a RR leaking shock on my way to WalMart. Deanna Dewald had my vehicle scheduled immediately and set me up with a loaner vehicle without a blink of an eye and a smile on her face. She even went out of her way to pull the loaner vehicle around to my vehicle as she is aware that I am handicapped and needed to grab some items out of my truck.To my surprise, Deanna called 1st thing the next morning to inform me that my truck was ready but to take my time as she wanted to make sure she was able to get my vehicle washed. I am very impressed with 'customer service' that I received from Deanna and the technicians that repaired my vehicle. I highly recommend Emerling Chevrolet in Spingville to everyone. My Ford Taurus X was misfiring. Neil was great to work with and was able to schedule me in a timely manner. They then went for a ride with me to see what was wrong. They diagnosed the problems perfectly and they fixed the 3 issues in one visit. If you are ever considering getting your car serviced, strongly consider Emerling!!!

My Ford Explorer was not running properly on my way to Springville, NY so I went to the Ford dealership there and explained my situation. The employees were very nice and helpful. I had to leave my car there and they drove me home, and I live 22 miles away! The driver was very nice also. The dealership was very busy and said my car could probably not be looked at until the next day. I understood that, since I didn't have an appointment.They said they would call me before they did any work on it. They were able to get it into the shop that same day and called me with the resolution to the problem. My husband said, go ahead and fix it. They had it fixed the same day. We were able to pick it up that night. It ran great all the way home. Thank you for fixing it and having it ready ahead of time.

We purchased our 2011 Fusion at Emerling Ford in Springville. We have had wonderful service every time we go into the dealership. Everyone at the dealership is vey friendly and helpful. We went back and bought our 2014 F150 there. Todd Jones took wonderful care of us. Everyone in service has been wonderful too

Ed is a great Sales person. Very knowledgeable and cares about all the details to make the buying experience smooth, simple, and painless. The Service department has also been great on past purchases, that is why I buy from Emerling. I get a great deal and excellent service. I like to have a new SUV every 2 years and they always give me a great price on my trade-in.

I had an issue with my Escape on Tuesday night and called Deanna on Wednesday morning first thing. She said to come right in and within a short time I was all fixed and back on the road to work. Mike L. (technician) also found that my brake lines were split and could have started leaking at any time. They fixed that issue in addition to what I originally needed so quickly. Kudos to Deanna and Mike L. (the technician that fixed my vehicle). They were awesome!!!

Very good..we are leaving on a trip soon and they checked everything for us while it was in for oil change and tire rotation. Found and replaced a corroded license plate bulb and socket.

The consensus from the general public is that purchasing an automobile is a difficult and tension filled process perpetuated by the dealer. I don't believe this at all, especially dealing with Emerling Ford. We have purchased at least 10 + vehicles from them and always, I repeat, always have had a pleasant and easy straight forward experience. Can't say enough good things about the people there.

This is my 2nd vehicle service completed at Springville Ford Emerling. Both visits I dealt with Deanna Dewald. She has been over the top accommodating, informative and professional to the point where she and the Service Department gave me utmost trust and confidence. I highly recommend receiving service at this dealership as opposed to other shops/dealerships. And if you can happen to get Deanna as your service advisor, Big Plus !!

We have bought our last several vehicles from Emerling Ford in Springville and would highly recommend it. If you hate being "jerked around" by car salesmen you will LOVE going to Emerling Ford. Our salesman Delaney Peters is very low key, but very knowledgeable, and he treats customers the way he wants to be treated: no BS, no slick sales pitch. He just bends over backwards to get his customers the greatest deal, win their loyalty, and make them happy. We love that we can get a free loaner car too if ours has to be in service for longer than a few hours. Everyone at Emerling works hard to please, every single time you are there. We love that Ford is American made and Emerling stands behind all their vehicles. Highly recommend.

This is the second truck we have purchased from Emerling Ford. My husband, Bruce had contacted Kevin Merrill to find him another truck. He told Kevin what he wanted and Kevin found it. Kevin had the financing taken care of so all Bruce had to do was look at the truck and take it for a test drive on a Friday. The next day we went and pick up the truck. Kevin went through all the paperwork and explained everything to us. We only got one key that day, but Kevin said to call and get another one made which we did (the key has a chip in it). The service department was good at programming the key. Bruce talked to them while there to check on a couple of items he wanted for the truck. The service department has been very helpful, they have called to let us know about the parts. Everyone I encountered the day we picked up the truck were very nice, polite and helpful. They talked to us while we waited for Kevin, we arrived 45 minutes early for our appointed time. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Delaney Peters helped us find a great SUV for us and our kids.
